Rapid developments in science and technology have had a significant impact on all aspects of people's lives, especially in business. E-commerce has become a popular choice among internet users in Indonesia, including MSMEs. However, conventional sales of songket products still limit product reach and competitiveness. In addition, the sales process generally provides customer service in charge of interacting and serving customer inquiries that can be contacted via telephone number. However, it is considered less effective because the seller has difficulty when responding to various questions from customers, so customers have to wait to get answers regarding the information needed. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design a chatbot for songket sales applications using the naive bayes algorithm in classifying the types of customer questions, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of interactions between sellers and customers, and expand the market reach of songket products. This chatbot is designed to simulate interactive conversations and provide sales information to customers quickly and efficiently. The naive bayes algorithm was chosen due to its ease of implementation and high accuracy in text classification. In this study, the chatbot was tested with various types of user questions with 5% of the total 50 questions as testing data. The test results show that the chatbot can classify the type of question with an accuracy of 90% and a precision value of 94%, recall 92%, and F1-Score 92%. In addition, testing of the application system as a whole shows that the application and chatbot are able to provide appropriate and efficient responses to various user questions. With this system, it is hoped that a technology-based solution can be realized that can improve the sales process and customer interaction with sellers, and increase the business potential of traditional songket craftsmen.Â

Meningkatnya angka kriminalitas dan pemborosan energi listrik menjadi perhatian utama dalam pengembangan teknologi rumah pintar (Smart Home). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototipe Smart Home berbasis autentikasi sidik jari (Fingerprint) yang diperkuat dengan metode keamanan kriptografi Vigenere Cipher dan Caesar Cipher. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengontrol akses pintu, lampu, dan alarm, sekaligus melindungi data yang ditransmisikan dalam lingkungan Smart Home. Penelitian ini meliputi perancangan perangkat keras dan lunak, pengujian integrasi, serta analisis performa sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem Fingerprint mampu memverifikasi dan menolak sidik jari dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100%, menunjukkan keandalan autentikasi. Metode kriptografi Vigenere Cipher dan Caesar Cipher efektif dalam mengenkripsi dan melindungi data selama transmisi, memastikan keamanan informasi dari serangan pihak ketiga. Prototipe menunjukkan integrasi yang baik antara perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, dengan kontrol perangkat melalui sensor Fingerprint dan website yang berfungsi optimal. Sistem memiliki waktu respon yang cepat, yaitu 1 detik untuk autentikasi sidik jari, 0.5 detik untuk enkripsi Vigenere Cipher, 0.3 detik untuk Caesar Cipher, dan 0.2 detik untuk pengiriman data melalui website. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa prototipe yang dikembangkan andal, efisien, dan aman untuk mendukung teknologi rumah pintar.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of digital tools on improving literacy through a systematic literature review. The results of the study show that digital tools, such as e-books, educational applications, and online learning platforms, have great potential to improve student literacy by providing flexible access and a variety of relevant reading sources. Digital tools also offer interactive features that can increase student engagement and understanding, as well as provide instant feedback that aids the learning process. However, this study also identifies several challenges, including the digital divide and the potential for disruption that can result from uncontrolled use of digital tools. Optimising the benefits of digital tools for improving literacy requires collaboration from various parties, such as teachers, parents, and education policymakers, as well as adequate training for educators. Overall, when used correctly, digital tools can make a significant contribution to improving student literacy.

The success of an enterprise is seen from its productivity. The productivity of the tofu factory in Tangkit Lama Village has decreased. From the work process, it shows that the part that causes work productivity is boiling, this is because during the boiling process using a large fire so that the work environment becomes hot, the hot environment causes fatigue so that it has an impact on work productivity. The purpose of the study was to find out the factors related to work productivity in tofu factory employees in Tangkit Lama Village. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The study sample was 35 tofu factory. The research instruments are questionnaires and WBGT Heat Stress Meter. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. From the results of the study, it is known that 37.1% of respondents have poor work productivity, 100% of respondents work in at-risk work environment, 40.0% of respondents experienced moderate work fatigue, 68.6% of respondents had moderate length of service. Bivariate results showed that there was a relationship between fatigue and work productivity (p<0.05) and there was no relationship between length of work and productivity work (p>0,05).

Introduction : The excessive use of gadgets by students sometimes often causes problems in the learning process resulting in a decrease in learning concentration in children, especially school-age children. Gadget use has a detrimental effect on children's interpersonal skills if used too often. Another influence of mobile phones on student learning achievement is that students become more dependent on mobile phones rather than having to study. The purpose of research : In this study to determine the relationship between the use of gadgets and the concentration of learning in children aged at SDN Cibogo, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency. Research methods : The research design is quantitative analytic with a cross sectional study approach. The sample in this study were school-age children using stratified random sampling technique with 53 respondents from a total population of 300 people at Cibogo Elementary School, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency. Results of research : Shows high Gadget Use with high Learning Concentration as much as 7 with a percentage (26.9%), if respondents who have High Gadget Use with Low Learning Concentration are 19 with a percentage (73.1%), while respondents who have Low Gadget Use with Concentration 17 with a high learning percentage (63.0%), and respondents who have low gadget use with a low learning concentration are 10 with a percentage (37.0%). Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the use of gadgets and the concentration of learning in students of SDN Cibogo, Cisauk District, Tangerang Regency. and the results of the Odds Ratio (OR) 4.61 (1.4-14.8) indicate that respondents who have high use of gadgets will be at risk of experiencing low learning concentration. compared to respondents who have Low Gadget Use.

This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and student motivation at SMA IPIEMS Surabaya. The hypothesis put forward is that there is a positive relationship between social support and students’ learning motivation at SMA IPIEMS Surabaya. This research design uses a correlational quantitative research method. The research was conducted on 221 students who were students at SMA IPIEMS Surabaya. The instruments used in this study were the learning motivation scale according to Sardiman’s theory (2012), and the social support scale according to House’s theory (2013). This study uses Product Moment correlation analysis from Karl Pearson. This data analysis was carried out with the help of the Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) program for windows version 25. Based on the results of the data analysis that had been carried out, it was found that social support and learning motivation found a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.695 and a significance level of 0.000 ( (p<0.01) From the test results, the hypothesis in this study is accepted.These results indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between the two variables of this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan motivasi belajar siswa di SMA IPIEMS Surabaya . Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada sekolah SMA IPIEMS Surabaya. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kuantitatif korelasional. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 221 siswa yang merupakan siswa-siswi di SMA IPIEMS Surabaya. Instrumen yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala motivasi belajar sesuai dengan teori Sardiman (2012), dan skala dukungan sosial sesuai dengan teori House (2013). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi Product Moment dari Karl Pearson. Analisis data ini dilakukan dengan bantuan program Statistical Paackage For The Social Sciences (SPSS) for windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan didapatkan antara dukungan sosial dengan motivasi belajar ditemukan nilai koefi sien korelasi pearson correlation sebesar 0,695 dan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,000 ((p<0,01). Dari hasil uji tersebut maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan pada kedua variabel penelitian ini.

Assertive behavior is the ability possessed by individuals to communicate what other people want, feel, think while respecting personal rights and the rights of others. One of the factors that influence assertive behavior is self-concept, when individuals believe and evaluate themselves positively the self-confidence will arise to carry out a behavior, one of which is assertive behavior. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-concept and the assertive behavior of psychology students at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. The hypothesis put forward is that there is a positive relationship between self-concept and assertive behavior in psychology students at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. The research design uses a correlational quantitative research method. The study was conducted on 191 participants with an age range of 18-25 years who were psychology students at the University of August 17 1945 Surabaya class of 2019 and 2020. The instrument used in this study was the Assertive Behavior scale according to the theory of Alberti and Emmons (2002) and the self-concept scale according to with the theory of Calhoun and Acocella (1995). The data obtained were analyzed using the Spearman rho correlation technique with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, it is found that there is a positive and very significant relationship between self-concept and assertive behavior. Perilaku asertif adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk mengkomunikasikan apa yang diinginkan, dirasakan dan dipikirkannya kepada orang lain dengan tetap menghormati hak-hak pribadi dan orang lain. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku asertif adalah konsep diri yang dimana semakin individu yakin dan mampu menilai dirinya dengan positif maka akan menimbulkan keterbukaan dan kepercayaan diri untuk melakukan sebuah perilaku salah satunya perilaku asertif. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara konsep diri dengan perilaku asertif mahasiswa psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Hipotesis penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan perilaku asertif pada mahasiswa psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Desain penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 191 partisipan dengan usia 18-25 tahun yang merupakan mahasiswa psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya angkatan 2019 dan 2020. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Perilaku Asertif dengan menggunakan teori Alberti dan Emmons (2002) dan skala Konsep diri dengan menggunakan teori Calhoun dan Acocella (1995). Data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi Spearman rho dengan SPSS 25 for Windows. Self-adjustment is a process of behavior and ability possessed by individuals to interact or deal with situations and demands from their surrounding environment, enabling individuals to accept and display positive attitudes towards themselves and others. This research aims to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and self-adjustment in learning among new students of the Faculty of Psychology at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. The research was conducted using a quantitative correlational research method, employing accidental sampling techniques with a sample size of 210 students. The measurement instruments used were the self-efficacy scale and the self-adjustment scale. The data were analyzed using the Pearson product-moment correlation technique with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics software version 25 for Windows. The analysis results revealed a highly significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and self-adjustment among new students of the Faculty of Psychology. Penyesuaian diri merupakan suatu proses tingkah laku dan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh individu untuk mampu berinteraksi atau menghadapi situasi dan tuntutan dari lingkungan sekitarnya, sehingga individu mampu menerima dan menunjukkan sikap baik kepada diri sendiri dan orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan penyesuaian diri dalam belajar pada mahasiswa baru fakultas psikologi Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan sampel 210 mahasiswa. Alat ukurnya menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala efikasi diri dan skala penyesuaian diri menggunakan teknik korelasi pearson product moment dengan bantuan program SPSS Seri 25 IBM For Windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan penyesuaian diri pada mahasiswa baru fakultas psikologi.

Undergraduate thesis drafting students who delay work on thesis include ineffective use of time. This can have negative impacts, one of which is the neglect of the final assignment or thesis and if it is completed in a hurry the results will not be optimal, besides that students who postpone the completion of the thesis will take longer to complete their study period. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional maturity and procrastination in the preparation of thesis. Sampling used a non-probability technique, namely incidental sampling involving as many as 178 final thesis drafting students who had a study period of more than 4 years. The results of the research using the Spearman-Rho correlation test show that the correlation coefficient has a significant negative relationship between emotional maturity and procrastination in thesis preparation. This means that the higher the emotional maturity, the lower the procrastination in preparing the thesis, conversely, if the lower the emotional maturity, the higher the procrastination in the preparation of the thesis, the hypothesis is declared proven and acceptable. Mahasiswa penyusun skripsi yang melakukan penundaan pengerjaan pada skripsi termasuk pemanfaatan waktu yang tidak efektif. Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan dampak buruk salah satunya adalah terbengkalainya tugas akhir atau skripsi dan apabila diselesaikan saat buru-buru hasilnya menjadi tidak maksimal, selain itu mahasiswa yang melakukan penundaan pengerjaan skripsi menyebabkan lebih lama menyelesaikan masa studinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan prokrastinasi dalam penyusunan skripsi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability yaitu incidental sampling melibatkan sebanyak 178 mahasiswa akhir penyusun skripsi yang memiliki masa studi lebih dari 4 tahun. Hasil penelitian melalui uji korelasi Spearman-Rho menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kematangan emosi dan prokrastinasi dalam penyusunan skripsi. Artinya semakin tinggi kematangan emosi maka semakin rendah prokrastinasi dalam penyusunan skripsi, sebaliknya jika semakin rendah kematangan emosi maka semakin tinggi prokrastinasi dalam penyusunan skripsi maka hipotesis dinyatakan terbukti dan dapat diterima.

Prosocial behavior is behavior that includes good actions such as sharing, cooperating, helping each other, and telling the truth. Humans as social beings need the role of other people in living their daily lives so that they are expected to be able to interact with other people. One of the factors that influence the emergence of prosocial behavior is peer social support and spiritual intelligence. This study aims to determine the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Peer Social Support with Santri's Prosocial Behavior. This research design uses quantitative methods. This research was conducted with 177 students in Islamic boarding schools. The instrument used in this study uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was Spearman Rho with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done. Based on the results of the data analysis conducted, it was found that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and prosocial behavior, and there is a positive and significant relationship between peer social support and prosocial behavior. Perilaku prososial merupakan perilaku yang mencakup tindakan yang baik seperti suka berbagi, bekerjasama, saling tolong menolong, dan berkata jujur. Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial membutuhkan peran orang lain dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga mereka diharapkan mampu berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya perilaku prososial adalah dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan kecerdasan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Dukungan Sosial Teman Sebaya dengan Perilaku Prososial Santri. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 177 santri di pondok pesantren. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan spearman rho dengan bantuan SPSS 25 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan perilaku prososial, serta terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan perilaku prososial.
