Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the development of scientific publication results on the application of playful learning and elementary school learning motivation. The method used in the study is an approach based on bibliometric analysis assisted by VOSviewer visualization. Data retrieval was carried out on the Scopus and Google Scholar databases with a range of 2015 to 2025. The search keywords used in the Scopus database are "Playful learning and motivation learning elementary school" and in the Google Scholar database "Playful learning and motivation learning elementary school". Based on the search results, there were 496 files and in the Google Scholar database, 1476 files were found. The results of the study prove that in the period 2015 to 2018 there was an insignificant increase and decrease. While in the Scopus database there was a very significant decrease in data in 2023-2024. The Google Scholar database also experienced a very sharp decrease in data in 2024-2025. AI (Artificial Intelligence) is one of the causes of the decline in the number of publications related to learning approaches and learning motivation. The visualization results of VOSviewer also show that in the Scopus database there are 21 Clusters that have a direct relationship to the implementation of playful learning and learning motivation and 1 Cluster is stated to have an indirect relationship. In the Google Scholar database, all clusters have a direct relationship. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mengetahui perkembangan hasil publikasi ilmiah tentang penerapan playful learning dan motivasi belajar sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni dengan pendekatan berbasis analisis Bibliometrik dengan berbantuan visualisasi VOSviewer. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada database Scopus dan Google Scholar dengan rentang tahun 2015 hingga 2025. Kata kunci pencarian yang digunakan pada database Scopus yakni “Playful learning and motivation learning elementary school” dan pada database Google Scholar “Playful learning dan motivasi belajar sekolah dasar”. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian terdapat 496 berkas dan pada database Google Scholar ditemukan sebanyak 1476 berkas. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pada rentang tahun 2015 hingga 2018 terjadi kenaikan dan penurunan yang tidak signifikan. Sedangkan pada database Scopus terjadi penurunan data yang sangat signifikan  pada tahun 2023-2024. Pada database Google Scholar juga mengalami penurunan data sangat tajam pada tahun 2024-2025. AI (Artificial Intelligence) menjadi salah satu penyebab menurunnya jumlah publikasi terkait pendekatan pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar. Hasil visualisasi VOSviewer juga menunjukkan bahwa pada database Scopus terdapat 21 Cluster yang memiliki hubungan langsung pada penerapan playful learning dan motivasi belajar dan 1 Cluster dinyatakan memiliki hubungan tidak langsung. Pada database Google Scholar, smua cluster memiliki hubungan secara langsung.

Abstract

This research examines how combining Deming's Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Cycle with Six Sigma's DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) principles can strengthen green initiatives in schools as part of sustainable education governance. Adopting a narrative inquiry design, the study captures the lived experiences of principals, teachers, and facility coordinators in executing environmentally responsible practices in accordance with the Greenship standards of the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). Data were gathered through in-depth interviews and document analyses from selected environmentally oriented schools. The results indicate that integrating Deming and Six Sigma methodologies facilitates more systematic planning, monitoring, and evaluation of sustainability efforts, thereby enhancing environmental efficiency, resource optimization, and a culture of continuous improvement across the school community. The study underscores that the effectiveness of Greenship implementation relies not only on adherence to technical standards but also on collaborative leadership, active stakeholder participation, and reflective learning processes. Ultimately, this work contributes to the discourse on sustainable school management by proposing a practical model that connects quality improvement systems with environmental accountability in educational institutions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation on motivation, the effect of motivation on performance, the effect of motivation and work environment on performance through performance satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of the Water Resources and Highways Service in the Mulyorejo Rayon Work Unit. This research uses a type of causal research with a quantitative approach. The research location is at the Water Resources and Highways Service Office, Tandes Rayon Work Unit, Jl. Kalidami IX, Mojo Village, Gubeng District, Surabaya, East Java. The population in this study were non-ASN/task force employees of the Water Resources and Highways Service of the Mulyorejo Rayon Work Unit, totaling 112 task forces. The sampling technique used Slovin's opinion, so the number of samples taken was 82 non-ASN/task force employees. Information is collected by submitting a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with software Smart-PLS 3. The results of the study indicate that work motivation does not affect employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, while the work environment does not affect job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. In an indirect relationship, job satisfaction acts as a mediator in the relationship between motivation and employee performance, but does not act as a mediator in the relationship between the work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

Urgensi dalam pembelajaran inovatif adalah pembelajaran yang langsung memecahkan masalah yang sedang dihadapi oleh kelas, berdasarkan kondisi kelas yang menjadi permasalahan tertentu dalam suatu pembelajaran. Pembelajaran inovatif merupakan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada strategi, metode atau upaya menigkatkan semua kemampuan positif dalam proses pengembangan potensi atau kemampuan berpikir kritis serta mengaktifkan partisipasi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Untuk itu pentingnya pembelajaran inovatif dan kreatif dikembangkan dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran sehingga membuat pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan juga tidak membebani peserta didik. Tujuan pembelajaran inovatif ini dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran projek based learning. Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (Project Based Learning) adalah model pembelajaran yang menggunakan proyek atau kegiatan sebagai media. Menurut Kemdikbud (2013), peserta didik melakukan eksplorasi, penilaian, interpretasi, sintesis, dan informasi untuk menghasilkan berbagai bentuk hasil belajar. Model pembelajaran ini akan dikolaborasikan dengan metode demonstrasi yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik ddalam mengemukakan pendapat/argumennya di depan kelas serta dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta didik untuk tampil di depan temannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang akan dijabakan satu persatu sesuai dengan model dan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan. Luaran yang ditargetkan dalam penelitian ini sebagai masukan dan evaluasi kepada guru khususnya pada mata kuliah bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mahasiswa berada pada masa transisi dari remaja menuju dewasa yang menuntut kemampuan belajar mandiri, pengaturan waktu, serta penyesuaian terhadap tuntutan sosial dan akademik. Keberhasilan pada tahap ini tidak hanya bergantung pada kemampuan kognitif, tetapi juga pada efikasi diri, yakni keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan dirinya untuk mencapai tujuan (Bandura, 1997). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri mahasiswa melalui pelatihan partisipatif berbasis teori Bandura. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 15 mahasiswa dan terdiri atas lima sesi: pengantar, self-awareness, self-efficacy, afirmasi positif, dan penutup. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui pre-test dan post-test, serta kualitatif melalui observasi dan refleksi peserta. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada skor efikasi diri dari rata-rata 6,80 menjadi 8,27 (p = 0,003), serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri, kesadaran potensi, dan motivasi setelah pelatihan. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi metode partisipatif, dukungan sosial, dan pengalaman keberhasilan selama kegiatan. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan efikasi diri ini efektif dalam mengembangkan keyakinan dan kesadaran diri mahasiswa, serta layak dijadikan program berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan pribadi dan kesiapan menghadapi tantangan akademik maupun dunia kerja. Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Pelatihan, Mahasiswa, Afirmasi Positif, Kesadaran Diri.  ABSTRACT University students are in a transitional stage from adolescence to adulthood, which requires them to learn independently, manage their time effectively, and adapt to various social and academic demands. Success at this stage is not determined solely by cognitive abilities but also by self-efficacy an individual’s belief in their capability to organize and execute actions to achieve specific goals (Bandura, 1997). This study aimed to enhance students’ self-efficacy through a participatory training program based on Bandura’s self-efficacy theory. The training involved 15 students and consisted of five sessions: introduction, self-awareness, self-efficacy, positive affirmation, and closing. Evaluation was conducted using both quantitative methods (pre-test and post-test) and qualitative approaches (observation and participant reflection). The results showed a significant increase in self-efficacy scores from a mean of 6.80 to 8.27 (p = 0.003), along with improved self-awareness, confidence, and motivation among participants. Supporting factors included a participatory learning approach, a supportive environment, and small success experiences throughout the sessions. Overall, the self-efficacy training effectively enhanced students’ confidence, self-awareness, and motivation, making it a promising ongoing program for personal development and academic or career readiness. Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Training, University Students, Positive Affirmation, Self-Awareness.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai respon atas keterbatasan akses permodalan, keterampilan teknis, serta pendampingan usaha yang dihadapi Pemuda Muhammadiyah Cakru, sehingga potensi ekonomi lokal khususnya di sektor peternakan belum berkembang secara optimal. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya produktivitas, tingginya risiko usaha, serta terbatasnya peluang peningkatan pendapatan pemuda. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi pemuda melalui penguasaan keterampilan budidaya Ayam Kuntara yang berkelanjutan dan penguatan kapasitas kewirausahaan. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah 25 orang Pemuda Muhammadiyah Cakru yang memiliki minat dan komitmen untuk mengembangkan usaha peternakan. Metode pengabdian dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui beberapa tahapan, meliputi sosialisasi program dan pemetaan kebutuhan mitra, penyuluhan serta workshop budidaya Ayam Kuntara, pelatihan kewirausahaan, pemasaran digital, dan pencatatan keuangan sederhana, serta praktik langsung pendirian unit usaha percontohan. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, observasi proses dan hasil produksi, serta analisis perubahan pendapatan peserta. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hardskill budidaya sebesar 45% dan softskill kewirausahaan sebesar 40%, penurunan angka kematian ayam hingga 30%, peningkatan produktivitas ternak, serta kenaikan pendapatan rata-rata peserta sekitar 35% per siklus produksi. Selain itu, terbentuk satu kelompok usaha pemuda yang berkelanjutan sebagai wadah pengembangan usaha bersama. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan terpadu antara pelatihan teknis dan kewirausahaan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi pemuda. Hasil pengabdian ini penting sebagai model pemberdayaan pemuda berbasis potensi lokal yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan karakteristik serupa.

Abstract

The industrial world has been increasingly using robots for production purposes. One type of robot used is a line follower robot for the purposes of transportation of production materials. Various researches and competitions of line follower robots were held to improve its performance. This study proposed a fuzzy logic algorithm using Sugeno method for a line follower mobile robot. This algorithm received input from the readings of 8 sensors mounted on the bottom of the robot and generated the speed of each left and right motor. This speed was used to keep the robot on track. The performance of this algorithm was compared with the fuzzy logic algorithm of the Mamdani method. The proposed fuzzy logic algorithm was better in terms of speed. The results of this study can be used as material to study the application of fuzzy logic algorithm in real time.

Abstract

Monkeypox diagnosis can initially be conducted through expert physical examination based on characteristic lesions. However, laboratory confirmation using PCR is still essential, these tests are often hampered by limitations such as high costs, lengthy processing times, and a general lack of detailed symptom knowledge among patients. In light of these issues, image-based diagnostic methods offer a more efficient solution, given that monkeypox manifests as visible lesions on the skin that can be accurately detected using a deep learning. This study employs Transformer network-based deep learning for classifying skin diseases. To improve model robustness and mitigate the limitations of the relatively small dataset, we designed a comprehensive data augmentation pipeline that incorporates both positional and color transformations, including rotation, horizontal and vertical flipping, zooming, shearing, and brightness, contrast, hue, and saturation adjustments. Furthermore, a k-fold cross-validation strategy was employed, where the entire dataset was partitioned into k equal-sized folds to ensure a reliable and unbiased evaluation of the model performance. The Swin Transformer leverages advanced transformer network to analyze images, emphasizing hierarchical relationships within images. Swin Transformer enhances the convolutional Transformer architecture by substituting the standard multi-head-self-attention (MSA) mechanism with a shifted window-based MSA module It enhances efficiency over traditional transformer models by incorporating a shifted window mechanism, which reduces computational demands. The average global accuracy achieved was 0.99 (99%), which is further supported by the AUC values obtained for each disease category. The model achieved an AUC of 1.00 for chickenpox, cowpox, and hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD), indicating excellent discriminative capability for these classes. Meanwhile, the remaining classes, including healthy skin, measles, and monkeypox, achieved AUC values of 0.99 and 0.98, respectively. These results demonstrate that the proposed Hierarchical Swin Transformer model provides highly reliable classification performance across all skin disease categories included in the dataset.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of maritime and Islamic values ​​and their relevance as a basis for developing an Islamic education curriculum in coastal areas. The study used a qualitative approach with  thematic library research. Data were obtained from reputable journal articles, academic books, research reports, and policy documents relevant to Islamic education, coastal local wisdom, and maritime values, published in the last ten years. Data analysis was conducted using the Braun and Clarke thematic analysis model through the stages of coding, grouping themes, and interpreting meaning. The results show that maritime values ​​such as work ethic, discipline, courage, social solidarity, and ecological concern have substantial alignment with Islamic values, especially the concepts of caliph, trustworthiness, gratitude, hard work, and the prohibition of environmental damage. The integration of these values ​​is relevant for developing a coastal Islamic education curriculum that is contextual, ecological, and oriented towards the formation of students' religious-social character. The research conclusion confirms that the integration of maritime and Islamic values ​​is a strategic approach in responding to the socio-ecological needs of coastal communities and can be a conceptual basis for the development of a sustainable Islamic education curriculum.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) di Desa Bulusari, Kecamatan Gempol, Kabupaten Pasuruan, selama ini masih terbatas pada penggunaan tradisional dan belum dioptimalkan sebagai sumber nilai ekonomi. Padahal, ketersediaan TOGA di pekarangan rumah serta peran aktif ibu-ibu PKK merupakan potensi strategis dalam pengembangan produk olahan bernilai jual. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan ibu-ibu PKK Desa Bulusari melalui peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kapasitas produksi dalam mengolah tanaman TOGA menjadi produk herbal yang layak konsumsi dan memiliki nilai ekonomi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi potensi TOGA, pelatihan pengolahan produk herbal sederhana, pendampingan proses produksi, serta pengenalan dasar pengemasan dan pemasaran produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai jenis dan manfaat TOGA, kemampuan mengolah TOGA menjadi produk bernilai jual, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran kewirausahaan berbasis sumber daya lokal. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam penguatan ekonomi keluarga dan mendorong terbentuknya usaha berbasis TOGA yang berkelanjutan di Desa Bulusari.
