Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation of context-based and creativity-based materials at grade V SD Negeri Pangkalan in order to support the development of materials to increase students’ learning outcome. This research was development research consisting of ten steps. The needs analysis was conducted based on teachers’ and students’ perceptions carried out on 21 students at the 5th grade as the experimental class and 20 students in the control class. The data were collected through a questionnaire and a test of students’ learning outcomes. The needs analysis consisted of four aspects: content, linguistics, presentation, and graphic. This study revealed that 80.9% students who were taught through context-based and creativity-based materials achieved the learning completeness. Meanwhile, in the control class, only 60% student achieved the learning completeness. Thus, context-based and creativity-based materials were effective to improve the students’ scientific literacy.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the digital identity of student organizations through Inkscape-based branding design training as an effective and accessible open-source solution. Many student organizations face challenges such as inconsistent visual quality, unrepresentative logos, and publication designs that do not reflect the organization's character. Through an interactive workshop approach, participants were trained to understand modern branding concepts, visual identity principles, and techniques for creating design elements including logos, color palettes, typography, and digital publication templates. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' abilities in designing more professional and consistent brand kits. The resulting designs have also been successfully used in the organization's official publications, thus directly impacting the image and appeal of their digital communications.

Abstract

This study was conducted to understand how parenting styles significantly influence the process of shaping children’s behavior. The method used in this research was a qualitative approach, with data collection carried out through interviews and direct observation of participants aged 10–18 years who live in Cicendo District, Bandung. Based on the results conveyed by several participants, it can be seen that parenting styles play a very important role in children’s growth and development as well as in the formation of their emotional conditions. Parents who play a positive role such as giving more attention, communicating well, and providing full support tend to build positive responses and emotional stability in children. This helps shape a healthy personality and creates a comfortable home environment that makes children feel safe. In contrast, parents who display negative roles and parenting styles such as being harsh, lacking attention, and frequently engaging in conflict tend to make children feel pressured and lack self confidence due to unmet emotional support. As a result, children may limit their relationship with their parents, which leads to emotional instability. Overall, the discussion shows that the family is the primary foundation for children, as their growth and development are strongly influenced by how parents fulfill their roles in shaping children’s personalities, which ultimately impacts their lives in the future.

Abstract

Mass circumcision often induces anxiety in children, potentially affecting their experience and recovery process. This community service initiative aimed to optimize children's mental preparedness and reduce pre-mass circumcision anxiety through educational and interactive play interventions. The activity took place in Nagwen Village, Klaten Regency, Central Java, involving 41 children aged 7-11 years. The approach employed included interactive educational sessions on the circumcision procedure, its benefits, and strategies for managing discomfort, interspersed with relevant educational games. Additionally, simple relaxation techniques and open question-and-answer sessions were implemented to create a safe and comfortable environment for the children.Observational results indicated an increase in children's understanding of the circumcision process and a significant reduction in anxiety indicators, such as restlessness and repetitive questioning. Children appeared calmer, more cooperative, and enthusiastic, and were able to undergo the circumcision procedure smoothly. Most experienced moderate anxiety with an average score of 6.97, as measured by a self-assessment questionnaire. This program demonstrates that education presented in an enjoyable manner, combined with interactive play, is highly effective in preparing children psychologically for circumcision. The recommendation for this activity is to integrate similar methods into every mass circumcision event to ensure a positive experience and support children's psychological well-being

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in education, particularly in how teachers teach and students learn. One innovation increasingly applied is Augmented Reality (AR) technology through the Assemblr Edu platform. This study aims to analyze elementary school teachers’ perceptions of using AR-based learning media via Assemblr Edu and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving eight elementary school teachers in Karawang Regency who participated in Assemblr Edu training. The results show that 75% of teachers perceived AR media as very effective in increasing students’ motivation and facilitating understanding of abstract concepts, especially in science and mathematics lessons. Teachers stated that the 3D visualization features enhanced student engagement and comprehension. However, limited infrastructure, especially unstable internet access in schools located in the outskirts of Karawang, remains a key barrier. Teachers emphasized the need for continuous mentoring and hands-on workshops to strengthen their ability to create AR-based learning materials. The findings highlight Assemblr Edu's potential as an innovative medium that supports teacher professionalism and digital literacy. These results can serve as a basis for regional policies on teacher-training programs that integrate AR technology into elementary education. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kedudukan akta notaris sebagai instrumen hukum yang memiliki kekuatan pembuktian otentik, namun efektivitasnya dalam sengketa merek masih diperdebatkan. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini meliputi: (1) bagaimana kedudukan hukum akta notaris dalam perkara sengketa hak atas merek POLO di Indonesia? (2) apa implikasi yuridis dari penggunaan akta notaris terhadap perlindungan hukum pemilik merek dalam sengketa tersebut? Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus, didukung data primer melalui wawancara dengan praktisi. Bahan hukum primer berupa UU Jabatan Notaris, UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis, serta Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 614 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2023 dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akta notaris memiliki kedudukan kuat sebagai alat bukti otentik dalam perjanjian lisensi maupun pengalihan merek. Namun, dalam kasus POLO, Mahkamah Agung lebih mengutamakan prinsip penggunaan pertama (first use) dibanding sekadar keberadaan akta notaris, sehingga akta tersebut tidak menjadi penentu utama. Kesimpulannya, meskipun akta notaris memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan preventif, efektivitasnya tetap bergantung pada kesesuaian dengan fakta penggunaan merek. Saran penelitian adalah perlunya penguatan regulasi mengenai keharusan pencatatan akta pengalihan atau lisensi merek di DJKI, serta peningkatan peran notaris dalam memastikan substansi akta sesuai fakta hukum agar dapat mendukung perlindungan hukum yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the influence of effective leadership and non-physical work environment on employee performance at the Pondok Aren District Office in South Tangerang City. This research method used quantitative research methods. The data collection method used was a questionnaire survey. The population used in this study consisted of 90 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, and obtained a sample of 90 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis testing partially on the variable of effective leadership (X1) obtained a calculated t-value > table t-value (6.974 > 1.987), which is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that effective leadership (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance. Partial hypothesis testing of the non-physical work environment variable (X2) obtained a calculated t-value > table t-value (11.491 > 1.987), which is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the non-physical work environment (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t-value > table t-value (74.593 > 3.10), which is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be said that effective leadership and the non-physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.632, meaning that effective leadership and the non-physical work environment together contribute a 63.2% influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT Sinergi Aitikom, South Jakarta. The background of this research lies in the importance of human resource management in achieving organizational goals. Effective recruitment and proper job placement are believed to improve employee performance, yet in practice, companies often face challenges in selecting qualified candidates and assigning employees to positions that match their competencies. This research employed a quantitative method with a questionnaire as the main instrument. The population consisted of all employees at PT Sinergi Aitikom, with 81 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that: (1) recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 9.626 > t-table 1.990, a significance level of 0.000, and a regression coefficient of 0.757; (2) job placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 10.645 > t-table 1.990, a significance level of 0.000, and a regression coefficient of 0.701; (3) recruitment and job placement simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 77.268 > F-table 2.720, a significance level of 0.000, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.656 or 65.6%. Thus, it can be concluded that recruitment and job placement play an important role in improving employee performance. The company is advised to strengthen its recruitment system, ensure job placement aligns with employee competencies.

Abstract

Pelatihan pemrograman Scratch bagi guru-guru SD Islam Al Madina Semarang merupakan sebuah program untuk membantu guru-guru dalam memahami dan mengajar pemrograman menggunakan platform Scratch. Program ini terdiri dari dua tahap pelatihan, yaitu pelatihan dasar dan pelatihan lanjutan. Pelatihan dasar mencakup pengenalan Scratch dan elemen dasar seperti sprite, latar belakang, suara, dan gerakan. Sedangkan pelatihan lanjutan membahas topik yang lebih kompleks seperti variabel, pengulangan, dan percabangan serta bagaimana membuat game dan aplikasi interaktif menggunakan Scratch. Analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa hanya sedikit guru-guru yang memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam mengajar pemrograman, diperkuat juga dengan permasalahan mitra yang masih rendah pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam mengajar pemrograman. Dengan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru-guru dalam menggunakan Scratch, diharapkan pembelajaran di kelas dapat menjadi lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan. Selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan membantu anak-anak memahami konsep-konsep penting seperti logika, kreativitas, dan solusi masalah, serta dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan rasa memiliki siswa terhadap karya yang dihasilkan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the management of learning communities in implementing deep learning at SDN Bojongpicung 2, Cianjur Regency. This qualitative descriptive research involved 10 teachers, 1 principal, and 76 fourth-grade students as research subjects. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that learning community management at SDN Bojongpicung 2 includes four stages: planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. Planning involves setting goals and forming community structures. Organizing includes role division and task coordination. Implementation is carried out through collaborative learning, peer tutoring, and reflective discussions using inquiry cycles consisting of initial reflection, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Evaluation is conducted periodically to measure community effectiveness. Deep learning implementation through learning communities shows significant improvements in students' critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with an average N-Gain of 0.65 in the medium category.
