Abstract

Morals and ethics are something that is very important to be developed in students. The poor morals and ethics of students towards teachers, colleagues, underclassmen and others are proof that education in the country has not fully succeeded in shaping the character of good students. For this reason, special and intensive coaching is needed on moral and ethical development based on a normative approach that is integrated with the Qur'an and Hadith. The purpose of this study is to examine the morals of students towards teachers according to the Qur'an and Hadith and how to overcome the problem of bad moral decadence in students. This research method is qualitative descriptive. The approach used is the library method, the materials collected are books, magazines and journal articles related to this research theme from previous research works. The data sources include verses of the Quran and Hadith that contain the morals of students towards teachers and the views of experts contained in related articles. The results of this study show that; (1) special and intensive coaching is needed on students' morals and ethics while in school, (2) Improve students' Islamic studies, (3) Tell the morals of noble prophets and ompanions, (4) Improve the quality and quantity of worship, (5) Provide good examples and examples.

Abstract

The issue of cyber crimes against humanity is rapidly emerging as a worldwide concern in the present day. Cybercrime, including activities like identity theft, online fraud, and cyberattacks, has a detrimental influence on society and people. This study examines the factors that lead to cyber crimes targeting the human population. We must be comprehensively aware of these constituent factors to enhance our efforts in combating cybercrime and safeguarding our digital security. In order to address this research question, we used normative juridical and empirical juridical research methodologies. We conducted a descriptive analysis and utilized both primary and secondary data sources. The study findings indicate the imperative need to address and counteract cybercrime against humanity. Collaboration among individuals, organizations, and governments is necessary to implement suitable security measures effectively and enhance public knowledge of cybercrime. In order to safeguard humanitarian interests, we must persist in examining and comprehending the fundamental elements of cybercrime. Through persistent endeavors and robust collaboration, we can enhance the security of the digital realm and safeguard society from cybercriminal activities.

Abstract

Cultural changes will continue to develop in every era, with the emergence of new technologies, one of which is social media. Social media aims to provide convenience in terms of communicating so that it has an impact on its users, both positive and negative. One of the most widely used applications from other social media is the Tik Tok application where each user can make various videos and interact via private chat. The app, launched in September 2016, shows how important its influence on culture is. Where tick tock has become the most widely used social media, one of which is among students. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that cause changes in the culture of communication and how changes in the culture of communication in the use of social media tick tok by IAIN Bukittinggi students who live in Al Maizy's boarding house, Gurun Aua Nagari Kubang Putiah.

Abstract

This article applies a descriptive qualitative method by applying library research techniques in data collection. The results of this research are that philosophy is one of the foundations in education. The philosophy of Islamic education is a science that looks at the process of teachers educating students so that they can develop from not knowing to becoming knowledgeable so as to form quality students with all the potential that exists within them. Humans cannot live alone in their lives. The research explains how education and educational goals are in Islamic educational philosophy.

Abstract

The maternal mortality rate in the world is about 303,000 out of 91.45/100,000 KH (WHO, 2022). In ASEAN, the maternal mortality rate in developing countries is 239 per 100,000 (ASEAN Secretariat, 2022). In Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate in 2022 is 305/100,000 KH (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2022). In Central Java Province, the maternal mortality rate in 2022 was 98.6/100,000 KH (Central Java Health Office, 2022). In Brebes Regency, the maternal mortality rate in 2022 was around 105 cases (Brebes Health Office, 2022). Kaliwadas Health Center in 2022 recorded 1 case of maternal mortality (Health Profile of Kaliwadas Health Center in 2022). Provide comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women, maternity, newborns, postpartum and family planning (KB) using the Varney and SOAP management approaches. Research Methods: The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with a comprehensive case study approach. Pregnancy midwifery care that has been given to Mrs. F aged 30 years with Chronic Energy Deficiency has been given management according to the needs of the mother, but Mrs. F still experiences SEZ until delivery. In labor, newborn, postpartum until family planning Mrs. F did not have complications and there were no gaps between theory and practice. Comprehensive midwifery care given to Mrs. F with Chronic Energy Deficiency (SEZ) has been carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with the condition of the mother and baby is good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas Ⅸ SMP Darudda`wah pada materi statistika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas Ⅸ yang berjumlah 21 orang siswa.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model menurut Ayu Elvita,LC dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis berbentuk wawancara dan 5 soal esai dengan materi statistika, soal statistika diberikan untuk melihat kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan 3 indikator yaitu (1) written teks, (2) drawing, (3) mathematical axpressions. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 9 orang siswa dalam Kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 42,85%, 3 orang siswa dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 14,28%, 9 siswa dalam kategori cukup dengan persentase 42,85%. Abstract

. According to WHO (2019) TB mortality rate (AKI) in the world namely 303,000 people. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in ASEAN (2020), namely amounting to 235/100,000 live births. Based on data from the Ministry of Health Figures Maternal mortality (MMR) in Indonesia in 2020 was 4,627 deaths. Data Health Department (2021) MMR 62 cases. Data from Kaliwadas Community Health Center (2022) MMR 0 case. The aim of this research was to reduce maternal and infant morbidity and mortality rates in Brebes district, especially the Kaliwadas Community Health Center area. This research method is qualitative research, namely a research method carried out by exploring, describing and explaining and predicting a phenomenon that occurs on the basis of it in the field. The results of this research are after carrying out comprehensive midwifery care in Mrs. S is 42 years old with risk factors: age, anemia and CED at the Community Health Center Kaliwadas from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family planning using Varney and midwifery approaches SOAP found gaps between theory and practice.

The Influence of Individual Characteristics and Job Characteristics on Employee Performance with Mediator Variables of Employee Work Motivation at the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya. This type of research uses explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 40 employees. The objectives of this research are 1) To describe individual characteristics, job characteristics, work motivation and employee performance. 2) To test and analyze the influence of individual characteristics on the work motivation of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 3) To test and analyze the influence of job characteristics on the work motivation of the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency. 4) To test and analyze the influence of work motivation on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 5) To test and analyze the influence of individual characteristics on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 6) To test and analyze the influence of job characteristics on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 7) To test and analyze the indirect influence of individual characteristics on employee performance with work motivation as a variable mediator at the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency. 8) To test and analyze the indirect influence of job characteristics on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator variable at the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency. The research results show that: 1) Individual characteristics, job characteristics, motivation and performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees are in the very good category. 2) Individual characteristics have a significant positive effect on the work motivation of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 3) Job characteristics have a significant positive effect on the work motivation of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 4) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 5) Individual characteristics have an insignificant positive effect on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 6) Job characteristics have a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. 7) Individual characteristics have an indirect effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator variable at the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency. 8) Job characteristics have an indirect effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator variable at the Kaimana Regency Regional Revenue Agency.

Abstract

This article reviews the Influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. Where the influence of employee performance on motivation as a mediating variable includes leadership style, work environment, so in this article the author will review two variables that have a role or influence on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable. The implementation of this literature review article is as follows: 1) leadership style influences employee performance; 2) leadership style influences motivation; 3) work environment affects motivation; 4) work environment influences employee performance; 5) motivation influences employee performance; 6) leadership style not influence employee performance mediated motivation; 7) work environment not influence employee performance mediated motivation.

Abstract

Perkawinan anak merupakan salah satu bentuk kekerasan terhadap anak. Anak yang dipaksa menikah atau karena kondisi tertentu harus menikah dibawah usia 19 tahun akan memiliki kerentanan yang lebih besar baik secara akses pendidikan, kualitas kesehatan, potensi mengalami tindak kekeraran, serta hidup dalam kemiskinan. Dampak perkawinan anak tidak hanya akan dialami oleh anak yang dinikahkan, namun juga akan berdampak pada anak yang dilahirkan serta berpotensi memunculkan kemiskinan antargenerasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan menignkatkan pemahaman dan kapasitas guru yang memiliki peran penting dalam pengambilan keputusan di sekolah dalam upaya mencegah perkawinan anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pelatihan kepada guru TK dan SD di kabupaten Bojonegoro. Pengambilan data dengan pre-post test. Hasilya adalah ada peningkatan kapasitas guru dari aspsek kognitif, sikap dalam mencegah perkawinan anak. Sebagai guru diharapkan dengan bekal selama lokakarya dapat menjadikan meraka champion yang dapat menyebarkan pengetahuan kepada para wali murid sehingga dapat mencegah perkawinan anak.
