Abstract

Education in Indonesia follows the development of the curriculum that has been given by the government. The biggest challenge at the moment is no longer Covid-19, but a new normal that requires adaptability. This study aims to analyze the post-Covid-19 pandemic curriculum model and the supporting and inhibiting factors for its implementation. This research was conducted at MI Nurussalam Ngawi, using qualitative research methods, with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that MI Nurussalam followed the government's mandate to choose one of the three curriculum options provided by the government, namely the 2013 Curriculum, the Emergency Curriculum (simplified 2013 Curriculum), and the Prototype Curriculum. In this case, MI Nurussalam chose to implement the 2013 curriculum, arguing that before the pandemic, this curriculum had already been implemented. The supporting factors for the implementation of the 2013 curriculum during the recovery period are the teacher's role as an indicator of implementing learning, the online learning implementation tools used, fun learning methods. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of cooperation between teachers and parents in guiding online learning, the lack of learning support facilities and infrastructure during the Covid-19 pandemic, the motivation of students in implementing learning at madrasas and at home.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is a guide for Muslims in the world and it is obligatory for us to studyit. Especially for young children is a very effective period to start learning the Qur'an. Learning alone is also not enough, it must require the method used, because learning without the right method does not guarantee good quality reading. Therefore theNurul Hidayah Al-Qur'an Education Park is a place for learning the Qur'an, using the Qiro'ati method as the application of learning.  To find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in learning the Qur'an at TPQ Nurul Hidayah. This type of research uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were taken from observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis that the researcher uses is Miles and Huberman's analysis which includes 3 steps: data collection, data reduction, and data verification. The results of this study the researchers found that: 1. The implementation of the Qiro'ati method in learning the Qur'an at TPQ Nurul Hidayah was applied to the TIWAGAS (Conscientious, Alert, Firm) and DAKTUN (No Leading) teacher principles, as well as the LCTB student principle ( Smooth, Fast, Precise, Correct) and CBSA (Active Santri Learning Method) using the stages of preparation, organization, implementation, supervision and evaluation. 2. a. Supporting factors for this learning process include teachers who have already agreed, students' enthusiasm, parental support and adequate infrastructure. 2. b. Factors inhibiting the learning process include differences in the ability of students to pay attention to the teacher, lack of student discipline, differences in student enthusiasm for learning. learning discipline and always motivate students to always be enthusiastic about learning. Developing the learning process to be better and educating students as well as possible

Abstract

Al-Qur'an as a source, guide, good news and warning and provide benefits for Muslims. In addition to giving goodness and glory to those who read it. If reading it can increase the faith and piety of Muslims. However, if you memorize your intention because of Allah SWT, you can make a noble deed. One of the memorization methods adjusts to the times, namely the pledge method. The pledge method means repeating continuously from short letters to long letters. This research uses descriptive qualitative type so that primary and secondary data are obtained. Primary data conducted observations and interviews with the institution. While secondary data obtained from literature studies from books, documents, internet and others. The results of this study are that the pledge method involves memory activity, repeating verses is easier, fluent and memory sticks more. The implementation of the pledge method is carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage of the pledge which can be done facing the teacher or individually. This pledge method is useful for facilitating memory, students so as not to hinder memorization of the Qur'an by means of intention for Allah and reading a lot and repeating memorization.

Abstract

Supervision is an important instrument insupporting theachievementof educational goals. Supervision or supervision carried out at the madrasah level is the responsibility of a madrasah head. The communication style of the head of the madrasah when supervising education personnel has an impact on improving the performance of education staff. This article discusses the communication style of the head of the madrasah in supervising education personnel. Supervise the head of the madrasah how his efforts are in optimizing the potential of existing educators. This discussion is the result of research conducted. Qualitative research with results showing that the supervision model carried out by the head of the madrasah when supervising teachers with interpersonal communication style carried out by the head of the madrasah is able to motivate teachers and education staff to develop their capacity. Where the head of the madrasah observes directly the ongoing learning process in the supervised classroom while approaching it with an interpersonal communication style. This is done so that the head of the madrasah knows the readiness and preparation of teachers in the learning process. From here the head of the madrasah will follow up as needed to optimize the potential of teachers and education staff respectively.

Abstract

Academic supervision is one of the supervisions that must be carried out by the head of the madrasa to improve teacher performance, therefore, this thesis discusses the Academic Supervision Mechanism of the Head of Madrasah on Optimizing the Duties and Functions of the Teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques consist of (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. With the research subject the Head of Madrasah and MIN 3 teachers in Lhokseumawe City. The results of this study are (1) academic supervision planning is arranged in prota and prosem. Optimizing the duties and functions of teachers by checking the lesson plans and the suitability of teaching methods, (2) the implementation of academic supervision is carried out with individual supervision techniques: class visits, observations and private conversations, and group supervision: meetings with teachers. (3) supervision of academic supervision in the form of supervision of supervision planning, supervision of the implementation of supervision and assessment. The findings in this study are that the academic supervision carried out by the madrasah principal produces results such as the teacher completing the teaching preparation (RPP), the teacher enters class according to the hour, and the teacher's activity in the classroom. Teachers who have problems in preparing lesson plans will be fostered and given training.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kanker payudara merupakan salah satu dari penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia. Meningkatnya angka kematian kanker payudara maka perlu tindakan masyarakat dalam program penanggulangan kanker payudara, salah satunya memberikan edukasi SADARI. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi SADARI sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan perilaku WUS untuk deteksi dini kanker payudara. Diawali dengan melakukan persiapan kemudian pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan memberikan Edukasi SADARI selama 45 menit melalui aplikasi zoom yang menjelaskan tentang deteksi dini kanker payudara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan responden terhadap perubahan perilaku dan motivasi pada wanita usia subur, selanjutnya edukasi akan dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan WhatsApp dan membekali WUS dengan Booklet Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara. Setelah diberikan informasi melalui pendidikan kesehatan SADARI melalui whatsapp group maka WUS memiliki kemungkingan lebih besar untuk mematuhi atau mengetahui cara untuk mendeteksi kanker payudara secara dini. Abstract: Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. Increasing breast cancer mortality rate requires community action in breast cancer prevention programs, one of which is providing BSE education. This service aims to provide BSE education as an effort to increase WUS motivation and behavior for early detection of breast cancer. Beginning with preparation, then the implementation of community service is carried out by providing BSE Education for 45 minutes through the zoom application which explains about early detection of breast cancer to increase respondents' knowledge of behavioral changes and motivation in women of childbearing age, then education will be continued by using WhatsApp and equip WUS with Breast Cancer Early Detection Booklet. After being given information through BSE health education through a whatsapp group, WUS has a greater chance of complying or knowing how to detect breast cancer early.

Abstract

Background: Tooth has a unique characteristic. Teeth often used for forensic identification especially when the other parts of the body could not gave a difference feature used for identification.Discussion: Tooth is part of the body known for its resistant against external influence making it as an important primary identifier. Dental radiographic can act as a helpful tool in identification process to compare antemortem and postmortem data. Radiograph can give a detail features from the teeth and their surroundings, especially digital radiograph so it can ease the identification process.Conclusion : forensic identification using radiograph can be trusted.

Abstract

From a series of laws and government regulations regarding education, educational goals, both regarding educational standards, professional standards for teaching staff, professional teachers must fulfill competence as an absolute requirement, and competence is defined as the unanimity of mastery of the knowledge, skills, and attitudes displayed through performance, in this case there are at least 4 competencies that must be perfectly owned by professional teachers, namely personality competencies (steady, mature, wise, authoritative, wise). Pedagogic Competence (the ability to manage learning, understand students, conditions and environment, the core meaning of the subject). Professional Competence (insightful, mastery of the material, mastery of the substance of teaching materials and so on). Social Competence (social sensitivity, ability to communicate politely, be wise with people around, and so on), the problem in this case in our world of education is whether all teachers are aware of their professional demands? Are teachers continuously evaluating their professionalism as educators and continue to push himself to improve the quality of his profession, how wide the opportunities from the government to teachers to improve their professional quality as teaching staff. If you look at the references to laws, government regulations, ministerial regulations, opportunities to improve the quality of education by improving the teaching profession should continue to be held and widely open to teachers.

Abstract

The digital era is  a time when technological developments occur in all parts of the world. As a society that lives in this digital era, we should fallow the current technological developments that we feel. Utilizing technology to solve the problems in the world of education is a wise action. One of the uses of technology in education is to use creative learning video media based on computer technology using the powtoon aplication. The purpose of this research is to develop creative learning video media. The method used is the research and development method in class V SD Negeri 84 Kendari, using the DDD- E method. The data analysis technique used the analysis technique of validation result and the analysis technique of the questionnaire responses of teachers and students. It can be concluded that this creative learning video media MeJiKuHiBiNiUn feasible to be use in the learning process in the fifth grade of elementary school.

Abstract

This study analyses how inclusive education is being implemented in Madrasah in Indonesia through the "Merdeka Belajar" program. The research uses document and content analysis to examine the Decree of Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia about guidelines for the implementation of the “Merdeka Belajar” curriculum in madrasahs (KMA RI No. 347 of 2022) policy document as a means to comprehend the intricate essence and origin of the issue, particularly in relation to inclusive education. The study reveals that the policy document mentioned the term diversity, students with disabilities, and inclusive education, however, the terms are limited and still need more specific explanations about inclusive education. The result shows that the "Merdeka Belajar" program is an important initiative that seeks to create inclusive classrooms where all students can receive a quality education in Madrasah setting.
