Abstract

The problem of this research is that graduates are not in accordance with the needs of the world of work. The results of the research are (1) Graduate quality management planning consists of indicators of Vision and mission, Objectives, Program, Time line, Monev plan, Follow-up has been well planned (2) Implementation of internal quality management consists of indicators of preparation, direction, program implementation, problems encountered, problem solutions, and implementation results have been properly arranged. (3) Evaluation of internal quality management consists of indicators of evaluation objectives, evaluation tools, evaluation results, and evaluation follow-up plans that have been carried out in accordance with applicable criteria (4) Internal quality management control consists of indicators of control objectives, types of controls, and results of controls has been carried out in accordance with approved operational standards. (5) Improvement of internal quality management consisting of indicators of development planning, development organization, development implementation, and development evaluation has been improved in accordance with suggestions and recommendations on the results of control measures (6) Internal quality management issues consist of indicators of planning, implementation, evaluation, control problems , and the upgrade is still there but it can be solved with a proper workaround. (7) Solutions to internal quality management problems consisting of indicators of planning, implementation, evaluation, control and improvement problems can be provided with a good solution. (8) The quality of student graduates, including academic and non-academic achievement indicators, has been well achieved

Abstract

Principal leadership is very important in improving teacher performance and the quality of learning at SMPN 18 and SMPN 28 Bandung. This study aims to determine: (1) How is the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance and the quality of learning at SMPN 18 and SMPN 28 Bandung (2) What are the obstacles to the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance and the quality of learning at SMPN 18 and SMPN 28 Bandung ( 3) What are the efforts of the principal in improving teacher performance and quality of learning at SMPN 18 and SMPN 28 Bandung. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, the data collected through the method of observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation, and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. This study aims to determine the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance and quality of learning, knowing the constraints of principal leadership in improving teacher performance and learning quality and knowing the principal's efforts to improve teacher performance and learning quality. In this research study, it shows that: (1) The leadership of the principal in improving the quality of learning at SMPN 18 and SMPN 28 Bandung is quite good. Principals are maternal, skilled in communication and easy to get along with others, assertive and democratic. (2) Obstacles to the leadership of the principal in improving the quality of learning are limited teachers and educational personnel and poor learning infrastructure. (3) The principal's effort to improve the quality of learning at SMPN 18 and SMPN 28 Bandung is to increase teacher professionalism, supervise and motivate teachers and educational staff. From the results of these studies, the authors provide suggestions to SMPN 18 and SMPN 28 Bandung to recruit educators with Masters education and new educational staff, improve learning infrastructure and improve learning achievement at SMPN 18 and SMPN 28 Bandung

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perguruan tinggi dalam menghadapi persaingan global dan perubahan lingkungan yang semakin dinamis. Perguruan tinggi harus mampu mengembangkan strategi yang tepat dan efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan. Salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan Balance Score Card sebagai alat manajemen strategis yang dapat membantu perguruan tinggi dalam mengukur kinerja dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan dan dampak Balance Score Card (BSC) pada Perguruan Tinggi dalam meningkatkan kinerja Dosen dan kembalian Pendidikan di Universitas Galuh. Desain penelitian dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan BSC secara efektif meningkatkan kinerja dosen di Universitas Galuh, dan diketahui juga bahwa penerapan Balance Score Card (BSC) pada kembalian pendidikan di Universitas Galuh memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kualitas pendidikan dan kinerja dosen. BSC memberikan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk mengukur, memantau, dan mengelola kinerja pendidikan dengan menggunakan indikator kinerja yang terkait dengan tujuan strategis universitas.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of social media in shaping anti-bullying attitudes among adolescents, with a focus on a case study conducted at SMP Negeri 14 Kota Bandung. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and social media content analysis. The results indicate that social media plays a significant role in shaping anti-bullying attitudes among adolescents. Content that supports positive norms, educates about the impact of bullying, and engages in anti-bullying campaigns through social media can positively influence adolescent attitudes. However, social media can also become a platform for bullying if not monitored closely, with the presence of negative content and online bullying behaviors. This research provides a profound understanding of the complexity of the role of social media in shaping anti-bullying attitudes among adolescents, serving as a foundation for the development of more effective educational programs to reduce bullying among adolescents, especially within the school environment.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of Character Education Strengthening at SMK Negeri 1 Subang as an effort to shape positive attitudes, behaviors, motivation, and skills in students. In the context of character strengthening as the foundation for the implementation of government regulations, this research focuses on the key role of guidance counselors in three main stages: knowledge, implementation, and habituation. The lack of character education can increase the risk of issues such as rudeness, lack of empathy, and bullying. The research employs a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation as methods. Results indicate the active participation of the entire school community, the implementation of the P5 program, and regular evaluations. Supportive factors involve the enthusiasm of the school community, understanding of the independent curriculum, and adequate infrastructure, while variations in student backgrounds and challenges in online learning pose obstacles. Positive impacts are evident in the reduction of bullying, a comfortable school environment, and students' improved character. This study provides an in-depth overview of the school's efforts to address bullying through character strengthening, contributing to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Abstract

Bullying is a phenomena that affects children in their social contexts, including their families, communities, and schools, even in kindergarten. This is what motivated the conduct of this study. It is crucial that early childhood educators and parents work together to stop bullying. The following are the research objectives: (1) Describe how parents and schools work together to manage the anti-bullying campaign; (2) List the elements that encourage and obstruct parent and school collaboration in the anti-bullying movement. Case studies were employed in this qualitative research project. Data were gathered through observations, documentation, and interviews. The findings of the study demonstrate how crucial it is for parents and schools to work together in anti-bullying campaigns in order to stop bullying in schools. Schools must keep pushing parents to get involved in anti-bullying initiatives, particularly by reaching out to them with information about bullying. Bullying in schools can be decreased via effective collaboration between parents and schools. Together, parents and schools can provide a secure and encouraging learning environment for every student. Increased communication, active participation, understanding, acknowledging the role of parents, and an integrated strategy between schools and parents can all help achieve this.

Abstract

The background of this study is still the occurrence of violations of the code of professional ethics of Health civil servants and the lack of quality of health services and behavior of Health civil servants in providing health services to the community. This research is based on the concept and theory of POAC management according to Terry which consists of planning, organizing, implementation and supervision. The general purpose of the study is to review and analyze Basic Training Management in improving the quality of CPNS in the Ministry of Health, specifically to obtain an overview of planning, implementation, supervision, evaluation, inhibiting factors and efforts to overcome obstacles in training. This study uses descriptive method with qualitative approach according to the facts through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies on CPNS basic training in Health Training Center Ciloto. The results showed that: (1) training planning is in accordance with planning theory and training policy standards but there are still limitations in the number of certified teaching resources. (2) the implementation is in accordance with the implementation theory and training program standards but there are still weaknesses of some teachers in terms of online teaching strategies. (3) supervision is in accordance with supervision theory and supervision quality standards but the supervisor has not been fully involved in the entire learning process. (4) The evaluation is in accordance with the evaluation theory and evaluation standards of the assessment instrument but does not involve all related elements in the evaluation of graduation. (5) the inhibiting factors of training include the limited number of certified teachers, the weakness of some teachers in online teaching strategies, learning is not on schedule due to internet network connection constraints, supervisors have not been fully involved in all training agendas, and the evaluation has not involved all related elements. (6) the efforts that have been made include cooperation between training agencies, improvement of teacher competence, improvement of internet capacity, communication and coordination related to policy supervision and evaluation of comprehensive training. Management basic training in improving the quality of Health employess has been carried out according to the concept and theory of management, but there are still limitations in terms of the number of certified teachers, teacher competence, supervision and evaluation.

Abstract

The implementation of bureaucratic reform in the educational institution system in Indonesia has carried out many substantive transformations in various dimensions. This is because it can be reviewed through the implementation of bureaucratic reforms that focus on services in order to monitor and evaluate performance in the organizational and human resource dimensions. This research is a descriptive qualitative research obtained from interviews. Data collection techniques were carried out by triangulation and data analysis using inductive data reduction, presentation, and verification techniques that emphasized meaning. This study explains that the implementation of bureaucratic reform at IAIN Palangka Raya has gone well in terms of the organizational and human resource dimensions. Although there are several notes such as ease of access to service information at IAIN Palangka Raya which can be improved so that it is right on target. This is expected to generate benefits for the implementation of bureaucratic reform as an effort to develop goal-oriented competencies and skills. In addition, the draft road map on the implementation of policy reforms can be used as a guide and direction for policy or decision makers in implementing bureaucratic reforms.

Abstract

Organisasi dituntut untuk saling berkopetisi, tidak hanya mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya tetapi organisasi juga harus unggul secara berkelanjutan, tak terkecuali organisasi sektor publik yang bertugas melayani masyarakat. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ketat seperti saat ini, suatu organisasi harus mempertahankan aset-aset yang dimilikinya agar mampu menghadapi persaingan itu. Salah satu aset yang tak luput menjadi perhatian adalah sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi. Manusia menjadi aset yang unik, karena merupakan satu-satunya aset yang bernyawa, sehingga diperlukan treatment khusus untuk menjaga loyalitasnya kepada organisasi. Salah satu unsur yang cukup menentukan dalam upaya manajemen sumber daya manusia pada suatu organisasiadalah manusianya. penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yaitu metode yang berlandaskan pada filsafat postpositivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci, pengambilan sampel sumber data dilakukan secara puposive, teknik pengumpulan dengan trianggulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/ kualitatif dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna daripada generalisasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, Balance scorecard memperluas perspektif yang harus diperhatikan dalam pengukuran kinerja. Tiga perspektif yang harus mendapatkan perhatian yakni pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Kemapanan Lembaga harus melalui tiga tahap, Growth (berkembang), Substain Stage (bertahan) kemudian Harvest (panen) terhadap investasi mereka.

Abstract

In the world of education, the National Education Standards (SNP) act as the main guide that directs and guarantees the quality of learning across the country. learning across the country. More than just a set of rules, the SNP are important milestones that guide schools and educators to create effective and high-quality effective and high-quality learning processes. Quality Standards Education Quality Standards are the cornerstone that underpins the education system to achieve equality and sustainability. Schools that successfully meet these standards are considered as quality institutions, capable of upholding their educational programs in line with the SNP standards that are the minimum reference in managing programs in line with the SNP standards, which are the minimum reference in managing education in various regions. However, the next phase becomes increasingly crucial: improving quality by adopting international standards. Schools that have reached and exceeded the SNP standards are now going further. Sukabumi district are exemplary. For example, the Adzkia Integrated Islamic School (SIT) Sukabumi not only upholds national standards. They also carry out mission to be a model in shaping the character of young generations who are smart, creative, and broad-minded. smart, creative, and insightful and able to become agents of change in society. SIT Adzkia Sukabumi not only upholds national standards, but also adopts international management standards, enriching the quality of their education to a higher level. This service activity aims to educate the managers of Education units in Adzkia Education environment related to management quality standards with international standards that can be applied in the world of education, namely the applied in the world of education, namely the quality standard in question is ISO 21001.
