Abstract

Penilaian secara periodik terhadap driver perlu dilakukan, untuk mengevaluasi kinerja. Pelaksanaan evaluasi membutuhkan waktu sehingga evaluasi sering dilakukan ketika terjadi keluhan dari penumpang, memberikan efek perubahan yang sifatnya sementara juga, setelah keluhan teratasi maka driver maupun pimpinan divisi transportasi menganggap tidak akan terjadi lagi kejadian yang sama. Bentuk evaluasi seperti di atas seringkali hanya  dilakukan terhadap driver yang dikeluhkan penumpang.   Penilaian kinerja yang termodel dan menyeluruh terhadap semua driver, yang sifatnya periodik dengan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis Profile Matching mampu meminimalisir kejadikan yang dikeluhkan penumpang..

Abstract

Dalam dunia kesehatan, beberapa gejala yang timbul bisa menjadi tanda-tanda penyebab dari beberapa penyakit sekaligus. Kondisi yang dilematis ini sering kali mempersulit pengambilan keputusan mengenai penyakit yang diderita seseorang. Penentuan langkah pencegahan maupun pengobatan juga menjadi sulit untuk dilakukan, sehingga pemeriksaan lanjutan perlu dilakukan oleh tim medis. Sangat dimungkinkan jika tim medis kurang akurat dalam menentukan analisis penyakit dikarenakan munculnya gejala yang sama pada beberapa penyakit. Diperlukan sistem penegakan diagnose penyakit dengan metode na ve bayes akan mampu membantu pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa dalam mengenal gejala-gejala penyakit typus, dan juga dilengkapi dengan solusi pencegahan maupun solusi penanggulangan.

Abstract

Teacher performance according to Law Number 14 of 2005 includes the main activities of planning, learning, implementing, assessing learning outcomes, mentoring and training children as well as additional tasks related to the main activities in accordance with the main workload. Teacher performance influences student learning outcomes, with good teacher performance it should produce good quality students as well. Therefore, it is natural that teacher performance needs to be measured every period. The assessment certainly contains the main and additional tasks. Based on these problems, it is also necessary to improve the existing performance appraisal system. There needs to be an appropriate method to assist the teacher performance assessment process, one of which is the weighted method, namely simple additive weighting (SAW). Performance assessment every semester using the SAW method will be able to bridge the results of increasingly better teacher performance. The assessment is carried out on a weighted basis for each parameter. The final result is a ranking of the performance of all teachers in descending order

Abstract

Kualitas produk bimbingan di sebabkan beberapa faktor yang juga merupakan elemen kinerja dosen juga diantaranya lulusan dosen, bidang keahlian, mata kuliah yang diajar, jumlah mahasiswa lulusan. Penentuan dosen bimbingan pada setiap topik tugas akhir yang dilakukan prodi manajemen selama ini masih berdasarkan satu variabel saja yaitu lulusan dosen, belum ada variabel pertimbangan lain seperti yang tersebut diatas. Perlu dilakukan klasifikasi kinerja dosen yang meliputi lulusan dosen, bidang keahlian, mata kuliah yang diajar, jumlah mahasiswa lulusan terhadap ploting topik bimbingan tugas akhir mahasiswa. Hasil klasifikasi mampu memberikan dukungan keputusan dalam menentukan dosen-dosen yang berkompeten pada setiap jenis topik tugas akhir.

Abstract

Waterlogging can cause damage to paved pavement construction, especially roads in coastal areas that experience seawater inundation by tidal water. Thus, it is necessary to innovate the paved mixture by optimizing natural materials or rice husk ash waste in the asphalt mixture. The purpose of the study was to obtain the stability and fatigue value of the use of rice husk ash filler in the AC-WC mixture in coastal areas. The research method uses experimental methods. The research phase consisted of testing the quality of the material, determining KAO, and soaking with seawater for 24 hours on a filler mixture with rice husk ash using a composition of 6.5%, 7%, and 7.5%, and Marshall testing was carried out. The results showed a decrease in the stability value from typical asphalt of 1856.6 kg to a mixture of rice husk ash of 1346.2 kg. However, there was an increase in the stability value and the percentage of rice husk ash filler. Rice husk ash has a content that can add stability value, increasing flow from 2.02 mm of typical asphalt to 2.7 mm for rice husk ash content of 7%. However, there is a decrease if the percentage of rice husk ash is increased to 7.5%. The higher the percentage of filler with rice husk ash will affect the decrease in flow value. The Marshall Quotient value decreased from the normal asphalt value of 946.17 kg/mm to 543.64 kg/mm and increased by a percentage of 7%-7.5% with a value of 1133.21 kg/mm. The increase in the number of rice husk ash fillers further increases the Marshall Quotient value, but the flow value decreases because the specific gravity of rice husk ash is higher than that of fine aggregate, so that the asphalt covering the aggregate becomes thinner and fatigue decreases. The next step needs to be to conduct a durability test check related to the durability level of the AC-WC Asphalt mixture with rice husk ash. Field-scale applications that can increase the Marshall Quotient value are used a mixture of husk ash filler by 7%-7.5%. Keywords: AC-WC, filler, Marshall, rice husk ash, sea water

Abstract

Terkait pembelajaran tentang dunia kuliner, selama ini masih menggunakan buku atau modul pembajaran manual atau walaupun sudah berbasis komputer namun hanya sebatas mengumpulkan bahan pembelajaran dari artikel di internet. Pada intinya modul pembelajaran fungsinya mendampingi siswa dalam kegiatan belajaran mengajar, namun yang terjadi selama ini sebagai dampak perkembangan teknologi dan gadget membuat mahasiswa malas untuk belajar dari buku atau modul manual, mereka lebih senang browsing dari literatur yang ada diinternet. Berkaitan permasalah diatas maka teknologi informasi mempunyai peranan penting, salah satu model pemberian materi yang bisa digunakan adalah E- modul. Tujuan dari pelatihan pembuatan e-modul ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada para mahasiswa khususnya anggota HMPP dalam menyusun buku resep yang praktis dan mudah memberikan tutorial menu resep masakan. Setelah adanya pelatihan pembuatan E-Modul, mahasiswa pada program studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan, mampu dengan mudah belajar tentang kuliner berbasis e-modul.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze scientific performance and analyze students' higher-order thinking skills after the application of problem-based LK to develop higher-order thinking skills in the use of coconut shell as an adsorbent for Zn metal in laboratory wastewater. The research method used is pre-experiment with one shot case study design. The subjects in this study were chemistry education students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung who took separation chemistry courses. The instruments used are learning descriptions, LK, and higher order thinking skills questions. Students' higher-order thinking skills are measured through working on six HOTS questions based on the concept of Bloom's taxonomy level of thinking at cognitive levels C4 (analyze), C5 (Evaluate) and C6 (Create). The results showed that the average value of student performance in solving problem-based LK was 88.35 with a very good category. The highest average score achieved was at stage 2 organizing students with a score of 91.5 and a very good category. The lowest average value at stage 4 develops and presents results with a value of 86.25 and a very good category. The results of students' higher order thinking skills obtained an average score of 78 in the good category. Thus the application of problem-based LK on the utilization of coconut shell as a heavy metal adsorbent in laboratory wastewater can develop higher order thinking skills in students.

Abstract

This study examines the intersection of Islamic economic principles and circular economy concepts in waste management through an innovative case study of the Palakka Health Hope Community Self-Help Group (KSM). Using a qualitative descriptive approach enhanced by NVivo 12 software analysis, we conducted in-depth interviews with ten key stakeholders, including government officials, community members, and KSM personnel. The research reveals how KSM successfully implements circular economy principles through three key strategies: waste prevention, recycling initiatives, and cross-sector collaboration. Our analysis demonstrates that KSM's approach aligns with the Islamic concept of maslahah (public benefit) through its integration of environmental stewardship with economic development. The study identifies three fundamental Islamic economic principles - al-Ihsan (excellence), al-Kifayah (sufficiency), and al-Mas'uliyah (responsibility) - that harmonize with circular economy practices. The findings suggest that this integrated approach not only transforms waste into valuable resources but also creates sustainable employment opportunities while adhering to Islamic economic principles. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on faith-based approaches to environmental sustainability and provides practical insights for implementing religiously aligned circular economy initiatives in waste management.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative explanatory survey approach, by distributing questionnaires as a data collection technique. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling using the Cochran formula for sampling because the population size is too large and unknown. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who were consumers of "ADA Supermarket" Siliwangi Semarang. The data analysis technique used is Smart PLS software version 4. The research results show that Service Quality has been proven to have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction and customer loyalty. On the other hand, product quality and price do not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Service Quality can mediate the influence of Customer Loyalty on Consumer Satisfaction, but cannot mediate the influence of Product Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction. Abstract

The paper describes the synergy of the Indonesian Islamic calendar with the local wisdom of the 10 Muharram tradition in ethnic Bugis. Ethno-cultural issues associated with Bella Pitunrupa's staple purchasing decisions at the Palakka central market in Bone. The instrument of analysis is not just a scientific play on price fluctuations, supply and demand, market price competition hunting for blessings and related socio-economic ethno-culture, formal juridical, living philosophy of humanism and the urgency of the Islamic calendar in daily life itself. The ethno-cultural analysis of 10 Muharram on the decision to purchase Bella Pitunrupa staples for ethnic bugs in the central market of Bone Regency is very important to study to understand the synergy of the Indonesian Islamic calendar with the local wisdom of the 10 Muharram tradition. The type of verification qualitative research is the analysis of theory and field research through a casuistic normative approach. The data analysis method in this research is qualitative cross-science with ideal-normative deductive reasoning. The results showed that theoretically there is no harm in traders understanding and using the Indonesian Islamic calendar as an indicator of understanding price fluctuations in general ahead of 10 Muharram.
