Abstract

Iman kepada malaikat merupakan salah satu pilar utama dalam akidah Islam yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter, moralitas, dan spiritualitas seorang muslim. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penguatan akidah melalui pemahaman dan peneladanan sifat-sifat malaikat, serta mengeksplorasi relevansinya dalam kehidupan modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menghimpun data dari buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang malaikat tidak hanya sebatas keyakinan teologis, tetapi juga memiliki implikasi praktis berupa pembentukan perilaku taat, jujur, disiplin, serta peningkatan kualitas ibadah dan moralitas sosial. Nilai-nilai yang melekat pada malaikat seperti ketaatan total, ketulusan, kesucian, serta dedikasi pada kebaikan dapat menjadi pedoman dalam membangun keseimbangan hidup dan menghadapi tantangan era modern. Dengan demikian, peneladanan sifat malaikat dapat menjadi instrumen penguatan akidah sekaligus sumber etika dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa internalisasi nilai malaikat memiliki urgensi dalam pembinaan keimanan dan karakter generasi muslim di tengah kompleksitas perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

The purpose of Islamic education cannot be separated from the purpose of human life in the world, namely to form a servant person who is pious and can enjoy the happiness of life in this world and the hereafter. So education for Hajj alumni must be directed there, as an effort to maintain prosperity. Through a phenomenological approach, the research resulted: Islamic education at the majlis taklim and dhikr asy syahidiyah is directed to achieve the fulfillment of human life by a continuous formation process to explore the potential of the congregation through routine and incidental religious activities. The essence of education stimulates a love for religious learning and the quality of worship so that it can develop the desire and opportunity for lifelong learning, an effort to maintain the success of the pilgrimage. This taklim assembly impressed the hearts of the congregation, they also invited their neighbors to participate so that slowly the taklim assembly grew.

Abstract

Ramadan fasting creates lifestyle changes for those who live it, the physical benefits have been produced by many researchers. Interesting how Ramadan fasting changes the dimension of faith, so this study aims to explore Ramadan fasting as a reclamation of faith. This article is the result of findings from a qualitative type of literature research, taking the theory of reclamation in relation to faith, then analyzing it inductively to produce conclusions. The results of the study show: Ramadan fasting is a reclamation of faith where the order is intended for believers to become pious individuals both in the individual and social dimensions, manifesting in changes and increasing faith towards a better and more meaningful direction in their lives. The implications of research on the importance of faith are manifested in real behavior in the reality of life, more detailed indicators of increasing faith in Ramadan fasting are needed for further research. The research is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic education in the study of the dimensions of faith through Ramadan fasting

Abstract

One of the most popular Sufi figures in the world is Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani, due to the height of his knowledge in various fields, as well as his outstanding karomah. So it is necessary to study his karomah, so that there is no cult of individual. This research aims to show elements of novelty, and analyze the esoteric Islamic education at the karamah of Shaikh Abdul Qadir Jailani, which has not been found in previous studies. Through a literature study using a phenomenological approach, the finding was that the karomah of Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani was only positioned as a reinforcement of the essence of Islamic teachings where the dimensions of the two pillars, namely monotheism and fiqh, must run side by side. The position of his guardianship must be placed in the aspect of understanding that everything is God's will. The implication of the research is that external reasoning is needed to understand the Shari'a and internal reasoning to see the essence of religion, including karomah aulia. The research is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic thought in Sufistic aspects.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education plays a strategic role in instilling moral values, particularly birrul walidain, as a foundation for shaping students’ social attitudes and ethics. This study aims to examine the implications of students’ understanding of birrul walidain in Islamic Religious Education learning on the social attitudes and ethics of tenth-grade students at SMA Takhassus Al-Qur’an Wonosobo. This research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. The research subjects consisted of Islamic Religious Education teachers, tenth-grade students, and parents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that students’ understanding of birrul walidain is conceptually adequate but remains largely cognitive and has not been consistently internalized into daily behavior. This understanding significantly influences students’ social attitudes and ethics, as students with better understanding tend to demonstrate respect, empathy, and social responsibility. Therefore, Islamic Religious Education learning should be optimized through role modeling, habituation, and contextual learning to ensure that the value of birrul walidain is reflected in students’ actual behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the memorization method of the Jurumiyah book in improving students’ understanding of the yellow book at Al-Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and examine its contribution to students’ learning abilities. This research employed a descriptive qualitative field study conducted at Al-Istiqomah Islamic Boarding School in Tanjungsari Village, Petanahan, Kebumen, from December 2025 to February 2026. The research subjects included caregivers, khadimul ma’had, ustadz or ustadzah, and students. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The findings show that the memorization method of the Jurumiyah book is implemented through stages of preparation, memorization deposit, and evaluation. In the memorization process, students not only memorize the text but also understand its meaning and apply nahwu rules in reading the yellow book. Several supporting techniques, such as lalalaran, association, the cantol system, and tikrar, help strengthen students’ memorization. Supporting factors include motivation, discipline, teacher guidance, and a conducive environment, while inhibiting factors include differences in students’ abilities, lack of concentration, and limited learning time. Overall, the method contributes positively to improving students’ ability to read and understand the yellow book.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pengembangan usaha produk abon ikan nila di Desa Mondoretno, Kecamatan Bulu, Temanggung. Meskipun ikan nila memiliki potensi besar sebagai bahan baku produk olahan, usaha abon ikan nila di desa ini masih terkendala dalam hal pengolahan dan pemasaran yang efektif. Kegiatan pendampingan ini meliputi pelatihan pengolahan abon ikan nila yang baik dan benar, peningkatan manajemen usaha, serta strategi pemasaran yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partisipatif, dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat dalam setiap tahap pelaksanaan. Hasil pendampingan ini menunjukkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas produk abon ikan nila, memperluas pasar, serta menciptakan peluang usaha baru yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Dengan demikian, usaha abon ikan nila di Desa Mondoretno diharapkan dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap perekonomian lokal

Abstract

This study was motivated by the religious diversity among students at TK Kalibening 2 Wonosobo, which requires teachers to implement inclusive learning practices and foster tolerance from an early age. The study aimed to analyze teachers’ strategies in managing learning activities involving children from different religious backgrounds. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teachers, and parents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that teachers implemented habituation, role modeling, collaborative play, storytelling, singing, and question-and-answer activities to promote tolerance among children. Learning activities were planned through inclusive and general approaches that accommodated students from different religious backgrounds. During Islamic religious activities, non-Muslim students were provided with alternative activities under teacher supervision. The main challenges included teachers’ limited knowledge of non-Muslim religions, the lack of diversity-based learning training, and young children’s limited understanding of religious differences. These challenges were addressed through communication with parents, teacher supervision, and simple explanations regarding religious diversity. The study found that tolerance can be effectively developed through daily interactions, habituation, and inclusive learning experiences. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on teachers’ strategies for managing learning in an early childhood classroom with students from different religious backgrounds. The findings contribute to the development of multicultural and inclusive education practices in early childhood education.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is motivated by the importance of fostering independence from an early age as a foundation for children’s character development, particularly within farming families that have unique life dynamics. The family environment of potato farmers in Banaran Village, Wonosobo, provides contextual learning experiences through daily activities. This study aims to describe the role of potato farmers in instilling independence in early childhood and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects are potato farming families with children aged 3–6 years, supported by informants such as PAUD teachers and community leaders selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through triangulation. The results show that the role of farmers is not limited to economic fulfillment but also shapes family life patterns that instill values of discipline, responsibility, hard work, initiative, and perseverance through modeling and habituation. Children are accustomed to being independent in daily activities and are also involved in simple farming tasks. Supporting factors include consistent habituation, an active family environment, and a culture of mutual cooperation, while inhibiting factors include limited parental time, differences in children’s characteristics, and a lack of awareness of stimulative parenting. In conclusion, the role of potato farmers is strategic in shaping early childhood independence. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penanaman kemandirian sejak usia dini sebagai dasar pembentukan karakter anak, khususnya dalam keluarga petani dengan dinamika kehidupan khas. Lingkungan keluarga petani kentang di Desa Banaran, Wonosobo, memberikan pengalaman belajar kontekstual melalui aktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran petani kentang dalam menanamkan kemandirian anak usia dini serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah keluarga petani kentang yang memiliki anak usia 3–6 tahun, dengan informan pendukung guru PAUD dan tokoh masyarakat yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta diuji dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran petani tidak hanya pada pemenuhan ekonomi, tetapi juga membentuk pola hidup keluarga yang menanamkan nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja keras, inisiatif, dan ketekunan melalui keteladanan dan pembiasaan. Anak dibiasakan mandiri dalam aktivitas sehari-hari serta terlibat dalam kegiatan pertanian sederhana. Faktor pendukung meliputi pembiasaan konsisten, lingkungan keluarga aktif, dan budaya gotong royong, sedangkan hambatan meliputi keterbatasan waktu orang tua, perbedaan karakter anak, dan kurangnya kesadaran pengasuhan. Dengan demikian, peran petani kentang bersifat strategis dalam membentuk karakter mandiri anak usia dini.

Abstract

Amid the widespread public belief in mystical phenomena and legendary ghosts, an Islamic perspective-based study is important to provide an understanding that aligns with the values of Islamic creed. This article aims to reveal the mystification of legendary ghosts in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic education, a topic that has not been discussed in previous studies. This paper is the result of a literature research using a descriptive qualitative approach referring to relevant literature and analyzed descriptively. The research findings show that ghosts are part of devils that disturb humans, not the spirits of deceased people, but manifestations of devils resembling human figures or other forms. Devils are supernatural beings created by Allah with the mission of misleading humans by disturbing, slandering, and deceiving them. The existence of supernatural beings such as jinn and devils is something Muslims must believe in because they are mentioned in the Qur’an; denying them means denying the essence of the holy scripture itself. These findings highlight the religious aspect as the foundation of belief, transcending the limitations of human logic. This research also provides direction for future studies that emphasize religiosity as an approach to understanding supernatural phenomena based on scriptural sources in comprehending the unseen world.
