Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of facilities, rates, and attractions on the level of tourist satisfaction visiting Umbul Pelem in Klaten. The study was conducted at Jl. Raya Tegalgondo-Pulon No. 88, Dukuh, Wunut, Klaten, Central Java. The research approach used is a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires. The study population includes all tourists who have visited Umbul Pelem Klaten. The sampling technique applied is incidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents selected randomly, all of whom have visited at least twice. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, which were then analyzed through various methods, including Instrument Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test, Hypothesis Test, and R² Test using the SPSS 24 software. The results of the study reveal that facilities, rates, and attractions have a significant and positive influence on tourist satisfaction at Umbul Pelem Klaten. Overall, these three variables contribute 79.5% to tourist satisfaction, while the remaining 19.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study, such as accessibility, promotional strategies, information, and other aspects. Abstract

Sektor pertanian di Jawa Tengah memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian daerah, namun hubungan antara struktur ekonomi daerah dan kesejahteraan petani masih menjadi perdebatan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh struktur ekonomi daerah yang direpresentasikan oleh proporsi PDRB pertanian terhadap ketahanan ekonomi petani padi di Jawa Tengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis pengaruh proporsi PDRB sektor pertanian, luas panen padi, produktivitas padi, dan harga gabah kering panen terhadap Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) di 19 kabupaten di Jawa Tengah periode 2014-2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data panel dari 19 kabupaten di Jawa Tengah selama periode 2014-2024. Data sekunder diperoleh dari BPS Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Dinas Pertanian. Analisis menggunakan regresi data panel Fixed Effect Model (FEM) yang dipilih berdasarkan hasil uji Hausman (p=0,0000). Model FEM menunjukkan R-squared within sebesar 72,11%. Harga gabah kering panen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap NTP (koefisien=0,004012; p<0,01). Luas panen padi dan proporsi PDRB pertanian berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap NTP (koefisien=-0,0000952 dan -1,1796 secara berturut-turut; p<0,01). Produktivitas padi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NTP (p=0,744). Ketergantungan ekonomi daerah yang tinggi pada sektor pertanian justru menurunkan kesejahteraan petani padi. Stabilitas harga gabah menjadi faktor kunci peningkatan NTP, sementara ekspansi luas panen tanpa dukungan efisiensi berpengaruh negatif. Diperlukan kebijakan diversifikasi ekonomi daerah, stabilisasi harga gabah, dan penguatan nilai tambah produk pertanian untuk meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi petani.

Abstract

Purpose: Tuberculosis (TB) not only affects physical health but also impacts patients' psychological well-being, particularly in the form of depressive disorders. Family support is believed to play a crucial role in helping reduce these depressive levels. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of family support and the severity of depression in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Research Method: This study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional design. A total of 30 pulmonary TB patients at Respira Lung Hospital participated in the survey through a total sampling approach. Data were collected using a family support questionnaire and the Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II), then analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. Results and Discussion: The results indicate that patients with good family support were less likely to experience moderate or severe depression. Conversely, all patients with low-income family support experienced depression at various levels. The Chi-Square test showed a significant relationship between family support and depression levels (ρ = 0.000). Implications: This study confirms that family support plays a crucial role in maintaining the mental health of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Family involvement should be integrated into nursing interventions to enhance treatment outcomes and improve the psychological well-being of patients.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics of strontium-based on ferrite natural iron sand doped with Co and Zn ions as an electric generator driver. Iron sand contains minerals such as magnetite (Fe3O4), hematite (α-Fe2O4), and maghemite (γ-Fe2O3) which can be used to making permanent magnets. The method used is coprecipitation to produce nano-sized magnetite minerals which are used as a basic material in permanent magnets production. In order to increase the magnetic and electrical properties, Co and Zn doping is added with several concentrations (x = 0.0; 0.5; 1.0). The final result is a sample powder that has been heated at a temperature of 80 ˚C for 24 hours. More higher the calcination temperature used, made more darker result sample color. The FT-IR test results show the presence of O-H, Sr-O, Co-O, Zn-O, and Fe-O compounds at certain wavelengths ranging from 400-690 cm-1.

Abstract

Employees of the Shipping Garment Division of Sukoharjo are the focus of this study. The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Motiv|ation, S|atisf|action, |and Work Environment on the Perform|ance of Employees of the Shipping Garment Division of PT. Danliris Sukoharjo. Descriptive quantitative methodology is used in this study. Employees of the Shipping G|arment Division |are the popul|ation of the study, |and 72 responses |are the s|ample. The results of d|at|a |an|alysis show th|at the t-test of work motiv|ation is signific|ant (0.000 <0.05) |and re|aches t-count> t-t|able (3.211> 1.994). Job s|atisf|action is signific|ant (0.000 <0.05) |and t-count> t-t|able (2.057> 1.994). work environment is signific|ant (1.178> 0.05) |and t-count <t-t|able (1.178 <1.994). Therefore, employee perform|ance |at PT D|anliris Sukoh|arjo is significantly influenced by motivation and product satisfaction, but is not influenced by the work environment.

Abstract

This community service project was conducted through the Community Service Program (KKN) of the Sunan Doe Institute of Islamic Studies in Tetebatu Selatan Village, aiming to empower local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through innovation and digitalization. The program implemented the One Village One Product (OVOP) model as a strategy to strengthen local entrepreneurship and promote sustainable economic development. Using a participatory approach, the project involved direct field observations, interviews, and door-to-door mentoring to identify problems faced by local entrepreneurs, including limited access to production materials, inadequate packaging, and weak digital marketing skills. The program introduced several interventions such as innovative product packaging, training in digital payment systems (QRIS), and social media marketing to enhance business visibility. A notable outcome was the creation of a new local product Brewed Coffee combining traditional coffee and palm sugar. The project succeeded in increasing community engagement, product attractiveness, and market accessibility while fostering student learning through practical community involvement. However, several challenges remained, including inconsistent production schedules and limited resources. Overall, the OVOP-based innovation and digitalization approach demonstrated strong potential for advancing rural entrepreneurship and promoting inclusive economic sustainability in tourist villages.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian dari data yang didapat oleh peneliti, adalah sebelum diterapkannya metode Scaffolding, kemandirian belajar peserta didik sangatlah minim terbukti dengan presentase kumulatif dari hasil angket. Dengan presentase indikator jawaban “selalu” mendapatkan 27,4%, indikator jawaban “sering” mendapatkan 22,3%, indikator jawaban “kadang” mendapatkan 26,3% dan jawaban “tidak pernah” mendapatkan 21%. Kemandirian belajar peserta didik terbukti meningkat setelah diterapkannya metode Scaffolding yakni dari hasil angket yang diberikan kepada siswa dengan presentase indikator jawaban “selalu” mendapatkan 58,5%, indikator jawaban “sering” mendapatkan 27,2%, indikator jawaban “kadang” mendapatkan 11,2% dan jawaban “tidak pernah” mendapatkan 3,8%. Keterkaitan dari hasil peningkatan kemandirian belajar peserta didik dengan penerapan metode Scaffolding diuji dengan analisis Uji-T, dimana mendapatkan hasil yang signifikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan Provinsi Jambi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 92 responden yang merupakan pegawai aktif di lingkungan Biro Administrasi Pimpinan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lebih lanjut, budaya organisasi secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara keseimbangan dan kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi pegawai, serta semakin baik budaya organisasi yang diterapkan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kinerja yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Objective: The zero waste campaign phenomenon on TikTok has become a focus of global efforts to reduce the environmental impact of waste. Pandawaragroup is a community actively campaigning for this movement on TikTok. Pandawaragroup's distinctive content revolves around environmental cleanliness, particularly waters polluted by waste. Previous research has demonstrated how media can be used to convey environmental messages and raise public awareness of sustainability issues. This study aims to examine the framing applied by the TikTok account @pandawaragroup in conveying the zero waste campaign message. The theory used in this study is the framing theory of Gamson and Modigliani.  Method: The methodology used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, where researchers analyzed videos uploaded to the TikTok account @pandawaragroup. Data were collected through direct observation of the videos and mapping emerging themes related to the zero waste campaign. Result: The results of this study indicate that the framing of the zero waste campaign on social media can influence audience understanding and behavior in dealing with environmental issues, especially among Generation Z TikTok users. Novelty: This study contributes novelty by identifying specific framing devices in short video social media content, an area less explored compared to traditional and artistic media campaigns, while highlighting TikTok’s potential as an interactive medium for environmental communication.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to understand the role of the Instagram account in spreading local information. Method: This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze 'The Role of Instagram Account @infodarjo in the Dissemination of Local Information in Sidoarjo.' This research employs observation and account analysis as data collection techniques. Observations will be made by monitoring the activities that occur. Account analysis will be conducted by analyzing the activities carried out through the platform, from story posts, photo or video uploads on the account, to the responses received from social media users. Results: Based on the observations that have been made, this account actively shares information about current events, traffic, local events, and various public services. The speed and consistency in uploading information make it easier for the community to obtain the latest news compared to conventional media. Instagram accounts like @infodarjo serve as an alternative medium that is fast, interactive, and easily accessible to the public, especially the younger generation. The high level of user interaction indicates that this account is not only a medium for conveying information but also a platform for communication and discussion for the people of Sidoarjo.
