Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence of three independent variables including principal leadership and work motivation on teacher teaching quality. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 133 people from a number of State Vocational Schools institutions in OKU Timur. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was started by using inferential statistics which included normality, homogeneity, linearity, simple linear correlation test, multiple correlation test, T test, and f test. The results of this study are (1) principal leadership has a positive effect on the quality of teacher teaching, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on the quality of teacher teaching, and (3) principal leadership and teacher work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on teacher teaching quality.

Abstract

Based on the background, the researcher can identify the problems in Elementary School of Gunung Batu. There are some problem that researcher find. Such as, 1) teacher discipline in teaching is still lacking, 2) headmaster is less concerned with the needs of teachers at work, 3) lack of learning facilities including teacher handbooks,4) teachers take care of proposals for ranks themselves, not coordinated by the school, and 5) there is no reward for teachers whose subjects excel. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of leadership style on the work discipline of Gunung Batu Elementary School teachers. There is an effect of job satisfaction on the work discipline of Gunung Batu Elementary School teachers. There is an influence of leadership style and job satisfaction together on the work discipline of Gunung Batu Elementary School teachers. The data collection is done by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Analysis is conducted correlation analysis t test and F test results of the questionnaire and the data analysis showed that there is leadership style influence on teachers' work Discipline Elementary School 2 Rock amounted to 84.5% with a value of t = 17 489. with sig 0.000. There is an effect of Job Satisfaction on the work discipline of teachers at Gunung Batu 2 Elementary School at 79.7% with a value of t = 14,818. with sig 0.000. There is an effect of Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction together on the work discipline of teachers of SD Negeri 2 Gunung Batu by 86.3% with a value of F = 173,909. with sig 0.000. From a joint comparison, the influence of the leadership style variable is more dominant than job satisfaction, namely 5.183 versus 2.709, so the leadership style variable has a smaller significance, namely 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of teachers at senior high school 1 of Semendawai Barat. This research is conducted in the world of education which focuses on schools, namely senior high school 1 of Semendawai Barat from June to September 2020.Data collection techniques used in this study among are questionnaire, observation and documentation. Respondents in this study were 45 teachers. The data analysis method used quantitative analysis, using the SPSS 21 application. The analysis carried out was the correlation analysis of the t test and the F test. The results of the data analysis from the questionnaire showed that the results of the t-value test were 11,257 with a sig level of 0,000, so the hypothesis was concluded that there was an influence of leadership style. on the performance of teachers at senior high school 1 of Semendawai Barat is accepted. The results of the analysis of R Square 0.835 indicate that about 83.5% of the effect on variable Y can be explained by variations in variable X1.The result of the t-value test is 11,960 with a sig level of 0,000, so the hypothesis that there is an influence of work motivation on the performance of teachers in senior high school 1 of Semendawai Barat is accepted. R Square 0.815 shows that about 81.5% of the variation that occurs in variable Y can be explained by variations in variable X2. The results of the multiple regression test of the influence of the variable leadership style (X1) and the work motivation variable (X2) on performance (Y) can be concluded that based on the results of the ANOVA test whose F value is 77,362 sig is 0,000 <0.005, then hypothesis 3 is accepted, and variables X1 and X2 have an effect. significant towards Y variable and the amount of influence is 86.3% while the remaining 13.7% is influenced by other variables outside of leadership style and work motivation. The multiple regression equation for the variables X1 and X2 against Y is = 4.399 + 0.343X1 + 0.526X2 + e.

Abstract

The research background is that students have difficulty understanding the material, the learning activities carried out by the teacher do not use learning media. The aim of this research is to develop Plywood Door Jenius Kei learning media in social studies subjects, especially class V elementary school. The model in this research is the development of ADDIE, where there are 5 stages, namely Analyze (Analysis) analyzing the background, concepts and learning resources, Design (Design/Planning) by designing learning media products, Development (Development) namely the stage of developing learning media products through validation of material experts, language experts and media experts, Implementation, namely the application of learning media to students where a model for filling out question questionnaires is also applied. The research results from the material expert validation test results were 89%, the language expert validation test results were 90%, and the media expert validation test results were 89%. Based on the results of the validation test, it is suitable/valid for use. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that this product can be used in the learning process of fifth grade elementary school students.   Keywords: ADDIE model, jenius kei plywood door, learning media

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of school infrastructure and principal managerial skills together on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Sembawa District. This study was conducted comprehensively at public elementary schools in Sembawa District with a total of 25 schools. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study consisted of all public elementary school teachers in Sembawa District, totaling 271 teachers. Based on the results of calculations using the Slovin formula, the sample obtained was 162 public elementary school teachers in Sembawa District. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, simple correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t-tests and F-tests. The results of this study are that there is a significant influence of school infrastructure and principal managerial skills on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Sembawa District with an influence contribution of 29.6%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah guna untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara latihan menggunakan beban atau latihan tidak menggunakan beban. Penerapan Latihan Beban Pergelangan Tangan Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Forehand Pada Siswa Kelas Viii Smp Negeri 24 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penilitian ini Populasi pada penelitian ini melibatkan kelas VIII yang berjumlah 10 kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 16 orang peserta didik putra dan putri dengan cara teknik purposive sampling teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan peluang yang baik. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes forehand. mean = 9,375 yang berarti selisih antara hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan latihan beban pergelangan tangan. Diperoleh std. error mean yang menunjukan angka kesalahan 2,135 yang berarti terdapat kesalahan perbedaan rata-rata. Kemudian hal terpenting dari tabel statistik t = 4,392 dengan df = 15 dan angka sig. atau p-value sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 yang berarti ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan forehand sebelum dan sesudah diberikan latihan beban pergelangan tangan.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Kecepatan, Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai, dan Panjang Tungkai terhadap Hasil Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok Pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler di SMA Bhakti Bangsa Air Salek. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecepatan, Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai, dan Panjang Tungkai terhadap Hasil Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok Pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler di SMA Bhakti Bangsa Air Salek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelititan ini adalah seluruh siswa esktrakurikuler di SMA Bhakti Bangsa Air Salek yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil secara total sampling atau penelitian populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes sprint 100 yard, tes vertical jump, pengukuran panjang tungkai, dan tes hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai t-hitung = 2,638 > t-tabel = 1,734064, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan kecepatan dengan pengaruh kecepatan terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa ekstrakurikuler di SMA Bhakti Bangsa Air Salek. Selain itu, nilai t-hitung = 2,253 > t-tabel = 1,734064, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan pengaruh daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa ekstrakurikuler di SMA Bhakti Bangsa Air Salek. Selanjutnya, nilai t-hitung = 2,504 > t-tabel = 1,734064, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan panjang tungkai dengan pengaruh panjang tungkai terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa ekstrakurikuler di SMA Bhakti Bangsa Air Salek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai F-hitung = 5,323 > nilai F-tabel = 3,24. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh kecepatan, daya ledak otot tungkai, dan panjang tungkai terhadap hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa ekstrakurikuler di SMA Bhakti Bangsa Air Salek.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of educational facilities and infrastructure management and teacher professionalism on learning quality at public elementary schools in Suak Tapeh District, Banyuasin Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. The population consisted of 161 teachers, and 100 teachers were selected through proportional probability sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and documentation. The instruments were valid and reliable, with Cronbach's alpha coefficients of 0.902 for facilities and infrastructure management, 0.906 for teacher professionalism, and 0.891 for learning quality. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. Facilities and infrastructure management had a positive and significant effect on learning quality (B = 0.495; t = 4.984; p < 0.001; R² = 20.2%). Teacher professionalism also had a positive and significant effect on learning quality (B = 0.619; t = 7.322; p < 0.001; R² = 35.4%). Simultaneously, both predictors had a positive and significant effect on learning quality (F = 31.751; p < 0.001; R² = 39.6%), with the equation Y = 0.952 + 0.253X₁ + 0.512X₂. These findings contribute empirical evidence that learning quality improves when schools manage educational facilities effectively and sustain teachers' professional development.

Abstract

The limited fulfillment of essential nutritional elements at a young age that risks disrupting learning concentration and daily motor development is the background of this research activity. These operational problems trigger physical lethargy, decreased focus, and weakened resilience of independent learning of students in the classroom. The main focus of this scientific study is to analyze the implementation of the Free Nutritional Meal Program (MBG) in supporting learning activities, its instructional impact, as well as operational obstacles and tactical solutions in the field. The steps of this descriptive qualitative research were operated using a multi-case study strategy in two elementary schools in Palembang City. Informant recruitment was carried out using a purposive sampling method involving fourteen active subjects including the principal, teachers, and fifth-grade students. The data collection procedure was collected through periodic observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, and documentation studies, which were then synthesized interactively through data reduction and presentation. Qualitative findings empirically revealed that the MBG program was implemented very well with the use of sterile stainless steel containers and had a positive impact on boosting physical fitness and learning motivation of students. Logistical obstacles in the form of distribution delays were overcome by adjusting the draft class schedule. The main conclusion confirms that a balanced diet has proven to be highly effective in supporting the development of students' disciplined character. Elementary education practitioners are recommended to consistently strengthen periodic governance coordination. ABSTRAK Keterbatasan pemenuhan unsur nutrisi esensial pada usia anak yang berisiko mengganggu konsentrasi belajar serta perkembangan motorik harian melatarbelakangi kegiatan penelitian ini. Masalah operasional tersebut memicu timbulnya kelesuan fisik, penurunan fokus, serta melemahnya ketahanan belajar mandiri peserta didik di dalam kelas. Fokus utama kajian ilmiah ini adalah menganalisis implementasi Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran, dampak instruksionalnya, serta hambatan operasional dan solusi taktis di lapangan. Langkah-langkah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini dioperasikan menggunakan strategi studi multikasus di dua sekolah dasar Kota Palembang. Penarikan informan dijalankan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang melibatkan empat belas subjek aktif meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa kelas lima. Prosedur pengumpulan data dihimpun lewat teknik observasi berkala, wawancara semi-terstruktur, serta studi dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya disintesiskan secara interaktif melalui reduksi dan penyajian data. Temuan kualitatif secara empiris menyingkap bahwa program MBG terlaksana sangat baik dengan pemanfaatan wadah stainless steel steril serta berdampak positif mendongkrak kebugaran fisik dan motivasi belajar siswa. Hambatan logistik berupa keterlambatan distribusi diatasi melalui penyesuaian draf jadwal kelas. Simpulan utama menegaskan bahwa asupan pangan seimbang terbukti sangat andal menunjang pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa. Praktisi pendidikan dasar direkomendasikan memperkuat koordinasi tata kelola berkala secara konsisten.
