Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems that the author found at the Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten, students often lie, every time they say a word, many children don't want to be honest, and also lie, if asked, many also answer by lying, children don't want to admit their mistakes, because children are afraid of being scolded. and are afraid of being punished by the teacher, therefore children are afraid to be more open or honest. The purpose of this research is to find out how class teachers try to instill honest character education through the method of telling stories to children at the Kemala Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten. This research is descriptive qualitative field research (filed research). The research was located at Kemala Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten. The key informants were the class teachers and the supporting informants were the study teachers and the school principal. This research technique is snowball sampling, and the data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that class teachers and field teachers tell stories through the Sikancil & Simonyet fairy tale and the Honesty Cup because fairy tales, one of the intrinsic elements in fairy tales, is that they have a message or moral message. Fairy tales can really be used as social media that can shape a character. children because fairy tales have moral values that children can learn. Telling stories using puppets can improve children's pronunciation because it can attract students' attention so that students are happy and can easily understand what is being told and taught. Telling stories using picture media, students will be able to read the contents of the story by looking at the pictures shown by the teacher, telling stories using picture media, students will be more enthusiastic about listening to stories presented by the teacher, telling stories using picture media will help to clarify messages or events so that children pay more attention to the story being told.

Abstract

Penggunaan jangka panjang dari deksametason juga dapat menimbulkan efek fisiologis yang berlebihan sehingga menimbulkan efek samping yang merugikan, diantaranya adalah hipertensi, diabetes, osteoporosis, dan pada usia lanjut dapat terjadi fraktur osteoporotik pada tulang pinggul dan tulang belakang. Mengingat adaya masalah tersebut maka perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai perilaku swamedikasi masyarakat terutama dalam penggunaan obat antiinflamasi seperti dexametason. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan hubungan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Kota Langsa terhadap ketepatan penggunaan obat kortikosteroid (Dexamethason). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode analitik yang bersifat cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang membeli obat di Apotek Mita Peunawa Gampong Jawa Kota Langsa jumlah sampel sebanyak 43 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara Accidental Sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 43 responden sebagian besar berpengetahuan kurang tentang obat Kortikosteroid (Dexamethason) sebanyak 24 responden (55,8%) dan sebagian kecil berpengetahuan cukup sebanyak 6 responden (14%), sebagian besar tidak tepat dalam menggunakan obat Kortikosteroid (Dexamethason) sebanyak 30 responden (69,8%). Ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Kota Langsa dengan ketepatan penggunaan obat Kortikosteroid (Dexamethason) dengan p-value 0,000 (p<0,05). Diharapkan kepada Apotek agar melakukan pemantauan terhadap pembelian obat tanpa resep dan meninjau kembali perilaku swamedikasi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat khususnya obat dexamethasone untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan dalam penggunaan obat.

Abstract

At SLB Muftia Rahma Tilatang Kamang there are problems regarding conducting PAI learning for children with special needs,because teachers have difficulty conveying subject matter because of the diverse students, teachers who have graduated from guidance and counseling education, lack of school facilities and infrastructure, many teachers are unable attend as well as students of different levels combined in one class. The type of research used is qualitative research. The teacher as a key informant and the principal of the SLB Muftia Rahma Tilatang Kamang school as a supporting informant. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and data verification. To test the validity of the data, source triangulation and technique triangulation were used. The results showed that the implementation of PAI learning for children with special needs at SLB Muftia Rahma teachers understood the characteristics of students, mastered the subject matter by applying approaches, strategies and learning methods, developed curriculum adapted to students' conditions, prepared lesson plans and used learning media, communicated with effective, empathetic and polite as well as evaluating with questions and answers and demonstrations. The problems faced by the teacher are conveying subject matter to students, inviting students to work together and managing time for students.

Abstract

In achieving targets, a company cannot be separated from organizational culture, where a company has rules as a differentiator from other companies, the difference is what becomes a characteristic in the company and the different characteristics are called organizational culture. According to Stoner et al (in Fauzi et al 2016:4) organizational culture is a combination of patterns of several basic assumptions, behaviors, stories, and also other ideas. While organizational culture is a very important appreciation such as values, beliefs, and ethics formed by a group that is shared by all members of the organization. This study aims to test: (1) organizational culture influences organizational commitment at PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama, (2) the work environment influences organizational commitment at PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama and (3) organizational culture and work environment influence organizational commitment at PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama. The design of this study is quantitative research and is a survey study. The research population is all employees of PT. Laris Mandiri Pratama and a sample of 38 respondents with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis. Based on the results of the T-Test (Partial Test), partially the Organizational Culture variable (X1) from t count 2.088 > t table 1.659 shows that organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment, partially the Work Environment variable (X2) from t count 3.197 > t table 1.659 shows that the work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment. While the F-test (Simultaneous Test) F count 29.976 > F table 3.27 proves that organizational culture and work environment significantly affect organizational commitment.

Abstract

Indonesia's Sharia capital market has experienced significant growth in the past decade, along with rising public awareness of Islamic economic principles and the adoption of digital technologies. This study aims to analyze the role of digital transformation in supporting the development of the Sharia capital market and to identify structural challenges, particularly in regulatory, financial literacy, and cybersecurity aspects. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach, drawing on secondary data from reputable journals and official publications from OJK and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results indicate that while technological transformation has opened significant opportunities such as increased financial inclusion and youth investor engagement, the Sharia capital market still faces serious challenges related to unadaptive regulations, cyber threats and low investor literacy. This study recommends synergy between regulators, industry players and educational institutions to strengthen a sustainable Sharia capital market ecosystem.

Abstract

In an era that increasingly prioritizes transparency and social accountability, disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an integral part of corporate strategy, including in Islamic banking. CSR is not only related to economic aspects, but must also reflect social, ethical, and sustainability values that are in line with Islamic sharia principles. In Indonesia, Islamic banking is expected to focus not only on profitability but also on the social impact generated from their business activities, which is reflected in CSR disclosure. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) as measured by the ISR index in Islamic banks in Indonesia using the content analysis method. The population and sample used include the financial statements of Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia, and Bank Muamalat Indonesia in 2022-2023. The results of the study show that not all Islamic banks including BMS, BSI and BMI disclose ISR formatively. Only Bank Syariah and Bank Muamalat Indonesia disclose ISR informatively. Bank Mega Syariah does not disclose ISR formatively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi merosotnya akhlak peserta didik pasa masa pandemi akhlak peserta didik semakin tidak mencerminkan akhlak yang positif. Dalam pengamatan penulis disebabkan oleh tidak terbinanya akhlak peserta didik selama masa pandemi. Hal ini tentunya menjadi perhatian yang mengarah pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Penulis menjadi tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengetahui bagaimana seharusnya upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membina akhlak peserta didik sehingga penelitian ini dibatasi dengan pertanyaan; (1) bagaimana peran guru PAI dalam membina akhlakul karimah peserta didik, (2) apa saja hambatan guru PAI dalam membina akhlakul karimah peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Informan penelitian ini adalah Guru PAI dan Peserta Didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan bahwa peran guru PAI dalam membina akhlakul karimah peserta didik di masa pandemi adalah guru mengirimkan video- video, gambar, foto, artikel-artikel, yang penjelasan dari materi tersebut dilakukan guru melalui WA grup, Google meet, dan Zoom meeting. Hambatan guru PAI dalam membina akhlakul karimah peserta didik di masa pandemi adalah keterbatasan komunikasi teknologi karena tidak semuanya peserta didik mempunyai handphone, dan jaringan yang tidak memadai karena di daerah tersebut sulit mendapatkan jaringan bahkan gurunya sendiri juga mengalami kesulitan jaringan.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this study raises the values ​​of Islamic education contained in Q.S Luqman verses 12-19 which is a guide for humans that is used as the foundation and basis for educating humans to the right path. While the focus of this research is the value of Islamic education contained in the letter Luqman verses 12-19. The value of Islamic education is then seen what are the promises and threats of Allah SWT (al-wa'du and al-waid). This study aims to see and describe more deeply the value of Islamic education and the promises and threats of Allah SWT (al-wa'du and al-wa'id) contained in the letter Luqman verses 12-19. The formulation of the problem in this study is the values ​​of Islamic education contained in the letter Luqman verses 12-19. The value of Islamic education in Q.S Luqman verses 12-19 which has to do with the promise of Allah SWT (al-wa'du). As well as the value of Islamic education in the letter Luqman verses 12-19 relating to the threat of Allah SWT (al-wa'id). The method used in this study uses library research, because the data studied are in the form of the Qur'an. and their translations, interpretations, journals, documents, books, articles, and literature sourced from the library. After reviewing the data obtained by utilizing the documentation method taken in the Qur'an. The books of interpretation that are mu'tabar are used as the main reference for researchers to interpret the meaning of the verse. Then the data were analyzed using comparative, deductive and inductive methods. then related to the interpretation method, the tahlili interpretation method is used. The results of the study show, (1) the value of Islamic education in Q.S Luqman verses 12-19 of which there are three perspectives, namely aqidah, sharia, and moral education. Education from aqidah explains the dangers of shirk (associating partners with Allah SWT), syria'ah education commands to establish prayer and good deeds nahi munkar and moral education commands to do good to both parents and prohibits being arrogant. (2) The values ​​of Islamic education are then seen what are the promises of Allah SWT (al-wa'du) if implemented properly and correctly then Allah's promises will be rewarded with rewards and heaven. (3) then the values ​​of Islamic education are seen what are the threats of Allah SWT (al-wa'id), if someone violates the threat of Allah that person will be put in hell. Abstract

Perancangan rangkaian logika secara umum dapat dilakukan dengan metode sebagai berikut : mendefinisikan permasalahan, membentuk diagram keadaan atau tabel keadaan, membentuk tabel kebenaran, membentuk fungsi logika dan menuangkannya dalam rangkaian logika. Penerapan metode tersebut membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu yang sebanding dengan kompleksitas rangkaian yang dirancang. Karena itu, perlu dibuat sebuah perangkat lunak untuk membantu proses perancangan rangkaian logika, agar proses perancangan dapat dilakukan dengan mudah, cepat, dan dengan ketelitian yang tinggi. Untuk merancang rangkaian logika,dalam penelitian ini diterapkan mekanisme belajar dari contoh, yang memanfaatkan teori-teori otomata dan switching. Penelitian ini mencoba membangun model untuk rangkaian logika yang diinginkan berdasarkan atas contoh input/output dari rangkaian logika yang diinginkan, dengan langkah-langkah : membangun model dari contoh yang diberikan, melakukan modifikasi model (jika diperlukan) berdasarkan atas contoh tambahan yang diberikan, memilih salah satu model sebagai solusi akhir jika diperoleh lebih dari satu model, dan menerjemahkan model ke dalam rangkaian logika. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model untuk rangkaian logika dalam bentuk finite state machine, yang kemudian diterjemahkan menjadi fungsi logika dalam bentuk sum of product. Dari hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan, untuk setiap contoh yang diberikan, perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan terbukti mampu membentuk minimal sebuah model dan menerjemahkannya menjadi fungsi logika. Namun demikian, tingkat kesesuaian antara model yang dihasilkan dengan yang diharapkan masih tergantung pada kelengkapan contoh yang diberikan. Selain itu, perangkat lunak ini juga mampu membedakan jenis rangkaian logika yang dihasilkan, mampu melakukan modifikasi pada model yang dihasilkan serta mampu menangani contoh-contoh yang inkonsisten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis dan tingkat kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru matematika SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Aikmel dalam melaksanakan kurikulum 2013. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian didapatkan dengan menggunakan lembar kuisioner. Subjek penelitian adalah semua guru matematika di SMP Se-Kecamatan Aikmel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, bahwa kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru dalam pengimplematasian kurikulum 2013 yaitu mulai dari mendapatkan sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013, penerapan kurikulum 2013 pada saat pembelajaran di kelas sampai dengan pembuatan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Persentase tingkat kesulitan yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian yaitu, tingkat kesulitan paling tinggi yang dialami oleh guru adalah dalam hal mendapatkan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung terlaksananya kurikulum 2013 yaitu dengan persentase mencapai 56,5% (berkategori tinggi), tingkat kesulitan dalam melaksanakan kurikulum pada saat pembelajaran di dalam kelas mencapai 50,7% (kategori tinggi), dan tingkat kesulitan yang dialami guru dalam hal membuat perangkat pembelajaran mencapai 38% (kategori rendah). Kendala yang paling dirasakan oleh guru yaitu ketersediaan buku paket yang menunjang masih belum memadai untuk setiap siswa.
