The need for social workers in the regions of Eastern Indonesia, especially in the fields of human enrichment and the development of the Islamic religion, makes it necessary to have prospective workers. Da'i as a trainer at the Al Azhar Zakat Charity Institute. Therefore, it is necessary to select candidates for Da'i according to the characteristics of the demands as a trainer. Selection using the DISC method already has high validity and its effectiveness has been used in several aspects and fields of work to measure individual aspects of Mental Readiness and Cognitive. DISC was created to help individuals explore their personality and behavior types so that they can better understand themselves and others (Bonnstetter & Suiter, 2011: 32). The method with a comparative research design is used to determine the profile of Dai as a trainer by using psychological tests and DISC analysis. The combination of DISC results is known that the prospective Da'i participants have a dominant combination of CS/DI, SC/DI, SC/ID, where this type tends to obey the rules and be consistent. In conclusion, Candidates for preachers on average have the ability to influence as a form of da'wah business that is inherent in them.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the significant influence of service quality variable consisting of tangible (physical appearance), reliability (trust), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee) and empathy (empathy) to user satisfaction simultaneously and partially at Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru’s Library. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research method with quantitative approach. The problem that the author thoroughly is a problem or symptoms that factual and also occur in the present (at the time of research done), then in this study the author uses descriptive method. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: 1) Simultaneously or together the quality of service consisting of physical appearance, trust, responsiveness, assurance and empathy proved to significantly influence the satisfaction of library users of Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru. 2) Partially or separately service quality variables that affect the satisfaction of library users Faculty of Medicine, University of Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru is the physical appearance and guarantee. 3) Quality Variables The most dominant service affects the satisfaction of library users of Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru is a guarantee. Keywords: service quality, user satisfaction, Faculty of Medicine Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru’s Library Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial variabel kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari berwujud (penampilan fisik), reliabilitas (kepercayaan), daya tanggap (responsiveness), assurance (jaminan) dan empati (empati) terhadap kepuasan pengguna di Perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Masalah yang penulis tuntas adalah masalah atau gejala yang faktual dan juga terjadi pada masa sekarang (pada saat penelitian dilakukan), maka dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Secara simultan atau bersama-sama kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari penampilan fisik, kepercayaan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terbukti secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung. Mangkurat Banjarbaru. 2) Variabel kualitas layanan secara parsial atau terpisah yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru adalah penampilan fisik dan jaminan. 3) Variabel Kualitas Layanan yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru adalah jaminan. This research to determine the number of burly and determine the characteristics of igneous rocks in Bukit Cula. The research method used is descriptive quantitative survey. This research was conducted by using a tool that is a geological compass to determine the direction of the stocky and determine the process of sedimentary rock sampling and igneous description of rocks by megascopically. The results of this study obtained several strike-dip values. The strike-dip data is then processed using DIPS software to produce the Rosette Diagram. DIPS is used to analyze the direction of orientation of geological data that is muscular. In the results of observations made, there were 24 muscular burles. Based on strike-dip measurements on Mount Bukitcula it has a horizontal fault. The igneous rock found in Bukitcula Mountain is a type of andesite igneous rock

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap bimbingan dan konseling dengan minat siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individu di kelas VII B dan D SMPN 15 Banjarmasin. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya berbagai macam pandangan atau persepsi siswa terhadap BK di sekolah sehingga hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi minat siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Pearson Product Moment pada program SPSS 26. Sampel yang di gunakan ada 52 orang dari jumlah populasi 60 orang siswa VII B dan VII D dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpul data menggunakan dua buah skala likert melalui kuesioner yang di sebar kepada siswa melalui link WhatsApp. Uji validitas kuesioner menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa terhadap bimbingan dan konseling dengan minat siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individu pada kelas VII B dan VII D SMPN 15 Banjarmasin dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 dan pearson correlation 0,448 > rtabel pada taraf 5% 0,273. Dengan demikian, hipotesis H1 di terima. Sehingga berarti bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap bimbingan dan konseling memiliki hubungan dengan minat siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individu.__________________________________________________________________The purpose pf this study was to determine the relationship between students perceptions of guidance and counseling with student interest in participating in individual counseling services in class VII B and D SMPN 15 Banjarmasin. The background of this research is the existence of a variety of views or perceptions of students towards BK in school so that it affects student interest in participating in individual counseling. This research is a quantitative design using pearson product moment analysis techniques in the SPSS 26 program. The sample used was 52 people from a population of 60 students of class VII B and D with simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used two Likert scales through a questionnaire distributed to student via the WhatsApp Link. The questionnaire validation and the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between student perception of guidance and counseling with student interest in participating in individual counseling services in class VII B and VII D of SMPN 15 Banjarmasin with a significant value 0f 0,001 < 0,05 and pearson correlation 0,448 > rtable at 5% level 0,273. Thus, the H1 hypothesis is accepted. So that means that student perceptions of guidance and counseling have a relationship with the interests of student following individual counseling services.

Penelitianiiniibertujuaniuntuk menganalisis Pengaruh Soft Skills Karyawan Terhadap KinerjaiKaryawan di Premeir Basko Hotel Padang. Jenisi penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan premier basko hotel padang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 70 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner tersusun dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) variabel soft skills telah diperoleh sebanyak 7% responden termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, 68% responden termasuk dalam kategori baik, 19% responden termsuk dalam kategori cukup, i6% responden termasuk dalam kategori buruk dan 0% responden trmasuk dalam kategori sangat buruk. (2) variabel kinerja karyawan 13% responden termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, 28% responden termasuk dalam kategori baik, 20% responden termasuk dalam kategori cukup, 26% responden termasuk dalam kategori buruk dan 13% responden termasuk dalam kategori sangat buruk.

As The development of animation and games in today's world is growing rapidly. 3D animation is widely used for film making, games and advertisements. one of the popular games today is a platform game. The making of this platform game animation is expected to advance and introduce the development of 3D animation and the software it uses. The process of making the animation itself requires a story idea, scenario and storyboard. This animation is made with 3-dimensional modeling. At the stage of animating objects, careful planning is needed by determining the keyframe as the flow of an object from its initial state to its final state. Nowadays, The development of the times is in line with the development of computer technology, which means that the storage and delivery of electronic documents is also increasing rapidly. Text files as a form of representation of electronic documents, namely all electronic information created and stored in digital form. The issue of information security in text files is a very crucial issue to be discussed. Especially if the text file sent has important and confidential information. If ignored, the information can be changed or used by irresponsible parties. Therefore, we need a technique or method to maintain the confidentiality of information known as cryptography. Cryptography has two key types, namely symmetric and asymmetric. In this study, the authors combine symmetric and asymmetric keys. The symmetric key has one key, while the asymmetric key has two keys, namely the public key and the private key. Symmetric keys are used to secure text files, while asymmetric keys are used to secure symmetric keys, a process known as hybrid cryptosystem. One of the symmetric algorithms is Vernam Cipher, while the RSA algorithm is one of the asymmetric algorithms. Secured text files are those with the *.txt file format. The results of the system testing in this study show that the time required for text file encryption is directly proportional to the character length of the text file. This study aims to determine how the influence of Inflation, BI Rate, Rupiah Exchange and Dow Jones Industrial Average on the Composite Stock Price Index listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The population in this study is the Inflation, BI Rate, Rupiah and Dow Jones Industrial Average panel data in 2014-2017. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of data processing shows that, the Rupiah exchange rate has a positive and significant influence and the Dow Jones Industrial Average has a positive and significant effect. While Inflation and the BI Rate did not affect the ICI.

The sales performance of property and real estate companies in Indonesia deteriorated due to uncertain interest rates. Investors, creditors and corporate stakeholders, in this case, especially property and real estate companies, depend on the quality of earnings that have generated by the company. The high quality of earnings reflect sustained earnings for a long period of time. This study aims to examine the influence of investment opportunity set, liquidity, and leverage on earnings quality in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method uses purposive sampling method with a total sample of 41 companies and a research period of 5 years so that the number of sample units are 205 data. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing using panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 10 software application. The test results obtained from this study simultaneously displays that investment opportunity sets, liquidity, and leverage have significant influence to earnings quality. Partially the investment opportunity set does not have a significant effect on earnings quality, liquidity has a negative effect on earnings quality, leverage does not have a significant effect on earnings quality.
