Abstract

Indonesia menduduki urutan pertama di dunia sebagai negara dengan total masyarakat muslim terbanyak. Faktor ini mendukung meningkatnya pangsa pasar syariah berdasarkan total aset sehingga perbankan syariah turut menampakan perkembangannya. Meskipun demikian, perbankan konvensional hingga kini masih menempati pangsa pasar yang cenderung lebih tinggi daripada perbankan syariah. Karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor yang diperkirakan berpengaruh pada pangsa pasar syariah secara simultan dan parsial. Jumlah kantor, e-banking dengan proksi jumlah ATM, dan bagi hasil merupakan sejumlah variabel independen yang diduga mempengaruhi pangsa pasar syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif dengan Bank Umum Syariah di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tahun 2015-2019 sebagai populasinya. Teknik purposive sampling dipergunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel yang menghasilkan 7 Bank Umum Syariah sebagai objek penelitian. Teknik analisis regresinya menggunakan data panel. Secara simultan perhitungan prob(F-statistik) 0,000000 berarti semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan pada pangsa pasar syariah serta jumlah kantor, electronic banking, dan bagi hasil secara parsial memiliki tingkat signifikansi bernilai < 0,05 dengan arah positif terhadap pangsa pasar syariah. Kata Kunci: bagi hasil; electronic bankin; jumlah kantor; pangsa pasar.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the decisions of customers using ATMs and mobile banking in the concept of Islamic religiosity at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah. This type of research is qualitative research, with research subjects, namely customers and banks as the main information. Religiosity refers more to the quality aspects of religious people. Religion and religiosity support each other and complement each other because they are both logical consequences of human life that has two poles, namely the pole of personal life and the pole of togetherness in society. Customers and banks both benefit from mobile banking and ATM services. Customers will get banking information quickly, effectively and efficiently, and can reduce customer waiting times in conducting banking transactions. While for the bank itself, products with information technology make it easier for them to reduce the work of employees, especially tellers and or customer service.

Abstract

Seagrass is a coastal vegetation that has various ecological, social, and economic roles for marine biota and humans. However, until now there is little current information regarding the status and inventory Sarangbaung Island which is administratively located in North Nias Regency and geographically located in the Indian Ocean. This study aims to examine the distribution and status of seagrasses in the waters of Sarangbaung Island, North Nias Regency. The research was conducted in December 2022. Observations of seagrass were carried out using the line and square transect method of 0.5 m x 0.5 m which refers to the seagrasswatch method. In total, 3 species were found during this study namely Syringodium isoetifolium, Cymodocea rotundata, and Cymodocea serrulate. Seagrass density on Sarangbaung Island ranges from 53-728 ind/m2. Meanwhile, seagrass coverage is 82%, which indicated that seagrass was in a good category with rich/healthy conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to produce and describe a product for developing Arabic language learning media based on Google Sites. Furthermore, a media validation test was carried out in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang to determine the feasibility and quality of Google Sites-based Arabic learning media. The method used is a research and development method using the ADDIE development model developed by Dick and Carry which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire of expert validation sheets, Arabic teacher response questionnaires and student responses. This media was validated by two expert validators, namely the media expert validator obtained an average percentage value of 88% with a very feasible category and the material expert validator obtained an average percentage value of 85% with a very feasible category. The Arabic teacher's response to the media obtained a percentage of 97% in the very decent category. Meanwhile, students' responses to the media obtained a percentage of 96% with a very decent category. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that Google Sites-based Arabic learning media for class VIII students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang is feasible to use in the learning process.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and individual health efforts at the first level, by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts in their working areas. To be able to realize superior quality health services, health institutions must implement and implement TQM. The purpose of this study is to implement the elements of Total Quality Management (TQM) at the Guntung Manggis Health Center based on teamwork, education and training and continuous system improvement. This type of research is descriptive research. The sample in this study were medical record officers, totaling 5 people. The implementation of the Total Quality Management element based on teamwork at the Guntung Manggis Health Center, namely the element of teamwork has been implemented and carried out. The implementation of the Total Quality Management based on education and training at the Guntung Manggis Health Center, namely the educational element with a D3 background in medical records, is only 1 person and training has been implemented through seminars, training and development which are attended by every employee in the medical record unit to grow knowledge, abilities and employee skills. The implementation of the Total Quality Management element based on a continuous system at the Guntung Manggis Health Center, namely the element of continuous system improvement has been implemented but there are still obstacles, namely the lack of improvement of supporting facilities (facilities and infrastructure) for services at the health center.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out empirically the influence of mudharabah and musyarakah financing risks on the level of profitability in PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. The research approach used is a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques supported by classical assumption tests (Normality Test, Multicolilinierity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test and Autocorrelation Test), then hypothesis test (statistical test t, statistical test f, and determination coefficient test). The results showed that partially or simultaneously the Mudharabah Financing Risk Level and the Musyarakah Financing Risk Level had a significant effect on Profitability in PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat. Mudharabah Financing Risk Level and Musyarakah Financing Risk Level affect Profitability Level (ROA) in PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat amounted to 90.3%, while the remaining 9.7% was influenced by other variables that were not present in this study. There is a negative or opposite relationship between research variables, meaning that if the risk level of mudharabah financing and the level of risk of musyarakah financing has increased then profitability (ROA) of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat will experience a decline Conversely, if the risk level of mudharabah financing and the level of risk of musyarakah financing decreases then the profitability (ROA) of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Stabat will increase.

Abstract

This research to determine the number of burly and determine the characteristics of igneous rocks in Bukit Cula. The research method used is descriptive quantitative survey. This research was conducted by using a tool that is a geological compass to determine the direction of the stocky and determine the process of sedimentary rock sampling and igneous description of rocks by megascopically. The results of this study obtained several strike-dip values. The strike-dip data is then processed using DIPS software to produce the Rosette Diagram. DIPS is used to analyze the direction of orientation of geological data that is muscular. In the results of observations made, there were 24 muscular burles. Based on strike-dip measurements on Mount Bukitcula it has a horizontal fault. The igneous rock found in Bukitcula Mountain is a type of andesite igneous rock

Abstract

The research aims to understand or obtain information about the review of Islamic law and positive law on the judge’s decision regarding the cancellation of waqf land by the wakif (Analytic Study of Decisions of the Malang Religious Court Number 6551/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Kab.Mlg). In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach was used which described and analyzed the review of Islamic law and positive law on the Cancellation of Waqf in the Malang Religious Court Decision Number 6551/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Kab.Mlg. The results of the study show that the juridical review of the waqf laws and regulations regarding the cancellation of waqf by the waqif in waqf disputes that have been decided by the Malang Religious Court in Decision Number 6551/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Kab.Mlg. that the waqf can be canceled because the waqf made at that time did not fulfill some of the waqf elements and requirements listed in Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuburan Perairan Krueng Geukuh Aceh Utara berdasarkan sebaran nitrat dan fosfat terhadap kelimpahan Fitoplankton. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari - Maret 2023 dengan mengunakan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan lokasi dan pengambilan sampel. Konsentrasi nitrat memiliki nilai yang berkisar antara 0,6 mg/l – 0,9 mg/l dan konsentrasi fosfat berkisar antara 0,01 mg/l – 0,09 mg/l. Pola sebaran nitrat dan fosfat pada area dekat pantai lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada daerah yang jauh dari pantai. Tingginya kadar nitrat dan fosfat pada daerah yang dekat pantai disebabkan adanya aliran dari muara sungai yang membawa limbah organik dan anorganik ke perairan laut. Berdasarkan tingkat kesuburan, konsentrasi nitrat di lokasi penelitian tergolong kedalam kategori oligotrofik sedangkan fosfat tergolong kategori mesotrofik. Kelimpahan fitoplankton berkisar 66,66 – 733,33 ind/l, kelimpahan fitoplankton secara keseluruhan tergolong kategori oligotrofik. Nitrat mempengaruhi kelimpahan fitoplankton sebesar 52,1% sedangkan fosfat 61,9% dan memiliki nilai korelasi hubungan yang kuat.

Abstract

Gravis is a startup as a connector platform between freelancer design and business actors who need visual communication services. The background to the founding of Gravis is the COVID-19 pandemic that had hit Indonesia for two years and affected all aspects of people's lives in terms of health, social, psychology, and especially the economy. As a result, people are forced to shift their activities from offline to online methods with the urgency to maintain social distancing to avoid direct physical and social contact. This condition changes everything that is non-digital to digital, and information packaging has increased visually. In this case, the Visual Communication Design subsector has an important role in carrying it out. Gravis was founded as a startup that overcomes these problems. In establishing a Gravis startup, of course, Gravis must make a budget plan and revenue targets to support Gravis' operations and sustainability. However, because the business model owned by startups tends to be unique and different from conventional companies in general, various adjustments are needed. This journal aims to adjust the steps and formats used in making cost budget plans and startup revenue projections according to the needs and business models owned by startups, especially Gravis
