Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa kelas XI SMA N 6 Semarang tahun ajaran 2023/2024 dalam menulis teks narrative melalui teknik mind mapping. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Terdapat dua siklus pembelajaran yang terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan menghitung nilai tes per siklus, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa per siklus, dan persentase ketuntasan belajar dengan ketuntasan standar individu dengan skor 75. Dari hasil tes pada penelitian ini, hasil tersebut meningkat pada siklus I dan II. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata 79.31 meningkat menjadi 88.11 pada siklus II, yang artinya meningkat 8.8% poin. Ini berarti bahwa pengajaran menulis melalui mind mapping meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada hasil masing-masing sub indikator tes tulis antara siklus 1 dan 2.

Abstract

Marketing is a business activity that consists of a process in planning consumer needs, creating a product that is suitable for marketing, promoting, and distributing products or services. One the efforts made the company in marketing is by being able to meet the desires and needs of consumers, to provide satisfaction and loyalty to consumers who are the main factors in the success of business. Therefore, consumers expect a quality of performance that can provide satisfaction and customer loyalty by providing quality service, price perceptions and tastes that can make consumers interested. In this study the population is all consumers of " Mie Liho Mie Kiro " Driyorejo District, Gresik. Samples taken were 100 respondents by giving questionnaires to respondents to obtain data. Data analysis techniques used Structural Equation Modeling analysis using Amos 16. The results showed service quality negatively affected customer satisfaction but could positively influence consumer loyalty. Variable price perception can positively influence consumer satisfaction and can negatively affect consumer loyalty. Taste variables can positively influence consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Variable customer satisfaction can positively influence consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Organizing TIT AM or inter-modal integrated ticketing is a form of public transport service impravement in praviding service and convenience for the users in order to support the implementation of inter-modal transport effectively and efficiently. By using conjoint analysis method is expected to knaw the preferences of respondents in the implementation of TIT AM, while the descriptive analysis is used to evaluate the implementation TIT AM. The results shaw that not many people who knaw TITAM evident from the survey results there are 60% of respondents do not know TITAM. Hawever, the expected of respondents by TITAM implementation is to increase comfort and to reduce queues in the purchase of tickets to make shorter travel time. Through conjoint analysis method was concluded that the willingness of society to the implementation of TIT AM are buying tickets online and manual (in combination), and type of electronic tickets, as well as connecting mode of train, bus and ship the first choice of respondents who indicated the highest utility or satisfaction for service users. Abstract

Economic growth contributes to the high demand for public consumption, including thepurchase of vehicles which resulted in an increase in the consumption of fuel (BBM). Fuelconsumption at the four-wheeled vehicles (R4) is highly influenced by various factors thatdetermine the level of efficiency of use. Appropriate and accurate information aboutconsumption and fuel efficiency is needed to determine the various efforts related to theenergy saving, particularly for private cars that dominate the traffic in urban areas. Thestudy was done by quantitative descriptive using data and information obtained directlyfrom the user's private cars in jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogar, Depok, Tangerang andBekasi). R4 vehicle types consume the most fuel of premium compared with other types offuels (diesel or pertamax). "Sedan" is a type of vehicle with the largest percentage and themost efficient use pertamax (1 :9,3) than the others. The cylinder volumes and the vehicleage influence on fuel efficiency. Pertamax is the most efficient type of fuel in its use comparedwith other (gasoline and diesel).

Abstract

Firm value not only reflects the current intrinsic value, but also indicates the prospects and expectations of the company’s ability to enhance its value in the future. Stock price fluctuations among several companies in the food and beverage sub-sector during the 2022–2024 period show significant changes, which affect corporate performance and may influence market perceptions of firm value. This study examines the influence of debt policy, tax avoidance, and sales growth on firm value using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was selected using purposive sampling from a population of 26 companies, resulting in 19 companies that met the criteria. With a three-year observation period, a total of 57 data points were obtained. The study finds that debt policy has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Tax avoidance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Sales growth also has a positive and significant effect on firm value. These findings support the signaling theory, which suggests that every piece of financial information from a company serves as a signal positive (good news) or negative (bad news) and these signals influence the rise or fall of a firm value. The results of this study emphasize the importance of effective corporate financial strategies in achieving the desired firm value and overall corporate objectives.

Abstract

Sintrong (Crassocephalum crepidioides) adalah sejenis tumbuhan suku Asteraceae. Kegunaannya sebagai bahan obat tradisional seperti mengatasi gangguan perut, sakit kepala, dan luka bekas bisul biasa dilakukan oleh masyarakat Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui spesifikasi tentang karakteristik, golongan senyawa kimia dan aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak etanol daun Sintrong (C. crepidioides) terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Sampel yang digunakan adalah daun sintrong (C. crepidioides) yang diambil dari desa Mupakat Jadi, Kecamatan Bukit, Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposif dengan tahapan penelitian yaitu pengambilan bahan tumbuhan, identifikasi, pembuatan simplisia, karakterisasi simplisia, skrining fitokimia, pembuatan ekstrak dan pengujian aktivitas antibakteri. Pengujian aktivitas antibakteri dengan metode difusi menggunakan kertas cakram. Parameter yang diamati yaitu diameter zona hambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus di area kertas cakram. Hasil uji aktivitas antibakteri memperlihatkan tingkat efektivitas sedang, dengan konsentrasi 2,5 mg/ml memberikan diameter daerah hambat (9,5 mm) terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus, konsentrasi 5 mg/ml memberikan diameter daerah hambat (10,7 mm) terhadap Staphylococcus aureus, konsentrasi 7,5 mg/ml memberikan diameter daerah hambat (10,9 mm) terhadap S. aureus, dan konsentrasi 10 mg/ml memberikan diameter daerah hambat (11,5 mm) terhadap S. aureus.Sintrong (Crassocephalum crepidioides) is Asteraceae's family plant. In Medan in addition used as a vegetable, sintrong leaves also be used as traditional medicine; among them to cope with stomach disorders, headache, and ulcer scars. The purpose of this research was spesification about characteristic, determination of chemical compounds group and antibacterial activity of ethanol extract, n-heksana fraction, ethylacetate fraction and water fraction of sintrong leaves against Staphylococcus aureus. The sample used was sintrong (Crassocephalum crepidioides) taken from Mupakat Jadi Village, Bukit Subdistrict, Bener Meriah districts. This research purposive stages, namely materials plant, identification, preparation and characterization simplisia, determination the class of chemical compounds of simplex, preparation extract and antibacterial activity tested. Test of antibacterial activity by agar diffusion method used paper disc. Parameters measured were inhibition zone of Staphylococcus aureus. Antibacterial activity test results shows are effectivity, with a concentration of 2,5 mg/ml provides inhibition area diameter (9,5 mm) against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, a concentration of 5 mg/ml provides inhibition area diameter (10,7 mm) to Staphylococcus aureus, a concentration of 7,5 mg/ml provides inhibition area diameter (10,9 mm) to Staphylococcus aureus, and a concentration 10 mg/ml provides inhibition area diameter (11,5 mm) to Staphylococcus aureus.

Abstract

This study was aimed at formulating Salak fruit extract in a cream formulation and testing its anti-aging effectiveness. Flavonoid compounds in salak fruit are efficacious as antioxidants that are able to neutralize free radicals so they can improve signs of aging on the skin such as dry skin and enlarged pores and wrinkles. This research was conducted at the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Laboratory of Sari Mutiara Indonesia University in June-August 2023. The tools used were skin analyzer and moisture checker. Salak fruit samples were obtained from the Sihopur village Tapanuli Selatan regency, North Sumatra. The irritation test of three volunteers used salak extract cream with the highest concentration of 7%. The anti-aging activity test used 15 volunteers. Parameters measured include moisture content, number of pores and wrinkles. Statistical data was analyzed using the SPSS method. The results show that the ethanol extract of Salak fruit leaves can be formulated in a homogeneous type A / M cream dosage form, with a pH of 6,3-5,2, a viscosity of 19.000-47.000 cps, non-irritating and stable in storage for 12 weeks. The results of the analysis with the skin analyzer showed that the skin condition changed for the better, namely increased water content 32,3%, reduced pores 10,4% and wrinkles 13,2%. Cream preparations with a concentration of 7% show the best anti-aging effectiveness.

Abstract

Anti aging/Penuaan kulit merupakan penyokong terbesar pada berbagai masalah kulit seperti kulit kasar, kering, keriput, berjerawat dan lainnya. Untuk membuat sediaan handcream yang mengandung ekstrak etanol biji kopi (Coffea sp) sebagai anti aging serta menguji efektivitas anti aging terhadap sukarelawan. Pembuatan sediaan handcream menggunakan basis krim formula dengan konsentrasi ekstrak etanol biji kopi 5%,10%, dan 15% serta evaluasi sediaan handcream yang meliputi : pengujian organoleptis, homogenitas, viskositas, ph, daya sebar, tipe emulsi, pengamatan stabilitas serta uji iritasi. Pengujian efektivitas anti aging menggunakan skin-analyzer Aramo dengan parameter uji yaitu kadar air (moisture), pori (pore), dan keriput (wrinkle). Hasil evaluasi handcream ekstrak etanol biji kopi stabil dalam penyimpanan selama 4 minggu, menunjukkan sediaan yang homogen, mempunyai nilai viskositas 7.500-9.500 rpm, memiliki pH 6,6-7,0, mempunyai daya sebar yang baik sekitar 6-6,5 cm, bertipe emulsi m/a serta tidak menimbulkan iritasi. Handcream dengan konsentrasi 15% menunjukkan efektivitas anti aging yang efektif. Ekstrak biji kopi dapat diformulasikan dalam sediaan handcream. Sediaan handcream ekstrak biji kopi dengan konsentrasi 15% memiliki efektivitas anti aging yang paling baik yang menunjukkan peningkatan kadar air (moisture) sebanyak 16%, pengecilan pori (pore) sebanyak 24,32%, dan pengurangan keriput (wrinkle) sebanyak 47,61%.

Abstract

Abstract: In the early 1920s, the Sarekat Islam as an organization Islam had the influence from the communists. Communism in Sarekat Islam (SI) has almost had an even impact from the CSI to Local SI. It is a clash between two different ideologies. Communist entry into SI can also be felt in Surakarta. In Surakarta communist movement activity was represented by H. Misbach. He played a major role in instilling communist ideology through the newspapers, Medan Moeslimin and Islam Bergerak. However, Misbach has a different view of communism. As a person who was born and raised in a religious environment, he tried to find a middle ground between the religion he believed in and his support for communism. Misbach developed the idea of Islamic communism. The idea sought to harmonize and find common ground between Islam and communism.Abstrak: Pada awal 1920-an, Sarekat Islam sebagai organisasi Islam mendapat pengaruh dari komunis. Komunisme dalam Sarekat Islam (SI) hampir berdampak merata dari CSI ke SI Lokal. Ini adalah benturan antara dua ideologi yang berbeda. Masuknya komunis ke SI juga terasa di Surakarta. Di Surakarta kegiatan gerakan komunis diwakili oleh H. Misbach. Ia berperan besar dalam menanamkan ideologi komunis melalui surat kabar Medan Moeslimin dan Islam Bergerak. Namun, Misbach memiliki pandangan berbeda tentang komunisme. Sebagai orang yang lahir dan besar di lingkungan yang religius, ia berusaha mencari jalan tengah antara agama yang diyakininya dan dukungannya terhadap komunisme. Misbach mengembangkan gagasan komunisme Islam. Idenya berusaha untuk mengharmoniskan dan menemukan titik temu antara Islam dan komunisme.
