Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran ICM berdampak pada keterampilan membaca teks Deskripsi siswa kelas V Gunung Bayu SDN 091688 pada tahun pembelajaran 2023/2024. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 091688 Gunung Bayu yang berjumlah 80 siswa yang akan ditempatkan dalam 2 kelompok yang berbeda yaitu 40 siswa di kelompok eksperimen dan 40 siswa lagi di kelompok kontrol. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen yang berjenis quasi eksperimen desain. Tes keterampilan membaca teks digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data. Teknik analisis data penelitian digunakan rumus t tes. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa thitung yaitu 2,469 dimana nilai t tabel adalah 1,683 maka diperoleh t hitung .> ttabel atau 2,469 >1,683 sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran ICM dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan membaca teks deskripsi siswa kelas V SDN 091688 Gunung Bayu Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024 dengan baik dan memuaskan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan media audio visual mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa dan bagaimana perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol pada pembelajaran IPAS Materi BAB VII Topik C di Kelas IV SDN 060838 Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek siswa kelas IV A sebanyak 22 siswa dan kelas IV B sebanyak 22 siswa. Instrument penelitian terdiri dari lembar wawancara dan tes soal pilihan berganda sebanyak 20 soal. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisis data deskriptif statistic rata-rata pretest kelas eksprimen sebesar 64,772 dan nilai rata-rata hasil post-test kelas eksprimen sebesar 84,090. Selanjutnya uji hipotesis melalui uji t-test diperoleh bahwa nilai t hitung adalah 8,373 > 3,7924 t tabel, nilai alpha 0,05 dengan derajat beda n-1. Maka Ho ditolak artinya: Pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual sebagaia alat atau sarana dalam pembelajaran signifikan (tinggi) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas IV UPT SD Negeri 060838 Medan Tahun Ajaran 2023/ 2024. Signifikan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 90%.

Abstract

One of the problems in the Jero Gunung village community, Sakra Barat District, East Lombok Regency is the lack of public awareness to live healthily, especially related to littering. This waste problem has become the biggest problem in Jero Gunung village which is difficult to eliminate. Most of this waste comes from households. In addition to the waste problem, there is also a lot of livestock waste that can be used as compost. And seen from the agricultural side, Jero Gunung village also has quite large plantation potential such as coffee, chili, tomatoes and so on. In rice fields, rice is usually planted in the rainy season while in the dry season the land is planted with tobacco. Based on the problems in the village, KKN PMD UNRAM students raised the theme "Healthy Village" with the topic "Building a Healthy Village with Sustainable Waste Management". The main program is making compost and making soap from organic materials. The purpose of this program is to build public awareness of the importance of health, realize quality, character, creativity and innovation and help the community's economy. Abstract

First of all, technology is developing a number of advanced, convenient features at an ever-increasing pace. In this era of digitalization, many human tasks can be completed in a short time. Like Islamic preaching, Islam as Rahmatan Lil Alamin's religion must of course be adaptive and inclusive in facing the forces of globalization. The Tiktok application is one of several new media being produced, taken for granted by Indonesian society, and has both beneficial and detrimental impacts. The millennial generation, which is prone to anxiety about the uniformity of modernization, is starting to feel the negative impact of Tiktok, a new media platform that provides entertainment, education and information. Ustad Syukri Albani, one of the preachers, added further meaning to this application. This research examines how preacher Ustad Syukri Albani formulates his preaching strategy on social media Tiktok and how he uses da'wah rhetoric as the main means of conveying his preaching there. This is achieved by combining content analysis studies with qualitative research methodology. Research shows that Ustad Syukri Albani's preaching rhetoric which can be seen on social media is one of the main variables that determines how individuals behave in accordance with Islamic principles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare public relations management strategies at MAN Gondanglegi and MA AN-Nur Bululawang, with a focus on enhancing community interest in these educational institutions. Employing a qualitative approach, this research scrutinizes planning, execution, and evaluation phases of public relations within both schools, alongside their impact on attracting more students. Results demonstrate that both MAN Gondanglegi and MA AN-Nur Bululawang employ a comprehensive array of strategies, including media publications, alumni networks, and community engagement activities, which have significantly increased their popularity and student enrollment. The study concludes that effective public relations management plays a crucial role in the growth and reputation of educational institutions. These findings underline the importance of strategic communication and community involvement in the educational sector, offering valuable insights for other institutions aiming to enhance their public image and attract more students. For further research, it is recommended that researchers conduct a more in-depth analysis of the long-term impact of public relations management strategies on improving the image and reputation of educational institutions at national and international levels.

Abstract

Adolescence is a critical period of transition marked by biological, psychological, and social changes. This community service program aimed to educate adolescents on reproductive health through sexuality education at the Youth Posyandu in Mancar Village, Jombang. Conducted on June 26, 2024, the program involved 15 adolescent participants. It addressed the lack of knowledge about reproductive health and sought to improve adolescents' understanding and attitudes toward their reproductive well-being. A series of activities, including seminars, discussions, and demonstrations, were held to provide comprehensive information on reproductive health. The results showed a significant increase in the participants' knowledge, with 100% of the adolescents demonstrating a good understanding of reproductive health by the end of the program. This initiative highlighted the importance of open access to reproductive health education for adolescents and encouraged parental involvement in discussing reproductive health topics. The program concluded successfully, with participants actively engaging in the learning process and demonstrating increased awareness of reproductive health issues.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Metode Pengajian Muhammadiyah dalam membentuk Aqidah warga Muhammadiyah di Ranting Huta Bangun Jae Cabang Bukit Malintang. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil latar Huta Bangun Jae. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis datanya, menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, berupa pemaparan data secara tertulis mengenai data terkait, baik yang tertulis maupun lisan dari informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode dalam pengajian dalam membentuk Aqidah di Ranting Huta Bangun Jae belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Himpunan Putusan Tarjih dan kaidahorganisasi Muhammadiyah, pengamalan ibadah sholat, perilaku (aklhak) dalam kehidupan sehari -hari warga Muhammadiyah. Kendala-kendala yang di temukan dalam Himpunan Putusan Tarjih Muhammadiyahini diantaranya, kurangnya minat warga untuk mempelajari buku Himpunan Putusan Tarjih Muhammadiyah dan mengikuti pengajian-pengajian yang diadakan baik oleh Muhammadiyah cabang Bukit Malintang maupun ranting Huta Bangun Jae. Akibatnya adalah kurang tersosialisinya buku Himpunan Putusan Tarjih Muhammadiyah kepada warga Muhammadiyah di Ranting Huta Bangun Jae, ditambah kurangnya kemampuan Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah dalam menyampaikan dan menentukan pemateri dalam pengajian.

Abstract

EVALUATION OF GENERAL TERMINAL OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN GRESIK PORTAn increase in the number of ship visits and the flow of goods at the Gresik Port Public Terminal can cause long ship berthing queues. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to determine the operational performance of the Gresik Port General Terminal as an evaluation and consideration material in policy making. In this study, we will discuss the operational performance of the Gresik Port General Terminal based on the Regulation of the Director General of Sea Transportation Number: HK.103/2/18/DJPL-16, then compare it with the perception of service users using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. From the results of the analysis based on the Regulation of the Director General of Sea Transportation Number: HK.103/2/18/DJPL-16, it was found that the operational performance indicators of the Gresik Port General Terminal which had a poor level of performance were Waiting Time (WT) with a percentage of achievement of 349.5%, a comparison of effective time compared to berthing time (ET: BT) with a percentage of achievement of 83.93%, and dry bulk productivity with a percentage of achievement of 74.89%. Meanwhile, from the results of the analysis using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method, it was found that the operational performance indicators of the Gresik Port General Terminal that had poor performance were: waiting time pilot, waiting time ship, berthing time, berthing service berthing Pelra, productivity loading and unloading general cargo, productivity loading and unloading bag cargo, productivity loading and unloading dry bulk, length / number of docks, berthing occupancy ratio (BOR), fender condition and depth of the Port pool. Peningkatan jumlah kunjungan kapal dan arus barang di Terminal Umum Pelabuhan Gresik dapat menimbulkan antrian sandar kapal yang lama. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui kinerja operasional Terminal Umum Pelabuhan Gresik sebagai bahan evaluasi dan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan kebijakan. Pada penelitian ini, akan membahas kinerja operasional Terminal Umum Pelabuhan Gresik berdasarkan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Laut Nomor : HK.103/2/18/DJPL-16, kemudian membandingkannya dengan persepsi pengguna jasa menggunakan metode IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Dari hasil analisa berdasarkan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Laut Nomor : HK.103/2/18/DJPL-16 didapatkan bahwa indikator kinerja operasional Terminal Umum Pelabuhan Gresik dengan kinerja kurang baik yaitu Waiting Time (WT), perbandingan effective time dibanding berthing time (ET : BT), dan produktivitas curah kering. Sedangkan dari hasil analisa menggunakan metode IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) didapatkan bahwa indikator kinerja operasional Terminal Umum Pelabuhan Gresik dengan kinerja kurang baik yaitu : waiting time pilot, waiting time ship, berthing time, pelayanan sandar kapal Pelra, produktivitas bongkar muat general cargo, produktivitas bongkar muat bag cargo, produktivitas bongkar muat curah kering, panjang/jumlah dermaga, berthing occupancy ratio (BOR), kondisi fender dan kedalaman kolam pelabuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of beach sand as an alternative material for fine aggregate in normal concrete of K-225 quality with the addition of silica fume. The method used is an experimental method by testing compressive strength and slump values. In this study, 4 types of test pieces were used, namely concrete mixture using river sand (BN), concrete mixture using beach sand (BPP), concrete mixture using beach sand with the addition of 10% silica fume (BPPSF10), and concrete mixture using beach sand with the addition of silica fume 20% (BPPSF20). Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the concrete mixture using beach sand (BPP, BPPSF10 and BPPSF20) has a lower compressive strength than the concrete mixture using river sand. The addition of silica fume to the beach sand concrete mixture by 10% and 20% can increase the compressive strength of concrete but has not been able to achieve the planned compressive strength. Meanwhile, the slump value in the concrete mixture using beach sand is lower than the slump value of the concrete mixture using river sand.

Abstract

This study discussed the importance of having good communication skills. The assessment standard refers to Grice's cooperative maxims as the basis for communication in order to achieve the purpose of communication itself. The speaker and the interlocutor must obey the maxims, if not obeyed then what is called a maxim violation occurs. The object of this study is to identify Grice’s cooperative maxims flouting in Ellen Talk Show and also analyze how maxims flouting trigger humor in Ellen Talk Show. This study used content analysis which was categorized into descriptive qualitative method. The data were taken by communication between Elias Phoenix and Ellen. The observation of study was taken on YouTube as data collection then identified by using Grice’s technique which analyzing maxims flouting into four items such as flouting of quantity, quality, relation and manner maxims. The results of study revealed that there were those all of maxims flouting in communication between Elias Phoenix and Ellen in Ellen Talk Show. The data in total were 47 utterances which were involved quantity maxim was 14 utterances (30%), quality maxim was 9 utterances (19%), relation maxim was 4 utterances (9%) and manner was 20 utterances (42%). The most of maxim flouting was manner maxim, 20 utterances (42%). Therefore, the data was analyzed that referring to how flouting of maxims trigger humor in Ellen Talk Show.
