Abstract

The objectives to be achieved by the author in compiling this article are explained as follows: Analyzing learning outcomes and teacherperformance in improving learning outcomes in Islamic religious education, especially the Aqidah Akhlak subject at Madrasah AliyahAl-Manshury Sungai Bakau Besar Laut. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Because this researchactivity will produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Based on theresearch results, it can be concluded: (1) PAI learning outcomes, especially Aqidah Akhlak subjects at Madrasah Al-Manshury SungaiBakau Besar Laut are currently still in the below average category and even learning outcomes have decreased overall in every domainof student success. (2 ) in improving the effectiveness of teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Manshury Sungai Bakau BesarLaut using various methods including: Attending workshops, Attending special PAI teacher training, Attending K-13 teacher training,in this way the implementation of the learning process becomes more focused and results in increased results study quite well.Key words: Effectiveness, Teacher Performance, Learning Outcomes and Moral Aqidah

Abstract

The dimension of creativity is an important aspect that must be developed in the learning process. A good dimension of creativity will stimulate students to produce creative, innovative and applicable products. In this study, analysis and interpretation of the dimensions of creativity were carried out which consisted of disciplined, imaginative, inquisitive, persistent, and collaborative. The analysis and interpretation is carried out through a project-based learning approach integrated with augmented reality. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Jonggol, West Java, in class XI SMA with a total sample of 148 people. The results of interpretation and analysis of research data show that the average score of the dimensions of creativity is 78.6 in the high category, where the highest average score is in the persistent element of 80.04 in the very high category and the lowest average score is in the inquisitive element of 76.68 in the high category. In general, the implementation of a project-based learning approach integrated with augmented reality is able to stimulate an increase in the dimensions of student creativity.

Abstract

Background: Breast cancer is cancer that forms in breast tissue, breast cancer occurs when cells in the tissue in the breast grow uncontrollably and take over the healthy breast tissue and its surroundings. Breast cancer has the highest mortality rate due to delay in early detection. In addition, several breast cancer treatments such as lumpectomy surgery, mastectomy, radiotherapy, hormone therapy and chemotherapy have long-term side effects, one of which is sexual dys¬function. This study aimed to estimate the effect of mastectomy on sexual dysfunction in women with breast cancer, with a meta-analysis of primary studies conducted by the previous authors. Subjects and Method: This study was a systematic review and meta-analysis with the following PICO, population: women with breast cancer. Intervention: mastectomy. Comparison: no mastectomy. Outcome: sexual dysfunction. The articles used in this study were obtained from databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. Keywords to search for articles “Breast Cancer” OR “Sexual Dysfunction” OR “Mastectomy” articles included are full-text English and Indonesian with a cross-sectional study design from 2012 to 2021 and report the Adjusted Odds Ratio (aOR) that appropriate in the multivariate analysis. The selection of articles was carried out using the PRISMA flowchart. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application. Results: A total of 9 cross-sectional studies involving 6,045 breast cancer patients from Spain, China, Turkey, Denmark, America, UAS, Iran, Australia, and Iran were selected for systematic review and meta-analysis. The data collected showed that breast cancer patients who underwent mastectomy had a 1.69 times risk of sexual dysfunction compared to women who did not use the mastectomy treatment method (aOR = 1.69; 95% CI = 0.83 to 3.45: p < 0.001). Conclusion: Women with breast cancer and undergoing mastectomy increase the risk of sexual dysfunction. Keywords: breast cancer, mastectomy, sexual dysfunction. Correspondence: Sumiyati. Abstract

Teaching variation is a teacher's activity in the learning interaction process which is aimed at overcoming student boredom by creating an environment that encourages and allows the learning process to take place through changes in teaching styles, changing media used, and changes in interaction patterns between students and teachers. This research aims to determine the influence of teacher teaching style on student learning motivation. The problem to be answered is whether there is an influence of the teacher's teaching style on the social studies learning motivation of class X students at SMAN 1 Woja for the 2023/2024 academic year. The type of research used is correlation with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all students of X SMAN 1 Woja, totaling 155 students and the class sampled was class X SMAN 1 Woja, totaling 18 students. Sampling is sampling carried out with a specific purpose (Purposive Sampling). From the results of the analysis, linearity calculations show that Fcount is 3.06, < Ftable = 3.29, for the significance test, the result is Fcount 11.57 > Ftable 4.49, and from the hypothesis test of the relationship, rcount is 0.650 > Rtable 0.468, the coefficient of determination amounting to r2xy = 0.4225, which means that 42.25% of the influence of the teacher's teaching style can increase student learning motivation, through the regression equation Y = 4.06 + 0.80 X, the remaining 57.25% is determined by other factors. So it can be stated that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the analytical hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the hospitality industry has driven the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) as a strategic tool in improving service quality and customer experience. This research aims to explore how AI technologies, such as chatbots, facial recognition, predictive analytics, and smart room control, are implemented in the context of hotel operations and their impact on guest perception and satisfaction. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with hotel management, questionnaires to licensed employees, as well as direct observation at a leading international hotel. The results show that AI is able to accelerate service processes, improve operational efficiency, and provide personalized experiences that have an impact on increasing customer loyalty. However, the findings also reveal challenges such as lack of employee training, guest resistance to automated services, and ethical issues of data privacy. The implications of this study suggest the need for a hybrid service approach between AI and human labor, as well as stronger education strategies and data protection policies. This research contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the role of AI in the hospitality sector and informs the formulation of customer-oriented technology-based service policies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prinsip-prinsip yang mendasari program pendidikan multikultural SDN 13 Kaur, untuk mengetahui strategi dan taktik yang digunakan oleh instruktur pendidikan agama Islam SDN 13 Kaur dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai antarbudaya. Studi lapangan yang menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kualitatif, yaitu memberikan justifikasi menyeluruh yang konsisten secara tidak memihak dengan informasi yang dikumpulkan. Prosedur kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang menggunakan komentar tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang serta perilaku yang diamati untuk menghasilkan data deskriptif. Implementasi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Berwawasan Multikultural di SDN 13 Kaur merupakan sekolah yang berwawasan multikultural, menurut temuan penelitian. PAI multikultural sedang dilaksanakan di SDN 13 Kaur melalui kegiatan belajar di kelas dan ekstrakurikuler. Hal ini disebabkan karena sekolah menengah atas tersebut menerima instruktur dan murid dari berbagai latar belakang agama yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan mazhab atau pandangan yang berbeda dalam Islam itu sendiri. menerapkan Pendidikan Agama Islam multikultural di kelas melalui praktik-praktik seperti: a) doa pagi berkelompok; b) mengajarkan pelajaran agama sesuai dengan keyakinan masing-masing siswa; c) memperlakukan siswa secara setara dan tanpa bias; d) memimpin dengan memberi contoh; dan e) menjaga sikap hormat dan menghargai.

Abstract

PPKL adalah ujung tombak Kementerian Koperasi dan UMKM dalam membina dan mengawasi kegiatan usaha koperasi dan UMKM yang dituntut memiliki keahlian dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. PPKL Disperindagkop Bangka Tengah sebagian besar belum memiliki pengetahuan tentang dasar akuntansi dan ketidakmampuan PPKL dalam membantu UMKM memanajemen keuangan dan memberikan masukan dalam mengakses permodalan melalui investasi Pasar Modal. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah untuk mengenalkan dasar-dasar akuntansi dan metode demonstrasi untuk pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis android. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan bagi PPKL dan pemilik UMKM mengenai dasar-dasar akuntansi dan sekaligus menyusun laporan keuangan bagi pemilik UMKM. Evaluasi kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan lembar feedback berupa pre test dan post test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing how the direct and indirect influences of competence, work environment, career development variables on employee performance are mediated by employee job satisfaction. As for the sample of this research are employees of PT. SGI Graha Propertama in Batam City. Questionnaires were distributed to 119 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique. To analyze the research data using multiple regression analysis techniques using SmartPLS Software. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the variable, job satisfaction has no significant effect on performance at a significance level of > 0.05. While competence, work environment and career development have a direct and significant effect on performance with alpha <0.05. The results of the study show that competence has no significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance > 0.05. While career development variables, work environment have a significant direct effect on job satisfaction with a significance level <0.05. The results of the indirect effect show that the competency variable on employee performance through work motivation is not significant > 0.05. The indirect effect of work environment and career development variables on employee performance through work motivation is significant <0.05. The coefficient of determination R Square competence, work environment, career development and job satisfaction on employee performance is 64.1% and competence, work environment, career development on job satisfaction is 71.5% competency has no significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance > 0.05. Abstract

Angka kematian bayi (Infant Mortality Rate) adalah merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menentukan tingkat kesehatan masyarakat karena dapat mencerminkan tingkat pembangunan kesehatan dari suatu Negara serta kualitas hidup masyarakat sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memonitor dan mengevaluasi program serta kebijakan kependudukan kesehatan. Angka kematian bayi dapat didefenisikan sebagai kematian yang terjadi setelah bayi lahir sampai belum berusia tepat satu tahun. Ikterus fisiologis pada neonatus adalah keadaan transisional bersifat normal yang menyebabkan hingga 50% bayi aterm yang mengalami peningkatan progresif kadar bilirubin yang tidak terkonjugasi dan terjadi ikterus pada hari ke tiga. Ikterus yang sifatnya fisiologis tidak nampak jika bayi belum berusia 24 jam setelah lahir. Ikterus ini biasanya akan menghilang pada saat bayi berusia satu minggu serta kadar bilirubin dalam tubuhnya tidak meningkat atau tidak melebihi dari 200-215 mol/L (12 –13 MG/DL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan pada bayi yang mengalami ikterus fisiologis. Bahan dan metode yang digunakan dalam kasus ini adalah pendekatan asuhan kebidanan dilakukan dengan cara meneiliti suatu permasalahan melalui suatu kasus dalam bentuk bentuk pengkajian data subjektif, Objektif, Analisa dan penetalaksanaan.. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa wawancara/anamnesa, Observasi, Pemeriksaan Fisik dan Pemeriksaan penunjagn serta Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah dengan memberikan ASI secara on deman terhadap bayi maka penyakit ikterus yang dialami oleh bayi dapat menurunkan kadar bilirubin dalam darah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the internal control of bad debts at the company PT. X is running well. Because basically selling on credit also carries the risk of uncollectible portions of the receivables or even all of the receivables. Companies often face challenges in recovering debts from customers, especially in cases of credit sales, which gives rise to the phenomenon of bad debts. This phenomenon results in significant financial risk, with the possibility of partial or even complete loss of receivables. In this research, the analytical approach used is a qualitative descriptive method, which utilizes primary data obtained through interviews with PT management. X. This study provides a deep picture of how the company responds to and handles the risk of uncollectible receivables and how effective the company's internal control is in preventing and reducing this problem. The results of this research indicate that although the implementation of internal control at PT. X goes well but there is a failure in recovering some receivables, which results in uncollectible receivables. This situation is caused by various factors such as company policy, poor internal control, weak credit evaluation and other things. These findings highlight the importance of improving strategy and internal control in receivables management, to avoid the accumulation of bad debts and their negative impact on the company's financial position
