Abstract

The quality of fresh milk based on SNI 2011 regarding fresh milk requirements includes physical, chemical and the number of microorganisms. One of the physical properties of milk can be seen from the density test. The chemical properties of milk can be seen from the lactose and fat rate. The lactose test is by means of titration of the filtrate resulting from filtering milk which is free from any content other than lactose. Density test using a lactodensimeter. Fat test using the Gerber method. From the results of research on the quality of cow's milk which was carried out using the lactose test approach, density and fat obtain average results of 3.98% of lactose rate, 1.0259 g/ml of density and 2.7% of the at rate in VUC Kertajaya is good and close to the criteria according to SNI 2011. This can affect the selling price of milk from farmers in VUC Kertajaya.

Abstract

Supervision of judges in Indonesia is a crucial element to maintain the integrity, independence, and professionalism of the judicial system. This study anayzes the effectiveness of the judicial oversight mechanism through an internal approach by the Supreme Court, external by the Judicial Commission, and the role of the community through a code of ethics. With a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach, this study uses secondary data from legal documents, such as the 1945 Constitution, Law Number 48 of 2009, and the Joint Regulation of the MA-KY 2012, as well as interviews with judges and academics. The results of the study indicate that the MA's internal supervision is constrained by a large workload, while the KY's supervision is limited due to the Constitutional Court Decision Number 005/PUU-IV/2006, which excludes MK judges and supreme court justices, triggering the risk of judicial corruption and a crisis of public trust. Public supervision through a code of ethics is effective but requires further education. The main challenges include overlapping authority between the MA and KY and the lack of supervisory integrity. This study recommends better coordination, strengthening the authority of the KY, and increasing the role of the community to ensure justice and judicial independence.

Abstract

This study investigates the development of scholarly discourse on religious moderation through a bibliometric analysis of international publications indexed in the Scopus database from 1988 to 2022. Employing VOSviewer for visualization and trend mapping, the research analyzes 390 publications, focusing on authorship, publication types, source journals, and keyword trends. The most significant surge in publications occurred in 2019, with articles (77.3%) representing the dominant document type. Notable contributors include Somer Murad and Zarzycka, with leading outputs from journals such as Religions and the Journal of Religion and Health. The United States, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia emerged as key publishing countries. Frequently occurring keywords—religion, moderation, and religiosity—highlight the thematic focus of the literature. Beyond quantitative metrics, the study critically reflects on the conceptual landscape of religious moderation, revealing a growing interdisciplinary engagement yet a lack of consensus on definitional boundaries. These findings offer valuable insights into the evolving scholarly understanding of religious moderation and its implications for pluralistic societies, policy discourse, and interfaith engagement. By linking bibliometric trends to broader theoretical and sociopolitical contexts, this research contributes to a more nuanced comprehension of the field’s intellectual structure and future directions.

Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers article 20 paragraph (b) mandates that to carry out their professional duties, teachers are obliged to continuously improve and develop academic qualifications and competencies in accordance with the development of science, technology, and art (Undangundang Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2005). The existence of this law is expected to provide the right opportunity to improve its professionalism through training, writing scientific papers, Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) and Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants used in this study were the teachers who were members of the Kelompok Kerja Guru Cluster 2, Duduksampeyan Regency, Gresik Regency who implemented the 2013 curriculum. The technique of taking research informants conducted in this study was using non probability sampling. Non-probability sampling techniques used in this study were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Kelompok Kerja Guru are also forums or places that can be used to foster and enhance the professionalism of elementary school teachers (Depdiknas, 1997: 46). KKG has benefits including as a place to accommodate and solve problems faced by teachers in teaching and learning activities, discussions, examples of teaching, demonstration of the use and manufacture of teaching aids (Alwi, 2009). Based on the discussion of research findings about the role of the Teacher Working Group (KKG) in implementing learning to improve the performance of elementary school teachers, there can be some conclusions that the role of the Kelompok Kerja Guru in carrying out the stages of lesson study activities has been effective because the KKG can provide understanding, guidance, goals, and benefits of lesson study.

Abstract

Fossil fuel power plants still play an essential role in providing energy worldwide, but their environmental impact will contribute significantly to emissions and environmental pollution. To reduce these emissions, renewable energy offers a solution to reduce global emissions. This study proposes a renewable energy modeling system using hybrid optimization of multiple energy resources (HOMER) simulation on renewable energy systems for economic savings. This simulation can combine photovoltaic (PV), wind power (WP), and converter systems. The hybrid combination of PV and WP is the most appropriate and economical choice at the research location. The results showed that the modeling of the renewable energy hybrid system made a significant contribution, with an initial investment cost of IDR 107,474.43 million and an annual operating cost of IDR 22,540.23 million, 41% lower on condition now with an estimated return on investment of 11 years. The results of this study can be used as recommendations for similar conditions in other places. Policymakers can use this model to provide incentives and have a positive impact on hybrid power plants (HPS) in neutralizing global emissions.

Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja, diukur menggunakan Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Revenue Growth (RG).

Abstract

Mathematics textbooks have a significant role in mathematics teaching, and learning activities in schools and the questions contained in textbooks are usually used by students to practice independently. The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of problems in mathematics textbooks used from 2000 to 2017 in Indonesia, especially in the material of one-variable linear equations. The method used in this study is a six-dimensional analysis method, which consists of mathematical activities, the level of difficulty of the questions, the types of answers expected, contextual situations, the types of responses and the types of mathematical questions. Data collection techniques are done by analyzing and describing the types of questions in mathematics textbooks used from 2000 to 2017. The results of this study are the problems in mathematics textbooks for linear variable equations of one variable that do not have diverse types, the types of questions in textbooks are still many in the form of questions that calculate or use a variety of arithmetic operations, apply directly the basic knowledge or skills and without context in everyday life. Also, the existing questions are questions with closed answers, namely questions that only require answers without a reason and questions with a single procedure

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia Logistik, an affiliate of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, distributes and manages cement, industrial goods, and other commodities. Based on Semen Indonesia Group's environmental impact, effective distribution depends on this company. The main objective of this study is to identify and investigate the link between job satisfaction and elements like compensation, career development, and working surroundings. This research results from quantitative analysis of data gathered from fifty PT Semen Indonesia Logistik personnel. Questionnaires were used to gather data; subsequently, validity and dependability were assessed to ensure the instrument's quality. We performed basic assumption tests—which include checks for normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity—to guarantee even more the usefulness of the data. Through the lens of multiple linear regression and hypothesis evaluation, we uncovered insights into how each variable functions. To further grasp their influence, we leveraged the coefficient of determination to measure the extent of impact each independent factor has on the outcome variable. Determining workers' satisfaction on the job was more influenced by pay and promotion chances than by working circumstances.
