Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the factors that affect the quality of the service employees Local Company (Perusda) South Sulawesi in terms of the various aspects which include; employee competence, leadership, commitment to work, organizational culture, and organisasial structure, and quality of service of employees. The population in this study were all employees of the company in the area of South Sulawesi Perusda four business units, namely a total of 106 people. The results showed that (1) the value of the variable employee competence and commitment are at very high and variable categories of leadership, organizational culture, organizational structure, and quality of service of employees are in the high category, (2) employee competence and a significant positive effect on the quality of service South Sulawesi Perusda employees, (3) leadership but not significant positive effect on the quality of service of employees (4) work commitments and a significant positive effect on the quality of service of employees (5) organizational culture positive and significant impact on the quality of service of employees (6) organizational structure influence positive and significant impact on the quality of service of employees Pusda in South Sulawesi.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the performance of a greenhouse solar dryer with a vertical rotating rack system (GHSD-VRR), integrated with an air recirculation system and a biomass furnace with air preheater. This GHSD-VRR was able to reduce the weight of fish from 88.6 kg with a wet basis moisture content of 68.5% (2.18% on a dry basis) to 34.4 kg with a wet basis moisture content of 20% (0.21% on a dry basis) at an average air temperature of about 57.0°C and an average sunlight of 629 W/m² in 10.8 hours. The average drying rate (DR) and specific moisture extraction rate (SMER) reached 4.44 kg/s and 0.211 kg/kWh, respectively. The average specific energy consumption (SEC), specific thermal energy consumption (STEC), and specific electrical energy consumption (SEEC) were 7.724 kWh/kg, 6.408 kWh/kg, and 1.315 kWh/kg, respectively. The efficiency of biomass furnace, dryer, and exergy were recorded at 66.9%, 38.7%, and 80.5%, respectively. The contribution of heat energy from sunlight and biomass to the dryer system was 19.18% and 64.7%, respectively.

Abstract

Implementing the Pancasila Student Profile (Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, P5) in Indonesian primary schools is a recent curriculum initiative aimed at strengthening student character and competencies. However, many primary schools face challenges in effectively integrating P5 due to limited teacher understanding of character-based pedagogy and lack of contextual learning tools. This case study examines how a structured coaching and mentoring model can enhance P5 implementation at a public primary school in Makassar, Indonesia. A qualitative approach was used, including interviews with five teachers and two school leaders, and classroom observations of P5 project activities. The results indicate that the coaching and mentoring model significantly improved teachers’ pedagogical practices and confidence in integrating Pancasila values into lessons. Teachers reported that regular coaching sessions helped them reflect on and refine their instructional strategies, while mentoring by experienced educators provided practical guidance and moral support. School leaders observed increased student engagement and more authentic character development during P5 projects. The findings align with recent literature suggesting that ongoing coaching and peer mentoring are effective forms of teacher professional development for character education. This study contributes to understanding how collaborative, reflective professional learning can strengthen curriculum reforms. It highlights the importance of sustained teacher support through coaching and mentoring in successfully translating the P5 character education goals into classroom practice. The paper discusses implications for educators and policymakers seeking to embed character education in primary education and offers recommendations for scaling such coaching-mentoring models.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership policies and personal competencies of sports officials in Aceh Province, Indonesia. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, involving 10 key informants selected through purposive sampling, including deputy regents, heads of departments, and education officers with backgrounds in sports. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and verification techniques. The findings reveal that sports community members who occupy leadership positions in Aceh demonstrate strong cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies. Their leadership styles are a combination of various models, including democratic, participatory, administrative, and charismatic approaches. Respondents emphasize discipline, teamwork, and alignment with institutional goals while also integrating local cultural values in decision-making and leadership behavior. The study concludes that sports-based leadership in Aceh is shaped by both educational background and sports experiences, which enhance strategic thinking, policy-making skills, and leadership effectiveness. This finding challenges the public perception that such leaders attain positions through favoritism or coincidence. The study contributes to the understanding of how sports experience can foster effective leadership in public administration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi kreatif produser program Talkshow Makbicara dalam mempertahankan programnya, serta untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat yang dapat mempengaruhi program Talkshow Makbicara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Karena penelitian ini membutuhkan observasi di lapangan, dan juga peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada para narasumber yang berkaitan dengan peneltian ini. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, karena peneliti ingin menjabarkan atau menggambarkan tindakan kreatif atau trik-trik yang diterapkan produser program Talkshow Makbicara dalam upaya mempertahankan eksistensi programnya di stasiun Fajar TV Makassar. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah tentang target penonton kalangan remaja dan dewasa, bahasa naskah mengngunakan bahasa formal, format acara news dan informasi, punching linenya menggunakan pertanyaan kerjutan, clip hanger untuk membuat penasaran penonton, tune berdurasi 30 detik dan bumper berdurasi 18 detik, penataan artistic menggunakan studio permanen dan studio outdoor, serta melakukan general rehearsel untuk memastikan kesiapan sebelum proses produksi berlangsung. adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu meliputi faktor teknis yaitu kedisiplinan tim produksi, gangguan peralatan serta lighting (Pencahayaan) dan faktor non teknis meliputi kesiapan narasumber, cuaca serta macet, yang dapat mempengaruhi keberlangsungan produksi program Talkshow Makbicara.

Abstract

Agar radio berita tidak benar-benar ditinggalkan dan masih bisa bertahan di hati pendengar terkhususnya pada RRI PRO 2 Makassar dituntut untuk melakukan perubahan agar dapat mengimbangi perkembangan zaman dan trend yang ada, salah satu cara untuk mempertahankan eksistensi RRI PRO 2 Makassar dengan melakukan konvergensi media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Davis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendengar radio sudah beralih ke platform digital sebagai sarana utama untuk mencari hiburan. Agar bisa tetap relevan RRI melakukan pembaharuan dengan membuat aplikasi RRI Digital, dengan adanya pembaharuan tersebut banyak pendengar yang dengan mudah mengakses radio di manapun dan kapanpun mereka inginkan. pendengar PRO 2 RRI Makassar memiliki kecenderungan untuk mendengarkan radio saat mereka sedang dalam perjalanan atau sedang beristirahat. RRI Digital belum bisa menjadi sarana hiburan utama untuk orang-orang dikarenakan masih kalah saing dengan aplikasi hiburan lainnya. Walaupun begitu orang-orang menjadikan RRI Digital sebagi salah satu sarana mereka mencari hiburan, itu menunjukkan Radio Republik Indonesia PRO 2 Makassar masih bisa dikatakan berhasil untuk mempertahankan minat pendengarnya.

Abstract

Dalam hal ini juga Peran peningkatan sinergitas sangat penting, sinergitas antara organisasi otonom dan cabang Muhammadiyah Belopa adalah kunci keberhasilan organisasi. Peningkatan komunikasi dan kolaborasi dapat membuka peluang untuk memperkuat sinergitas di antara keduanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi organisasi dalam membangun sinergitas organisasi otonom cabang muhammadiyah Belopa Kabupaten Luwu. Dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat komunikasi organisasi dalam membangun sinergitas organisasi otonom cabang muhammadiyah Belopa Kabupaten Luwu. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan Sinergitas Organisai Otonom Membesarkan Persyerikatan Muhammadiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi dalam organisasi yang melibatkan Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah dan Ikatan Pelajar Muhammadiyah terdiri dari komunikasi formal dan informal. Komunikasi informal terbukti efektif dalam membangun sinergitas dan kolaborasi di antara anggota organisasi. Faktor pendukung utama adalah hubungan antar anggota, program kegiatan, serta motivasi dan keterlibatan anggota. Namun, ada hambatan yang dihadapi, seperti komunikasi yang tidak efektif dan masalah jarak serta Teknik, terutama dalam komunikasi vertikal, yang mengganggu kolaborasi dan koordinasi.

Abstract

Unemployment and the competitiveness of human resources are the main challenges for Indonesia, compounded by the demographic bonus of 2030-2040. Industry 4.0 demands adaptive vocational education, focusing on multi-skills, psychomotor skills, and soft skills. Vocational high school graduates often lack mental readiness and soft skills, even though their hard skills are adequate. This research aims to determine the results of developing a soft skills model for Vocational High School teachers, to ascertain whether the developed Vocational High School soft skills model meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness, and to understand students' responses to the developed soft skills-based model. This research uses a type of research and development with relevant locations and subjects, through a development procedure that includes needs analysis, model design, material development, program implementation, and model evaluation; the data collected includes both qualitative and quantitative data, using techniques such as interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires, which are analyzed using descriptive and inferential data analysis techniques to test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the developed product. The research results show that the developed soft skills model meets the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective, and received positive responses from the students. This emphasizes the importance of integrating soft skills into vocational education to enhance graduates' readiness to face the competitive job market in the era of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

The Nabi has paid great attention to the psychological state of his people and one of them is anxiety. Anxiety is a normal condition but if it occurs intensely and is not handled, it will have implications for a person's psychological and social life. Humans are fragile and weak creatures, so the apostle shared how to overcome anxiety through spiritual psychotherapy in the form of prayer. The purpose of the study is to explore the meaning of the hadith about anxiety. The type of research used is qualitative using the maudu'iy method. This research is based on the management of ihya' al-hadis which is based on the steps; a) input of hadith data c) output; and d) outcome. This study concludes that the textual interpretation of anxiety is interpreted as al-hamm which means anxiety, worry, unrest, and restlessness which always goes hand in hand with the word al-hazn (sadness). As for the intertextual hadith, anxiety is a feeling of being hit by worry, anxiety, and anxiety manifested from various mixed emotional processes that occur when a person is depressed and experiencing conflict or something that is not right. The contextual meaning; prayer for protection from Allah can be done in everyday life or when struck by anxiety. The output of this hadith is seen from the substantive (maqasid al-hadis) can be hajiyyah and even daruriyyah which is formally (al-sunnah al-nabawiyyah) in the form of qawliyyah. The outcome of this hadith is syumuliyyah and mahalliyah which can be applied by each person proportionally and even optimally. Abstrak: Rasulullah Saw., telah menaruh perhatian yang besar terhadap keadaan psikologis umatnya and salah satunya adalah anxiety atau kecemasan. Anxiety merupakan keadaan yang normal namun jika terjadi secara intens and tidak tertangani maka akan berimplikasi pada psikis seseorang and kehidupan sosialnya. Manusia adalah makhluk yang rentan rapuh and lemah, maka rasul sharing cara mengatasi anxiety melalui psikoterapi spiritual berupa doa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali kandungan makna hadis tentang anxiety. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode maudu’iy (tematik). Penelitian ini didasarkan pada cara kerja manajemen ihya’ al-hadis yang berdasarkan pada langkah; a) input data hadis; b) proses interpretasi; c) output; and d) outcome. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa interpretasi secara tekstual anxiety dimaknai al-hamm yang beriringan dengan kata al-hazn (kesedihan). Secara intertekstual hadis anxiety merupakan perasaan dilanda kekhawatiran, kegelisahan, and kecemasan yang termanifestasikan dari berbagai proses emosi yang bercampur baur yang terjadi ketika seseorang seandg tertekan and alami pertentangan atau sesuatu yang tidak disenangi. Sedangkan makna kontekstual; doa permohonan perlindungan pada Allah dapat dilakukan dalam keseharian atau pada saat dilanda anxiety. Output hadis ini dilihat dari subtantif (maqasid al-hadis) dapat bersifat hajiyyah bahkan daruriyyah yang secara formatif (al-sunnah al-nabawiyyah) berbentuk qawliyyah. Outcome hadis ini bersifat syumuliyyah and mahalliyah yang dapat diterapkan oleh setiap personal secara proposional bahkan optimal.

Arabic, as a lingua sacra for Muslims, holds a distinct position due to its role as the medium for the revelation of the Qur'an and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Authentic understanding of the Qur'an and Sunnah heavily relies on proficiency in Arabic. Linguistic limitations can hinder access to deep meanings, rhetorical beauty, and the essence of Islamic teachings. Without Arabic, reliance on translations risks misinterpretation. The history of Islamic civilization demonstrates Arabic's central role as the lingua franca of knowledge. However, in the digital era, the urgency of Arabic is threatened by the dominance of international languages, potentially eroding a profound and holistic understanding of Islam. This research is library research with qualitative approach. The purpose of the research is to understand Arabic from a hadith perspective, particularly the hadith about Qur'an reciters whose recitation does not go beyond their throats. This hadith criticizes shallow religious formalism and emphasizes the significance of internalizing meaning. Learning Arabic is a fundamental necessity for understanding, practicing, and preserving the intellectual heritage of Islam.
