Abstract

The main aim of using websites to accelerate village development is to reduce the gap between urban areas. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research show that; 1. Increase contribution to reform, and increase trust between the government and society; 2. Improving Services: Ensuring the availability of basic infrastructure such as roads, electricity, clean water; 3. Helping to Achieve a Policy, actively involving village communities in the planning process; 4. Help contribute to policies, individuals, groups or organizations; 5. Increase contribution to reform, increase contribution to reform in village offices; 6. Increase trust between the government and the community. Sustainable and comprehensive efforts are needed to increase trust between the village government and the community.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how Public Relations in superfine service at the North Galesong District Office, Takalar Regency. The method was descriptive qualitative. Data analysis techniques used  data reduction, data exposure and conclusion making then  data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that Public relations at the North Galesong  District office could  be seen from community service that had helped the community to meet their needs according to their fields. In maintaining good relations, public relations was  good, it had provived a good services by using language that was easy to understand. Public relations morals and behavior in providing services had implemented well, smiles and greetings, but there were still employees who had  not shown good morals and behavior to the community. Keywords: public relations, service, public

Abstract

This study aims to examine the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Bantaeng district by using the theory of service quality. Public services are interesting to observe because their activities are in the context of fulfilling the basic needs of citizens for goods or services and administrative services related to the public interest. There are four qualities of public services including, direct evidence (tangibles), reliability (Reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance).

Abstract

ABSTRACTHis study purposed to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of public relations in making driver's license at the Traffic Police Unit in Bone Regency, using qualitative research methods, the number of informants in the study were 8 people. The results of the study showed that 1) the achievement of public relations goals consisted of providing socialization of the importance of driver's license to the community, visited to elementary schools as a preventive measure or rare, providing information when making driver's license directly, but the purpose of public relations had not been implemented evenly because some people did not know the form of public relations carried out. 2) The timing of public relations carried out by the Traffic Unit of the Bone Regency Police was on time, understanding their duties and responsibilities. However, some people felt that the implementation of public relations was not in accordance with the reality because it took a long time to make driver's license. 3) The benefits of public relations had not been fully achieved because traffic awareness was still lacking and the level or number of ticketing was still high and some people had not felt the benefits of public relations and making driver's license was not in accordance with management because it exceeded one day.Keywords: Effectiveness, Public Relations and SIM

Abstract

This study uses qualitative and descriptive research types to describe and explain the transparency of the management of village income and expenditure budgets during the covid-19 pandemic. Informant retrieval technique using pourposive sampling with a total of 8 (eight) people. Research data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed using the data reduction stage, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the transparency of budget management and village expenditure revenues during the COVID-19 pandemic in the form of document availability and accessibility, clarity and completeness of information, and openness of the process has been provided properly based on the applicable laws and regulations as a regulatory framework that ensure transparency even though the implementation still needs to be improved.

Abstract

Islamic Higher Education is an important component in the national education system. Islamic Higher Education has an important role in producing a young generation who has strong Islamic values. However, in reality, Islamic Higher Education management is still not professional. This can be seen from the large number of Islamic Higher Education that have not implemented effective and efficient management. This research aims to analyze the problems of unprofessional Islamic Higher Education management. This research uses a literature study method with an approach phenomenological. Data sources are taken from books, journal articles, research reports, and other sources related to educational problems and solutions in Islamic Higher Education. All data from literature studies are analyzed and solutions are found. Analysis and solutions to these problems can be carried out using a phenomenological approach. The results of the analysis show that there is a solution to the problems of education in Islamic universities. In fact, overcoming the problem lies in increasing the competence of Islamic Higher Education managers, increasing the implementation of an effective and efficient management system, increasing cooperation between Islamic Higher Education and the government and the community, preparing a more relevant curriculum, improving the quality of lecturers and educational staff, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure. The results of this research can be implemented comprehensively and sustainably. The problems at Islamic Higher Education can be overcome and Islamic Higher Education can become a quality educational institution capable of producing quality cadres of national leaders.

Abstract

Di era kemajuan teknologi khusus di bidang listrik, sangat diperlukan nya suatu inovasi terbaru yang merupakan salah satu kebutuhan manusia yang sangat penting yang tidak dapat dilepaskan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah kebutuhan akan energi listrik. Energi listrik dalam pendistribusiannya masih menggunakan kabel tembaga sebagai media perantaranya. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, dikembangkanlah teknologi transfer energi yang dapat meningkatkan kepraktisan serta menghemat terhadap bahan-bahan yang digunakan untuk pembuatan kabel sebagai media penyalur energi tersebut yang disebut sebagai energi wireless tesla coil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat alat tesla coil, mengetahui perbandingan intensitas cahaya dan medan magnet pada jarak pengujian yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini rancangan alat yang dibuat menggunakan pipa paralon ¾ inci dengan lilitan primer sebanyak 9 lilitan dan lilitan sekunder sebanyak 1500 lilitan, sedangkan untuk jenis lampu yang digunakan yaitu jenis lampu CFL 8 watt, lampu TL 18 watt dan jenis lampu LED warna hijau, biru, dan merah masing-masing 2 watt. Dari hasil keseluruhan pengujian didapatkan nilai intensitas cahaya yang berbeda-beda. Untuk jenis lampu CFL dan lampu TL, jarak pengujian mencapai radius 20 cm. Sedangkan untuk jenis lampu LED hanya dapat menyala pada jarak maksimal 5 cm. dan untuk besaran medan magnet didapatkan hasil 226,08 x 10ˉ7 tesla pada jarak 5 cm, 113,04 x 10ˉ7 tesla pada jarak 10 cm, 75,36 x 10ˉ7 tesla pada jarak 15 cm, dan 56,52 x 10ˉ7 tesla pada jarak 20 cm. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin dekat jarak lampu dan lilitan pemancar maka akan semakin besar intensitas cahaya dan medan magnet yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the usability level of the learning tool monitoring system developed to support the digitalization of learning administration management in the educational environment. Usability is a crucial aspect in the successful implementation of the system, because it is directly related to the convenience, comfort, and effectiveness of use by teachers, supervisors, and education staff. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with evaluation instruments that refer to six usability characteristics, namely appropriateness recognizability, learnability, operability, user error protection, user interface aesthetics, and accessibility. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents of the users of the system, and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis show that the system has an average usability value of 4.50 or 90.04%, which is classified as very good. The characteristics with the highest scores were accessibility (90.64%) and user interface aesthetics (90.42%), while the lowest scores were appropriateness recognizability (89.57%). These findings indicate that the system has met most of the users' expectations, especially in terms of the interface appearance, ease of access, and learning process of using the system. However, the aspects of function recognition and navigation still need to be slightly improved to be more optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada PT. MegahPutra Sejahtera di kota Makassar pada tahun 2014 – 2018 berdasarkan pada analisis rasio profitabilitas. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data Laporan   Keuangan PT. Megahputra Sejahtera di Kota Makassar yaitu laporan Neraca, laporan Laba rugi, dan laporan Arus kas perusahaan, selama 5 tahun  sejak 2014-2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kinerja keuangan perusahaan berdasarkan analisis rasio profitabilitasnya selama tahun 2014 – 2018 belum sepenuhnya efisien. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan nya mengalami fluktuasi

Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan beberapa pernyataan pada teori bahwa metode pembelajaran pada rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran RPP/Bahan Ajar cenderung bersifat dekoratif dan saling melengkapi dengan rancangan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memetakan penggunaan metode pengajaran menggunakan RPP/Bahan Ajar. Rancangan penelitian ini memakai pendekatan penelitian deskriptif dengan memakai cara analisa dokumen (content analysis). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan para pendidik, pimpinan kurikulum, dan guru PJOK pada SMP di wilayah kecamatan Peukan Baro. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan memakai teknik purposive sampling. Metode pemerelohan data memakai metode dokumenter. Alat yang digunakan adalah manual yang telah divalidasi dengan dua laporan. Pola menganalisis data dengan menggunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka dan dinyatakan dalam persentase kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, sebanyak 20,72% guru cenderung menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Pengajar dominan memakai 5 strategi mengajar ketika merencanakan pembelajaran (36,36%). Terdapat 21,42% guru cenderung menggunakan teknik demonstrasi pada materi Big Ball Game. Metode yang agak kurang dipergunakan oleh pihak pengajar antara lain metode ujian mandiri, metode konvergensi, metode divergen, metode program individu siswa, metode rujukan siswa, serta metode mandiri belajar. Pada kurikulum merdeka, sebanyak 20,82% guru sering memakai metode demonstrasi. Sebanyak 21,57% guru serring memkai metode demonstrasi terutama dalam program kurikulum merdeka.Kata Kunci: Metode , pendidikan, guru
