Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi DPRD Kota Makassar dalam Melaksanakan Kegiatan Media Relations. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dengan sejumlah informan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi DPRD Kota Makassar dalam Melaksanakan Kegiatan Media Relations dalam pelaksanaannya dikatakan memiliki namun tidak dapat dikatakan efektif secara keseluruhan. Hal ini berdasarkan indikator yang digunakan yaitu (1) Managing Relations, Public Relations telah membayangi beberapa media untuk melaporkan hal-hal tentang kegiatan DPRD umum atau lainnya bahkan ada beberapa momen kegiatan yang dilakukan secara individu oleh anggota dewan yang melibatkan media seperti kegiatan reses skala individu yang telah berhasil dilaporkan kepada publik sehingga hubungan menjadi erat. (2) Mengembangkan Strategi, Media memberikan surat permohonan untuk bekerja sama dengan DPRD kemudian Divisi Humas mengakomodasi dan menyeleksi media untuk menjalin hubungan kerja sama terkait informasi atau berita tentang kegiatan anggota DPRD. (3) Mengembangkan Jaringan, Divisi Humas DPRD Kota Makassar melakukan pendekatan Persuasif melalui grup media sosial dengan media, sehingga ketika ada kegiatan DPRD disampaikan langsung melalui Grup, kemudian dikelola oleh media untuk dilemparkan ke publik berdasarkan pengamatan Divisi Humas.

Abstract

Insomnia merupakan gangguan tidur yang paling sering ditemukan pada lanjut usia (lansia) dengan prevalensi sekitar 67%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai hubungan antara kecemasan, depresi, dukungan keluarga, dan kondisi lingkungan dengan kejadian insomnia pada lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Gau Mabaji Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional dan metode exhausive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi square, koefisien phi (f) dengan a = 0,05. Sebanyak 96 lansia penghuni panti memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kecemasan (nilai p = 0,014; f = 0,251), depresi (nilai p = 0,019; f = 0,238), dukungan keluarga (nilai p = 0,000); f = 0,797), dan kondisi lingkungan panti (nilai p < 0,05; f = 0,238) dengan kejadian insomnia. Pemberian penyuluhan kepada keluarga lansia adalah salah satu kegiatan yang penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga lansia bahwa lansia tidak hanya sekadar diperhatikan kebutuhan fisiknya tetapi juga kebutuhan psikologisnya. Insomnia is sleep disorder, most often found on elderly with high prevalence about 67%. The aim of this research is to prove the relation between anxiousness, depression, family support, and environmental condition with the occurence of insomnia at old ages in social institution Tresna Werdha Gau Mabaji Gowa Regency. This research used an observasional study with cross sectional design, using the exhausive sampling method. Data were analysed by chi square test, phi coefficient with a = 0,05. About 96 elderly in social institution met the research criteria, chi square test indicates that there are relation between anxiousness (p value = 0,014); f = 0,251), depression (p value = 0,019); f = 0,238), family support (p value = 0,000); f = 0,797), and environmental condition of social institution (p value = 0,019); f = 0,238) with the occurence of insomnia. Providing counseling to the family of the elderly is one of the important activities to improve their knowledge to note not only elderly physical needs, but also their psychological needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the collaboration between BERSINAR schools and Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in instilling character education values to prevent drug abuse in students at SMA Negeri 14 Bone. This study used a qualitative approach with an exploratory research design. Data were obtained by interviewing PAI teachers and students at SMA Negeri 14 Bone. The results showed that the PAI teachers carried out their role in instilling character values through three main roles: as teachers by linking teaching materials to Islamic teachings and the dangers of drugs, using varied methods, and instilling religious values, discipline, and responsibility in students' learning and habits. As role models, teachers demonstrated religious attitudes, discipline, and responsibility that reflected real examples for students in staying away from drugs. As motivators, teachers provided moral and spiritual guidance to raise students' awareness in protecting themselves from drugs. The contribution of PAI teachers has been proven to be able to shape religious, disciplined, and responsible characters as a whole, which serve as a strong foundation in fortifying students from drug abuse and contributing to the creation of a healthy and drug-free school environment, in line with the predicate of SMA Negeri 14 Bone as a BERSINAR School (Drug-Free).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari pengaruh distribusi zakat konsumtif, zakat produktif, dan bantuan sosial pangan terhadap kemiskinan pada seluruh kabupaten di Provinsi Riau tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau, Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau, Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Republik Indonesia dan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi Riau. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel serta menggunakan software Eviews 12. Data panel digunakan adalah data tahun 2019-2023 sebagai data time series, data distribusi zakat konsumtif, zakat produktif dan bantuan sosial pangan 10 kabupaten sebagai data cross section.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa zakat konsumtif, zakat produktif, dan bantuan sosial pangan berpengaruh dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kemiskinan. Secara parsial, zakat konsumtif berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Zakat produktif berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Bantuan Sosial Pangan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (adjusted r-squared) sebesar 0,963878 artinya variabel independen dapat menjelaskan variabel terikatnnya sebesar 96,38% dan selebihnya sebesar 3,62% di jelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Nilai probability dari F statistik sebesar 0,0000 < 5% yang artinya variabel bebas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

This study uses qualitative and descriptive research types to describe and explain the transparency of the management of village income and expenditure budgets during the covid-19 pandemic. Informant retrieval technique using pourposive sampling with a total of 8 (eight) people. Research data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed using the data reduction stage, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the transparency of budget management and village expenditure revenues during the COVID-19 pandemic in the form of document availability and accessibility, clarity and completeness of information, and openness of the process has been provided properly based on the applicable laws and regulations as a regulatory framework that ensure transparency even though the implementation still needs to be improved.

Abstract

The main aim of using websites to accelerate village development is to reduce the gap between urban areas. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research show that; 1. Increase contribution to reform, and increase trust between the government and society; 2. Improving Services: Ensuring the availability of basic infrastructure such as roads, electricity, clean water; 3. Helping to Achieve a Policy, actively involving village communities in the planning process; 4. Help contribute to policies, individuals, groups or organizations; 5. Increase contribution to reform, increase contribution to reform in village offices; 6. Increase trust between the government and the community. Sustainable and comprehensive efforts are needed to increase trust between the village government and the community.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the village information system is implemented in managing village funds in Pakatto Village, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency in terms of human resources, hardware, software, data and networks. The type and type of research used is descriptive qualitative, where information is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the Pakatto Village Head, Pakatto Village Secretary, Pakatto Village Office Staff and Pakatto Village Community. This research uses Agus Mulyanto's information system components, namely human resources, hardware, software, data and networks. The research results show that the ability of human resources to operate the system is still lacking and software errors often occur in the system.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to determine the Effectiveness of E-Government Motor Vehicle Tax Payments based on the Bapenda Sulsel Mobile Application at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The type of research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research type, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Effectiveness of Motor Vehicle Tax Payments based on the Bapenda Sulsel Mobile Application at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sulawesi Province can be categorized as quite effective, because of the three indicators only one is not yet effective. Achievement of objectives in its implementation is efficient in terms of time and the realization of Motor Vehicle Tax growth has increased significantly which has contributed greatly to Regional Original Income. Integration carried out with several other agencies and various methods of socialization, namely direct socialization to the community. Adaptation in terms of human resources is not adequate, there is still a lack of human resources for the development of this application, but the infrastructure is adequate.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe strengthening the analysis of the internal and external environment of SDI Darul Muttaqin in facing the era of disruption, so that it continues to survive. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used semi-structured interviews, semi-participant observation, and documentation. The analysis techniques used include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and data conclusion. The results of this research show: 1) analysis of the internal environment of SDI Darul Muttaqin consisting of competency aspects in the form of good quality educational institutions, core competencies in the form of SDI Darul Muttaqin's contribution to the Gresik Regency Government by sending its students to competitions, the resource aspect which is dominated by teachers with undergraduate graduates, 2) analysis of the external environment, namely SDI Darul Muttaqin always tries to collaborate with existing stakeholders, collaborate with external organizations, the role and support of the local government for SDI Darul Muttaqin in increasing school quality competition, 3) efforts to strengthen the internal environment are carried out by SDI Darul Muttaqin by utilizing digital-based learning media, each educator is given insight into the use of technology, communicating with guardians who use smartphone media, 4) strengthening the external environment is carried out by holding regular outreach with the community and stakeholders, the use of technology in facilities and infrastructure used. This strengthening effort is carried out to prepare students to be able to face the era of disruption.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of price and product quality on consumer activity in Retail Traders of Daya Wholesale Market.The population in this study is as many as 100 respondents with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique that was seeded was simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, the conclusion of this study is that price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction who shop at retail traders at Pasar Grosir Daya stores as seen with a calculated t value of 1.545 and a significance value of 0.126 (below 0.005). Non-financial compensation has a significant effect on the satisfaction of consumers who shop at retail traders at Pasar Grosir Daya stores as seen with a t-value of 4,205 and a significance value of 0.000 (below 0.005). Simultaneously, price and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction who shop at retail traders at Pasar Grosir Daya stores, the R square value is 0.321, which means that price and product quality have an effect of 32.1% on consumer satisfaction who shop at retail traders at Pasar Grosir Daya stores.Keywords: Price, product quality, consumer satisfaction.
