Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena keinginan untuk menerapkan digitalisasi dalam pembelajaran dan meningkatkan kolaborasi pada siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Strategi Student Team Heroic Leader berbantuan Media Digital Microsite pada pembelajaran matematika SMP, media digital yang digunakan adalah microsite yang didalamnya terdapat bahan ajar, asesmen dan juga video pembelajaran yang bisa mereka akses kapanpun dan dimanapun (AnaLog SIBer) sebagai bahan mereka untuk belajar secara mandiri ataupun berkelompok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Pre Experimental design dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode statistika. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Sungai Kakap kelas VIIIA dengan sampel 20 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan rumus uji normalitas gain yang kemudian diinterpretasikan menggunakan tabel hasil nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest. Penerapan Student Team Heroic Leader dengan bantuan Media Digital Microsite dapat memunculkan jiwa kepemimpinan (leader) dan kepahlawanan (heroic) siswa dalam belajar sehingga mereka mampu berkolaborasi dan saling membantu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada materi bilangan berpangkat dengan menggunakan media digital Microsite, dapat diketahui bahwa ada peningkatan dari hasil pretest ke postest dengan rata-rata nilainya memiliki kategori sedang. Sehingga strategi Student Team Heroic Leader berbantuan media digital pada materi bilangan berpangkat secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan efektif.

Di era society 5.0 sudah menuntut manusia menguasai dan memahami teknologi. Indonesia berhak berpartisipasi aktif dalam mempersiapkan trend society 5.0 yang berdampak secara tidak langsung. Dalam dunia pendidikan, teknologi memiliki peran penting yang dapat membantu memperjelas suatu konsep matematika terutama bagi siswa yang memiliki kemampuan spasial rendah. Permasalahan saat ini adalah masih banyak guru yang kesulitan menggunakan teknologi untuk membantu dalam proses pembelajaran. Padahal, seorang guru matematika perlu menguasai literasi digital sebagai dasar dari kompetensi pedagogik untuk memberi kemudahan dalam pemahaman pengajaran kepada peserta didik di era saat ini. Terlebih, dalam materi geometri yang menuntut siswa untuk memiliki kemampuan spasial yang baik. Untuk siswa yang kemampuan abstraksinya rendah akan merasa kurang tertarik dan kesulitan dalam memahami konsep geometri. Hal ini menarik perhatian untuk membuat penelitian terkait implementasi alat peraga atau media pembelajaran yang membantu siswa dalam membayangkan bentuk bangun ruang, salah satunya adalah dengan software atau aplikasi GeoGebra. Melalui software atau aplikasi GeoGebra diharapkan siswa akan mudah memvisualisasikan ide matematika agar siswa benar-benar memahami. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan implementasi teknologi menggunakan GeoGebra pada materi bangun ruang khususnya jaring-jaring bangun ruang sisi datar. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengkonstruksikan gambar jaring-jaring bangun ruang sisi datar. Demikian diperoleh dalam implementasi penggunaan website GeoGebra pada materi jaring-jaring bangun ruang sisi datar dibantu dengan peralatan pada fitur GeoGebra dan fasilitas gerakan-gerakan manipulasi (dragging) pada GeoGebra. Penggunaan teknologi seperti GeoGebra membantu guru dalam memberikan ruang belajar yang efektif bagi siswa dan meningkatkan kemampuan spasial siswa.

Terdapat banyak aspek pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan serta mendukung peserta didik selama studi mereka. Potensi yang perlu dimiliki perserta didik yaitu kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang tinggi harus didukung dengan pendekatan yang tepat sesuai dengan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Ketika mereka mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang baik maka ia akan mampu menyajikan ide-ide mereka secara efektif dan akurat yang bertujuan untuk mendukung keseluruhan suatu pendekatan pembelajaran misalnya pendekatan pembelajaran konstruktivis. Pendekatan kontruktivisme merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada peserta didik sebagai partisipan aktif ketika menemukan ide-ide baru baik melalui proses belajar mengajar maupun melalui pengalaman sehari-hari, dan dalam hal ini pendidik sebagai fasilitator dalam proses belajar mengajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah inferensi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran pra eksperimen atau desain kelompok untuk mengungkap dan menjelaskan bagaiman perbedaan yang terjadi sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil yang ditunjukkan dalam penelitian ini bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik yang menggunakan pendekatan yang digunakan oleh guru atau konvensional relative rendah. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil pra riset. Sebelum menerapkan pendekatan kontruktivis terlebih dahulu dilakukan pre-test bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal komunikasi matematis peserta didik, dan setelah menerapkan pendekatan konstruktivis dilakukan post-test untuk mengetahu derajat komunikasi matematis peserta didik yang dilakukan pada bagian akhir. Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan pendekatan kontruktivis yang berdampak positif terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik.

AbstrakTujuan dari bimbingan teknis ini adalah mempersiapkan semua pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam kegiatan administrasi dosen tersebut untuk mempersiapkan pelatihan dan sosialisasi. Persiapan yang dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut: 1) pemadanan semua akun dosen di lingkungan jurusan pmipa; 2) pelaksanaan berbagai sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan workshop kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut. Narasumber untuk kegiatan di bulan September dilaksanakan oleh dua orang pegawai dari kepegawaian untan yaitu bapak Sugeng dan bapak Wawan yang ahli dalam bidang keadministrasian selama 2 hari yaitu Hari Jum’at dan Sabtu tanggal 6 dan 7 September 2024. Tempat kegiatan selama beberapa kegiatan tersebut di Aula FKIP, Ruang Sidang 1 FKIP Untan serta Zoom Meeting. Peserta yang dimaksud adalah: 1) semua dosen di seluruh lingkungan jurusan PMIPA; 2) semua tenaga kependidikan; 3) mahasiswa yang terlibat langsung di himpunan di setiap prodi yang jumlahnya 65 orang. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Pelatihan berkelanjutan terkait Administrasi Dosen yang sangat diperlukan bagi dosen di Jurusan PMIPA FKIP; 2) Artikel publikasi ke jurnal nasional terakreditasi; 3) Produk berupa Data SKP Elektronik dan data penting lainnya yang sesuai kebutuhan dosen. Kegiatan untuk mengevaluasi kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan merumuskan hasil diskusi awal tentang proses pelaksanaan pendampingan dengan model bimbingan teknis sejenis yang pernah diikuti atau dilakukan oleh peserta sebelum mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian ini. Dari kegiatan pertama dan kedua dianalisis perubahan yang terjadi setelah para peserta mengikuti kegiatan pendampingan dengan model bimbingan teknis. Hasil akhir kegiatan pengabdian tersebut adalah terbentuknya SOP dan eSKP serta data lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan Dosen di Lingkungan Jurusan PMIPA Untan. AbstractThe purpose of this technical guidance is to prepare all stakeholders involved in the lecturer's administrative activities to prepare for training and socialization. The preparations made are as follows: 1) matching all lecturer accounts within the pmipa department; 2) implementation of various socialization, training, and workshops on these activities. Resource persons for activities in September were carried out by two employees from the staffing of untan, namely Mr. Sugeng and Mr. Wawan who are experts in the field of administration for 2 days, namely Friday and Saturday, September 6 and 7, 2024. The place of activity for some of these activities is in the FETT Hall, Session Room 1 FKIP Untan and Zoom Meeting. The intended participants are: 1) all lecturers in the entire PMIPA department environment; 2) all educational staff; 3) students who are directly involved in the association in each study program, totaling 65 people. The results achieved in this service activity are: 1) Continuous training related to Lecturer Administration which is very necessary for lecturers in the FETT PMIPA Department; 2) Publication articles to accredited national journals; 3) Products in the form of Electronic SKP Data and other important data according to the needs of lecturers. Activities to evaluate this activity were carried out by formulating the results of initial discussions about the process of implementing assistance with similar technical guidance models that had been followed or carried out by participants before participating in this service activity. From the first and second activities, the changes that occurred after the participants participated in the mentoring activities with the technical guidance model were analyzed. The final result of this service activity is the formation of SOPs and eSKP and other data according to the needs of Lecturers in the PMIPA Department of Untan. Innovation in mathematics learning technology is a signal in the Society 5.0 era and should ideally be reflected in mathematics education, including in schools in the Pontianak City area. This research aims to analyze the innovation of mathematics learning technology in accordance with the demands of the Society 5.0 era. The research method uses a qualitative-exploratory approach. The research results show that there is still a gap between the dynamic development of technology and teachers' ability to incorporate technology into their teaching. This gap occurs due to teachers' tendency to prioritize lecture methods, note-taking, and conventional problem-solving exercises. As a result, the innovation of technology in mathematics learning has not been well implemented. In fact, the sophistication of technology through Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and the Internet of Things (IoT) promises effectiveness and efficiency in learning. That reality serves as a sign that teachers involved in mathematics education need to be motivated and their awareness of innovative capabilities needs to be enhanced, so that the mathematics teaching methods implemented become more modern. Maximizing the potential of technology in accordance with the demands of the current era. Supporting a more adaptive and interactive curriculum. Students can be more active and critical, and can interpret and apply mathematical knowledge in everyday life.

The research used a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the learning motivation of 38 students of class XI E SMA Santo Paulus Pontianak in learning function composition and inverse with the help of Wordwall application. Data were collected using a questionnaire containing ten indicator of learning motivation and interviews. The results showed that all indicators from the questionnaire were categorized good. The highest percentage of positive responses was on the responsibility indicator (90.13%) and on the desire to succeed indicator (86.94%). This finding is supported by interview data that shows Wordwall increases students' engagement, interest and perseverance and creates interesting and challenging learning. This study concludes that Wordwall application is effective in increasing students' learning motivation on the material of function composition and inverse.

This study aims to identify and analyze students' epistemological obstasles in solving contextual problems of geometric rows and series. The research was based on observations and interviews at Santu Petrus Pontianak Catholic High School which indicated learners' obstacles in solving contextual problems. This study used a qualitative approach with six learners as subjects, who were grouped based on the level of problem solving ability. Data were collected through problem solving ability tests and interviews. Data analysis was conducted using triangulation technique. The results showed that high ability learners did not experience epistemological obstacles. Learners with moderate ability experience obstacles in procedural aspects and operational techniques, such as difficulty choosing formulas and performing calculations. While low ability learners experience obstacles in conceptual, procedural and operational techniques. This research confirms that epistemological obstacles are closely related to problem solving ability. It is hoped that this research will have implications for the development of more effective learning strategies to minimize learners' epistemological obstacles.

Mathematics is a very important main subject. Mathematics is an important topic. The science that must be studied is mathematics. One of the things studied is numbers. Based on previous observation data, it shows below 50% to achieve KKTP in this material. Meanwhile, students as prospective teachers or educators need to know what mathematics material students find difficult. To achieve this, there is a need for innovation in mathematics learning to help students understand fractional number material. The innovation in question is Powtoon animation. The research method is quantitative research and the type of research is uasi-experimental. The design is post-test design only. The data shows : (1) there are differences in the Criteria for Completion of Learning Objectives (KKTP) and the application of the clinical interview method assisted by Powtoon animation in students fractional numbers material on PGSD FKIP students Tanjungpura University and (2) the percentage who achieved the KKTP in the the application of the clinical interview method assisted by Powtoon animation in students fractional number material on PGSD FKIP students of Tanjungpura University is higher than the percentage of not achieveing the KKTP. The author found when applying the clinical interview method that each students had different abilities and interest in subjects, some of the material has been delivered and some admitted that it had not been delivered, this influencing the difference between the Criteria foe Completion of Learning Objective (KKTP) and application of the interview clinical method assisted by Powtoon animation and the percentage profile of those who achieved the KKTP was higher than those who did not achieved the KKTP was higher than those who achieved the KKTP was higher than those who did not achieved the KKTP.

This study aims to explore the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) based on school assets in social arithmetic learning, and its impact on student engagement and understanding. This learning project involves the use of school gardens. where students are given the task of processing garden produce into products that can be sold, then analyzing the calculation of profit and loss. This study also involves cross-subject collaboration, especially with the subjects of Indonesian Language and Social Sciences (IPS). The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PjBL based on school assets can increase students' motivation, engagement, and understanding of social arithmetic concepts. Cross-subject collaboration plays an important role in developing students' literacy and social entrepreneurship skills. This study also identified several challenges, such as time constraints in project management and students' difficulties in understanding the concept of calculating profit and profit margins. The implementation of PjBL contributes positively to developing 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. This study concludes that the PjBL approach based on school assets and cross-subject integration is effective in improving the quality of social arithmetic learning, as well as providing contextual and meaningful learning experiences for students.

In the era of industrial revolution 4.0, the functional reformation must be conducted to vocational education. The vocational education sector has been in a crucial position to prepare good quality human resources (teachers and students) that are well-prepared in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. An ability of computer literacy and noble character (akhlakul karimah) of human resources are two essential aspects that have been concern in the effort of the superior human preparation. Therefore, this aim of this study is to develop a new model of affective commitment and see its impact to transformational leadership in vocational school across west Kalimantan. A quantitative approach using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM) Wrappls version 7 was used to calculate 254 data sample from 29 private and public vocational high schools throughout West Kalimantan. The result revealed that the role of affective commitment as a mediating variable had been able to provide a positive and significant influence as well as this variable was able to improve the performance of leaders and teachers in vocational high schools throughout West Kalimantan through exogenous variables in the form of transformational leadership.
