Abstract: This study highlights the importance of developing students' religious character to create a generation that is moral, ethical, and highly principled. In the era of globalization, religious values are often neglected, making schools play a crucial role in supporting the development of students' religious character. This study employs a qualitative method to explore the experiences, views, and interpretations of students, teachers, and parents regarding the process of forming religious character. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that hinder the development of students' religious character in schools and to seek effective solutions to overcome these obstacles. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research findings revealed several significant challenges, such as the lack of parental attention to their children's religious education, inadequate school facilities, and a shortage of professional teachers who can effectively guide students in religious aspects. These challenges require immediate attention and action. Therefore, schools need to collaborate with parents to raise awareness of the importance of religious education, improve school facilities, and recruit and train competent teachers in religious education. Government support in the form of policies and funding is also crucial to ensure the effective development of students' religious character. Keywords: religious character formation, religious education, school-parent collaboration Abstrak: Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pembentukan karakter religius siswa dalam menciptakan generasi yang bermoral, beretika, dan berintegritas tinggi. Di era globalisasi, nilai-nilai religius sering kali terabaikan, sehingga sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perkembangan karakter religius siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menggali pengalaman, pandangan, dan interpretasi siswa, guru, serta orang tua terkait proses pembentukan karakter religius. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa di sekolah, serta mencari solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan beberapa kendala utama, seperti kurangnya perhatian orang tua terhadap pendidikan agama anak-anak, fasilitas sekolah yang belum memadai, dan keterbatasan jumlah guru profesional yang mampu membimbing siswa dalam aspek keagamaan. Kendala-kendala ini memerlukan perhatian dan tindakan segera. Oleh karena itu, sekolah perlu bekerja sama dengan orang tua untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan agama, memperbaiki fasilitas sekolah, serta merekrut dan melatih guru yang kompeten di bidang keagamaan. Dukungan dari pemerintah dalam bentuk kebijakan dan pendanaan juga sangat dibutuhkan untuk memastikan pembentukan karakter religius siswa berjalan dengan efektif. Berbahasa Inggris lisan tampaknya tidak mudah bagi sebagian besar guru di SD Pangeran Diponegoro Semarang, karena guru-guru tersebut mayoritas tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan bahasa Inggris. Keigatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris para guru SD Pangeran Diponegoro Semarang yang tidak memiliki pendidikan formal untuk mengajar bahasa Inggris SD. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 24 orang guru yang tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan Bahasa Inggris yang dilaksanakan pada SD Pangeran Diponegoro yang berlokasi di Jl. Jatimulyo No. 19 Pedalangan Kec. Banyumanik, Kota Semarang. Hasil pengabdian adalah 85% guru setelah pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap konsep classroom language, peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan classroom language dari rata-rata nilai awal 60 menjadi 85, dan penerapan bahasa inggris dalam aktivitas kelas minimal 20% dari waktu pengajaran menjadi rencana tindak lanjut pengabdian ini

This study aims to analyze the use of media in conditioning classes in Fiqh learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in class VIII-1. The media used is a wall magazine (mading) which functions as an aid that can create a conducive, interesting, and interactive learning atmosphere. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with 3 data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews with three informants and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is to analyze the results of observations, interviews, and documentation, then reduce the data so that the results obtained are in accordance with the indicators and focus of the study, and then draw conclusions from the final results. The results of this study indicate that wall magazine media (mading) can increase students' interest in learning, strengthen their understanding of Fiqh concepts, and encourage active student participation in the learning process. In addition, this wall magazine media (mading) provides a creative space for students to convey ideas and opinions related to Fiqh learning and can make the classroom atmosphere more conducive when explaining the subject matter.

The School Field Introduction Program (PLP) aims to provide education students with direct experience in a school environment. Conducted at SMK Adi Luhur Jakarta, this program lasted for four months and involved students from various study programs. The activities included observation, lesson plan preparation, teaching and learning processes, as well as collaboration with mentor teachers. The results demonstrated that students were able to develop pedagogical competence, understand students' needs, and enhance professionalism through practical experience. By integrating theory and practice, this program contributes to improving the quality of education and prepares students to become adaptive and competent educators.

This research is development research. This study aims to develop learning tools in the form of Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), Learner Worksheets (LKPD), and research instruments based on information skills on the subject of ecosystems for grade XI high school students and determine the quality of learning tools in terms of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This development research was conducted based on the ADDIE development model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used in this research are the lesson plan assessment questionnaire, the LKPD assessment questionnaire, and the assessment instrument assessment questionnaire to measure the validity value; the learning management observation sheet and student response questionnaire and observation sheet to measure practicality; and the learning outcomes test to measure the effectiveness of learning devices. The product trial was conducted at SMAN 2 Binjai on July 24, 2023, and August 7, 2023. The quality of the validity of the learning device meets the valid criteria indicated by the total average validity of the RPP, which is 89.29%, the total average validity of the LKPD, which is 75%, and the total average validity of the assessment instrument, which is 77.75%. The quality of the practicality of learning devices meets the practical criteria indicated by the average limited test results of 79.65% and the total average of field test results of 88.

This study aims to analyze the influence of job description, human capital, and work culture on employee performance at the Langsa Kota Sub-district Office. A qualitative approach is used with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The research informants consisted of the head of the office, administrative staff, and functional employees who were selected purposively. The results of the study show that a clear job description plays an important role in providing job guidance to employees. However, some challenges were found, such as unclear tasks in certain positions and overlapping responsibilities between employees, which could affect work coordination. From the aspect of human capital, formal education, technical training, and work experience have proven to have a great contribution to the quality of employee performance. However, limited access to training and competency development is a major obstacle, especially for new employees. Meanwhile, the work culture at the Langsa Kota Sub-district Office is generally considered positive, especially in the aspect of team cohesion. However, the discipline and innovation aspects still need more attention to encourage productivity and creativity at work. These three factors, namely job description, human capital, and work culture, are interrelated and affect employee performance simultaneously. This study concludes that optimal human resource management must include evaluation of task descriptions, improvement of training programs, and strengthening work culture. The implications of this study are expected to be a reference for the Langsa Kota Sub-district Office to improve employee performance in providing more effective and efficient public services.

. Development research has been carried out which aims to produce an integrated quizizz e-module to improve the critical thinking skills of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Cina. This research analyzes the validity of the Quizizz integrated e-module developed. Apart from analyzing responses from practitioners or teachers to the Quizizz integrated e-module that was developed, it also analyzes the effectiveness of the Quizizz integrated e-module on students' critical thinking abilities. The research was carried out in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Cina, with a total of 26 students. Validation analysis in this research uses the Aiken's V index and uses N-Gain value analysis to determine the increase in students' abilities after implementing Quizizz integrated e-module learning. Based on research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the Quizizz integrated e-module, both in terms of material and media, obtained valid results by both experts. Practitioner assessments of the Quizizz integrated e-module were very good. So the Quizzizz integrated e-module is suitable for use. In its application, there was an increase in the critical thinking skills of students in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 1 Cina. So the Quizizz integrated e-module is quite effective to use.

The purpose of this study is to establish a plan for the growth of MSMEs in Semolowaru Village that is centered on the creative economy. This strategy is crucial for leveraging the expanding creative economy's potential to increase the competitiveness of regional MSMEs. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was employed, and data was gathered via document analysis, observation, and interviews. SWOT analysis was used to determine MSMEs' opportunities, threats, vulnerabilities, and strengths. The findings demonstrated that enhancing product quality, leveraging digital technology for marketing, growing networks of collaboration, and offering training to MSME participants are all ways to foster the growth of creative economy-based MSMEs in Semolowaru. This research recommends collaboration between the government, business actors, and the community in building an ecosystem that supports the growth of creative economy-based MSMEs.

This research was motivated by many immoral cases that occurred in the pesantren environment. It is a terrible moral disaster in the world of education, where institutions oriented towards Islamic education should give birth to Islamic characters, but in reality, the bearers of education are the main actors in moral depravity. The purpose of this study is to thoroughly explore the ideal characteristics of an educator according to Syaikh Az-Zarnuji in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim and how the institution's strategy in shaping the professionalism of PAI teachers. The result of this study is that there are 6 characters that a teacher must have: 1) Knowledgeable 2) Mature personality (wara') 3) Charismatic 4) Mature 5) Generous 6) Merciful and patient. These six characters are very relevant to the aspects of education, especially PAI teachers who do not only prioritize knowledge. However, knowledge must be accompanied by the formation of learner character and interactive learning. Thus, the institution can take the main role in shaping the professionalism of PAI teachers so as to realize the true purpose of Islamic religious education.
