Abstract

Merdeka Curriculum emphasises the implementation of differentiated learning and considers the unique characteristics of each student. Teachers have an important role in the development and implementation of this curriculum, and must have interpretations in accordance with the provisions of curriculum development. Teachers' perceptions of the Merdeka Curriculum are very diverse and can significantly affect the readiness and quality of learning to be carried out. This study aims to determine teacher perceptions based on aspects of cognition, affection, conation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research questionnaire used is an open question that has been validated for content by 3 Merdeka Curriculum experts and validated for items by Merdeka Curriculum experts and Educational Psychology Experts. The results showed that teachers' perceptions are very important in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, cognition about general concepts is positive, but for in-depth concepts, teachers' perceptions are negative. Schools that provide gradual training have succeeded in building teachers' positive cognition, although many still think that teaching modules are the same as lesson plans from the 2013 Curriculum. Teachers support the development of Merdeka Curriculum even though they feel there are limitations in understanding and readiness of infrastructure in schools. Teachers are also positive about the support and cooperation between teachers, especially through MGMP, but still feel that they are not fully capable of making their own learning tools. Although the teaching modules are in accordance with the provisions, teachers have not fully implemented differentiation plans or utilised the results of learning style diagnosis in learning.

Abstract

AbstractThe use of heavy-metal mordants in fabric dyeing is prohibited due to the resulting impacts such as environmental damage and public health, therefore environmentally friendly and non-toxic mordants such as tannin mordants (biomordants) are needed. Based on phytochemical screening on fern species (Pteridophyta), it is known that they contain tannins. However, scientific evidence of determining the total tannin content of various species of ferns has so far not been found. This study aims to determine the yield and total tannin content of methanol extracts of five fern species, namely paku kawat (Lycopodium cernuum), paku resam (Gleichenia linearis), paku dayak (Blechnum orientale), paku uban (Nephrolepis biserrata), paku miding (Stenochlaena palustris). Sample extraction was carried out by maceration method using methanol solvent. Extract yield was determined by weighing method. Analysis of total tannin content was carried out by UV-Vis spectrophotometric method at a wavelength of 755.8 nm using Folin-Ciocalteu reagent and sodium carbonate. The results of the research obtained the yield of methanol extracts on paku kawat, paku resam, paku dayak, paku uban, and paku miding are 11.271%; 8.389%; 4.810%; 3.615%; and 0.854%, respectively. Total tannin levels in methanol extracts of paku kawat, paku resam, paku dayak, paku uban, and paku miding were 0.024% ± 0.002; 0.256% ± 0.029; 0.272% ± 0.037; 0.143% ± 0.019; and 0.022% ± 0.012, respectively. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the methanol extract of paku kawat produces the highest yield while paku dayak produce the highest total tannin content. The results indicate that differences in fern species cause differences in tannin levels.

Abstract

The urgent need for legal protection for buyers of uncertified inherited land under Islamic law is critical. This study employs a normative juridical approach, supported by an extensive literature review, to examine the complexities of buying and selling inherited land within the framework of Islamic inheritance law, known as farāid. This system delineates specific shares for each heir as guided by syara'. The process of purchasing inherited land mirrors that of individual land transactions, with significant distinctions concerning certification status. Key findings reveal that all heirs listed on the Heir Certificate, issued by the District Head or Notary, must consent to any sale. If the seller is later found to lack rightful ownership or if the documentation is fraudulent, a buyer acting in good faith is entitled to legal protection. This framework safeguards buyers from potential legal repercussions stemming from the seller's misrepresentation or lack of ownership. The study underscores the necessity for robust legal frameworks to protect buyers and uphold justice in land transactions, particularly in situations where certification is absent. This research analyzes the legal protections available to buyers of uncertified inherited land, emphasizing the importance of awareness and due diligence in transactions to mitigate risks associated with unclear legal aspects.
