Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has facilitators, facilities and infrastructure that are increasingly sophisticated and at a very advanced age. However, there is a lack of levels of young people who have natural creativity skills because they use the internet. Intensifying the creativity skills of the pitcher using handing over the former part of the preparation at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 2 without using the scouting program every Thursday and at the same time using the scouting diary and assisted with the following events: InsiDentil, LPG/TPI, Pinsa Pinru, camping Thursday and Friday, National Jamboree. Research Objectives To find out the process of forming creativity skills in the Scout Raising Group (Case Study of Campus 2 Gontor Putri). The type of research used in this research is: the researcher uses a case study approach with a qualitative research type. In collecting data, the whereabouts of the researcher was known by the informant. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis used includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. Based on the results of data analysis, this study provides conclusions related to the process of forming creative skills on Campus 2 Gontor Putri, as follows: Formation of Creativity Skills on Campus 2 Gontor Putri. through creating a conducive educational environment by holding activities and competitions that support the growth and development of creative skill seeds through the following activities: InsiDentil, Pinsa Pinru, LPG/TPI, Thursday and Friday Camps. Inhibiting factors in the process of forming creativity skills in scout groups on Campus 2 Gontor Putri. Islamic boarding schools are as follows: (1) the dense activity of female students in Islamic boarding schools results in a lack of practice in this type of activity, (2). The lack of female students' interest in scouting is because not all female students have an interest in scouting

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the 4th largest population in the world. If the population size is large, if it is not followed by an increase in the quality of the population, it will certainly have an impact on poverty. Talking about the problem of poverty in Indonesia has decreased since 1976. There are two objectives of this study, the first is to determine the effect of economic growth on reducing poverty in Indonesia. And the second objective is to determine the effect of financial sector growth on poverty reduction in Indonesia. This study uses the VAR method with estimated data from 2000 to 2012. This reduction in poverty can occur as a result of economic growth and growth in the financial sector, which have increased every year. The results of this study indicate that economic growth has a negative and significant effect on poverty. The research also shows that the growth of the financial sector has an insignificant effect on poverty reduction.

Abstract

ealth improvement is indeed a significant social priority because good human capital condition improves the abilities, efficiency, and quality of life of a workforce. Thus, it is important to understand the factors pertaining to the Economic output of an individual in a group context. Illness, whether it is physical or mental, can have a negative impact on the economic output of an individual in an organization. Positive mental and physical health makes a person productive, whereas negative mental health makes a person unproductive even if the person is physically healthy. The Micro and Macro environment of the workplace also play a pivotal role in the productive output of an individual. Hence, we need to get a delighted mind in a favorable workplace with a healthy and composed physical entity in order to contribute to the domain of work towards the accomplishment of the objective of the work. The effects of illness and disease burden lead to loss of productivity, social isolation or exclusion and a negative socio-economic spiral for the individual as well as for the collective. Medicines play a crucial role in the healthcare industry as they are the compounds which are having direct or indirect impact on human health. However, wrong use or abuse of medicines in any way proves detrimental to the mental and physical health of the person. So, it is also essential to understand the relation of use of medicine for disease control and productivity. This will lead to right and rational use of medicine which in turn will help the domain of economy on a positive scale. On the other hand, for getting a delighted mind at the workplace, an individual must be freed from the lower order emotions and egoistic identities which lead to disvalues. Rather, a person, who can maintain a life with higher consciousness through a sustained effort of union with the supreme, can be elevated to a state of mind which is desireless and that desireless action can lead to optimum productivity.

Abstract

this article will present a discussion that focuses on the discussion of Hadith within the scope of multicultural, more precisely one of the existing multicultural values, namely about tolerance. There are several Hadiths that explain the importance of cultivating tolerance to deal with various differences. Because the Hadith is the second source of law after the Qur'an, it is necessary to analyze more deeply regarding the quality of the isnaad and its mat. Researchers use qualitative research methods, which refer to sources related to literature. The results of this study are, especially in Sahih Muslim hadith No. 1593, it can be concluded that the explanation related to the command to respect the body, even though the body comes from the Jewish religion, must still stand if the body passes, because this is one of the forms of tolerance that exists, and also respect for death itself. And there are many Isad in this Hadith that is Tsiqah, until it is concluded with Sahihul Isnad. And matan there are also syadz, even many of the Hadiths that explain a similar explanation, and there are also many verses of the Qur'an that support the exposure of the same discussion, and it can be concluded that the Hadith Sahih Muslim No. 1593 which discusses the chapter of the body, and related to this form of tolerance is Sahih.

Abstract

Greetings are one of the opening expressions in communication. How can communication run smoothly, let alone build harmony between religious communities, if greetings as a means of greeting non-Muslims are prohibited? The East Java MUI's appeal, addressed specifically to officials not to say interfaith greetings at official events, has become controversial and polemic in many circles. From cyberspace to the real world, this issue is widely discussed. Apart from the many parties who are against this appeal, there are also quite a few parties who are pro. People who oppose this appeal argue that the interfaith greeting, which has long been practiced by officials when delivering remarks or speeches at official events which are not only attended by Muslims but also adherents of other religions, is an attitude of tolerance. between religious communities and has become a culture. Because human nature is to always want to live in goodness and peace. To realize this nature of mutual peace, a practical relationship is needed that can bring all humans together in a state of calm and peace. So that the word greeting becomes a prayer that humans are granted protection from all disasters and dangers that can befall them.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the content of the verses of the Qur'an and hadith related to learning strategies, with a descriptive qualitative approach using library research methods. The focus of this research is to explore how the principles of Islamic teachings contained in the Qur'an and hadith can be applied in effective learning strategies in modern education. in designing holistic learning strategies and educating students not only in aspects of knowledge, but also in the formation of morals and ethics. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith related to learning strategies, and to explore how their implementation can improve the quality of education. In an effort to achieve this goal, this study will examine various religious texts that explicitly mention the principles of education, learning, and teaching in the context of Islam. By analyzing relevant verses and Hadith, it is hoped that a strong theoretical basis can be found that supports the development of effective learning methods. Furthermore, this study will also consider the social and cultural context in the implementation of these strategies, so that it can provide contextual and applicable recommendations for educators. Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki siswa dalam menulis cerita pendek budaya dalam bentuk pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri. Kegiatan ini sendiri menjadi bagian penting dalam tridarma perguruan tinggi yang digaungkan dan ditradisikan. Peserta dalam pendampingan ini berjumlah 50 orang yang masuk dalam kelas penulisan cerita pendek. Kegiatan ini sendiri dilakukan selama 8 pertemuan aktif dalam kelas.

Abstract

Potensi lokal merupakan suatu aset nasional yang jika dimaanfaatkan secara maksimal dapat menambah pendapatan nasional untuk kesejahteraan rakyat. Namun, masyarakat Indonesia masih didominasi oleh kalangan yang secara praktis masih berada pada garis kemiskinan. Data Badan Pusat Statistik menunjukkan angka kemiskinan meningkat hingga 28,95 juta atau mencapai 12.25 persen dari total penduduk di Indonesia. Salah satu penyebabnya, yaitu kurangnya sosialisasi dan penerapan pendidikan ekonomi kreatif di lingkungan masyarakat yang berada di wilayah pelosok, seperti Kabupaten Bojonegoro di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang memiliki beragam potensi lokal diberbagai sektor UMKM. UMKM merupakan produk sumber penunjang ekonomi bagi masyarakat Desa Alastengah. Ironisnya, selama terbentuknya UMKM ini, hasil penjualan selalu mengalami penurunan, maka diperlukan sebuah inovasi kreatif dan inovatif bagi masyarakat setempat. Oleh karena itu, tim menggagas program Pengabdian Masyarakat guna mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat berbasis digital, sebuah program yang dapat membentuk masyarakat yang memiliki jiwa entrepreneurship dan kompetitif dengan pemberian edukasi terkait ekonomi kreatif. Sehingga tidak hanya terbatas pada strategi pemasaran lewat digital marketing saja.

Abstract

The provision of maintenance in Islam is the responsibility of a husband. The provision of the husband's obligation to provide maintenance raises a new problem regarding the implementation of the wife working to meet the needs of the family. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the sharia values that exist in the case of women working for a living. The problem in this study is how women work to earn a living for their family needs in the view of sharia maqashid, what are the factors that affect women who work for a living, including: the factor of a sick husband, helping to prepare the future of the family and factors of helping the husband's income to meet the needs of the family and this can be justified by referring to the sharia maqashid. This study uses a descriptive research method using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The result of this study is that in a family husband and wife can play an equal role in the family, the wife plays the role of a breadwinner for her family because of various factors that cause the family's needs to not be met.
