Abstract

This research aims were to know the composition of fiber in complete rations based on dry cocoa leaves with different storage times. This research method used a completely randomized design consisting of 3 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment in this study was storage of complete rations with different storage times, with treatment is 0 days, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks on complete rations based on dry cocoa leaves. The results of the analysis showed that the complete ration based on dry cocoa leaves had a significant effect (P<0.05) on NDF content and Lignin but had not significantly different (P>0.05) on ADF content, hemicellulose and cellulose in the complete ration. The conclusion that storage time up to 8 weeks had no effect on the fiber fraction of the complete ration based on dry cocoa leaves as the main fiber source, except for the NDF and Lignin fractions which showed a decrease due to storage   Key words: Complete Ration, Fiber Fraction, Dried Cocoa Leaves   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi serat pada ransum komplit berbasis daun kakao kering dengan lama penyimpanan yang berbeda. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri 3 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini adalah penyimpanan ransum komplit dengan lama penyimpanan yang berbeda yaitu 0 hari, 4 minggu, dan 8 minggu pada ransum komplit berbasis daun kakao kering. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa ransum komplit berbasis daun kakao kering berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kandungan NDF dan Lignin tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan ADF, hemiselulosa dan selulosa pada ransum komplit. Kesimpulan lama penyimpanan hingga 8 minggu tidak berpengaruh terhadap fraksi serat ransum komplit berbasis daun kakao kering sebagai sumber serat utama kecuali fraksi NDF dan Lignin yang memperlihatkan adanya penurunan akibat penyimpanan. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan pemerolehan bahasa pada anak usia 3 tahun berdasarkan kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan psikolinguistik. Anak usia 3 tahun berada pada fase kritis perkembangan bahasa, ditandai dengan peningkatan signifikan dalam fonologi, morfologi, sintaksis, semantik, dan pragmatik. Studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa pemerolehan bahasa dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara faktor biologis (potensi bawaan), kognitif (kemampuan berpikir), dan lingkungan (stimulasi verbal, interaksi sosial, dan konteks sosiokultural). Anak usia 3 tahun mulai beralih dari fase dua kata ke kalimat awal, menunjukkan pemahaman struktur gramatikal dasar. Namun, perkembangan bahasa juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor emosional; anak dengan riwayat perilaku emosional ekstrem menunjukkan perkembangan kosakata yang lebih lambat. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pemerolehan bahasa pada usia 3 tahun merupakan proses multidimensi yang kompleks, dan stimulasi yang tepat dari lingkungan sangat penting untuk mendukung perkembangan bahasa yang optimal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi bagi pendidik, orang tua, dan profesional dalam memberikan stimulasi dan intervensi dini jika diperlukan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) yang kini menjadi tren global kini telah menjangkit banyak manusia di semua kalangan umur tanpa terkecuali. Hal ini disebabkan karna adanya pola makan tidak sehat terkhusus pada makanan kemasan. Kemampuan dan literasi gizi yang tidak adekuat membuat masyarakat kesulitan membedakan mana makanan yang mengandung gula, garam, dan lemak yang tinggi dan intensitas konsumsinya. Sosialisasi kandungan label gizi pada makanan kemasan dilakukan di pegawai Dinas UMKM dan Koperasi Kabupaten Maros. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan bertempat di Kantor Bupati Maros, dengan tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan mulai dari persiapan, persiapan instrumen (NVS) dan produk makanan kemasan, sosialisasi label gizi, dan evaluasi. Awalnya peserta kurang memahami dalam membaca label gizi dan takaran saji. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi, peserta memahami cara membaca label gizi dan takaran saji secara tepat. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menunjang kemampuan pegawai Dinas UMKM dan pelaku UMKM dalam memproduksi makanan dengan takaran saji dan kandungan gizi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Label Gizi, Pengabdian Masyarakat, Pegawai Dinas, UMKM, Literasi Gizi ABTRACT Non-communicable diseases (NCDS), which are now a global trend, have infected many people of all ages without exception. They are due to unhealthy diets and exceptionally packaged foods. Inadequate nutrition skills and literacy make it difficult for people to distinguish which foods contain high sugar, salt and fat and the intensity of their consumption. Education on the content of nutrition labels on packaged foods was carried out among the employees of the UMKM and the Cooperative Office of Maros Regency. The Maros Regent's Office activities started with preparing instruments (NVS) and packaged food products, socialising nutrition labels, and evaluating. Initially, participants did not understand how to read nutrition labels and serving sizes. After the socialisation, participants understood how to read nutrition labels and serving sizes appropriately. This activity is expected to support the ability of UMKM Service employees and UMKM actors to produce food with serving sizes and nutritional content that follow the community's daily needs.. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Literature Circle. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 18 siswa yang memiliki kemampuan pemahamanyang rendah. Kemampuan pemahaman dan pemahaman yang rendah menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar pula. Didapatkan rata-rata hasil belajar 18 siswa belum mencapai nilai SKBM. Adapun SKBM yang ditetapkan yaitu 75. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini digunakan teknik observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri empat kegiatan yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran literature cicle terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman siswa di kelas VI UPT SD Inpres 5/81 Tibojong Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

The Farmers in Tinambung Village, Pamboang Subdistrict, Majene Regency mostly raise goats as a side job to support their income. Cocoa shells, which are cocoa plantation waste, have not been utilized so far, only as waste that pollutes the environment. The farmer-livestock group “Siparare” is a partner in community service activities totaling 35 people. This activity aims to provide education on the utilization of cocoa shells as animal feed and skills in making feed in the form of pellets. The methods used in this activity are survey, counseling, training, and monitoring and evaluation. Measurement of farmers' knowledge was done through pre-test and post-test. The results show that the knowledge and skills of farmers have increased significantly from 6.43% to 76.29% in processing cocoa shell waste into feed pellets as an alternative to fulfill quality feed needs, especially during the dry season. Pellets as an alternative in fulfilling the need for quality feed, especially during the dry season. Based on the results of observations during the activity, the results of questions and answers and the enthusiasm of the participants, it can be seen that new partners are aware of the existence of innovative feed processing technology and the importance of the role of feed as a source of nutrition for livestock, willingness to apply pellet feed processing technology, and enthusiasm in adopting the material provided, so overall this activity can be said to be quite successful. Farmers have been able to make feed pellets from cocoa shells independently as a solution in providing quality feed as well as a product with economic value so as to increase farmers' income, and can utilize and reduce waste that can pollute the environment.

Abstract

Fertilizer is one of the strategic elements that plays a role in increasing productivity and unity part of the farming system. The current difficulty for farmers is the scarcity and inaccessibility of fertilizer subsidies, forcing them to seek alternatives to reduce fertilizer purchase costs. An alternative that can be used with organic fertilizer, which can be made using cow dung and aren plant waste, is bokashi fertilizer. The purpose of implementing this Community Service Program is to provide information related to technological innovations in processing aren waste and animal manure as organic fertilizer/compost to increase farmers' income and its application on plants. The implementation method of the activity includes preparation such as location surveys, discussions and explanations on bokashi fertilizer production, outreach and training through material presentation and demonstrations/practice on how to make bokashi fertilizer, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activity show a significant increase in knowledge and skills among the Bukit Harapan farmer group participants. Before the implementation of the community service activity, the partners' knowledge of waste processing as organic fertilizer was only 4.43%. After the community service activities, the partners' skills increased to 92.29%. The results of the mentoring for the Bukit Harapan Farmers Group were successfully achieved. This is evident from the bokashi, which is mature, has a dark color, a fine texture, and is odorless.

Abstract

Cabai rawit (Capsicum annum), komoditas hortikultura yang dibudidayakan secara luas digunakan secara ekstensif sebagai bumbu dapur oleh sebagian besar masyarakat. Mengingat permintaan yang tinggi untuk tanaman ini sangat penting bagi petani untuk meningkatkan tingkat produksi mereka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Studi ini mengidentifikasi dua saluran pemasaran cabai yang berbeda di Desa Tandaigi. Saluran pertama adalah rantai berurutan yang melibatkan petani, pengumpul, pengecer, dan konsumen, sementara saluran kedua adalah sistem triadik yang lebih langsung yang terdiri dari petani, pengecer, dan konsumen. Margin pemasaran total untuk saluran berurutan (Saluran 1) adalah Rp20.000, dibandingkan dengan Rp15.000 untuk saluran triadik (Saluran 2). Petani lebih diuntungkan dalam model triadik, menerima 66% dari harga jual akhir, sedangkan mereka hanya mendapatkan 60% dalam saluran berurutan. Analisis efisiensi menunjukkan bahwa Saluran 2 lebih efisien, dengan nilai efisiensi 0,74%, dibandingkan dengan Saluran 1 yang sebesar 0,87%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa saluran triadik menawarkan keuntungan yang lebih tinggi bagi petani dan efisiensi keseluruhan yang lebih baik dalam distribusi cabai.

Abstract

Digital payments are transforming how retail companies conduct business, offering faster transactions, greater convenience, and improved customer satisfaction. While many studies have examined adoption trends and consumer behavior, little is known about the financial impact of digital payment adoption, especially in emerging markets. This study explores the relationship between digital payment adoption and revenue growth in Indonesian online retail companies. Using data from 42 firms between 2019 and 2023, the study applies panel regression analysis to test whether digital payment adoption contributes to revenue performance. The results show that higher levels of digital payment adoption are strongly associated with increased revenue growth. Larger firms also benefit more from adoption, while firm age and product type have no significant effect. These findings highlight that digital payments are not only a technological convenience but also a strategic driver of financial growth in Indonesia’s online retail sector.

Abstract

Supermarkets are crowded shopping centers and have a high potential for violations against consumers, especially because most of the products sold are basic foodstuffs. This study aims to predict the level of customer satisfaction with service in Brastagi supermarket Rantauprapat by applying the Naïve Bayes method of Data Mining algorithm. The primary data collection process is done through the distribution of online questionnaires using Google Form to customers. To ensure the validity of the data, further verification was carried out through direct interviews with customers as well as supermarket managers. The results of this study are expected to provide in-depth analysis and new information for the management of Brastagi Supermarket Rantauprapat regarding customer satisfaction, which can be used as a basis for improving service quality in the future.

Abstract

Research is a crucial element in the learning process to measure students ' understanding and evaluate the quality of Education. However, the process of managing student grades is often complicated, especially with dynamic curriculum changes in Indonesia, such as the transition from the 2013 curriculum to The Independent curriculum. Based on the problems in SMP Negeri 2 Satap Kualuh Hilir, this study aims to design and build a web-based student Value Management Information System. The development of this system is expected to be a solution to manage value more quickly, accurately, and efficiently. In addition, this system is designed to maximize the utilization of computer network facilities that are already available in schools, so as to assist teachers and schools in producing assessment reports that are in accordance with the applicable curriculum.
