Islamic education is faced with two dilemmas: the demands of modernism and the preservation of the Islamic scientific tradition. This dilemma requires Islamic educational institutions to accommodate both demands in the curriculum. SMA Negeri 1 Adiluwih seeks to develop a curriculum model that integrates modern research and Islamic tradition, which is the focus of this research, including the challenges faced. This research uses qualitative methods based on phenomenological studies with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results reveal that efforts include improving teacher competence, integrating learning materials, and project-based learning. This research-based curriculum and Islamic tradition have positively contributed to the learning process by integrating Islamic values and encouraging students to think critically and reflectively. Development challenges include limited resources and external support, especially from parents. This research corroborates Fazlur Rahman's theory of reformulating Islamic education that integrates modern science with Islamic scientific traditions to answer the challenges of the times. Rahman emphasizes the importance of a research-based approach to building critical understanding, as applied in the curriculum model of SMA Negeri 1 Adiluwih.

Developing the Islamic Religious Education curriculum in Indonesia is very important and urgent due to changing social, cultural, and technological dynamics. This study aims to analyze the development of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum in schools and madrasahs in Indonesia, which is increasingly important given social, cultural, and technological changes that affect the needs of learners. This research is expected to provide practical recommendations for improving the quality of religious education through a relevant and effective curriculum. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, such as syllabi and lesson plans. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive method to find the main themes in implementing the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. The results show that most teachers still need the training to understand the "Merdeka Curriculum". At the same time, the availability of infrastructure and the use of modern technology media such as gamification greatly affect the quality of learning. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers and educators in designing an Islamic Religious Education curriculum that better addresses contemporary educational needs.

Textbooks are teaching materials that are the main element in the ongoing learning. This research and development is based on the gap in the delivery of material in Arabic learning. The purpose of this research is to develop audio-visual-based textbook teaching materials for class X SMK students that are packaged in an attractive, practical and effective way. The development model in this study refers to the Borg and Gall development model. The test subjects of this research product were students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Kalirejo. The results of this study explain that design and media expert validators give a percentage of the design of textbook teaching materials on the display aspect with a score of 98.43% (very feasible); aspects of use obtained a score of 97.91% (very feasible); and the aspect of Utilization obtained a score of 91.66% (very feasible), while from the material and language expert validators for the Introduction aspect, a score of 100% (very feasible); the content aspect obtained a score of 97.5% (very feasible); Learning aspects obtained a score of 95.83% (very feasible); and the Task/Exercise aspect obtained a score of 92.5 (very feasible); and the results of the posttest of students obtained the average overall score of the three aspects of 94.17% (very feasible). ABSTRACT Teachers as the main pillar in education must always follow developments in education, including in terms of curriculum. The method in this study is systematic literature review. The role of teachers in the independent curriculum is very important in educating students to be more creative, innovative and independent in their learning process. The advantage of the independent curriculum is that teachers are free to act as facilitators, providing space for each student to realize their unique potential. In order for the world of education to develop more progressively, it is necessary to develop superior skills for all people involved in education. Maharah kalam, as one of the core competencies in Arabic language education, requires the implementation of innovative approaches, particularly in the context of distance learning. This study seeks to examine the use of TikTok as a learning medium to enhance students' speaking skills. Adopting a qualitative approach through a literature review, the study evaluates TikTok's interactive features and visual appeal, assesses the benefits and challenges experienced by students, and provides recommendations for its effective application in teaching maharah kalam. Data were obtained through document analysis of various relevant sources, including journals, scientific articles, and research reports, and analyzed using content analysis techniques to derive systematic conclusions. The findings reveal that TikTok significantly enhances students’ motivation, confidence, and speaking proficiency through its interactive features, such as short videos, duets, and speaking challenges. Moreover, the platform supports dynamic and collaborative learning. Despite these advantages, certain challenges persist, including inconsistent internet quality, the diversity of content that may lack relevance, and potential distractions. To address these issues and maximize its potential, it is essential to develop curriculum-aligned content, provide digital literacy training, and integrate TikTok with traditional teaching methods. This study concludes that TikTok presents substantial opportunities as a creative and innovative learning platform for fostering students' speaking skills, provided its implementation is guided by well-planned strategies and continuous evaluation. ABSTRAKMaharah kalam merupakan salah satu kompetensi utama dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang memerlukan pendekatan inovatif khususnya dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan TikTok sebagai media pembelajaran dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui tinjauan pustaka, penelitian ini menganalisis kemampuan interaktif dan daya tarik visual TikTok, kelebihan dan tantangan yang dihadapi mahasiswa, relevansi, dan rekomendasi penggunaan TikTok dalam pembelajaran maharah kalam secara lebih efektif. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen dari berbagai literatur yang relevan, seperti jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan laporan penelitian yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi untuk memperoleh kesimpulan yang sistematis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa TikTok efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar, kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa melalui fitur interaktif seperti video pendek, duet, dan tantangan berbicara. Ini juga memfasilitasi pembelajaran kolaboratif yang dinamis, namun terdapat kendala seperti kualitas internet yang tidak merata, konten yang beragam, dan potensi gangguan. Untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatannya, diperlukan pengembangan konten berbasis kurikulum, pelatihan literasi digital, dan integrasi dengan metode pembelajaran tradisional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa TikTok memiliki peluang yang besar untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai platform pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif dalam mendukung pengembangan keterampilan berbicara mahasiswa, dengan syarat penerapannya didukung oleh strategi yang terencana dan evaluasi yang berkesinambungan.

The aim of this research is to analyze and find out the general picture of the influence of the independent curriculum on learning. The research method used in this research is a literature review, where this method is research that uses secondary data sources. Based data was obtained using the help of the Publish or Perish reference search tool with the keyword "the influence of the independent curriculum on learning" on Google Scholar with a maximum number of results of 100 and then obtained 26 articles with high cites, 3 articles and 4 articles cited so there were 7 articles. which can be used as a data source and can be analyzed. The research results show the importance of the role of learning media and the application of modern learning models in the Independent Curriculum in the era of globalization and Industry 4.0. Technology that continues to develop has a big influence in the world of education, making learning media an effective means of delivering material. The Independent Curriculum gives schools, teachers and students the freedom to adapt learning models according to individual needs and characteristics so that they are able to adapt to current developments. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui gambaran umum dari pengaruh kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur review dimana metode ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan sumber data sekunder. Data based diperoleh dengan menggunakan bantuan alat pencarian referensi Publish or Perish dengan kata kunci “pengaruh kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran” pada Google Scholar dengan maximum nubmer of result 100 dan kemudian diperoleh 26 artikel dengan high cites 3 artikel dan 4 artikel yang disitasi sehingga terdapat 7 artikel yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber data dan dapat dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pentingnya peran media pembelajaran dan penerapan model pembelajaran modern dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di era globalisasi dan Industri 4.0. Teknologi yang terus berkembang memberikan pengaruh besar dalam dunia pendidikan, menjadikan media pembelajaran sebagai sarana yang efektif dalam menyampaikan materi. Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan kebebasan kepada sekolah, guru, dan siswa untuk menyesuaikan model pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik individu sehingga mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman.

The purpose of this study is to thoroughly examine the elements of the curriculum and its development innovations in the context of education in the 2024 digital era. A flexible and inventive curriculum is increasingly needed along with technological advances. Literature content analysis and interviews with education experts and curriculum developers are part of the qualitative methodology used in this study. The results of the study show that the new digital curriculum can increase student engagement and enable more personalized and flexible learning. However, these innovations still face challenges, such as a lack of technological infrastructure and sufficient teacher training. In conclusion, the development of innovative curriculum elements requires strong education policy support and adequate resource allocation. The implications of this study reinforce the theory that the curriculum is not just a static document, but a dynamic system that continues to evolve with the changing times. The integration of digital technology in curriculum development supports constructivism theory and technology-based learning approaches, which allow for a more interactive, personalized, and flexible learning experience. In addition, this research enriches the understanding of how curriculum elements (objectives, content, strategies, evaluation) can be optimized through digital innovation.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using the Duolingo application in Arabic language learning, particularly in improving students' skills compared to conventional methods. The main issues addressed are students' low motivation in learning Arabic and challenges in mastering grammar due to the limitations of traditional methods. With the advancement of digital technology, gamification-based learning applications like Duolingo offer an interactive and engaging approach. However, research on the effectiveness of this application in the context of Arabic language learning remains limited This study employs a quantitative approach by comparing students' learning outcomes, motivation, and engagement using Duolingo and conventional methods through tests and documentation. Previous studies have shown that digital technology in language learning can enhance effectiveness, flexibility, and interactivity by providing instant feedback and increasing student motivation. The findings of this study confirm that Duolingo can enhance students' motivation and learning outcomes, although challenges such as technological access gaps and user readiness persist. These findings contribute to more innovative Arabic language learning strategies and provide recommendations for educators to adopt technology more effectively in teaching.

Cloud-based learning shows a significant impact on Islamic religious education, especially in the use of Google Classroom. Several studies have examined the effectiveness of cloud-based learning programs in developing reflective thinking skills and increasing student learning motivation in Islamic religious education. In addition, the application of Google Classroom for distance learning has overcome problems related to the number of students in Islamic religious education subjects. The research also explores the use of cloud technology and ICT tools to improve the teaching of Islamic religious education and support personalized learning trajectories for students. Overall, the literature highlights the transformative potential of cloud-based learning and technology to revolutionize the learning experience in Islamic religious education. This research uses a systematic and comprehensive literature study method to analyze books, scientific articles and related sources that are relevant to the topic of cloud-based learning in the use of Google Classroom for Islamic religious education. The methodological framework includes the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines for the identification and selection of eligible studies, as well as the use of well-known research quality assessment tools. Analysis results are synthesized to produce reports that are informative, well-organized, and context-rich.

Islamic religious education in children is an important aspect in the formation of religious values and understanding from an early age. However, teachers and parents often face challenges in attracting children's interest in learning and effectively conveying Islamic teachings. In this context, the use of Islamic educational games promises an innovative approach to increase children's interest in learning and understanding Islamic teachings. This article explores the potential use of Islamic educational games as an effective learning tool in the context of children's religious education. By integrating Islamic values into the game, Islamic educational games are able to provide a fun learning experience while strengthening the understanding of religious teachings. Through a theoretical approach and practical implementation, this article presents arguments that support the use of Islamic educational games as an effective means of improving learning and understanding of Islamic teachings in children.
