Abstract

Organizations are static tools or containers. The organization was founded as a container to achieve the goals that have been set. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: To find out whether the speed of approval, increased effectiveness, increased productivity, ability to pay and security simultaneously affect the interest of online loan users. The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Research Instrument Test the Coefficient of Determination of the Hypothesis.Based on the results of this study it was concluded that there is an influence on the speed of loan approval (X1) on the interest in using Bengkulu online loans (Y) There is an effect of increasing effectiveness (X2) on the interest in using Bengkulu online loans (Y) There is an effect of increasing productivity (X3) on the interest in using loans online Bengkulu (Y) There is an effect of the ability to pay (X4) on the interest in using online loans Bengkulu (Y) There is a security effect (X5) on the interest in using online loans Bengkulu (Y) There is a simultaneous influence on speed of approval, increased effectiveness, increased productivity , the ability to pay and security for the interests of online loan users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of E-Wallet and E-Money on the consumptive behavior of the people of Bengkulu City. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 100 respondents. The results showed that multiple linear regression obtained Y = 29.600 + 0.197 (X1) + 0.202 (X2) + 3.394, meaning that there was a positive or unidirectional relationship between E-Wallet (X1), and E-Money (X2) on the consumptive behavior of urban communities. Bengkulu. The results of the e-wallet test (X1) show tcount 4.019 > ttable 1.984 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that e-wallet has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of the people of Bengkulu city. The results of the e-money test (X2) show tcount 3.186 > ttable 1.984 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that e-money has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of the people of Bengkulu city. Furthermore, the result of the ftable value is 11.784 > 2.70, it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous effect between e-wallet (X1) and e-money (X2) on the variable of consumptive behavior (Y) of the people of Bengkulu city. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Pondok Makan Bunda Niar Air Nelengau Seginim. At the present time marketing using product quality improvement, affordable prices and quality service. This study uses quantitative research methods, the population in this study is consumers, through a given questionnaire. The technique in taking the research sample using the accidental sampling technique is a technique of determining a sample based on chance, the sample in this study was 80 customers at Pondok Makan Bunda Niar Air Nelengau Seginim. Price variable (X2), shows t count of 2.525 > t table 1.66140 with a significant level of 0.014 <0.050. So it can be concluded that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This means the hypothesis is accepted. Service quality affects customer satisfaction. The price variable (X2), shows t count of 2.800 > t table 1.66140 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the marketing strategy of tourism objects in Lebong Regency. The sample in this study were 6 employees at the Lebong Regency Tourism Office who were in charge of marketing tourism in Lebong Regency for internal factors and for external factors, namely visitors or tourists of white water natural attractions in Lebong Regency as many as 30 people, so that the total sample used in this study There were 36 people. The analytical method used was SWOT analysis which consisted of an Internal Strategic Factor Matrix (IFAS) and an External Strategic Factor Matrix (EFAS). The results of research on tourism marketing strategies in Lebong Regency, obtained several conclusions, namely the white water nature tourism marketing strategy in Lebong Regency supports aggressive strategies. The result of the sum of the strengths possessed is 18.52 while the weaknesses are 9.24, so the internal factors quadrant is 18.52– 9.24 = 9.28 meaning that marketing white water nature tourism Lebong Regency exploits strengths and minimizes weaknesses contained internally. The opportunities that this strategy has are 17.60 and the threats are 9.70. So the external quadrant of factors is 17.60 – 9.70 = 7.90 which means high ability to market white water tourism Lebong Regency takes advantage of opportunities and overcomes threats faced by companies in marketing white water tourism .

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the community satisfaction index on public services at the Pagar Gunung Village Office, Padang Guci Hulu District, Kaur District. The data analysis technique used was to measure the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017. The sample in this study was 155 people from Pagar Gunung Village, Padang Guci Hulu District, Kaur Regency who received services from the Pagar Gunung Village Office, Padang Guci Hulu District, Kaur District. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for service quality at the Pagar Gunung Village Office, Padang Guci Hulu District, Kaur Regency obtained an average value of 3.20 which is a good assessment. Furthermore, the IKM of service units is multiplied by 25 so that the IKM in Pagar Gunung Village Office, Padang Guci Hulu District, Kaur Regency is 80.07 with service quality B with good criteria because it is in the value interval of 76.61 – 88.30. The element of cost/tariff gets the highest rating with an average score of 3.63 with very good assessment criteria. This illustrates that the community views the Pagar Gunung Village Office, Padang Guci Hulu District, Kaur District as providing services free of charge. The lowest satisfaction score is 2.54, namely the completion time with poor assessment criteria. This illustrates that the time required for the completion of documents is not as promised, due to the slowness of employees in providing services, inadequate requirements and the Village Head who is often not present.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the community satisfaction index for public services at the Amen District Office, Lebong Regency.The sample in this study was 217 people from Amen District, Lebong Regency, who received services from the Amen District Office, Lebong Regency. The data collection uses a questionnaire and the analysis method used is to use the measurement of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) value based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling Public Satisfaction Surveys of Public Service Provider Units which are calculated using the value weighted average of each service element. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) score for the quality of public services at the Amen sub-district office, Lebong Regency is 79.20 with service quality B and the service unit performance assessment is "Good" because it is in the value interval of 76.61 - 88.30. This shows that the people who receive services from the Amen Sub-District Office, Lebong Regency, assess the services provided by the Amen Sub-District Office, Lebong Regency as good. The cost/tariff element gets the highest rating with an average score of 3.61 with the Very Good assessment criteria. This illustrates that the community views the Amen District Office of Lebong Regency as providing free services without being charged a fee. The lowest satisfaction score is 2.80 namely system, mechanism and procedure. This illustrates that the service procedures in the Amen sub-district office are not maximized because the processing of documents is still complicated, such as lacking requirements, the official signing the document is not in place.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and organizational climate on the morale of police personnel at the Lebong Police Station. The sample in this study were 53 police personnel at the Lebong Police Station. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing t and hypothesis testing f. The results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.954 + 0.425X1 + 0.454X2 . The coefficient of determination of the Adjusted R square value is 0.597. This means that X1 (work environment) and X2 (organizational climate) affect work morale (Y) by 59.7% while the remaining 40.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the F test show that the significance of 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level below 0.05 indicates that together X1 (work environment) and X2 (organizational climate) have a positive and significant influence on work morale (Y). The work environment has a positive and significant influence on the morale of the police personnel at the Lebong Police Station because of a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Seluma Regency. The sample in this study were 122 ASN and honorary employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Seluma Regency. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing t and hypothesis testing f.The results of the regression equation, namely the results of the regression equation, namely Y = 8.228 + 0.487X1 + 0.312X2 means that employee engagement and job satisfaction have a positive influence on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Seluma Regency. This illustrates that if the employee engagement and job satisfaction variables increase, employee performance will also increase. The result of the determination test is 0.457 or (45.7%). This shows that employee engagement and job satisfaction affect employee performance by 45.7%, while the rest (100 - 45.7% = 54.3%) is explained or influenced by other variables not examined. Employee engagement and job satisfaction jointly have an influence on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of Seluma Regency with a value of Fcount > Ftable (50.020 > 3.07) in line with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Seluma Regency, because the tcount is greater than ttable (4.195 > 1.657) with a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Seluma Regency, with a tcount greater than ttable (2.970 > 1.657) with a significance value of 0.004, less than 0.05.

Abstract

The performance of government agencies is now in the spotlight with increasing public awareness of the implementation of public administration. Society often views public sector organizations as nests of inefficiency, waste, sources of leakage of funds and institutions that always lose money. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the Communication and Informatics Service in South Bengkulu Regency.This study uses a quantitative research approach, collecting data using secondary data search, data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the South Bengkulu District Communication and Informatics Service for 2018-2022 based on the degree of decentralization ratio is in the very low category. Then based on the regional financial dependency ratio, experiencing a low level of dependence on the central government in providing transfer funds. Based on the ratio of regional financial independence, experiencing a very low level of independence. Based on the compatibility ratio, namely the ratio of regional financial operating expenditures, experienced a fairly low portion of operating expenditures due to the lack of revenue from the South Bengkulu Regency Communication and Informatics Office.
