Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of safety, health, and discipline on work productivity in PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari (SIL) Seluma, either partially or simultaneously. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire given to 150 permanent daily employees in PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari (SIL) Seluma. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis, with multiple linear regression methods, determination test, t test and F test. The results of SPSS 16.0 obtained multiple linear regression equations, namely Y = 5.059 + 1.087X1 + (-0.312) X2 + 0.0897 X3. The regression equation shows that there is a positive influence between work safety and work discipline, as well as a negative influence of health variables on work productivity at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari (SIL) Seluma, and the work safety variable has the strongest influence on work productivity because it has the largest regression coefficient value, namely 1.087. From the results of the determination test, it is known that 94.5% of work productivity at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari (SIL) Seluma, is influenced by work safety, occupational health, and work discipline. The t test results show that safety, health, and work discipline partially have a significant influence on the daily work productivity of regular employees, because the probability value is sig. <0.05. While the results of F test (Anova) show that safety, health, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on work productivity of permanent daily employees at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari (SIL) Seluma, where the value of Fcount > Ftable (854.352 > 2.67).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe about the implementation of village financial management according to Minister law number 20 of 2018 at Desa Tanjung Agung, Kecamatan Tanjung Agung Palik North Bengkulu regency. The method which used in this research is interactive analysis. The result shows that the financial managemen has followed the law which mentioned in Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia No 20 of 2018 about village financial management which involves: 1 a planning of village chamberlain to manage and collect data for a year needs, village held a meeting with village officers, BPD and society to tell them the idea to develop the village for the future. 2) using the village fund was done by using village account, the list of transaction in and out is followed by complete transaction proof and legal. Kaur finance must record all transaction, 3) Kaur finance record all money in and out in general cash book and do closing every end of the month and report it to village secretary to be verified, the secretary tell the chief for the approval. The responsibility report by secretary is always in time and quicker from the deadline which decided before 10th on next month.4) chamberlain create a financial report every one semester, the detail based on the guidelines. The realization report of village APD realization on first semester announced exact time, every second week on July, while the second semester on the fourth week of January next year. Village financial report which reported by chief to the regent followed by subdistrict head consist of the report of village spending realization in procurement of good and service. 5) the responsibility of realization to regent always on time while the report to society through end year meeting and using banner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income accounting information system at M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City. The data collection method is the interview method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis with a comparative type. The results show that the income accounting information system, especially cash sales at M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City included: related functions, documents used, accounting records used and procedures that formed the system. In the application of income accounting information systems at M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City, there is a suitability of related functions and a network of procedures that form the system with the theory presented by Mulyadi, because at M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City, there is an income process that starts from the sales process and cash transfers to the bank and there is a separation of responsibilities between functions which is in the M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City. For the documents used and the accounting records used, there is a difference between Mulyadi's theory and M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City because at M98 Baby Shop in Bengkulu City, there is no journalizing at the time of the transaction because all transactions noted t is computerized with existing programs, and the documents used are not in accordance with Mulyadi's theory because all existing documents are only related to cash sales.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the application of the accounting information system that has been implemented in managing drug supplies is running in accordance with PSAP Number 5 and meets the needs at Mentiring Health Center. The type of data used in this research is qualitative comparative data, which is research carried out by comparing a variable in different samples to get answers or facts about whether there is a comparison or not from the research. Data was obtained from field studies through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the research carried out show that the procedures for implementing the drug inventory accounting system at Mentiring Health Center, the implementation of the drug supply accounting system uses a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system, first-in, first-out and first expired first out (FEFO), but the accounting system and procedures implemented are not yet effective and efficient. This happens because the records used are still manual records so that physical drug inventory data has a very large risk of data damage. Manual records are still carried out because community health center staff are not yet proficient in using computer-based records and are also hampered by the internet network which is difficult to access.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of SAK ETAP No.05 of 2009 concerning profit and loss reports at the Princess Bengkulu Hotel. The aim of this research is to determine the suitability of implementing SAK ETAP No. 05 of 2009 concerning profit and loss reports at the Princess Benkulu Hotel. The data analysis used is comparative descriptive, namely a research method that compares a valid theory with events that occur in the field. The results of this research indicate that the Princess Bengkulu Hotel specifically has not prepared a profit and loss report in accordance with SAK ETAP No. 05 of 2009, but in the profit and loss report of the Hotel Princess Bengkulu, 80% of the components are in accordance with SAK ETAP No. 05 of 2009 which applies. These components include income, expenses, profit or loss, tax expense, net profit or loss.

Abstract

CAR, LDR dan BOPO erat sekali kaitannya dengan ROA, Alasan untuk dilakukannya pengukuran kondisi suatu entitas adalah untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dalam jangka panjang, karena profitabilitas yang dilihat dari ROA menunjukkan apakah perusahaan perbankan tersebut mempunyai prospek yang baik kedepannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh CAR, LDR dan BOPO Terhadap ROA Pada Bank BUMN Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah empat bank konvesional di Indonesia yaitu BNI, BRI, BTN dan Bank Mandiri. Penelitian dilakukan dari tahun 2010 sampai 2019. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, koefesien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Dari perhitungan persamaan regresi linier berganda dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh CAR, LDR dan BOPO Terhadap ROA Pada Bank BUMN Konvensional menghasilkan hasil uji regresi: Y = 11,602 + 0,015 X1 + 0,005 X2 - 0,108 X3. Koefesien determinasi yang diperoleh R square sebesar 0,785. Hal ini berarti bahwa X1 (CAR), X2 (LDR) dan X3 (BOPO) berpengaruh terhadap ROA (Y) sebesar 78,5% sedangkan sisanya (100 % - 78,5% = 21,5 %) dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengujian uji t, menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signfikan secara terpisah antara CAR, LDR dan BOPO Terhadap ROA Pada Bank BUMN Konvensional. Hasil pengujian uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, karena nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka artinya CAR, LDR dan BOPO memilik pengaruh yang signfikan secara bersama-sama terhadap ROA Pada Bank BUMN Konvensional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of customer value and brand trust on customer loyalty Tabot Savings at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with data collection methods through questionnaires. The sample in this study is were 82 customers of Tabot Savings at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. The sampling method was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that customer value and brand trust partially have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Tabot Savings at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch. And simultaneously customer value and brand trust have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Tabot Savings at Bank Bengkulu Main Branch.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Pondok Makan Bunda Niar Air Nelengau Seginim. At the present time marketing using product quality improvement, affordable prices and quality service. This study uses quantitative research methods, the population in this study is consumers, through a given questionnaire. The technique in taking the research sample using the accidental sampling technique is a technique of determining a sample based on chance, the sample in this study was 80 customers at Pondok Makan Bunda Niar Air Nelengau Seginim. Data collection used instruments in the form of questionnaires and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing.The research aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Pondok Makan Bunda Niar Air Nelengau Seginim. So it can be concluded that the variable Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. This means the hypothesis is accepted. PRICE affects Customer Satisfaction. Price variable (X2), shows t count of 2.525 > t table 1.66140 with a significant level of 0.014 <0.050. So it can be concluded that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This means the hypothesis is accepted. Service quality affects customer satisfaction. The price variable (X2), shows t count of 2.800 > t table 1.66140 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.050. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

One of the government agencies tasked with providing services to the community is Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu. Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu has the main task of carrying out services to the community and SubDistrict government affairs. The guidelines used to determine the quality of public services provided to the community by Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu refer to the preparation of the Community Satisfaction Index for public service delivery units which is guided by the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017. The aim of this research is to determine the Community Satisfaction Index with Public Services at Air Nipis Sub-District Office, South Bengkulu. The analytical method used is the Community Satisfaction Index of public service delivery units based on the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 with 9 indicators in it, namely requirements, procedures, completion time, costs/tariffs, product specifications, types of services, implementing competence, implementing behavior, handling complaints, suggestions and input, facilities and infrastructure. From the analysis of Community Satisfaction Index on the quality of public services Air Nipis SubDistrict Office, South Bengkulu, a value of 76.05 was obtained B in service quality with good criteria because it was in the value interval, namely 62.51-81.25.

Abstract

The level of village apparatus performance is still low because village apparatus lack high motivation in working, this can be seen from the lack of initiative from village apparatus to do something new or provide new ideas so that they can improve performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation, organizational commitment and work environment on village apparatus performance in South Seluma Sub-District. The sample in this study was 72 village apparatus in South Seluma Sub-District. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the multiple regression test show a positive direction with the regression equation Y = 1.330 + 0.253X1 + 0.315 X2 + 0.399X3. Variable X1 (Motivation) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 is accepted. The variable X2 (organizational commitment) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Then it can be concluded that hypothesis 2 is accepted. Variable X3 (work environment) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that hypothesis 3 is accepted. Simultaneous test results show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the independent variables, namely X1 (motivation), X2 (organizational commitment), X3 (work environment), have a significant influence together on performance (Y) because the significant value is 0.000 is smaller than 0.05
