Abstract

This study aims to determine the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) regarding public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Lebong Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach referring to nine elements of public service, namely: service requirements; system, mechanism, and procedure; completion time; cost/tariff; service products according to specifications; implementer competence; implementer behavior; facilities and infrastructure; as well as handling of complaints, suggestions, and feedback. The results of the study indicate that, overall, the quality of services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Lebong Regency falls into the very good category, with a Community Satisfaction Index score of 3.78 and a converted index quality score of 94.63. These findings show that the public is satisfied with the services provided, and that public service implementation has been effective and in accordance with established standards.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the important factors in increasing economic growth and reducing unemployment rates. Although entrepreneurship education has been implemented in universities, students' interest in entrepreneurship is still relatively low. This is due to a lack of knowledge about entrepreneurship, low motivation to start a business, and minimal support from the family environment. Therefore, research is needed to determine the extent to which these three factors can influence students' interest in entrepreneurship, particularly at Dehasen University Bengkulu. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Motivation for Entrepreneurship, and Family Environment have a significant impact on the Interest in Entrepreneurship among Management Program Students at Dehasen University Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative method. The population of this study is students of Management Study Program at Dehasen University Bengkulu, Class of 2022 and 2023, with a total of 339 students and a sample size of 77 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is Non-Probability Sampling using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS (Statistical Products and Services Solutions). The results of the multiple linear regression analysis were the equation Y = 21.110 + 0.665 X1 + 0.273 X2 + 0.661 X3 + 3.223, which describes a positive regression direction, meaning that the variables of Entrepreneurship Knowledge (X1), Entrepreneurial Motivation (X2), and Family Environment (X3) have a positive effect on the Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) of students. The results of the calculation with SPSS 25 show that the coefficient of determination from R Square is 0.686. This means that Entrepreneurship Knowledge (X1), Entrepreneurial Motivation (X2), and Family Environment (X3) influence Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) by 68.6%, while the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The t-test results at a significance level of 0.05 explain that partially, X1 significantly affects Y with a value of 0.002 < 0.05, X2 significantly affects Y with a value of 0.001 < 0.05, and X3 also significantly affects Y with a value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the F test, X1, X2, and X3 simultaneously affect Y with a result of 0.000 < 0.05

A sound business plan will help BUMDes develop, optimize local resources, and improve community well-being. With a well-thought-out plan, BUMDes can become a sustainable economic driver for the village. Therefore, revitalizing BUMDes in Air Latak Village, West Seluma District, Seluma Regency is crucial to maximize the village's economic potential, particularly in the tent and wedding stage business. The research findings indicate that Business Opportunities: The BUMDes in Air Latak Village, West Seluma District, Seluma Regency has significant potential in event equipment rentals, which can support the village’s economic empowerment. Vision and Mission: The BUMDes of Air Latak Village, West Seluma District, Seluma Regency aims to advance businesses, empower the community, preserve culture, and support the local economy. Business Goals: Appropriate performance indicators ensure that the objectives of the business—such as tents, chairs, and wedding stages—of BUMDes in Air Latak Village, West Seluma District, Seluma Regency are achieved and provide economic benefits for the village. Marketing Strategy: The strategy includes targeting the right market segments, local collaborations, and digital promotion to increase visibility and reach. Abstract

Investment is a way to boost the economy and welfare of a nation's people, including Indonesia. Someone who has invested means that they have prepared for their future and are ready to face emergencies.This research employs an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of 370 households in Manna City, with a total sample of 78 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and the accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The research instruments were tested using validity and reliability tests to ensure accuracy and consistency. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 25, including classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests), multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that: (1) Investment knowledge (X₁) has a positive and significant effect on investment interest among the community of Bengkulu Selatan Regency, with a t-count value of 3.719 > t-table value of 1.665 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Investment risk (X₂) also has a positive and significant effect on investment interest, with a t-count value of 8.116 > t-table value of 1.665 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, both independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, with an F-count value of 331.108 > F-table value of 3.12 and a significance value of < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.896, which means that investment knowledge and investment risk together contribute 89.6% to investment interest among the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the collective influence of digital mindset, technology readiness, and process innovation on the competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu City. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. This study was conducted at MSMEs on Jalan Anggut, Bengkulu City. The sample size was 50 individuals, using purposive sampling. The data collection technique was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive research. The results of the study show that digital mindset influences the competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu City with a calculated t value of 2.716> t table 1.67866 and sig a = 0.009 <0,05, Technological readiness influences the competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu City with a calculated t value of 3.459> t table 1.67866 and sig a = 0.001 <0,05, Process innovation influences the competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu City with a calculated t value of 3.883> t table 1.67866 and sig a = 0.000 <0,05, Digital midset, technological readiness and process innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on the competitiveness of UMKM in Bengkulu City with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 75.1% and an Fcount value of 46.340> F table 2.81 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0,05.

The success of MSMEs in Bengkulu City is strongly influenced by the entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurial knowledge of business actors. The ability to manage, innovate, and make appropriate decisions, supported by knowledge of business strategies and opportunities, are key factors in enhancing competitiveness and business success. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurial knowledge on the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), both partially and simultaneously. Abstract

Background: RT 39 Kelurahan Jelutung merupakan kawasan padat penduduk di pusat Kota Jambi dengan jumlah 66 KK (248 jiwa). Meskipun sebagian besar warga telah memiliki smartphone, keterbatasan literasi digital, lemahnya manajemen informasi RT, serta infrastruktur jaringan yang kurang optimal menyebabkan informasi tidak tersampaikan dengan baik. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya partisipasi warga dalam kegiatan sosial. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu (1) persiapan berupa observasi, sosialisasi, dan penyusunan modul pelatihan; (2) pelaksanaan berupa pelatihan manajemen informasi berbasis website, literasi digital untuk ibu rumah tangga, serta optimalisasi akses informasi melalui pemasangan titik akses internet gratis; dan (3) evaluasi mencakup reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, serta hasil dengan indikator terukur. Hasil: Kegiatan menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan pada kapasitas pengurus RT dan warga. Sebelum program, hanya ±20% ibu rumah tangga yang mengetahui informasi RT; setelah program >80% mampu mengakses website. Partisipasi kader digital meningkat dari 1 admin menjadi 5 relawan aktif. Website RT dikembangkan dengan fitur baru (kalender kegiatan, pengumuman digital, form pengaduan). Infrastruktur digital diperkuat dengan pemasangan titik akses internet gratis, dan konten mulai diperbarui rutin minimal 1 kali per minggu. Kesimpulan: Program penguatan sistem informasi website mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi dan partisipasi warga RT 39. Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pengurus RT dan kelompok ibu rumah tangga dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang adaptif terhadap teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and internet penetration on Islamic financial inclusion in Indonesia during the period 2021–2025. The increasing use of digital technology and the development of the Islamic financial industry necessitate a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the affordability and use of Islamic financial products by the public. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from official publications of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis was conducted using a multiple linear regression model to test the significance of the independent variables' influence on the dependent variable. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on Islamic financial inclusion, particularly through increasing public understanding of Islamic financial principles and the benefits of Islamic products in financial management. In addition, internet penetration has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect, given that the digitization of Islamic financial services such as mobile banking, Islamic fintech, and halal e-wallets facilitates public access to financial products and services. These findings confirm that the synergy between improving financial literacy and expanding digital infrastructure is very important in expanding Islamic financial inclusion in Indonesia. This study is expected to contribute to policymakers, Islamic financial institutions, and digital industry players in formulating effective and sustainable strategies to increase financial inclusion.

Abstract

Permasalahan komunikasi dan layanan informasi di tingkat rukun tetangga (RT) masih banyak bergantung pada pesan berantai, sehingga informasi mudah tenggelam, tidak terdokumentasi, dan tidak merata diterima warga. Kondisi ini terjadi di RT 39 Kelurahan Jelutung, Kota Jambi, yang telah memiliki website sejak 2019 namun belum berjalan optimal karena konten jarang diperbarui, tampilan/navigasi kurang ramah pengguna, serta belum ada admin pengelola. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi digital warga sekaligus memperkuat sistem informasi berbasis website RT sebagai kanal informasi resmi yang mudah diakses dan terverifikasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif dan kolaboratif dengan melibatkan ±20 peserta (pengurus RT, karang taruna, dan perwakilan warga) melalui tahapan: observasi awal dan need assessment (diskusi terbuka, wawancara singkat, serta pengecekan website), sosialisasi program, pelatihan literasi digital (pengenalan situs resmi, anti-hoaks, keamanan akun/perangkat, etika bermedia, dan simulasi penggunaan fitur website), serta pendampingan penguatan website (penyederhanaan menu, penataan ulang struktur konten, penetapan informasi prioritas, penunjukan dua admin dari karang taruna, dan penyusunan pedoman unggah). Evaluasi dilakukan melalui tanya jawab, lembar observasi, catatan diskusi, dan checklist kemampuan sebelum–sesudah, serta disepakati monitoring bulanan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kepercayaan diri warga dalam mengakses website, memverifikasi informasi, dan menerapkan praktik keamanan digital, disertai terbentuknya komitmen tata kelola website yang lebih berkelanjutan. Program ini berimplikasi pada terwujudnya ekosistem informasi RT yang lebih transparan, inklusif, responsif, dan mendukung pemberdayaan warga di era digital.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the legality and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through education and assistance in obtaining the Business Identification Number (Nomor Induk Berusaha/NIB). The program was conducted in May 2025 in Tegowanu, Kaliagung, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta, where 31 potential but unlicensed MSMEs were identified. The method employed was Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), which optimized local human resources—specifically the youth organization (Karang Taruna)—as technological facilitators to help MSME owners overcome barriers within the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The results demonstrated the program's success in facilitating and assisting 12 MSME owners in independently obtaining their NIB certificates. This success confirms that asset-based intervention is effective in transforming MSMEs into legal entities and building digital self-reliance within local communities. The impact includes increased business legitimacy, readiness for capital access, and strengthened competitiveness for Tegowanu MSMEs in the modern market.
