There is a moderate relathionship between promotion costs and sales of TDM Motor PutriHijau Bengkulu Utara Dealers shown by the value r = 0,56 with the criteria of medium value, because the value of r = 0,56 lies in the interval coefficient of 0,400 – 0,599, determination test vaslue of Kd = 30% meaning that the influence of promotion costs on sales is 30%, while the remaning 69% is influenced by other factors an is a factor not examined in this study. The results of testing the hypothesis are known tcount> t tabel (3.1620>1.71714), then H0 is rejected and accepts H1 or the correlation is significant, meaning that there is a positive and moderate effect between the cost of promotion towards the sale of Beat ESP motorcycles at TDM Motorbike Dealers of PutriHijauBengkuylu Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the regional revenue of the tourism sector in Kaur Regency. This research problem is limited to the regional revenue analysis of the tourism sector in Kaur Regency based on the factors that affect the increase in the tourism industry according to Yoeti (2014: 89) which consists of the number of tourists and the number of hotel occupancy against PAD of the tourism sector in Kaur Regency in 2015 - 2019. Data collection was done using documentation and analysis methods with multiple linear regression analysis, test of determination and hypothesis testing. From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation that Y = 170.508 + 3,340X1 + 9,447X2, because the direction of the regression shows a positive value, it means that the number of tourists and the number of hotel occupancy have a positive effect on Regional Original Income (PAD). The coefficient of determination is 0.829, which means that changes in the independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable at 82.9%, while the remaining 17.1% is explained by other factors outside the independent variables used in this study. Based on the test results with the t test, all independent variables have a small significant value of 0.05, it means that partially there is an effect on the number of tourists and the number of hotel occupancy on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) in Kaur Regency. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the F test, the hypothesis is made that the number of tourists and the number of hotel occupancy affects the Regional Original Income (PAD) in Kaur Regency. The results of statistical calculations show a significance value of 0.05.

The rationalization of Budget will affect all department and the department who create work program for year 2020, the rationalization of budget also conducted by Bengkulu province government where the budget is more focused to prevent Corona virus so the assigned budget for official activities become less. It also impacts the KONI activity in Bengkulu Province, so the work programs at KONI Bengkulu province are delayed or not executed yet. The rationalization of budget has influence for work program at KONI in Bengkulu province, it is shows from simple linear regression analysis Y = 2.631 + 0.846X with X variable regression coefficient 0.846 also constanta 2.631, it is proved with hypothesis with tsig< tα, it is 0.000 < 0.05. from the test, it shows that correlation coefficient rvalue = 0.714. this value shows that the correlation between budget realization with work program is very strong because it has correlation value close to 1. So it can be concluded that budget rationalization has strong correlation with work program at KONI in Bengkulu Province. From hypothesis test, the tsig variable value is 0.000. this value if compared with tα=0.05 so tsig<tα(0.000<0.05).

The sample in this study were four conventional banks in Indonesia, namely BNI, BRI, BTN and Bank Mandiri. The study was conducted from 2010 to 2019. The data collection method used the documentation method. Data analysis used was multiple linear regression, coefficientof determination and hypothesis testing. From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the effect of CAR, LDR and OEOI on ROAat conventional state-owned banks results in regression test results: Y = 11.602 + 0.01X1 + 0.005 X2 - 0.108 X3. The coefficient of determination obtained by R square is 0.785. This means that X1 (CAR), X2 (LDR) and X3 (BOPO) have an effect on ROA (Y) by 78.5% while the rest (100% - 78.5% = 21.5%) are influenced by variables. others who were not examined in this study. The t test results show that there is a significant effect separately between CAR, LDR and BOPO on ROA at conventional state-owned banks. The results of the F test show a significance value of 0.000, because the significant value is less than 0.05, it means that CAR, LDR and BOPO have a significant effect together on ROA at conventional state-owned banks.
