Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan investasi, pendidikan dan upah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri diprovinsi Jambi. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Korelasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa data investasi, pendidikan,upah dan penyerapan tenaga kerja industri pengolahan provinsi selama periode 2008 hingga 2022, dapat disimpulkan bahwa data investasi , pendidikan dan upah memiliki hubungan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Berdasarkan data investasi, pendidikan , upah dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. selama periode 2008 hingga 2022 terdapat Hubungan yang positif. Dari hasil analisis korelasi data penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industry diprovinsi Jambi, ditemukan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi investasi, pendidikan dan upah memiliki hubungan yang positif.

Abstract

Moderenisasi peradapan dunia berjalan dengan begitu cepat dan dinamis, pesatnya perkembangan tersebut akan memberikan efek pada tatanan kehidupan umat manusia. Kondisi ini berdampak pada Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) sehingga semakin tertinggal karena ketidakmampuannya dalam mengikuti perubahan yang terjadi. Fokus penelitian ini membahas masalah internal dan eksternal yang menjadi faktor penghambat dan pendorong dalam proses inklusi budaya pada Suku Anak Dalam (SAD). Selanjutnya menganalisis strategi dan kebijakan agar proses inklusi budaya pada kehidupan Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat eksploratif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling dengan metode wawancara secara mendalam, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi pada responden dan yang terkait pada secara langsung. Ruang lingkup objek dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada satu kelompok Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) dan masyarakat yang berdomisili di Desa Dwi Karya Bakti, Kec. Pelepat, Kabupaten Bungo. Pemilihan objek pada kelompok Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) ini, didasarkan pada prilaku kehidupan Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) yang sudah beralih dari kehidupan primitive ke kehidupan pra modern dan telah beragama (mualaf) namun kehidupannya belum modern. Ruang lingkup dalam penelitian ini mencakup aspek ekonomi, kehidupan sosial dan keagamaan. Alat analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Model inklusi sosial untuk Suku Anak Dalam di Desa Dwikarya Bakti harus mencakup pendekatan holistik yang menggabungkan pendidikan, pemberdayaan ekonomi, layanan kesehatan, pelestarian lingkungan, dialog komunitas, kampanye kesadaran budaya, dan penguatan hukum. Dengan kolaborasi multi-pihak dan partisipasi aktif dari komunitas SAD, model ini dapat membantu mengatasi tantangan transisi dan inklusi sosial, memastikan keberlanjutan budaya SAD sambil meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan integrasi sosial mereka dalam masyarakat yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Konflik sosial merupakan fenomena kompleks yang tidak hanya berdampak pada ketegangan sosial, tetapi juga memengaruhi secara signifikan tatanan budaya, stabilitas sosial, serta arah dan keberlanjutan pembangunan ekonomi. Konflik yang berlangsung secara berkepanjangan berpotensi menimbulkan kerusakan struktural pada sendi-sendi kehidupan masyarakat, menurunkan kualitas hidup, serta memperdalam ketimpangan antarwilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intensitas dan karakteristik konflik sosial yang terjadi di wilayah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jambi, serta mengkaji sejauh mana intensitas konflik sosial berpengaruh terhadap disparitas pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi kebijakan yang relevan dalam upaya penanganan dan mitigasi konflik sosial secara berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan pendekatan eksploratif berbasis library research, serta memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari 11 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jambi. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui pendekatan panel data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor perkebunan menjadi sektor dengan intensitas konflik tertinggi, terutama terkait dengan sengketa lahan antara masyarakat dengan pihak swasta maupun negara. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa tingginya intensitas konflik sosial memiliki korelasi positif terhadap meningkatnya disparitas pembangunan, namun juga berimplikasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yang tidak merata. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diperlukan kebijakan yang adaptif dan partisipatif untuk mereduksi konflik sosial, melalui pendekatan resolusi konflik berbasis kearifan lokal, keadilan sosial, dan pembangunan inklusif.

Abstract

A person's limitations to meet daily needs caused by the lack of resources they have make some people commit unlawful acts because the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the relationship and influence of Economic Growth, Unemployment, and Education on Criminals in Jambi Province in the 2013-2022 period. This study uses the Quantitative Correlation and Descriptive Analysis method. The Correlation Analysis Method was used to measure how much the relationship between each variable, namely Economic Care, Unemployment, Education and Criminalization in Jambi Province for the period 2013-2022. And the quantitative descriptive analysis method was used to measure how much influence the variables of economic growth, unemployment, education and crime in Jambi Province in the 2013-2022 period. The results of the study show that the Correlation Test of Economic Growth (X1) with Crime (Y) is 0.778 where the correlation number This means that Economic Growth has a relationship with Crime in the Strong closeness category. Unemployment (X2) with Crime (Y) is 0.799 where r = 79.9 % correlation figure This means a category of strong closeness. education (X3) with Crime (Y) of 0.692 where r = 69.2 % correlation rate This means that education has a relationship with crime in Jambi Province of the strong closeness category From the research conducted using a quantitative test which shows the results of regression analysis that the economic growth variable (X1) has a coefficient of -0.021 with a significance value of 0.026, which means that there is a negative and significant relationship between economic growth and the level of Crime.

Abstract

Community service is one form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to improve community welfare through innovation-based empowerment. This program aims to develop community entrepreneurship through cleanliness counseling and infrastructure installation which includes painting portals, installing signs, and implementing community gymnastics and neighborhood association gatherings. This activity was carried out in RT.23, Pematang Gubernur Village, by involving the local community in every stage of its implementation. Cleanliness counseling is carried out to increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining a healthy and clean environment, while the installation of infrastructure is expected to strengthen local economic identity and independence. Community gymnastics and gatherings are a means to build solidarity and encourage active community participation in social activities. This program also functions as a forum to introduce the concept of community-based entrepreneurship through social innovation that can improve the quality of life and empower communities to be more economically independent. The expected results of this program are increased public awareness of the importance of environmental cleanliness, the creation of infrastructure that supports economic activities, and the formation of sustainable social entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This community service program was implemented in RT 24 RW 4, Pematang Gubernur Subdistrict, Bengkulu City, with the aim of empowering household economies through the creative recycling of inorganic waste into valuable crafts. The activity focused on plastic bottle caps, a commonly found waste material in households, which were transformed into tote bags. The program applied a participatory approach, where residents especially housewives were actively involved in collecting materials, attending training sessions, and producing the final craft product. The training was facilitated by the KKN team in collaboration with a resource person from Yayasan Sehati Bengkulu, and held at the house of the RT head. As a symbolic gesture of community involvement and skill acquisition, the finished bag was handed over to the neighborhood leader. While the direct economic impact has not yet been realized due to the early stage of implementation, the activity successfully increased public awareness and interest in waste-based craft making. This initiative demonstrates that with proper education and community engagement, household waste can be transformed into economic opportunities and contribute to environmental sustainability.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) is part of student community service, one of which is through village economic empowerment. [Village Name] Village, as the location of KKN, has quite large economic potential through Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) activities, especially in the processed food and craft sectors. However, MSMEs in this village still face various obstacles such as lack of product innovation, limited packaging, and suboptimal digital marketing.  The purpose of this activity is to help village communities, especially MSMEs, to develop product innovation and utilize digital technology as a marketing medium. Activities are carried out through observation, participatory training, and direct assistance to MSMEs. The results of the program show an increase in the ability to develop products and packaging, as well as the courage to utilize social media as a means of promotion. It is hoped that this activity can continue to be developed by the village government and become the first step towards community economic independence.

Abstract

Sustainable waste management, such as waste sorting and processing, among the community. This condition is exacerbated by the behavior of throwing waste without sorting, piling, and burning which damages the environment. Effective waste management should start from the source by implementing the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), which relies heavily on active community participation. Objectives and Methods: This community service program aims to increase awareness and facilitate household-based waste management practices in RT 30 RW 05, Betungan Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach supported by simple quantitative data. The subjects of the service are heads of families and housewives. Data were collected through questionnaires (pre-test and post-test), observation sheets, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The implementation procedure includes preparation, implementation (socialization, education, waste sorting and composting training, mentoring, monitoring), and evaluation and reporting. Data analysis was carried out using simple quantitative methods to compare the pre-test and post-test, as well as thematic qualitative methods for interviews and observations. Results and Conclusions: This PKM activity succeeded in showing a significant increase in knowledge, changes in attitudes, and community awareness regarding waste management. This is evident from the implementation of waste sorting practices in households, the establishment of community waste management initiatives, and the creation of a cleaner and healthier environment in RT 30 RW 05. Various interventions such as comprehensive socialization, practical training (sorting and composting), facility facilitation, and continuous monitoring have proven effective in addressing the problem of low awareness and practices of waste management. The success of this program underscores the importance of education and active community participation as the key to effective waste management at the local level.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the importance of the role of investment in supporting regional economic development, especially in Kaur Regency. Although the central government had issued various policies to encourage investment, in reality investment in this region still faces various obstacles such as less than optimal promotional strategies, minimal digitalization of services, and weak cross-sector coordination. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the Kaur Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) in increasing investment, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative method with a field research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation and secondary data from related agencies. Informants in this study consisted of the head of the office, investment staff, and investors. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The selection of informants was carried out by purposive sampling with certain criteria. The results of the study indicate that the DPMPTSP strategy in increasing investment includes simplifying licensing through OSS, compiling regional potential maps, active promotion in various forums, providing incentives, and cross-sector synergy. However, this strategy is not yet fully optimal because there are still obstacles such as inadequate infrastructure, limited internet networks, and low digital literacy in the community. The conclusion of this study is that the DPMPTSP strategy has been running in the right direction, but requires additional support from various parties. The suggestions given include the need to strengthen the digital system, local HR training, and periodic evaluation of the strategies implemented.

Abstract

Effectiveness And Efficiency Analysis Revenue Levies At the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Central Bengkulu District. To increase the levies is necessary to the effectiveness and efficiency of the reception levies. One of them through the subject and object of local revenue, thereby increasing the productivity of PAD. The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of reception levies on the Department of Revenue, Asset Finance Central Bengkulu regency. Methods of data collection using documentation. The analytical tool used is the ratio of the effectiveness and efficiency ratios. The results showed that the effectiveness of retribution Central Bengkulu Regency in the year 2012 amounted to 24.69% and the criteria are not effective because many of the target sources of retribution were not realized. In 2013 amounted to 94.56% effective with sufficient criteria whereas in 2014 amounted to 111.18% with a very effective criteria for the Government Central Bengkulu in this case the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management Middle Bengkulu regency has evaluated by preparing a revenue target levy that has the potential to be realized. The efficiency level of retribution Central Bengkulu District from 2012-2014 year is already included in the criteria is very efficient, because the efficiency ratio below 10%.Key Words: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Retribution, Central Bengkulu District
