Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of human resource management (HRM) at PT. Damar Outsourcing Anugrah, a company that provides labor services in the fields of security and cleanliness, operating in Bengkulu Province. Human resource management is a key factor in determining the company's success, particularly in the outsourcing industry, which heavily relies on the quality, competence, and loyalty of the workforce.(1) This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, utilizing techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation involving the management and employees of PT. Damar Outsourcing Anugrah. The primary focus of the research includes aspects of employee recruitment, placement, training, and career development. The research findings indicate that the company has implemented a systematic recruitment process in line with work competency standards, places workers based on their qualifications and client needs, and provides training to enhance employees' technical and non-technical skills. Additionally, the company has established a career development system to boost motivation and loyalty among the workforce.(2) In terms of the human resource development variable, the company has made efforts to apply the principles of Human Capital Management (HCM) by viewing human resources as a long-term investment asset. However, challenges persist, such as high turnover rates, a lack of sense of ownership toward the company, and limited career opportunities for outsourcing workers. Therefore, a more comprehensive human resource development strategy is required, including enhanced continuous training, structured career planning, and the implementation of a digital-based human resource management system to enable the company to compete sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, work stress, and workload on the performance of civil servants at public health centers (Puskesmas) in Mukomuko Regency. A quantitative explanatory approach was applied, involving 263 respondents from 17 active Puskesmas as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of measurement. The multiple linear regression analysis revealed that organizational culture and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work stress does not show a significant impact. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.692 indicates that 69.2% of performance variations can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The findings emphasize that a strong organizational culture and balanced workload are key drivers of performance improvement in public health organizations. Meanwhile, stress at an adaptive level can be managed effectively without reducing work outcomes. These results offer managerial insights for strengthening employee performance in government health institutions.

The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 79 respondents. The results of the study show that the multiple linear regression is Y = -2.102 + 0.324 X1 + 0.727 X2 + 1.478. The results indicate that the Internal Control System (X1) test shows t-count 2.593 > t-table 1.665 and significance 0.011 < 0.05, meaning the Ha hypothesis is accepted and the Ho hypothesis is rejected. This means that the Internal Control System (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Accountability of Village Fund Management (Y) in Pondok Kelapa, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The Competence of BUMDes Management Apparatus (X2) test shows t-count 6.890 > t-table 1.665 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning the Ha hypothesis is accepted and the Ho hypothesis is rejected. The Competence of BUMDes Management Apparatus (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Accountability of Village Fund Management (Y) in Pondok Kelapa, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency. Based on the comparison of F-count and F-table values, the F-count value is greater than the F-table value, i.e., 64.478 > 2.72, so it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. This means there is a simultaneous effect between the Internal Control System (X1) and the Competence of BUMDes Management Apparatus (X2) on the Accountability of Village Fund Management (Y) in Pondok Kelapa, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency. This is evident from the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Traditional gold mining in Lebong Tambang Village, Lebong Regency, has long been a major source of community income and has driven the growth of MSMEs in artisanal mining equipment trade. This study analyzes the key determinants of business success and formulates sustainable development strategies for artisanal mining areas. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review and document analysis of government reports and scientific publications, the study examines market opportunities, business challenges, and relevant strategies for mining equipment MSMEs. The findings identify four main success factors: partnerships with local miners, improved product quality and after-sales service, digital marketing utilization, and the application of safety and environmental principles in equipment production. Despite strong development potential, MSMEs face challenges including limited capital, legal constraints related to artisanal mining, and occupational safety risks. Overall, the mining equipment trade in Lebong Regency has significant growth prospects if supported by collaboration, product innovation, and supportive regulations and financing, contributing to sustainable local economic development and improved community welfare.
