Abstract

The purpose of this study was to simultaneously determine the performance burden and work discipline on the performance of Bengkulu Manna branch bank employees and to determine which faktors were the most dominant influencing either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was 40 employees at the Bengkulu Manna branch of the bank. Sampling using the total sampling method, namely the entire population of members who will be mandated as a sample because large samples tend to give or are closer to the true value of the population or it can be said that the error is smaller (deviation from the population value). In order to be more efficient in obtaining respondent data, the researcher using questionnaire data. Data analysis techniques in the form of numbers and calculations using statistical methods, then the data must be classified in certain categories using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) program.Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the equation Y=6.199 -336 X1 - 0.813 X2 is obtained. The results of the research and the workload hypothesis show that t count > t tabel, namely (-3.164> 2.02809) and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). Work Discipline X2 , shows t arithmetic > t tabel, namely (5.079> 2.02809) and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). Simultaneously, workload and work discipline variabels have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the two variabels of workload and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The main objective of regional development is to create economic growth and equitable development, including inter-regional distribution of income (PAD). Fast economic growth and low income inequality can be achieved, but both cannot be achieved simultaneously. This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Expenditure and Local Revenue on economic growth in cities and regencies in Bengkulu. The samples in this study were 10 local governments at the district/city level in cities and regencies in Bengkulu with a study period from 2015 to 2020. The data collection method used the documentation method. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression test obtained the regression equation Y = 254.213 + 0.097X1 + 0.025X2. Capital expenditure (PAD) has a significant influence on economic growth in cities and regencies in Bengkulu because a significant value of 0.006 is smaller than 0.05. This means that as PAD increases, economic growth will also increase. Local Revenue does not have a significant effect on economic growth in cities and regencies in Bengkulu because the significant value is 0.531, which is less than 0.05. This means that the high or low PAD generated by a region does not really affect economic growth because there is still funding from the center. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis with the F test, the hypothesis made shows that together capital expenditure and regional original income affect economic growth in cities and regencies in Bengkulu. The results of statistical calculations show a significance value of 0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.162, which means that changes in the independent variables together are able to explain the dependent variable by 16.2%, while the remaining 1% is explained by other factors outside the independent variables used in this research

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, loyalty and compensation on the performance of village officials in Manna District, South Bengkulu Regency. The regression results show Y = 17.770 + 0.281X1 + 0.219X2 + 0.125X3 These results describe a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (Work discipline), X2 (loyalty), X3 (Compensation), on performance (Y). This means that if the variables of work discipline, loyalty and compensation increase, the performance of village officials will increase. The magnitude of the Coefficient of Determination is 0.130. This means that X1 (work discipline), X2 (loyalty) and X3 (compensation) affect performance (Y) by 13% while the remaining 87% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at a significant level of 0.05 explain that partially (individually) the variables of work discipline, loyalty and compensation have a significant influence on the performance variables of village officials because the significant value is less than 0.05. The results of the F test at a significant level of 0.05 explain that the variables of work discipline, loyalty and compensation have a simultaneous (together) influence on the performance of village officials because the significant value is less than 0.05.
