Abstract

Majlis Ta’lim sangat berkaitan sekali dengan masyarakat dimana di dalam sebuah Majlis Ta’lim akan terjadi interaksi sosial antara penceramah dengan jamaah, maupun jamaah antar jamaah. di dalam lingkungan masyarakat setempat pengajian hanya dihadiri oleh orang dan nenek yang sebetulnya dalam penerimaan terutama pencerahan kurang optimal dan maksimal. Namun pada kenyataannya ketidak maksimalan dalam menerima pelajaran atau materi paling tidak memberikan orientasi ke arah pola kehidupan yang lebih baik itu sudah cukup bahkan menjadi keuntungan terbesar apalagi mereka ibu-ibu dan nenek pengajian mampu merefleksikan norma kehidupan beragama yang baik dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Kegiatan pengajian rutin pada majlis Ta’lim Tarbiyatul Ummahat menjadi tempat interaksi sosial di lingkungan masyarakat kecamatan Pagelaran kampung walang.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there is a lack of instilling students' character values ​​to apply religious behavior in themselves, especially in learning Islamic religious education. With these problems, the authors identify problems in the form of: (1) the level of awareness of students who are still low in implementing religious behavior, (2) the low learning achievement of students in learning Islamic Religious Education, (3) The application of religious character education which is considered not yet implemented effectively, and (4) various problems related to the character of students who are very worried about the community. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, taking the background of Riyadul Mubtadin Mandalawangi Middle School. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Islamic education learning activities in forming the religious character of students there are three stages, namely lesson planning, learning implementation, and evaluation. As for the forms of character that are instilled in students in PAI subjects, namely, religious, disciplined, honest, hard work, tolerance, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love of the motherland, respect for achievement, friendly communication, love peace , fond of reading, environmental care, social care, and responsibility. Where all these character values ​​must be included in every learning process, especially in Islamic Religious Education subjects. As for achieving the inculcation of students' religious character values ​​in learning Islamic religious education, several methods are used in the form of habituation methods, advice methods, giving attention methods, and punishment methods.

Abstract

The learning process of Thoharoh Fiqh is an activity that involves several components, namely educators, students, and other components in the teaching and learning process that influence each other in order to the achievement of predetermined goals is related to important knowledge about the sacred which is a condition for the validity of worship. This study aims to determine the learning process of Thoharoh Fiqh and to know the self-actualization and implementation of students in increasing individual piety at MTs Masyariqul Anwar Caringin through worship practices as a form of individual piety. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were Fiqh teachers and grade VII and VIII MTs Masyariqul Anwar Caringin, while the data in this study were collected through interview, observation, and documentary techniques. The results showed that the Fiqh thoharoh learning process at MTs Masyariqul Anwar Caringin in terms of implementation used the 2013 curriculum, in planning Fiqh teachers also made annual programs, semester programs, syllabus and lesson plans to facilitate the learning process by using methods commonly used at the time of learning, namely the lecture method, demonstration and question and answer. So that the thoharoh practice carried out on MTs Masyariqul Anwar Caringin students is able to practice ablution, tayamum and how to remove najis as a real form of individual piety.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of students who are conditionally promoted to the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Huda, Mandalawangi Center. This research was carried out during for one month, starting on 24 July-23 August 2023. This research method uses qualitative methods, including observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of this research, students who are promoted conditionally have an impact on the school, community, environment and especially have a negative impact on themselves. The solution from this research includes several parties, namely: Firstly, parents, parents must pay attention to their children's behavior and care about their children's education. Second, from the school side, the school must provide humanist services so that students are happy at school. If students are happy then the learning process will run conducively and the quality will increase. Not only that, the school also helped improve school discipline and order.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah Ciomas Serang di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0, apa saja pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan teknologi di Pondok Pesantren Al- Hidayah Ciomas Serang di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah Ciomas Serang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah strategi pendidikan pondok pesantren al-hidayah pada era revolusi industri 4.0, yaitu: pertama, penguatan basis nilai, peningkatan sumber daya manusia, pemenuhan sarana dan mengembangkan kurikulum. Pertama, penguatan basis nilai dalam arti bahwa pondok pesantren al- hidayah harus tetap berpijak pada dasar dan tujuan asal pendidikan Islam. Kedua, mempersiapkan sumber daya yang mumpuni wajib dilakukan oleh pesantren. Kompetensi tersebut adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis, inovatif, kreatif serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik mampu berkolaborasi dan memiliki kepercayaan diri. Ketiga, peningkatan sarana yang sesuai dengan perkembangan tenologi. Hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan membangun basis internet yang kuat yang mampu menjadi big data. Keempat, pengembangan kurikulum pesantren yang tepat guna, berkesesuaian dengan perkembangan zaman. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat penerapan teknologi di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah Ciomas Serang di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Faktor internal, merupakan faktor pendukung dan kemajuan pondok pesantren Al-Hidayah anata lain: Kinerja pengurus dan tenaga pendidik yang baik, keunggulan kurikulum, biaya pendidikan terjangkau, sedangkan eksternalnya anata lain: Adanya dukungan dari para wali santri dan sebagian masyarakat, letak geografis yang strategis, sedangkan faktor penghambat pondok pesantren Al-Hidayah ada dua yaitu faktor internal kurangnya lahan untuk perluasaan pondok pesantren Al-Hidayah Ciomas Serang sedangkan eksternalnya kompetensi antar lembaga pendidikan

Abstract

Era digitalisasi mendorong semua kalangan untuk dapat beradapatasi dengan teknologi tidak terkecuali di pemerintahan. Kebutuhan akan teknologi menjadi sebuah keharusan dimana hampir semua kegiatan pelayanan publik dan tugas-tugas adminstratif menggunakan teknologi. Literasi digital sendiri menjadi sebuah kompetensi wajib yang diperlukan pegawai pemerintah untuk menjalankan tugas-tugas pelayan terhadap masyarakat namun tidak semua pegawai pemerintahan ini mampu untuk berkompentensi di dalam lingkup literasi digital. Salah satu desa yang menghadapi tantangan literasi digital ini adalah Desa Pinang Lama yang menghadapi tantangan besar dalam meningkatkan literasi digital di kalangan aparatur desanya. Rendahnya literasi digital ini berdampak kepada layanan yang diberikan kepada warga desa tersebut. Menyadari pentingnya literasi digital ini, maka dirancanglah program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berbasis literasi digital. Program ini melibatkan pelatihan tentang perangkat lunak adminstratif seperti penggunaan aplikasi word dan excel dan untuk keamanan data dan juga pengarsipan secara elektronik. Pelaksaan program ini sendiri melibatkan beberapa tahapan seperti survei sebagai langkah awal identifikasi kebutuhan, persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan dengan 3 sesi yang intens, dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan dari keterampilan Aparatur Desa Sungai Pinang Lama yang terlihat dalam kinerja yang lebih efesien. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sebuah landasan bagi desa-desa lain dalam upaya peningkatan literasi digital untuk pelayanan publik.

Abstract

The development of environmentally friendly materials is crucial to mitigate the environmental impact of conventional plastics. This study focuses on developing bioplastics using rice straw and rice husks, combined with glycerine, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), and titanium dioxide (TiO₂). Glycerine acts as a plasticizer to enhance flexibility, CMC functions as a matrix binder, and TiO₂ serves as a reinforcing agent to improve mechanical strength. Bioplastics were produced using the casting method with specific proportions of these materials. Characterization tests included scanning electron microscopy (SEM) for morphology, biodegradability tests, water absorption analysis, and tensile strength measurements. Results revealed that the combination of rice straw and rice husks produced bioplastics with varied morphologies. TiO₂ enhanced mechanical strength and material homogeneity, though its distribution requires further optimization. Glycerine significantly increased flexibility, while CMC improved matrix cohesion. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of agro-industrial waste—rice straw and rice husks—with TiO₂, glycerine, and CMC, creating bioplastics that balance biodegradability, mechanical properties, and flexibility. This innovative approach demonstrates the potential of utilizing agricultural byproducts to produce sustainable alternatives to conventional plastics, offering customizable properties for diverse applications.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning process where educators still apply monotonous methods in teaching, which makes students less motivated to learn. The lack of motivation to learn can affect students' learning outcomes, especially in learning mathematics. The solution offered for the problem is the development of Joyful Learning-based teaching materials to improve students' learning outcomes. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) model ADDIE with its steps consisting of 5 stages, namely: a) analysis, b) design, c) development, d) implementation, e) evaluation. The objectives of this research are (1) to understand the process of developing Joyful Learning-based mathematics teaching modules for first-grade students at MINU Jati Rejoyoso Kepanjen, (2) to determine the feasibility of Joyful Learning-based mathematics teaching materials in facilitating first-grade students at MINU Jati Rejoyoso Kepanjen in achieving competence in mathematics, and (3) to assess the effectiveness of Joyful Learning-based mathematics teaching modules for first-grade students at MINU Jati Rejoyoso Kepanjen. The research results show that the Joyful Learning-based teaching module is suitable for use as teaching material, as indicated by the assessments from teaching material experts, subject matter experts, and practitioners, each providing a favorable evaluation. The effectiveness of the teaching module is demonstrated by field trial results, which show an improvement in learning outcomes in the cognitive aspect according to the success criteria determined by the researcher. where the percentage of student learning completeness after using Joyful Learning-based teaching materials is 84.21%.

Abstract

Following the issuance of SEMA Number 3 of 2018, polygamy has become a subject of considerable debate. This is due to the fact that the SEMA contains a sentence that allows for the application of isbat nikah for sirr polygamy marriages, despite the From the perspective of children's best interests, this is regarded as unacceptable by some legal practitioners and academics, who view it as contrary to the provisions of Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 regarding marriage, as well as the prevailing Compilation of Islamic Law in Indonesia. This study aims to ascertain the position of isbat polygamy sirr in relation to the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law, taking into account the provisions of SEMA Number 03 of 2018. Adopting a qualitative research approach with a normative legal perspective, the study draws primarily on library research, employing both a legal approach and a conceptual approach to data collection. Following an exhaustive investigation and deliberation, it can be concluded that the SEMA has effectively barred the possibility of obtaining an isbat nikah for polygamy sirr. The 3/2018 decree must be re-examined, particularly with regard to the relevance and suitability of the principles of benefit pertaining to women who are adversely affected by this action. The prohibition of this SEMA does not imply that the polygamous marriage in question is considered invalid. This is because the context of this SEMA solely pertains to the authority of judges. It can be interpreted that this SEMA acknowledges the religious validity of the marriage, thereby recognizing the legitimacy of the children produced from this union. The issuance of this SEMA, however, is a misstep as it has a detrimental impact on women in polygamous relationships.

Abstract

The paper discusses civil liability for environmental damages in Indonesia, considering the carbon trading mechanisms role in promoting corporate responsibility. Hence, this research has adopted a normative approach, analyzing the existing juridical framework that governs environmental damage and discussing to what extent carbon markets, among other emissions trading systems or carbon taxes, can serve complementary functions of incentivizing corporations toward environmentally responsible behavior. The study identifies loopholes within Indonesia's legal system, particularly for the enforcement of environmental liability laws, and discusses how carbon trading could supplement these deficiencies through financial incentives for reducing emissions. The results show that while the mechanisms of carbon trading hold great potential to promote corporate responsibility, their effectiveness relies on robust market infrastructure, sound systems of monitoring and verification, and integration with existing policies on the environment.
