Abstract

The aim of implementing community service is to strengthen the role of cadre communication in supporting the success of the development of the Family Planning Village program in Sungai Jingah Village, Banjarmasin City and teaching recommended by Islam regarding ways of communicating. The method used is through lectures and questions and answers. The implementation of the KB Village program activities in the Sungai Jingah Village, Banjarmasin City, at the workshop stage, provided the concept of understanding the concepts and indicators of success of the KB Village as well as assigning KB Village cadres to be given training so that each cadre can convey information and educational communications to community members. The role of communication as a factor that can support the success of developing the Family Planning Village program for the community in Sungai Jingah Village, Banjarmasin City through (1) Communication, information and individual education or home visits to target homes ; (2) Communication, information and group education by utilizing social forums ; (3) Mass communication, information and education by utilizing traditional media or people's entertainment programs; (4) Communication, information and counseling education by utilizing community consultation organization platforms to be more targeted. Islam teaches about ways of communicating, which consist of several forms, namely (1) qaulan Ma'ruf, (2) Qaulan Baliighaa , (3) qaulan Sadida , (4) Qaulan Karima , (5) Qaulan Maisuura , (6) Qaulan Layyinan , (7) Qaulan Tsaqiila .

Abstract

Writing an article titled "The Story Puppet Show Format to Dalang Children"aims to offer a special puppet play structure concept to mastermind the child, in order to serve as the medium of continuity and development of puppet art for future generations. So far, the play is shown by the mastermind of children still using the packaging story to mastermind an adult or older, so there are some things that can not be understood and displayed in both the masterminds of the child, because the demands of philosophy and technique-oriented adult size. The foundation of the theory used is the structure of puppet plays and psychological developments of children, while the descriptive analytical method used. The result of such thinking plays puppet concept pertujukan format that can be used as a reference puppeteer for children.Keywords: format, stories, puppets, and the mastermind of children.

Abstract

Selama ini, penanganan limbah industri penggergajian dilakukan dengan cara ditumpuk, dibuang kealiran sungai serta dibakar. Tentu saja hal ini mempunyai dampak negatif berupa pencemaran terhadaplingkungan. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya suatu pengolahan lanjut dengan teknologi aplikatif sehinggamenghasilkan produk yang memiliki nilai tambah, dengan memanfaatkan serbuk gergajian menjadi woodpallet. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk, membuat produk wood pellet dengan memanfaatkan limbah kayu industri,mengetahui komposisi perekat dan air yang terbaik untuk pembuatan wood pellet, mengetahui karakteristik dariwood pellet. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pelet kayu mulai dari persiapanbahan baku, pencampuran, pencetakan, pengeringan, dan tahapan analisa. Sedangkan variasi pemberianperekat tapioka dilakukan secara berbeda dimulai dari 10% perekat tapioka, 15% perekat tapioka dan 20%perekat tapioka. Hasil penelitian menenjukkan bahwa dengan perlakuan perekat tapioka 10% memperolehkadar air 9.85%, dan nilai kalor 17058 J/g (4074 kal/g), perlakuan perekat tapioka 15% memperoleh kadar air9.17%, dan nilai kalor 17488 J/g (4176 kal/g), dan perlakuan perekat tapioka 20% memperoleh kadar air8.91%, dan nilai kalor 17555 J/g ( 4192 kal/g). Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan Jenis perekat dan ukuranserbuk tidak perpegaruh nyata terhadap nilai kadar air begitu juga interaksi kedua faktor tersebut, namunberpegaruh sangat nyata terhadap nilai kalor serta interaksi keduanya.Kata Kunci: Wood pellet, Serbuk gergaji, Tepung Tapioka, Limbah kayu industri.

Abstract

Garbage is goods derived from human activities that are no longer used, either unused or discarded. Good waste management not only makes the environment clean and healthy, but can also improve the community's economy. Bueng Village is one of the villages in the Jantho City District, Aceh Besar Regency which is classified as underdeveloped according to the Village Development Index and classified as underdeveloped according to the Village Development Index. The livelihoods of the people in Gampong Bueng are mostly farmers, because this village is located in the mountains and filled with rice fields. The problem that occurs in Bueng Village is that there is no garbage disposal area, so a lot of garbage is thrown carelessly around the location and causes an unpleasant odor. Therefore, there is a need for a garbage disposal site that can make it easier for the surrounding community to dispose of waste in its place. So the potential for used drums is very interesting to function as a high-value trash can both from an aesthetic and economical point of view. In addition to having the advantage of a strong base material, used drums have sufficient volume. The purpose of making this trash can is to minimize waste in Bueng Village. With the trash can, there will be public awareness to collect garbage and dispose of garbage in its place so that the environment is clean and free from disease.Keywords: Used drums, environment, garbage

Abstract

: This study aims to determine: (1) To determine and analyze the quality of service of the Diario Shop Banjarmasin Branch (2) To determine and analyze what things need to be developed and improved at the Diario Shop Banjarmasin Branch so that customer satisfaction increases.This research employs a qualitative survey approach, collecting primary data through interviews, observations, and documentation. However, the implementation of activities so far has been deemed not fully aligned with the expected objectives. Therefore, to ensure the smooth progress of the work, improvements need to be made. The quality of service carried out by Toko Diario Banjarmasin Branch, in order to increase customer satisfaction and increase sales turnover which is still not stable, but has progressed from month to month. The results of this study indicate: (1) Diario Shop Banjarmasin Branch meets customer satisfaction with timeliness, accuracy of service quality, courtesy, friendliness, and comfort. Diario Stores have carried out service quality in accordance with good service criteria. (2) We recommend that Toko Diario needs to develop more facilities and make several upgrades to its sales in order to improve service quality by providing clear and detailed product information to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The change in marketing behavior from conventional to digital is not balanced by the existence of MSMEs who use digital marketing, even though MSMEs are believed to be able to spur the Indonesian economy. The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts is a hope for MSMEs to develop into centers of economic power. Digital marketing promotional media is expected to be an effective choice for MSMEs in developing their business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media that require a lot of money and are much more complicated are no longer the main concern for MSMEs because of digital marketing.

Abstract

Kalimantan Mandiri Sukses is a service company engaged in the distribution of mining products, especially coal and heavy mining equipment transportation services which has been operating for more than ten years in Banjarmasin. This research aims to analyze work motivation strategies in an effort to improve work performance. Apart from that, another aim is to provide insight into the factors that influence employee work motivation and provide recommendations for increasing employee work motivation and improving their work performance. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques, with the respondents in this study being employees of PT. Kalimantan Mandiri Sukses was selected using purposive sampling. The research results show that there are several work motivation factors that influence employee work performance, such as incentives, recognition, social support, work environment, and career development. Incentives provided by companies in the form of salaries and bonuses are the main factors in motivating employees. Apart from that, recognition and appreciation from management, social support from colleagues and the work environment, as well as clear career development are also factors that are no less important in motivating employees to improve their work performance at PT. Kalimantan Independent Success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the Al-Barqy method affects the ability to read the Al-Qur’an at MDA Nurul Ihsan Mudiak Lolo Barat Sungai Pagu District South Solok Regency. This research uses pre-experimental methodology and is quantitative in nature. The number of grade I-IV MDA students who became the population of this study were 42 students. Collecting odd semester grades, then doing a normality test, the researcher determines a random sample as a sampling technique. Tests were used to collect data. Analysis of data using descriptive analysis and t-test. The results of the study based on the results of the Paired Sample T-test test obtained a t score of 9.376> t table which is 1306, and the probability value of sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 so that it can be inferred that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which shows that there is a significant effect of the Al-Barqy method on the ability to read the Qur’an to students at MDA Nurul Ihsan Mudiak Lolo Barat, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency.

Abstract

Teachers rarely apply Ice Breaking, where the teacher only provides ice breaking by looking at the students' condition, if it is not conducive then the teacher plays a game or an activity in between lessons. During the ice breaking, some students were not focused, there were students who were sleepy and even fell asleep in class. This research uses a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The key informant was the Islamic Religious Education teacher and the supporting informants were class VIII students and the school principal. Data analysis in this research involves data reduction, data display, and then conclusions. Based on the research results, it was found: The research results showed that the first application of ice breaking in learning Islamic religious education in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Panti Pasaman Regency was that the teacher only provided ice breaking depending on the condition of the students. The types of ice breaking used by teachers include stories, games, counting, singing (sholawat). The two obstacles faced by teachers when implementing ice breaking are students playing around, students who don't understand, are nosy with friends, like to talk to friends, students who are lazy to follow the movements, and indeed difficult to manage who like to do whatever they want and lack of concentration in students' learning because they only Focus only on the ice breaking moment. However, teachers can overcome these obstacles so that students generally focus more on learning.

Abstract

This study evaluates a training program designed to enhance the competence of religious educators, known as "penyuluh agama" in Indonesia, in utilizing ICT-based media for religious education. The program, conducted in Bangkalan Regency, aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to develop and manage effective religious education media in the digital age. A needs assessment was conducted to inform the curriculum development, which covered fundamental aspects of ICT, introduction to ICT-based media, technical skills, and effective communication strategies. The training employed interactive workshops and provided ongoing support to participants. Evaluation results indicated significant improvement in participants' understanding and utilization of ICT-based media for religious education, as well as fostering a strong sense of community among them.
