The problem in this research is the lack of enthusiasm of students in the learning process, students are lazy to open printed books, lazy to go to the library, limited learning references. The purpose of this study was to describe the Pai learning process, the validity and practicality of developing teaching materials in the form of Reading Literacy Development in Islamic Religious Education Subjects Based on Instagram Social Media in Class X SMA N 3 Panyabung. The method used in this research is research and development. With a 4D approach (Define, Design, Developed, Disseminate). Reading Literacy in Islamic Religious Education Subjects Based on Instagram Social Media in Class X SMA N 3 Panyabung was declared valid by both validators with an overall percentage score of 82.5% being very valid from the two validators. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis of students' responses to the practicality of using reading literacy in the Pai subject, it was found that this media was practically used in learning with an overall acquisition of 85%. The item statement obtained an average questionnaire value of 84.63%. with very practical information. Based on the results of the validity and practicality that has been carried out by researchers on reading literacy in Pai learning based on Instagram social media for class X SMA 3 Panyabungan can be used in the learning process.

Pendidikan karakter adalah pendidikan, nilai, kebiasaan, akhlak, budi pekerti, yang ditujukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi siswa dalam mengambil kebijakan yang benar dan buruk, memelihara yang baik, menciptakan dan menyebarkan kebaikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan menyebarkannya dengan segenap hati. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah agar tahu bagaimana peran guru agama Islam serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik di SMP N 1 BONJOL. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan berbagai metode yang ada untuk mendiskripsikan apa yang diamati dalam bentuk bahasa, tulisan dan perilaku manusia. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua informan yaitu informan kunci adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan informan pendukung adalah wakil kepala sekolah dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan di SMP N 1 BONJOL menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam berperan sebagai teladan, pembimbing, dan guru yang penyayang dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter. Dalam hal melaksanakan peran tersebut, terdapat faktor yang mendukung dan yang menghambat bagi guru agama Islam untuk menerapkan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik, yaitu: faktor pendukung adalah kegiatan yang diadakan di sekolah serta lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat yang baik, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah faktor internal yang disebabkan oleh diri siswa itu sendiri dan ketidaktahuan peserta didik yang menghambat penerapan pendidikan karakter. Faktor eksternal yang berasal dari lingkungan luar seperti pertemanan di luar sekolah yang kurang baik serta penyalahgunaan media sosial yang tidak dikontrol oleh orang tua.

Leaders should play a supervisory role in improving the professionalism of teachers. This is because the improvement in teacher professionalism should not only depend on government efforts, but also require the teacher himself to have a strong determination to become more professional. Only in this way can the goal of national education be fulfilled. Professional teachers must have expertise in various disciplines of science, teaching resources, instructional strategies, student motivation, and have advanced capabilities and broad knowledge in the field of education. The methods in this research are qualitative descriptive methods and the type of research of phenomena occurring in the field. The location of this research is in SMAN 5 Payakrasuh. The findings are that surveillance is carried out with the aim of developing and improving teaching skills in educational institutions. Supervision enhances the professional competence of teachers, enabling them to effectively implement the learning process in the classroom. In addition, teachers can fulfil their role as professional educators by effectively carrying out their duties and responsibilities in guidance and teaching, as well as creating a learning environment that supports and promotes effective communication.

Pendidikan jasmnai merupakan hal dasar untuk meningkatakan tumbuh kembang peserta didik serta sebagai wadah untuk mengali kemampuan mereka dalam bidang olahraga yang disesuikan minat dan bakat peserta didik dan menggembangkan keterampilan motorik, prilaku hidup aktif, sportif, dan kecerdasan emosi Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pendidikan jasmani beberapa hal yang kami sepakati dengan mitra kerja mulai dari mencegah timbulnya effek bosen belajar, Mencagah timbulnya gangguan psikologis siswa kegiatan dilakukan selama 1 hari dengan jumlah peserta berkisar 35 Orang yang terdiri dari siswa pondok putra. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah praktik secara langsung. Hasil kegitan ini sangat membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik dan tentunya dapat membuat peserta didik lebih siap menerima beban belajar. Evaluasi kegiatan harus dilakukan selama 6 bulan sekali serta berkordinasi ke Dekan Fakultas pendidikan Olahraga universitas nahdatul Ulama NTB sebagai sekolah binaan.

Gerakan pramuka merupakan organisasi intra sekolah dan merupakan wadah untuk mencetak pemimpin masa depan dengan meningkatkan subskil mereka melalui administrasi dan manajemen yang baik.Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan administrasi dan manajement pengelolaan organisasi, Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui Pelatihan dan Pembinaan, Pengelolaan Dan Management Unit Kegiatan lama waktu kegiatan mencapai 1 bulan. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan tingkat pemahaman administrasi dari sebelum pelaksanaan 40% dan setelah pelaksanaan meningkat menjadi 80% namun kemampuan di dilapangan jauh lebih baik sekitar 90%. Sehingga kesimpulan dalam penggabdian ini kemampuan pengelolaan organisasi secara administrasi kurang dari 10% namun kemampuan dilapagan cukup maksimal dengan talenta tingkat kecakapan kusus masing-masing anggota harapan dari kegiatan ini semoga bisa selalu dilaksanakan baik pada forum kecil maupun besar guna meningkatkan kemampuan adek-adek di kwartir ranting praya tengah.

This research raises the issue of the lack of facilities for learning media, the lack of student interaction in the learning process, and the disruption caused by students who often go in and out of class. These inadequacies can hinder the learning process and affect the teacher's creativity in managing learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how to create and maintain a maximum Islamic religious education learning atmosphere at SMPN 29 Sijunjung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on teacher creativity in managing Islamic learning. Data were collected through observation and interviews, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the creativity of teachers in managing Islamic learning has been done well, but has not reached the maximum level because there are still some things that need to be improved. Factors that influence creating a maximum learning atmosphere include forgetting to convey learning objectives, interference in managing time and learning activities, lack of student involvement in learning, and limited learning media. To improve the effectiveness of learning, there needs to be more attention in managing learning in order to create an optimal learning atmosphere for students in understanding Islamic religious education.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a very important role in the local and national economy, especially in the Kotabaru area. MSMEs play a role in absorbing labor, overcoming poverty, and distributing development results. MSMEs usually produce on a small scale and require attention in marketing the products they produce. Marketing communication can be a strategy for every MSME to learn to introduce the products they produce to other parties or the general public so that they have the same understanding and intention of the products and brands being sold. Every MSME, in addition to focusing on producing competitive products, must also be able to market what they produce. In the early stages, every MSME must be able to read market needs, so that they can produce products according to the targeted market segment. Furthermore, MSMEs can use the communication facilities they have and join MSME centers according to the type of business they have. By using good marketing communication, it will have an impact on the progress of the business being carried out and MSMEs will grow into competitive MSMEs

This research was motivated by the results of observations by researchers who found that there were teenagers who still received less attention from their parents so that they had poor morals. One of them was a teenager who went against his parents because the mother did not give him money to buy a quota and then the child said cruel words and even pushed his mother to the ground. The aim of this research is to find out concretely whether there is an influence of parental attention on the morals of teenagers in Jorong Padang Tujuh District. West Pasaman Regency. The theories used in this research are the theory of parental attention and the theory of adolescent morals. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach, the research plan used in this research is to use a correlational method. With a population of all Muslim teenagers aged 12-21 years (not married) in Jorong Padang Tujuh District. Pasaman Regency West Pasaman contains 137 people who will be taken as a sample of 25%, namely 34 people. The sampling technique used in this research was proportional random sampling. In this research, two instruments will be used, namely the parental attention instrument and the adolescent morals instrument. Based on the research results, it was obtained that r_count = 0.482, so the hypothesis was accepted which stated that there was a significant influence between parental attention and adolescent behavior, meaning that H_0 was rejected. This is because r_count = 0.482 which is in the coefficient interval 0.40-0.599 so that the level of correlation between the two variables is included in the medium category. The influence of parental attention on adolescent morals can be seen from the coefficient of determination between variables X and Y which is KD = 23.23%. This figure shows that 23.23% of adolescent morals are determined by parental attention and the rest is determined by other factors.

The authors were inspired to conduct this study after noticing a variety of issues among SMPN 1 Tigo Nagari pupils, particularly in PAI classes. These issues persist despite the school's best efforts to enforce discipline. The problem is that some students continue to arrive late to class, others consistently disobey rules, and others still resort to slurs in their everyday interactions with one another. Still, there are those well-behaved students whose academic performance falls short of standards. The goal of this research was to find out if there was a connection between parental discipline and academic success at SMPN 1 Tigo Nagari.Pearson Product Moment was used for the quantitative correlation analysis in this study. SMP N 1 Tigo Nagari is the site of this investigation. All 160 pupils from grades VII.A through VII.E were included in the analysis. Forty students were selected using proportional random selection for this investigation. The writer employed all of seventh grade as a research sample, selecting eight students at random from each of two classes. Most pupils have already completed some level of general education. A questionnaire was the method of data collection in this study.Based on the data analysis, the study found no statistically significant correlation between students' home study habits and their academic performance.

Leadership within managing an Islamic educational institution must have a situation-based leadership style in the face of technological developments. So from that leadership has a challenge to technological development in the world of education. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and its type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews, documents, books, journals, and previous research. The findings of this study are that the application of situational leadership in the houses effectively overcomes the obstacles faced by education in the development of technology using versatile and adaptable strategies. Teachers receive rigorous training and engage in collaborative possibilities, producing enhanced skills and knowledge. As a result, students benefit from more participatory learning techniques, which leads to increased interest and better learning outcomes. Although there are barriers to change and constraints in technological infrastructure, a combination of policy support, external resources, and an inclusive leadership approach effectively addresses these barriers. The overall findings emphasize the importance of situational leadership in overseeing educational innovation and formulating more comprehensive and efficient policies in technological developments.
