Abstract

This research aims to examine the extent of the influence of organizational communication, work culture, and participative leadership on work enthusiasm with job satisfaction at the Department of Industry and Trade of Kerinci Regency. The type of research used is quantitative through a survey method. The data collection method was conducted by distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 76 respondents. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The results showed a significant effect of organizational communication on job satisfaction. There was a significant effect of work culture on job satisfaction. There was a significant effect of participative leadership on job satisfaction. There was an insignificant effect of organizational communication on work morale. There was an insignificant effect of work culture on work morale. There was an insignificant effect of participative leadership on work morale. There was a significant effect of job satisfaction on work morale. Job satisfaction mediated the effect of organizational communication on work morale. Job satisfaction mediated the effect of work culture on work morale. Job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of participative leadership on work morale

Abstract

This study aims to test the extent of the influence of e-absenteeism, organizational commitment, and employee additional income (TPP) on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Community Empowerment and Village Office of Sungai Penuh City. The data collection method involved surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis method used is structural equation modeling using SmartPLS. The research results show that e-absenteeism has no significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Community Empowerment and Villages of Sungai Penuh City. There is a significant effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction at the Department of Community Empowerment and Villages of Sungai Penuh City. There is a significant effect of employee additional income (TPP) on job satisfaction. There is no significant effect of e-absenteeism on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran pegawai dalam mendukung efektivitas kinerja organisasi, khususnya pada instansi pemerintah daerah yang memiliki tugas strategis dalam menjaga ketertiban umum dan memberikan pelayanan darurat. Kinerja pegawai tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal individu, tetapi juga oleh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan yang membentuk motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Solok dengan jumlah sampel yang ditentukan melalui teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation ModelingPartial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai; (2) budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai; (3) tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai; (4) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; serta (5) motivasi terbukti mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai sangat dipengaruhi oleh penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif, penguatan budaya kerja yang positif, dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan pegawai, dengan motivasi sebagai faktor penggerak yang memperkuat pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Shopping Enjoyment and Social Media Addict on Impulse Buying mediated through FoMO in Tiktok Shop users. The subjects in this study were consumers who had shopped at least twice in the Tiktok application. The sample used in this study were 102 respondents. The sample collection technique in this study was non-probability sampling with the method used, namely purposive sampling. By using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distribution instrument (questionnaire) . The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS 4.0. The results in this study indicate that (1) Shopping Enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on FoMO, (2) Social Media Addict has a positive and significant effect on FoMO, (3) FoMO has a positive and insignificant effect on Impulse Buying, (4) Shopping Enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, (5) Social Media Addict has a positive and insignificant effect on Impulse Buying, (6) Shopping Enjoyment has a positive and insignificant effect on Impulse Buying through FoMO mediation, (7) Social Media Addict has a positive and insignificant effect on Impulse Buying through FoMO mediation.

Abstract

The issues surrounding the performance of small-scale restaurant businesses in Pariaman City prompted this research, which aims to examine Operational Management (OM) problems integrated with the influence of Knowledge Management (KM), Business Environment (BE), and Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) on small business performance. This study employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative research. Data was collected through Likert-scale questionnaires (91 respondents) and interviews with relevant informants. The results indicate that: (KM) has a positive and significant effect on Performance. (BE) has a positive and significant effect on Performance. (EO) has a positive and significant effect on Performance. The R² value of 0.795 for the Performance, the "good" category, indicating that approximately 79.5% of the variance in the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables in the model. The low knowledge creation indicator in (KM) correlates with the need for supervision in business performance, reflecting that poor knowledge-sharing habits create information gaps among employees, leading to weak compliance with operational procedures. The low competition level indicator in (BE) relates to supervision needs in performance, suggesting that restaurants lack creative initiatives, neglect quality control, and fail to evaluate or innovate, increasing the risk of failure. The low innovation indicator in (EO) ties to supervision needs, indicating that a lack of innovative spirit affects fundamental aspects like hygiene and product quality.

Abstract

Existing Bubble Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices used in neonatal care. Specifically, the lack of digital result display and monitoring capabilities for oxygen concentration and humidity parameters is identified as a major issue. This study aims to address the shortcomings of existing Bubble Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices used in neonatal care by designing a monitoring system for oxygen concentration and humidity parameters. The lack of digital result display and monitoring capabilities for oxygen rate, concentration, temperature, and humidity necessitates an improved solution. The proposed system utilizes Internet of Things (IoT) technology, allowing remote monitoring by healthcare professionals. Oxygen concentration is detected using the OCS-3f sensor, and humidity is measured with the DHT22 sensor. Data from these sensors are processed by the ESP32 microcontroller and transmitted to the https://thinger.io site via built-in Wi-Fi. The monitoring tool ensures accurate measurements between 21% to 95% oxygen concentration, with a maximum error of 4.6% and a minimum error of 0.04%. This high accuracy enhances the reliability of the CPAP bubble device for oxygen therapy. The study's significance lies in its contribution to neonatal care, offering a real-time monitoring system that facilitates prompt diagnosis and treatment. By integrating IoT and telegram notifications, healthcare professionals can remotely monitor and respond to the baby's condition, improving overall care quality. This innovative tool holds promise in enhancing neonatal care, ensuring optimal oxygen therapy, and supporting the well-being of infants receiving CPAP bubble therapy. Implications of this study are promising in terms of improving neonatal care, enhancing the reliability of CPAP devices, and leveraging technology to facilitate better healthcare practices for the most vulnerable population: premature and critically ill infants.

Abstract

Presently, Islamic education is confronted with intricate challenges that stem from internal and external sources. The objective of this article is to furnish insights into the current challenges and demands encountered by Islamic education, along with curriculum development strategies that can effectively address these issues. Utilised is qualitative descriptive analysis as the methodology. Information was acquired via a comprehensive review of the literature, encompassing authoritative papers, scientific journals, pertinent to the topic under investigation. The findings of this study indicate that Islamic education is presently confronted with obstacles emanating from both internal and external domains. An Islamic schooling. Islamic education faces the following internal obstacles: the fulfilment of the eight national education standards; the demographic dividend, which is increased by Indonesia's population growth; and character issues. The external obstacles that Islamic education must contend with are more prospective in nature. Islamic education is necessary in order to address contemporary societal issues, foster the development of the creative and cultural sectors, prepare for future demands, and facilitate the internationalisation of education.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi merupakan kegiatan yang dikerjakan dalam jangka waktu tertentu dengan sumber daya terbatas sehingga harus mengedepankan efektif dan efisien dalam pelaksanaannya. Pembangunan Gedung Kejaksaan Negeri Pontianak, mengalami keterlambatan selama 2 minggu akibat pondasi lama yang harus dibongkar. Target penelitian ini   untuk mencari biaya yang lebih ekonomis setelah dilakukan percepatan. Untuk mendapatkan jalur kritis yang akan dilakukan crashing. Penyusunan Network Diagram dilakukan menggunakan metode PDM dengan bantuan program Microsoft Project. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan percepatan ( Crashing ) dengan penambahan kerja lembur 1 jam, lembur 2 jam, lembur 3 jam dan kerja shift untuk mencapai target waktu 2 minggu atau 12 hari kerja. Hasil percepatan dengan penambahan kerja lembur 1 jam diperoleh total durasi percepatan yaitu 10 hari dengan melakukan melakukan penerapan crashing sebanyak 17 kali namun tidak mencapai target durasi percepatan yaitu 12 hari. Percepatan dengan penambahan kerja lembur 2 jam diperoleh total durasi percepatan 12 hari dengan melakukan penerapan crashing sebanyak 10 kali dengan total biaya Rp. 5.523.671.307. Percepatan dengan penambahan kerja lembur 3 jam diperoleh total durasi percepatan 12 hari dengan melakukan penerapan crashing sebanyak 10 kali dengan total biaya Rp. 5.526.239.403. Percepatan dengan jam kerja shift diperoleh total durasi percepatan 12 hari dengan melakukan penerapan crashing sebanyak 7 kali dengan total biaya Rp. 5.520.146.950. Maka disimpulkan bahwa dengan melakukan percepatan menggunakan jam kerja shift lebih efektif dan ekonomis.

Abstract

Risiko adalah bahaya, hasil atau konsekuensi yang terjadi dalam proses yang sedang berlangsung dan memiliki dampak negatif. Proyek pembangunan perumahan Nurvia dapat dikatakan memiliki risiko yang tinggi dimana jika pihak pengembang tidak memahami ketidakpastian maka akan berdampak pada usaha pembangunan perumahan itu sendiri seperti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan terhadap konstruksi perumahan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor risiko paling dominan yang berpotensi menghasilkan hasil negatif terhadap perhitungan biaya serta mengetahui bagaimana menghadapi risiko ini dengan cara mengurangi atau menghilangkan efek negatifnya. Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah survei menggunakan kuesioner. Melalui tinjauan literatur, analisis diawali dengan identifikasi risiko, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validasi dengan membagikan kuesioner awal kepada responden terpilih yang terkait dengan lokasi proyek tersebut, setelah itu dilakukan penyeberan kuisioner tahap kedua untuk mendapatkan hasil frekuensi dan dampak, analisis risiko dilakukan dengan cara dilakukannya metode Severity Index (SI) dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner tahap kedua. Matriks Probabilitas dan dampak digunakan untuk melanjutkan analisis. Setelah itu risiko dominan ditemukan yaitu kenaikan harga material dan tidak memperhatikan biaya tidak terduga (contingencies). Setelah risiko tersebut diketahui, dilakukanlah respon risiko untuk mengurangi konsekuensi dari risiko tersebut.

Abstract

Manajemen proyek konstruksi merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian. Pada proyek konstruksi sering ditemukan masalah fluktuasi tenaga kerja dimana pada hari tententu tidak dibutuhkan banyak tenaga kerja, dan dihari lain dibutuhkan banyak tenaga kerja tetapi hanya untuk periode waktu yang singkat. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh pengalokasian tenaga kerja yang tidak merata. Fluktuasi sumberdaya manusia dapat berdampak pada penjadwalan proyek, dimana hal ini dapat menyebabkan kebutuhan tenaga kerja harian menjadi tinggi. Critical Chain Project Management merupakan metode perencanaan dan pengelolaan proyek yang menekankan pada sumber daya manusia yang diperlukan dalam rangka melakukan tugas-tugas proyek. Tujuan dari penggunaan CCPM dalam menyelesaikan proyek adalah untuk meningkatkan tingkat penyelesaian proyek. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemerataan sumberdaya tenaga kerja agar dapat digunakan secara optimal pada proyek konstruksi dengan metode penjadwalan Critical Chain Project Management. Hasil penelitian diperoleh jumlah pekerja sebelum pemerataan adalah 3153 dan setelah pemerataan menjadi 3118. Jumlah tukang sebelum pemerataan 2890 dan setelah pemerataan 2912. Jumlah kepal tukang adalah 154. Penjadwalan dengan metode CCPM diperoleh total durasi pekerjaan proyek adalah 125 dimana 33 hari lebih cepat dari durasi normal proyek dan dijadwalkan selesai pada tanggal 3 November 2022.
