Abstract

Budaya interaksi sosial merupakan elemen fundamental dalam pembentukan karakter santri di lingkungan pesantren. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi budaya interaksi sosial di Pesantren Al-Barokah Kabupaten Empat Lawang dengan fokus pada struktur hierarkis, nilai-nilai kepesantrenan, dan dinamika hubungan antarsantri, santri–kiai, serta pesantren–masyarakat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa budaya interaksi sosial pesantren diwujudkan melalui pola komunikasi asosiatif, keteladanan kiai, serta rutinitas harian yang terstruktur. Nilai ta’dhim, ukhuwah, dan khidmah terbukti menjadi pilar utama pembentukan habitus santri yang berkarakter disiplin, beretika, dan berorientasi pengabdian. Penelitian ini juga menemukan faktor pendukung berupa keteladanan pemimpin pesantren serta kehidupan asrama yang intens, sementara hambatan utama muncul dari perbedaan budaya dan bahasa antar santri. Temuan ini memperkuat pemahaman bahwa pesantren tidak hanya sebagai lembaga pendidikan, tetapi juga ekosistem sosial-budaya yang efektif dalam membangun modal sosial dan karakter keagamaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi layanan pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) pada Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Muara Pinang, Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini memetakan bentuk-bentuk layanan utama (bimbingan pra-nikah, pembinaan keluarga sakinah, penyuluhan masyarakat, dan layanan konseling), mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung serta penghambat, dan mengevaluasi efektivitas program dalam meningkatkan literasi dan praktik keberagamaan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mandat kelembagaan KUA, aksesibilitas kantor, dan kompetensi SDM menjadi faktor yang memperkuat pelaksanaan program. Namun demikian, keterbatasan sumber daya, partisipasi masyarakat yang fluktuatif, dan disparitas tingkat literasi agama menjadi hambatan utama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa KUA berfungsi sebagai pendidik publik garis depan dalam kehidupan keagamaan masyarakat dan merekomendasikan penguatan standardisasi program, perluasan layanan digital, serta mekanisme monitoring dan evaluasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Dalam  Pembelajaran Sains Pencampuran Warna Terhadap Perkembangan Kognitif Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Miftahussalam Desa Tanjung Pinang I Kecamatan Tanjung Batu”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning Dalam Pembelajaran Sains Pencampuran Warna Terhadap Perkembangan Kognitif Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Miftahussalam Desa Tanjung Pinang I. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak-anak kelompok B dengan jumlah 15 anak di TK Miftahussalam Desa Tanjung Pinang I. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil hipotesis di dapatkan setelah dilakukan test awal (pretest) dan test akhir (posttest), selanjutnya peneliti menganalisis hasil penelitian. Hasil analisis data dalam pembuktian uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 57,55 sedangkan ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, dk = n-1 = 15-1 =14 sehingga 0,02514 didapat ttabel 2,144. Dengan semikian thitung> ttabel maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Artinya ada pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Miftahussalam Desa Tanjung Pinang 1. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap aspek perkembangan lainnya seperti sosial-emosional dan motorik halus anak. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan replikasi dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar dan melibatkan lembaga PAUD dari berbagai karakteristik wilayah guna meningkatkan generalisasi temuan.

Abstract

Educational marketing management is an important strategy for educational institutions in building a positive image, enhancing public trust, and strengthening long-term relationships with students and parents. This article aims to examine the concepts, objectives, functions, and marketing mix strategies in educational marketing management through a literature review approach. Data were obtained by analyzing various books and scholarly articles relevant to the topic of educational marketing management. The findings indicate that the objectives of educational marketing management include improving service quality, strengthening institutional reputation, fostering service innovation, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing public satisfaction and loyalty. The functions of educational marketing management encompass planning, implementation, control, evaluation, human resource management, and institutional branding. Educational marketing mix strategies integrate elements of product, price, promotion, place, service processes, human resources, and physical evidence to create high-quality learning experiences and sustainable institutional competitiveness. The systematic implementation of educational marketing management has been shown to improve service quality, attract new students, and maintain institutional sustainability and public trust. This article is expected to serve as a conceptual reference for the development of effective and adaptive educational marketing strategies in response to changing societal needs. ABSTRAK Manajemen pemasaran pendidikan merupakan strategi penting bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam membangun citra positif, meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat, serta memperkuat hubungan jangka panjang dengan peserta didik dan orang tua. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep, tujuan, fungsi, dan strategi bauran pemasaran pendidikan berdasarkan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Data diperoleh melalui analisis berbagai buku dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik manajemen pemasaran pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan manajemen pemasaran pendidikan mencakup peningkatan kualitas layanan, penguatan reputasi lembaga, pengembangan inovasi layanan, efisiensi operasional, serta peningkatan kepuasan dan loyalitas masyarakat. Fungsi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan meliputi perencanaan, implementasi, pengendalian, evaluasi, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dan penguatan branding lembaga. Strategi bauran pemasaran pendidikan mengintegrasikan unsur produk, harga, promosi, lokasi, proses layanan, sumber daya manusia, dan bukti fisik guna menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing. Penerapan manajemen pemasaran pendidikan secara sistematis terbukti mampu meningkatkan mutu layanan, menarik peserta didik baru, serta menjaga keberlanjutan dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga pendidikan. Artikel ini diharapkan menjadi referensi konseptual dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran pendidikan yang efektif dan adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

Islamic education is an educational system grounded in the values of the Qur’an and the Sunnah, aiming to develop individuals who are faithful, knowledgeable, and possess noble character through a balanced integration of spiritual, intellectual, social, and moral dimensions. In the era of globalization and modernization, Islamic educational institutions face challenges such as increasing competition in educational quality, growing public demands for excellent educational services, and the need to build a positive and trustworthy institutional image. These conditions require Islamic educational institutions not only to excel in internalizing Islamic values but also to implement professional branding strategies without compromising their Islamic identity. This study aims to examine the concept of Islamic education and analyze relevant and applicable branding strategies for Islamic educational institutions in the modern era. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research by analyzing various literature sources, including books, scholarly journals, and academic articles related to Islamic education and educational branding. The findings indicate that integrating Islamic educational concepts with branding strategies grounded in Islamic values can enhance institutional image, strengthen public trust, and improve the sustainable competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions. ABSTRAK Pendidikan Islam merupakan sistem pendidikan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah dengan tujuan membentuk insan yang beriman, berilmu, dan berakhlak mulia secara seimbang antara aspek spiritual, intelektual, sosial, dan moral. Di era globalisasi dan modernisasi, lembaga pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan berupa persaingan mutu, tuntutan masyarakat terhadap kualitas layanan pendidikan, serta kebutuhan membangun citra lembaga yang positif dan terpercaya. Kondisi ini menuntut lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk tidak hanya unggul dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman, tetapi juga mampu menerapkan strategi branding yang profesional tanpa menghilangkan identitas keislamannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep pendidikan Islam serta menganalisis strategi branding yang relevan dan aplikatif bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam di era modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kepustakaan (library research) melalui analisis berbagai sumber literatur berupa buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan artikel akademik yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan Islam dan branding pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi konsep pendidikan Islam dengan strategi branding yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam mampu meningkatkan citra lembaga, memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat, serta meningkatkan daya saing lembaga pendidikan Islam secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and develop innovative strategies to overcome learning boredom in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Islamic boarding school-based vocational high schools (SMK). This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, conducted at SMK Islam Raden Fatah Darussalam Tugumulyo, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The main data sources consisted of Islamic Religious Education teachers, 10th and 11th grade students, and pesantren administrators, while secondary data was obtained from school academic documents, pesantren activity schedules, and digital learning archives. Data collection techniques included participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model through a process of data reduction, data presentation, and iterative conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that student learning fatigue is influenced by a heavy course load, an intensive boarding school schedule, monotonous teaching methods, and a lack of variety in digital media in Islamic Religious Education learning. Teachers implemented several innovative strategies such as project-based learning, gamification, contextual-collaborative approaches, and the use of interactive digital media in the form of reflective videos and online quizzes. These strategies have been proven to increase students' motivation, engagement, and reflective abilities regarding Islamic values. This research is significant because it provides practical contributions to boarding school-based schools in designing effective learning strategies to reduce boredom in Islamic Religious Education. Theoretically, this research enriches the study of Islamic Religious Education learning management, particularly in the context of vocational education integrated with the boarding school system.

Abstract

This study examines holistic education management within three major educational institutions in Indonesia: schools, madrasahs, and Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Holistic education is understood as an integrated approach that combines academic, emotional, social, and spiritual development to promote balanced learner growth. This literature review identifies four core strategies relevant to strengthening holistic management: School-Based Management (SBM) and stakeholder participation; the integration of character and spiritual education; Total Quality Management (TQM) supported by data-driven evaluation; and the development of human resources alongside constructive conflict resolution. Sources were collected through systematic searches of academic publications from the last decade, focusing on studies discussing holistic education, educational management, and Islamic educational institutions. The findings indicate that SBM enhances autonomy, community involvement, and institutional accountability; character-spiritual integration strengthens ethical formation; TQM ensures continuous quality improvement; and competent human resource management fosters a positive school climate and sustainable organizational performance. These integrated strategies demonstrate that holistic education management is essential for improving institutional responsiveness, educational quality, and learner well-being. The study concludes that applying a holistic management framework across schools, madrasahs, and pesantren can provide an adaptive, culturally grounded, and future-oriented model for educational development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Stunting prevention requires a preventive educational approach grounded in Islamic values, particularly through premarital family preparation. This study examines an Islamic marriage counselling model implemented by the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) as a form of preventive Islamic education aimed at strengthening family education and reducing the risk of stunting. The counselling model positions premarital guidance (bimbingan perkawinan) as an early dakwah based educational strategy that integrates Islamic teachings, moral responsibility, and practical knowledge for building healthy families. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving religious counsellors, KUA officials, prospective brides and grooms, and related stakeholders in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir District. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis, including data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and triangulation to ensure validity. The findings show that Islamic marriage counselling functions as an effective preventive tool in Islamic education by embedding values of maslahah, parental responsibility, reproductive ethics, balanced nutrition, and family planning within a religious framework. This approach enhances couples’ awareness and readiness to establish healthy, resilient, and child-friendly families. However, the programme faces challenges related to limited counselling duration, varying levels of understanding of stunting, and insufficient human resources and facilities. The study concludes that strengthening Islamic marriage counselling as a structured educational intervention is essential for effective stunting prevention and sustainable family education.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji pelaksanaan sosiologi pendidikan Islam di Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, sebuah pesantren mahasiswa bagi penerima beasiswa KIP-K yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan universitas dengan pembinaan karakter berbasis asrama. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus, penelitian menggunakan data dari observasi kegiatan rutin seperti shalat berjamaah, halaqah tahfidz, pembelajaran malam, kompetisi keagamaan, serta dokumen resmi kampus dan laporan Haflah Akhirussanah 2024. Dari perspektif sosiologis, Ma’had berfungsi sebagai agen sosialisasi yang membantu mengurangi ketimpangan akses pendidikan melalui lingkungan komunal yang mendukung transformasi karakter. Tantangan seperti adaptasi terhadap disiplin ketat dan integrasi dengan kurikulum kampus ditangani melalui pendampingan musyrif/musyrifah. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Ma’had Al-Jami’ah adalah model sinergi pesantren–perguruan tinggi yang efektif dalam membentuk generasi Muslim moderat, dengan rekomendasi penguatan fasilitas, program orientasi, dan replikasi melalui kolaborasi dengan Kementerian Agama.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of the Digital Smart Classroom program at MAN 3 Palembang using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research is driven by the disparity between rapid technological infrastructure expansion and educators' actual pedagogical readiness. Employing a qualitative-dominant mixed-methods approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with 18 key informants, participatory observations, and questionnaires distributed to 72 respondents. The findings reveal that while the Context and Input phases show strong institutional alignment and infrastructure readiness (score 3.70–3.90), teacher digital pedagogical competence remains a critical bottleneck (score 3.60). Process evaluation indicates that digital transformation has successfully fostered an active learning environment (score 4.05), although it is frequently hindered by network stability issues (score 3.45). Ultimately, the Product evaluation demonstrates that the program significantly enhances student motivation and satisfaction, placing it in the "Very Good" category (score 4.21). The study concludes that successful digital transformation in madrasahs necessitates a strategic shift from hardware-oriented procurement to sustainable human resource development, with a focus on innovative digital pedagogical strategies.
