ABSTRAKThis research examines the impact of globalization on the social andcultural development of students at UPT SPF SDN 101990 BangunPurba. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depthinterview methods, participant observation, and documentationanalysis. This research aims to describe the impact of globalization,identify cultural changes, analyze student adaptation, and providerecommendations for educators and policy makers. The researchresults show that globalization has had a positive impact in the form ofincreasing access to knowledge through technology, developing socialskills, cultural enrichment, and increasing environmental and socialawareness. Students demonstrate better communication skills,participation in collaborative activities, and a tolerant attitude towardscultural diversity. This research supports constructivism theory andintercultural contact theory, provides important insights for managingthe influence of globalization in elementary schools, and becomes areference for educational strategies that are responsive toglobalization
