Abstract

Social media is classified as new media in the mass media group. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of the @Vmuliana account in fulfilling job information needs. The research method is a descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The results showed (1) the Tiktok @Vmuliana account as media has a big role in fulfilling user information needs. (2) @Vmuliana account can function as an information media according to the needs of the audience, so that users feel satisfied after using @Vmuliana account. (3) Socio-psychological factors (seeking job information) encourage followers to use the @Vmuliana account as a medium for information about job vacancies. (3) The information in the @Vmuliana content is considered varied and easy for followers to understand. (4) The credibility of the information is based on Vina Muliana's work experience which is explained in detail and structured. (5). Interest in information is shown by positive feedback from followers, comments, likes, shares, and many reposts. This shows that followers like the content as an addition to job knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to determine interpersonal communication between the leadership and employees of Waroeng Noesantara to maintain customer loyalty because, with customer loyalty, the product will continue to be sold, and it is assumed that it can be recommended to other consumers to add new customers. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Primary data collection was carried out by interviewing key CEO informants, manager on duty support informants, baristas and cashiers, social media administrators, baristas, and three customers, while secondary data collection was carried out by observation and literature study. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model, namely an interactive model with data reduction stages, data presentation, conclusions, and verification data. Testing the validity of the data using source triangulation and technique triangulation the results of the study show that interpersonal communication between leaders and employees is effective so that it has an impact on the ability to provide quality service to customers so that customer loyalty is maintained. Recommendations from researchers suggest that there is an increase in responsiveness in service at the cashier.

Abstract

Introduction: Motivation is essential in improving medication adherence in hypertensive patients. Non-adherence to medication is often a significant obstacle in the management of high blood pressure, leading to an increased risk of serious complications such as heart disease and stroke. This study analyzes the relationship between patients' motivation levels and adherence to hypertension treatment regimens. Methods: The research design used is descriptive-analytical with a cross-sectional approach to hypertensive patients in a health clinic. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured motivation and adherence to medication. Results: The results of the analysis showed that patients with high motivation had better compliance levels than those with low motivation (p < 0.05). Contributing motivational factors include family support, understanding of the benefits of treatment, and confidence in managing the hypertension condition. Conclusions: Strong motivation plays a significant role in improving medication adherence in hypertensive patients, so health workers need to strengthen the motivational aspect of patient education and counseling programs. This is expected to help reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life of hypertensive patients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperative team assisted individualization (TAI) terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 5 Dompu pada mata pelajaran IPS tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 5 Dompu pada mata pelajaran IPS tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 28 orang. Karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Langkah-langkah dalam meanganalisis data: 1. Pengumpulan data 2. Pengolahan data 3. Perhitungan statistic deskriptif 4. Analisis perbedaan 5. Uji korelasi. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperative team assisted individualization (TAI) terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 5 Dompu pada mata pelajaran IPS tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 5 Dompu pada mata pelajaran IPS tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai r hitung lebih besar dari rtabel (rhitung ≥ rtabel = 0,617 ≥ 0,374) dengan tingkat kategori pengaruhnya sangat kuat.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tougher and tighter. This encourages entrepreneurs, both large and small scale, to compete to face business competition and strive for their business to continue to exist. One of the ways that entrepreneurs do in expanding their business is to open a franchise business system or franchise. The essence of franchising is a contract agreement regarding the distribution system of goods and services to consumers. In the agreement between the giver and the franchisee, there are rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by both parties. Therefore, regulatory protection is needed for both parties so that both parties benefit from each other and do not feel disadvantaged. This study uses normative legal methods by presenting secondary data. In this study, franchisors and franchisees will receive legal protection after carrying out the procedures regulated in Government Regulation Number 42 of 2007, namely registering franchise agreements and recording franchise agreements.

Abstract

Lulusan sekolah vokasi diharapkan tidak hanya memiliki kecerdasan secara intelektual dan penguasaan kompetensi keterampilan saja namun juga harus memiliki kecerdasan spiritual.  Kecerdasan spiritual sangat dibutuhkan di era disrupsi yang penuh dengan tantangan untuk memberikan kemampuan kepada lulusan agar dapat bertahan dalam segala kondisi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya unggul secara intelektual, tetapi juga mampu memberikan manfaat bagi lingkungan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri Jumo, Kabupaten Temanggung, dengan tujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan peran guru PAI dalam pembinaan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, (2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan spiritual di SMK Negeri Jumo, (3) menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, serta (4) mendeskripsikan implementasi metode pembiasaan dalam pendidikan spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Guru PAI berperan dalam memotivasi siswa untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual melalui pendidikan spiritual serta memberikan tambahan wawasan agama Islam; (2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan spiritual meliputi kegiatan pembiasaan seperti membaca doa sebelum dan sesudah pelajaran, membaca Al-Qur'an, sholat Dhuha dan Dhuhur berjamaah, pengajian bulanan setiap Jumat, serta pembiasaan membaca Asmaul Husna; (3) Faktor pendukung meliputi motivasi dan keteladanan guru, kerja sama antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua siswa, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi perbedaan tingkat kemampuan dan kesadaran siswa, keterbatasan waktu, serta kurangnya pengawasan; (4) Metode pembiasaan terbukti efektif dalam membentuk kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMK Negeri Jumo. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran guru PAI dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan spiritual ke dalam kegiatan pembelajaran untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas secara intelektual dan spiritual.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the PAI online learning process through the application of the google classroom application in class V, 2) find out whether the application of the google classroom application can increase student learning motivation in PAI online learning, 3) find out whether the application of the google classroom application can improve student learning outcomes in PAI online learning material Knowing the Apostles of Allah SWT Class V. This classroom action research uses subjects and research settings for class V in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at SD Negeri Pulorejo 02, Winong District, Pati Regency. The results of observations of the online learning process show that the learning process using the google classroom application has increased the average score from 2.63 in the good category in the first cycle to 3.67 in the very good category in the second cycle. Thus the learning process has increased by 0.97. The results of observations on student learning motivation by learning using the google classroom application showed an average increase from 2.98 in the first cycle to 3.60 in the second cycle or in other words an increase of 0.62 points. Student learning outcomes in the PAI subject matter of Knowing the Apostles of Allah SWT showed an increase, in the initial condition of students who completed the KKM as many as 6 students or 40%, while students who had not completed as many as 9 students or 60% with an average score of 63.60 . It increased in the first cycle, namely among students who completed the KKM by 11 students or 73%, while students who had not completed the KKM were 4 students or 27% with an average score of 77.20. Increasingly in the second cycle, the students who completed the KKM were 14 students or 93%, while the students who had not completed the KKM were only 1 student or 7% with an average score of 91.46. This shows that student learning outcomes have increased significantly

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To describe the PAI learning process through the collaboration of Macromedia Fash 8 and Flash Card, 2) To find out whether the application of the collaboration of Macromedia Fash 8 and Flash Card can improve student learning activities, 3) To find out whether the application of MacromediaFash 8 and Flash Cards can improve learning outcomes for Class II SDN Pulorejo 02. This classroom action research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The subject of the research is the second semester of the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at SD Negeri Pulorejo 02, Winong District, Pati Regency. The results of the observation of the learning process show that the collaboration of Macromedia Fash 8 interactive media and Flash Card has increased the average score from 2.69 in the good category in the first cycle to 3.63 with the very good category in the second cycle. Data from observations on student learning activities also showed an average increase from 2.96 in the first cycle to 3.54 in the second cycle. Learning outcomes also showed an increase, in the initial conditions students completed the KKM as many as 5 students or 42%, while those who had not completed were 7 students or 58% with an average score of 63.33. It increased in the first cycle, namely students who completed the KKM by 8 students or 67%, while students who had not completed the KKM were 4 students or 33% with an average score of 78.25. Increasingly in the second cycle, there are 11 students who have completed the KKM or 92%, while the students who have not completed the KKM are only 1 student or 8% with an average score of 91.00. This shows that student learning outcomes have increased significantly.

Abstract

The lack of learning media learning that dares make students find it challenging to learn, especially on the basic concepts of science. An alternative solution for students to learn independently is by developing modules with good module characteristics. This study aims to produce a product in the form of a valid science basic concept module according to the characteristics of a suitable module. This type of research is research and development research with Borg & Gall development procedures. The subjects of this study were three experts in assessment and one evaluation. The population in this study were elementary school teacher study students who took science courses, and the sample of this study was 9. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires and product validation sheets. The data analysis technique was carried out using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study indicate that the developed science module has clear, independent, independent, adaptive, user-friendly instructions with attractive graphics. The module validation results obtained an average of 103, with a very good category. The results of the response questionnaire distributed to ten students showed that as many as 80% of students added that they were accommodating in independent learning during the pandemic, and as many as 20%. Based on the modules developed were pretty helpful in implementing the learning process during the pandemic. It proves that the module developed is worthy of being used as a source of independent learning during the pandemic.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap aspek pendidikan, proses pembelajaran bergeser dari pembelajaran konvensional (tatap muka) di kelas menjadi pembelajaran online. Salah satu unsur penting dari penerapan pembelajaran online yakni ketersediaan LMS. Google classroom merupakan salah satu LMS yang dapat dimanfaatkan pada proses pembelajaran online. LMS ini didukung berbagai fitur yang dapat dielaborasi untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini, persepsi siswa dianalisis dan diinterpretasi terhadap pemanfaatan google classroom pada proses pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19. Data dikumpulkan dengan memberikan instrumen penelitian berupa angket yang terdiri dari 10 pernyataan dan dilengkapi dengan 5 opsi jawaban kepada masing-masing siswa. Analisis dan interpretasi menunjukkan bahwa 39,19% merasa sangat bersemangat dengan pengimplementasian google classroom pada proses pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19, 41,89% siswa merasa sangat senang pada proses pembelajaran terintegrasi google classroom, 47,30% siswa merasa senang akan perolehan nilai selama proses pembelajaran berbantukan google classroom, 41,89% siswa merasa tidak terbebani akan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru selama proses pembelajaran berbantukan google classroom, 51,35% merasa biasa saja dalam mengerjakan tugas mandiri yang diberikan melalui google classroom, 39,19% siswa merasa tertarik terhadap pengimplementasian google classroom sebagai LMS pada proses pembelajaran, 36,49% merasa antusias pada proses pembelajaran berbantukan google classroom, 40,54% merasa tertarik pada proses pembelajaran berbantukan google classroom, 56,76% siswa beranggapan bahwa pemanfaatan google classroom pada proses pembelajaran pada kategori mudah, dan 70,27% siswa memahami cara pengimplementasian google classroom pada proses pembelajaran setelah dijelaskan oleh guru.
