Abstract

CAR is used as an indicator of financial health that helps banks manage risks effectively and prevent financial crises. With adequate CAR, banks can allocate assets efficiently according to sharia principles and still achieve profitability. This study aims to determine the mediation of the capital adequacy ratio in the relationship between asset management and sharia bank performance (maqashid sharia index) in sharia banking. The population in this study were 13 sharia commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2017 to 2022. The research sample was obtained from the entire population using a saturated sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is secondary data with a quantitative research method. Data analysis and testing of the research hypothesis used the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that fixed asset turnover has no effect on the capital adequacy ratio, while total asset turnover has a significant effect on the capital adequacy ratio. Fixed asset turnover and total asset turnover have a significant effect on the maqashid sharia index, while the capital adequacy ratio has no effect on the maqashid sharia index in Islamic commercial banks. The results of this study indicate that the capital adequacy ratio cannot mediate the relationship between fixed asset turnover and total asset turnover with the maqashid sharia index.

Abstract

Objectives: The study aims to look at MSME Business Models Entering the Metaverse Era Through Digital Transformation with an Increase of Digital Talent and Green InnovationMethodology: The type of research used is quantitative research. A study was carried out in 5 regencies/cities on Bangka Island with respondents 10 2 SMEs, dominated in the culinary sector. In this study, the author uses the analytical method used to test the PLS (Partial Least Square) variable using SmartPLS software. The path analysis model of all latent variables in Partial Least Square (PLS) consists of an outer model, convergent validity, and discriminant validity which is then carried out with a reliability test and a structural model consisting of coefficient of determination (R 2 Value), Effect Size (f 2), and Predictive Relevance (Q2 Value). Ending with a test on the hypothesis and the moderating effect.Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that hypothesis testing concluded that two research hypotheses are accepted and the other three are rejected. The accepted research hypotheses are Digital Talent effect on Digital Transformation and Digital Talent effect on MSME Business Model in the Metaverse Era. These results indicate that only digital talent currently contributes significantly to Digital Transformation and the MSME business model in the metaverse Era.

Abstract

Background: Breast cancer is cancer that forms in breast tissue, breast cancer occurs when cells in the tissue in the breast grow uncontrollably and take over the healthy breast tissue and its surroundings. Breast cancer has the highest mortality rate due to delay in early detection. In addition, several breast cancer treatments such as lumpectomy surgery, mastectomy, radiotherapy, hormone therapy and chemotherapy have long-term side effects, one of which is sexual dys¬function. This study aimed to estimate the effect of mastectomy on sexual dysfunction in women with breast cancer, with a meta-analysis of primary studies conducted by the previous authors. Subjects and Method: This study was a systematic review and meta-analysis with the following PICO, population: women with breast cancer. Intervention: mastectomy. Comparison: no mastectomy. Outcome: sexual dysfunction. The articles used in this study were obtained from databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. Keywords to search for articles “Breast Cancer” OR “Sexual Dysfunction” OR “Mastectomy” articles included are full-text English and Indonesian with a cross-sectional study design from 2012 to 2021 and report the Adjusted Odds Ratio (aOR) that appropriate in the multivariate analysis. The selection of articles was carried out using the PRISMA flowchart. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application. Results: A total of 9 cross-sectional studies involving 6,045 breast cancer patients from Spain, China, Turkey, Denmark, America, UAS, Iran, Australia, and Iran were selected for systematic review and meta-analysis. The data collected showed that breast cancer patients who underwent mastectomy had a 1.69 times risk of sexual dysfunction compared to women who did not use the mastectomy treatment method (aOR = 1.69; 95% CI = 0.83 to 3.45: p < 0.001). Conclusion: Women with breast cancer and undergoing mastectomy increase the risk of sexual dysfunction. Keywords: breast cancer, mastectomy, sexual dysfunction. Correspondence: Sumiyati. Abstract

Pemberian pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang komunikasi pemasaran digital kepada pengusaha muda yang membuka usaha kuliner Soto Sate Khas Suramadu Haji Saih di Kelurahan Tanjung Duren Selatan, Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat. Sejak adanya pandemi Covid-19, pengusaha kuliner tidak dapat lagi secara optimal menjual dagangannya langsung kepada konsumen. Sehingga mereka pun memanfaatkan gawai agar tetap terhubung dengan konsumen guna menjual usaha kulinernya selama masa pandemi. Agar pengusaha muda tidak merugi akibat biaya produksi yang tidak dapat ditutupi oleh minimnnya penjualan, maka dilakukanlah pendampingan mengenai komunikasi pemasaran digital sebagai upaya yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi pemasaran digital kepada konsumen dengan menggunakan gawai, sehingga terjadi keberlanjutan usaha melalui peningkatan jumlah penjualan, dan keuntungan usaha yang didapat.

Abstract

In today's era, the business world is growing very rapidly, one of which is in the field of barbershops. In recent years, barbershops have gained significant popularity in various parts of the world, including Indonesia, one of which is in Pontianak City. Seeing the need for haircut services for men is quite in demand, the haircut business specifically for men has become a business opportunity that can provide benefits. Therefore, researchers, researchers conducted a study and research on customer satisfaction and loyalty of MCROSS barbershop in Pontianak City. In this scientific paper, the research method used is associative research. Based on the results obtained from the study, the author can conclude the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction Testing the direct effect between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction obtained a t-statistic value of 5.781 with a p-value of 0.000. This shows that there is a direct effect between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. So it can be said that H1, namely Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, is accepted.

Abstract

Students' digital literacy remains very lacking. This research aims to determine the feasibility of a guided discovery-based E-Module to train students' digital literacy skills. This research is a research and development study using the ADDIE model, and a practicality test of the E-Module was carried out on 30 physics education alumni in 2017. Data collection techniques employed E-Modul validation instruments and E-Module readability questionnaires. The data analysis technique was quantitative descriptive. The results showed that (1) E-Module validation results and readability instruments in the valid category and (2) E-Module practicality seen from the student readability questionnaire has met the practical category. It is concluded that the E-Module developed on momentum impulse material is feasible to train students' digital literacy skills. This research implies that the integration of digital literacy in modules can help students prepare for the challenges of education in the digital era and encourage the development of a more interactive curriculum.

Abstract

The campaign success factors of Equity Crowdfunding (ECF), such as the size of the project to be financed, profitability, liquidity, the amount of funding successfully funded by investors, the age of the company, and the number of targets achieved, influence company owners to choose bank financing or ECF. This research aims to determine whether ECF can replace the role of banks or complement it. The population of this study is made up of banks and ECF fintech institutions in Indonesia. The sample banks have at least one branch office in a region, while ECF institutions are ECFs that have an official Financial Services Authority (OJK) license. Hypotheses will be tested with logistic regression.The research results indicate that ECF can replace the role of banks, especially for start-up companies, but can also complement the role of banks, especially for MSMEs whose businesses have been running for a long time. This research is expected to provide a new perspective on the role of ECF and banks, especially for small and start-up companies, which are currently growing very rapidly and can support the national economy.

Abstract

Batu Mekar is a village located in the Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. Batu Mekar Village is a village with great potential, especially in the tourism, agriculture and plantation sectors. Batu Mekar Village has great potential in the plantation sector, the abundant yields of gardens are the leading commodity of the village, but all of them seem paralyzed and are having difficulty getting back up due to the impact of the earthquake and the covid 19 pandemic. This is due to a lack of public awareness to restore their economic conditions by utilizing the abundant plantation products to be processed to become economically valuable and have high competitiveness, making people accustomed to selling their plantation products directly or raw to collectors to be sold and sent outside the area. The hamlets that have great potential in the plantation sector are in the North Punikan and South Punikan hamlets in the form of bananas. However, these banana trees have not been used commercially because of the limited knowledge and skills possessed by the community in processing bananas into products of high economic value. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out empowerment activities related to this problem, to revive economic activities which had stopped due to the 2019 covid disaster. This empowerment activity is a series of Unram Integrated Community Service activities on the theme of Processed Products for the January 2023 period. The program targets are mothers and fathers in two the hamlet. The series of empowerment program activities consists of: marketing workshops, training on processing palm sugar banana chips, packaging, product licensing, product processing assistance, and market surveys. The result of this program is that the women's group in Batu Mekar is able to process bananas into products with high economic value, namely palm sugar banana chips which are expected to become products that can be competitive in the market so that they can increase people's income.

Abstract

Mual dan muntah merupakan masalah yang terjadi pada trimester I dengan frekuensi muntah kurang dari 5 kali sehari selama kehamilan. Mual dan muntah terjadi pada 60-80% ibu hamil pertama (primigravida) dan 40-60% pada ibu multigravida. WHO (World Health Organization) menyatakan bahwa emesis gravidarum sedikitnya mencapai 14% dari seluruh kehamilan di dunia. Angka kejadian Emesis gravidarum di Indonesia dari 2.203 kehamilan, 24,6% diantaranya mengalami emesis gravidarum. Kejadian emesis gravidarum di Provinsi Lampung pada tahun 2015 sebanyak 50-90% dari jumlah ibu hamil yang ada yaitu sebanyak 182,815 orang. Derajat emesis gravidarum sebanyak .52,2% mengalami muntah dengan tingkatan ringan, 45,3% mengalami emesis gravidarum tingkat sedang dan 2,5% mengalami emesis gravidarum tingkat berat. Ibu hamil trimester II masih mengalami emesis gravidarum sebanyak 40,1%, emesis gravidarum ringan sebanyak 63,3%, muntah muntah tingkat sedang sebanyak 35,9% dan emesis gravidarum tingkat berat sebanyak 0,8%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektifitas aromaterapi pappermint dengan terapi akupresur terhadap penurunan emesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester I. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimen dengan design Pretest- Posttest With Control Group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester I yang datang di TPMB Miradiyah dan Laily kurniawati sebanyak masing-masing TPMB 11 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sempel adalah accidental sampling. Hasil analisi univariat dari 11 responden pada masing-masing TPMB diperoleh rata-rata frekuensi emesis gravidarum sebelum diberikan aromaterapi peppermint adalah 10,27 kali dengan standar deviasi 1.272 sedangkan rata-rata frekuensi emesis gravidarum setelah diberikan aromaterapi peppermint adalah 6.09 kali dengan standar deviasi 1.044 dan rata-rata frekuensi emesis gravidarum sebelum dilakukan akupresur 10.36 dengan standar deviasi 1.859 sedangkan sesudah diberikan akupresur 4.18 dengan standar deviasi 1.168 hasil analisis bivariate dengan uji mann whitney di dapatkan p-value 0,002 atau p-value < α( 0,05) yang artinya ada pengaruh terhadap penurunan emesis gravidarum Simpulan dalam penelitian ini akupresur lebih efektif disbanding aromaterapi peppermint. Saran untuk tenaga kesehatan agar dapat dijadikan salah satu pilihan terapi non farmakologi yang aman dan efektif dan praktis dalam upaya penurunan emesis gravidarum pada ibu hamil trimester I. dan untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan diharapkan untuk penyempurnaan penelitian.

Abstract

The creativity dimension related to cognitive, affective, psychomotor and other skills aspects. The creativity dimension is closely related to learning outcomes and students' ability to be creative in producing relevant products. One important indicator of the creativity dimension is students' imagination skills. Through good imagination skills, students will be able to predict and create patterns in the content and context of learning material. In this research, an analysis of students' imagination skills will be carried out which consists of three indicators, namely playing with possibilities, making connections, and using intuition. The research was carried out using a classroom action research approach consisting of 3 cycles, where research data was collected by giving a questionnaire consisting of 4 statements for each indicator with 5 options for each research instrument. Apart from the questionnaire method, research data was collected through random interviews and structured observation. Based on data analysis, students' imagination skills were highest in the playing with possibilities indicator at 81.05 in cycle 3. Meanwhile, students' imagination skills were lowest in the using intuitions indicator at 35.75 in cycle 1. In general, simple gamification activities were able to increase students' imagination skills between 10% - 40%.
