Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are non-profit religious institutions based on education and provide services to the community. However, in financial management, Islamic boarding schools still use simple methods, especially in preparing financial reports. The boarding school applies a single entry system to record its financial transactions. Whereas in accounting, the double entry system facilitates the preparation of financial statements. This activity is a community service programme (PKM) with Islamic boarding schools in Pangkalpinang as partners. Assistance activities for preparing accounting systems and financial reports using the mentoring method. This activity is expected to help Islamic boarding schools prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The evaluation results were carried out by distributing feedback sheets for target partners to get a picture of how effective this PKM activity was.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Project-Based Learning (PJBL) model to improve students' understanding of Asmaulhusna, particularly Al-Mumit and Al-Qowiyyu, in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 37/1 Bajubang during the 2023/2024 academic year. The PJBL approach was chosen to help students gain a deeper understanding of the concept of Asmaulhusna while internalizing its values in their daily lives. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology conducted in two cycles, each comprising planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Qualitative data were collected through observations and documentation of student activities, while quantitative data were gathered through summative test results. In the pre-cycle stage, the students' average score was 65, with only 50% achieving the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) of 75. After implementing PJBL in Cycle I, the average score increased to 78, and the percentage of students meeting the KKM rose to 74.07%. In Cycle II, the average score improved further to 90, with all students (100%) meeting the KKM. The findings demonstrate that the PJBL model effectively enhances students’ learning outcomes. Beyond the improvement in scores, students also exhibited active engagement in group discussions, confidence in presentations, and creativity in completing projects such as creating posters and educational videos. The use of video media and Student Worksheets (LKPD) made the material more engaging and relevant for the students. Reflections from each cycle highlighted significant improvements in teaching implementation, particularly in group collaboration and the application of Asmaulhusna values in students’ behavior. With optimal learning outcomes achieved in Cycle II, the study was concluded after two cycles. In conclusion, the PJBL model effectively improves students’ understanding of Asmaulhusna and provides meaningful learning experiences. The study recommends the adoption of PJBL as an innovative method for Islamic Education learning, particularly at the primary school level.

Abstract

The authority to take immigration action regarding the expiration of a limited stay permit based on Article 53 of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration in the Gorontalo City immigration area is the responsibility of the TPI Gorontalo Class I Immigration Office. The problem in this research is how to monitor and take action against foreign nationals who violate their residence permit (overstay) at the TPI Gorontalo Class I Immigration Office. The research method uses a normative and empirical juridical approach, the data used is secondary data and primary data. The study was carried out using literature and field studies, the data analysis used was qualitative. The results of the research show that the implementation of supervision and action against foreign nationals who violate residence permits (overstay) at the TPI Gorontalo Class 1 Immigration Office, enforcement of immigration law, especially regarding the issue of misuse of visas, the immigration authorities should apply cumulative criminal sanctions against perpetrators of criminal acts, namely the imposition of prison sentences. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Immigration Law, after the perpetrator of a criminal offense has served his criminal sentence, the next action taken by the immigration authorities is to carry out administrative immigration action, namely deporting the foreign national

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan berbahasa anak kelompok B TK Bina Bhakti Sari Purwosari disebabkan karena pembelajaran yang menggunakan buku paket. Ada sebagian anak di TK Bina Bhakti Sari Purwosari yang mengalami kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi lisan. Untuk itu kemampuan berbahasa anak masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak melalui permainan tebak nama di KelompokB TK Bina Bhakti Sari Purwosari Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak Kelompok B TK Bina Bhakti Sari Purwosari. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, alat pengumpulan data adalah lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan tindakan, kegiatan permainan tebak nama dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak kelompok B TK Bina Bhakti Sari Purwosari. Sebelum tindakan rata–rata diperoleh 20% anak yang menyelesaikan kegiatan dengan baik kemudian pada siklus I menjadi 53% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 87% anak yang menyelesaikan kegiatan dengan baik.

Abstract

Social media is classified as new media in the mass media group. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of the @Vmuliana account in fulfilling job information needs. The research method is a descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The results showed (1) the Tiktok @Vmuliana account as media has a big role in fulfilling user information needs. (2) @Vmuliana account can function as an information media according to the needs of the audience, so that users feel satisfied after using @Vmuliana account. (3) Socio-psychological factors (seeking job information) encourage followers to use the @Vmuliana account as a medium for information about job vacancies. (3) The information in the @Vmuliana content is considered varied and easy for followers to understand. (4) The credibility of the information is based on Vina Muliana's work experience which is explained in detail and structured. (5). Interest in information is shown by positive feedback from followers, comments, likes, shares, and many reposts. This shows that followers like the content as an addition to job knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to determine interpersonal communication between the leadership and employees of Waroeng Noesantara to maintain customer loyalty because, with customer loyalty, the product will continue to be sold, and it is assumed that it can be recommended to other consumers to add new customers. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Primary data collection was carried out by interviewing key CEO informants, manager on duty support informants, baristas and cashiers, social media administrators, baristas, and three customers, while secondary data collection was carried out by observation and literature study. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model, namely an interactive model with data reduction stages, data presentation, conclusions, and verification data. Testing the validity of the data using source triangulation and technique triangulation the results of the study show that interpersonal communication between leaders and employees is effective so that it has an impact on the ability to provide quality service to customers so that customer loyalty is maintained. Recommendations from researchers suggest that there is an increase in responsiveness in service at the cashier.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tougher and tighter. This encourages entrepreneurs, both large and small scale, to compete to face business competition and strive for their business to continue to exist. One of the ways that entrepreneurs do in expanding their business is to open a franchise business system or franchise. The essence of franchising is a contract agreement regarding the distribution system of goods and services to consumers. In the agreement between the giver and the franchisee, there are rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by both parties. Therefore, regulatory protection is needed for both parties so that both parties benefit from each other and do not feel disadvantaged. This study uses normative legal methods by presenting secondary data. In this study, franchisors and franchisees will receive legal protection after carrying out the procedures regulated in Government Regulation Number 42 of 2007, namely registering franchise agreements and recording franchise agreements.

Abstract

Lulusan sekolah vokasi diharapkan tidak hanya memiliki kecerdasan secara intelektual dan penguasaan kompetensi keterampilan saja namun juga harus memiliki kecerdasan spiritual.  Kecerdasan spiritual sangat dibutuhkan di era disrupsi yang penuh dengan tantangan untuk memberikan kemampuan kepada lulusan agar dapat bertahan dalam segala kondisi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya unggul secara intelektual, tetapi juga mampu memberikan manfaat bagi lingkungan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri Jumo, Kabupaten Temanggung, dengan tujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan peran guru PAI dalam pembinaan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, (2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan spiritual di SMK Negeri Jumo, (3) menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, serta (4) mendeskripsikan implementasi metode pembiasaan dalam pendidikan spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Guru PAI berperan dalam memotivasi siswa untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual melalui pendidikan spiritual serta memberikan tambahan wawasan agama Islam; (2) Pelaksanaan pendidikan spiritual meliputi kegiatan pembiasaan seperti membaca doa sebelum dan sesudah pelajaran, membaca Al-Qur'an, sholat Dhuha dan Dhuhur berjamaah, pengajian bulanan setiap Jumat, serta pembiasaan membaca Asmaul Husna; (3) Faktor pendukung meliputi motivasi dan keteladanan guru, kerja sama antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua siswa, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi perbedaan tingkat kemampuan dan kesadaran siswa, keterbatasan waktu, serta kurangnya pengawasan; (4) Metode pembiasaan terbukti efektif dalam membentuk kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMK Negeri Jumo. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran guru PAI dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan spiritual ke dalam kegiatan pembelajaran untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas secara intelektual dan spiritual.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the PAI online learning process through the application of the google classroom application in class V, 2) find out whether the application of the google classroom application can increase student learning motivation in PAI online learning, 3) find out whether the application of the google classroom application can improve student learning outcomes in PAI online learning material Knowing the Apostles of Allah SWT Class V. This classroom action research uses subjects and research settings for class V in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at SD Negeri Pulorejo 02, Winong District, Pati Regency. The results of observations of the online learning process show that the learning process using the google classroom application has increased the average score from 2.63 in the good category in the first cycle to 3.67 in the very good category in the second cycle. Thus the learning process has increased by 0.97. The results of observations on student learning motivation by learning using the google classroom application showed an average increase from 2.98 in the first cycle to 3.60 in the second cycle or in other words an increase of 0.62 points. Student learning outcomes in the PAI subject matter of Knowing the Apostles of Allah SWT showed an increase, in the initial condition of students who completed the KKM as many as 6 students or 40%, while students who had not completed as many as 9 students or 60% with an average score of 63.60 . It increased in the first cycle, namely among students who completed the KKM by 11 students or 73%, while students who had not completed the KKM were 4 students or 27% with an average score of 77.20. Increasingly in the second cycle, the students who completed the KKM were 14 students or 93%, while the students who had not completed the KKM were only 1 student or 7% with an average score of 91.46. Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To describe the PAI learning process through the collaboration of Macromedia Fash 8 and Flash Card, 2) To find out whether the application of the collaboration of Macromedia Fash 8 and Flash Card can improve student learning activities, 3) To find out whether the application of MacromediaFash 8 and Flash Cards can improve learning outcomes for Class II SDN Pulorejo 02. This classroom action research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The subject of the research is the second semester of the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at SD Negeri Pulorejo 02, Winong District, Pati Regency. The results of the observation of the learning process show that the collaboration of Macromedia Fash 8 interactive media and Flash Card has increased the average score from 2.69 in the good category in the first cycle to 3.63 with the very good category in the second cycle. Data from observations on student learning activities also showed an average increase from 2.96 in the first cycle to 3.54 in the second cycle. Learning outcomes also showed an increase, in the initial conditions students completed the KKM as many as 5 students or 42%, while those who had not completed were 7 students or 58% with an average score of 63.33. It increased in the first cycle, namely students who completed the KKM by 8 students or 67%, while students who had not completed the KKM were 4 students or 33% with an average score of 78.25. Increasingly in the second cycle, there are 11 students who have completed the KKM or 92%, while the students who have not completed the KKM are only 1 student or 8% with an average score of 91.00. This shows that student learning outcomes have increased significantly.
