Abstract

This study investigates how the standard policy of educational supervision is implemented in MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. This research will be carried out for 5 (five) months, including the design, implementation, and reporting of research findings. This study’s design employs descriptive qualitative methods, which include prioritizing data research or the reality of the problem based on the disclosure of what has been explored and disclosed by respondents in the form of interview results and data collected in the form of words. The study’s findings revealed that the implementation of the Standard Supervision Policy at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin on the Communication indicator as a whole went very well. Running but not optimal on the resource indicator. The Disposition indicator remains rigid and ineffective. The bureaucratic structure indicator was not implemented properly, so it did not work.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Jepara Regency, Central Java Province. This study aims to determine the application of employee quality discipline at PT. PARKLAND WORLD INDONESIA JEPARA and know how to increase employee performance productivity to create superior Human Resources and products. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, with the formulation of the problem in the form of a case study. In determining the informants researchers used purposive sampling or sampling technique of data sources with certain considerations. With a total of 6 informants which include : QC Toolgate (Operator), RQC (Leader), QPA (Supervisor), Procedure Staff, Production Supervisor, PPIC Supervisor. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. With the Credibility Test the data is in the form of source triangulation and method triangulation (observation, documentation and in-depth interviews). From the results of this study it can be seen that the Role of Quality Control in Improving Product Quality of Adidas Shoes Company at PT. PARKLAND WORLD INDONESIA JEPARA needs to create superior human resources and products in order to have satisfactory performance so that there are no more disciplinary actions by employees and the role of leadership as the key to the successful implementation of employee work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of earnings persistence, growth opportunity, and default risk on earnings response coefficient in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2023 period. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study consists of 93 property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2023 period. Sample selection using purposive sampling method which resulted in a sample size of 31 property and real estate companies, so that a total of 93 processing data was obtained for a three-year period. Analysis using panel data regression. The results showed that earnings persistence has a positive and significant effect on ERC, while growth opportunity and default risk have no significant effect on ERC.

Abstract

Introduction: diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that requires long-term management involving patients and their families. The role of the family in improving the management of diabetes mellitus patients is very important to achieve good blood sugar control and prevent long-term complications. This study aims at the role of family in improving the management of diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: this research is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental research design with a non-equivalent control group research design with a sample size of 20 respondents Results: shows that in the intervention group, most family roles have a good category where respondents have family roles are as many as 7 people (70%) and respondents who have poor family roles are as many as 3 people (30%). While in the control group, respondents who had poor family roles were as many as 8 people (80%) and respondents who had good family roles were as many as 2 people (20%). In the final measurement (Post-test) in the intervention group and the control group, p = 0, 028 or p < 0.05 means that there are differences in family roles in both groups in the final measurement (Post-test) Conclusions: the role of the family is very important in improving the management of diabetes mellitus patients. Family support and involvement in assisting patients in living a healthy diet, following the right medication regimen, and maintaining an active lifestyle can help achieve good blood sugar control and prevent long-term complications. Factors such as knowledge of diabetes, emotional support, and ability to manage diabetes-related situations also influence the family's role in the management of this condition. Therefore, education to families about diabetes, the psychological and practical support they provide to patients, as well as their involvement in healthy lifestyle changes are important things to note.

Abstract

This study examines the application of criminal sanctions to debt collectors involved in withdrawing fiduciary guarantee objects, focusing on their actions in executing such guarantees under Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 35 of 2018. Employing empirical legal research and field data, the study identifies that debt collectors who use excessive methods in seizing fiduciary objects may be liable for criminal acts, particularly under Article 368(1) of the Criminal Code, which covers extortion. The novelty of this research lies in its detailed analysis of the legal implications surrounding debt collector behaviour during fiduciary executions. The findings clarify the legal boundaries and potential sanctions for violations, underscoring the need for stricter enforcement of laws governing debt collection practices. The study recommends stronger legal oversight and the implementation of clearer regulations to ensure debt collectors act within legal and ethical boundaries. Furthermore, the research calls for enhanced public awareness of legal protections for debtors and more rigorous oversight to prevent abusive debt collection practices.

Abstract

The study aims to determine management's understanding of Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) and investigate the extent to which companies are prepared to adopt Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) as a form of internet-based financial reporting for internal and inter-organizational use of the Technological-Organizational-Environmental (TOE) Framework. This survey is for accountants in Indonesia, totalling 100 people. The data analysis technique in this study uses the structural equation model (SEM) to examine the contracts from the TOE Framework. This theory is used to describe a company's readiness to adopt XBRL as measured by relative usefulness (relative advantage), flexibility (compatibility), and complexity (complexity); organizational constructs, namely expertise (skills) and learning from external sources (learning from external sources); and environmental constructs that are influenced by mimetic pressure, coercive pressure, and normative pressure. The expected results of the TOE Framework can explain the company's readiness to adopt XBRL. The implications of this research provide an overview of the behaviour of accountants in Indonesia in adapting to technological changes.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are non-profit religious institutions based on education and provide services to the community. However, in financial management, Islamic boarding schools still use simple methods, especially in preparing financial reports. The boarding school applies a single entry system to record its financial transactions. Whereas in accounting, the double entry system facilitates the preparation of financial statements. This activity is a community service programme (PKM) with Islamic boarding schools in Pangkalpinang as partners. Assistance activities for preparing accounting systems and financial reports using the mentoring method. This activity is expected to help Islamic boarding schools prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards. The evaluation results were carried out by distributing feedback sheets for target partners to get a picture of how effective this PKM activity was.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Project-Based Learning (PJBL) model to improve students' understanding of Asmaulhusna, particularly Al-Mumit and Al-Qowiyyu, in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 37/1 Bajubang during the 2023/2024 academic year. The PJBL approach was chosen to help students gain a deeper understanding of the concept of Asmaulhusna while internalizing its values in their daily lives. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology conducted in two cycles, each comprising planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Qualitative data were collected through observations and documentation of student activities, while quantitative data were gathered through summative test results. In the pre-cycle stage, the students' average score was 65, with only 50% achieving the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) of 75. After implementing PJBL in Cycle I, the average score increased to 78, and the percentage of students meeting the KKM rose to 74.07%. In Cycle II, the average score improved further to 90, with all students (100%) meeting the KKM. The findings demonstrate that the PJBL model effectively enhances students’ learning outcomes. Beyond the improvement in scores, students also exhibited active engagement in group discussions, confidence in presentations, and creativity in completing projects such as creating posters and educational videos. The use of video media and Student Worksheets (LKPD) made the material more engaging and relevant for the students. Reflections from each cycle highlighted significant improvements in teaching implementation, particularly in group collaboration and the application of Asmaulhusna values in students’ behavior. With optimal learning outcomes achieved in Cycle II, the study was concluded after two cycles. In conclusion, the PJBL model effectively improves students’ understanding of Asmaulhusna and provides meaningful learning experiences. The study recommends the adoption of PJBL as an innovative method for Islamic Education learning, particularly at the primary school level.

Abstract

The authority to take immigration action regarding the expiration of a limited stay permit based on Article 53 of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration in the Gorontalo City immigration area is the responsibility of the TPI Gorontalo Class I Immigration Office. The problem in this research is how to monitor and take action against foreign nationals who violate their residence permit (overstay) at the TPI Gorontalo Class I Immigration Office. The research method uses a normative and empirical juridical approach, the data used is secondary data and primary data. The study was carried out using literature and field studies, the data analysis used was qualitative. The results of the research show that the implementation of supervision and action against foreign nationals who violate residence permits (overstay) at the TPI Gorontalo Class 1 Immigration Office, enforcement of immigration law, especially regarding the issue of misuse of visas, the immigration authorities should apply cumulative criminal sanctions against perpetrators of criminal acts, namely the imposition of prison sentences. In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Immigration Law, after the perpetrator of a criminal offense has served his criminal sentence, the next action taken by the immigration authorities is to carry out administrative immigration action, namely deporting the foreign national

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan berbahasa anak kelompok B TK Bina Bhakti Sari Purwosari disebabkan karena pembelajaran yang menggunakan buku paket. Ada sebagian anak di TK Bina Bhakti Sari Purwosari yang mengalami kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi lisan. Untuk itu kemampuan berbahasa anak masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak melalui permainan tebak nama di KelompokB TK Bina Bhakti Sari Purwosari Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak Kelompok B TK Bina Bhakti Sari Purwosari. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, alat pengumpulan data adalah lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan tindakan, kegiatan permainan tebak nama dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak kelompok B TK Bina Bhakti Sari Purwosari. Sebelum tindakan rata–rata diperoleh 20% anak yang menyelesaikan kegiatan dengan baik kemudian pada siklus I menjadi 53% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 87% anak yang menyelesaikan kegiatan dengan baik.
