Abstract

Stock return is an indicator of banking performance in Indonesia. This study aims to empirically test non-performing loans and loan deposit ratios on stock returns mediated by return on assets at commercial banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2018. The sample used in this study was 20 bank companies that met predetermined criteria. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using Path analysis to test the proposed hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate that non-performing loans and loan deposit ratios each have a significant effect on stock returns and are mediated by return on assets. Based on these findings, it is recommended that banking companies, in managing financial ratios, must run more optimally to maximize stock returns obtained by banks. Non-performing loan, loan deposit ratio is a bank's financial ratio to assess its performance. These financial ratios have a purpose to determine the bank's ability to optimize the level of lending to the public, generate profits from the activities carried out and reject the risks from its operational activities. For banking companies, the findings of this study can be used in policy-making related to the delivery of information on bank performance reports to investors.

Abstract

The COVID-19 case began in Indonesia in 2020. This condition continues to spread throughout Indonesia and causes all companies not to run optimally. It can affect the company's performance, making it less than optimal. One of them is a service company such as a bank company that must carry out its operational activities in a limited manner, causing credit to the community to run less optimally. The decline in bank performance has an impact on the decline in profits earned by bank companies. The purpose of this study is to examine the financial performance of banks from 2018 to 2019, which was before the covid 19 pandemic. This study also examines the financial performance of banks during the covid 19 pandemic from 2020 to 2021 and provides several alternatives to create better banking performance in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from audited bank annual reports from 2018 to 2021, accessed on the website www.idx.co.id. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis to assess bank performance using several financial ratios, namely capital adequacy ratio, net interest margin, and loan deposit ratio to return on assets. The findings of this study show that the capital adequacy ratio, net interest margin, and loan deposit ratio have a significant positive effect on return on assets at commercial banks in Indonesia with the phenomenon before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. It proves that the capital adequacy ratio, net interest margin, and loan deposit ratio have a positive influence on company performance. Increasing financial ratios in banks can create banking conditions that are more effective and can attract investors to invest in bank companies.

Abstract

Dalam rangka memanfaatan sampah yang berlebihan, yang mana limbah plastik susah diuraikan, oleh karena itu untuk mengurangi limbah plastik tersebut, maka Masyarakat pedesaan di Kabupaten Bekasi digerakkan untuk mengumpulkan sampah-sampah plastik (limbah plastik) tersebut, kemudian dijual ke pengrajin bahan bangunan. Hal ini digerakkan oleh dosen Perbanas Institute dengan jalan memberikan pencerahan tentang sampah plastik yang susah diuraikan dan sampah plastik tersebut bisa berguna sebagai bahan baku bahan bangunan. Dengan demikian kegiatan ini perlu dipertahankan dan dilakukan sebanyak-banyaknya agar bisa mengurangi limbah plastik yang susah terurai tersebut dan para pelaku usaha bahan bangunan mendapatkan bahan baku dengan harga yang lebih murah, serta Masyarakat pedesaan pun bisa menikmati lingkungan pedesaan yang bersih. Abstract

The purpose of state defense is to maintain and protect state sovereignty, maintain the territorial integrity of the Republic of Indonesia, and protect the safety of the entire nation from all forms of threats, both from outside and from within the country. In the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 3 of 2002 concerning national defense, it is said that national defense is prepared early to face existing threats. The threats in question are divided into military, non-military, and hybrid. Meanwhile, according to the priority scale, threats are divided into 2: actual and potential threats. One of the actual threats that occur in Indonesia can be seen from the problems of terrorism and radicalism that still often occur in various regions and communities in Indonesia. In the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 34 of 2004, it is stated that the TNI in carrying out its primary duties is carried out through war military operations and military operations other than war, where in more detail in article 7 paragraph (2) point (b) states that one of the military operations other than war (OMSP) is to overcome acts of terrorism, where according to the TNI Center for Strategy Studies in its study on the role of the TNI in preventing the development of radicalism, Terrorism is firmly rooted in radicalism, terrorism is deeply rooted in radicalism.

Abstract

Usaha penggilingan padi sampai dengan saat ini masih menjadi salah satu usaha yang cukup menjanjikan di Kabupaten Cianjur. Oleh karena itu pengembangan usaha ini masih terbuka lebar, untuk itu perlu dilakukan studi kelayakan dengan cermat sehingga dapat membantu pemilik usaha ini untuk memperbaiki kinerjanya. Penelitian ini berupa analisis kelayakan pengembangan usaha penggilingan padi PD. Ancol Jaya khususnya dari aspek finansial, dengan kriteria kelayakan Net Pres ent Valu e (NPV) , Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit/Cost (B/C) dan Payback Periode (PP). Analisis aspek finansial dilakukan untuk dua proyeksi kondisi yang berbeda yakni pada keadaan normal (kenaikan produksi 10%) serta keadaan optimis (kenaikan produksi 25%) per tahun. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai Net Presen t Value (NPV) lebih dari nol yaitu sebesar Rp. 1.088.835.228,83 pada keadaan normal dan Rp. 1.604.304.738,04 pada keadaan optimis, nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) lebih dari tingkat discount rate (13,5%) yaitu sebesar 64% pada keadaan normal dan 76% pada keadaan optimis, serta nilai Net Benefit/Cost (B/C) lebih besar dari satu, yakni 2,919 pada keadaan normal dan 3,646 pada keadaan optimis. Sedangkan Payback Periode (PP) kurang dari umur usaha yaitu selama dua tahun lima belas hari untuk keadaan normal dan satu tahun sepuluh bulan tiga hari untuk keadaan optimis. Dari analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan usaha penggilingan padi di perusahaan PD. Ancol Jaya secara finansial layak untuk dijalankan baik dalam proyeksi/ keadaan normal (kenaikan produksi 10%) maupun proyeksi/ kondisi optimis (kenaikan produksi 25%). Kata Kunci : analisis kelayakan usaha, aspek finansial, kondisi optimis.

Abstract

The motorcycle industry in Indonesia have been growing fast in recent years and it is synergic with the motorcycle demanded by the people. The motor cyles service station increase simultaneously with motorcycle population. The motorcyles service station that exist in Kelurahan Tanimulya, Kecamatan Ngamprah Kabupaten Bandung  Barat more than ten units including JM Motor. The impacts and consequencies caused by this condition are:  the competitive  climate and the owners  have to defense, struggle and improve their businesses. These aims can be reached through service quality improvement and customer satisfaction. The JM Motor Service station   serves the many kinds and brands of  motorcyles such as general check-up, oil refilling, engine tune-up and overhauls, lamps and tires replacement and others including sales of spareparts. This research  provides to know the service quality aspects (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles) that have been giving and effects to the  customer satisfaction.   The 40 questionnaires  collected by using incidental sampling method to get the  service quality and customer satisfaction data and interviews to get the managerial data.   The result shows that the services quality aspects effected low rated with coefficient of determination  R2= 32,6% ; it means that services quality effected to customers satisfaction 32,6% and 67,4% caused by other factors.  The regression equation  constructed is CS= 3.482 + 0.143SQ, where CS= customers satisfaction and SQ = services quality. It means that services quality gives rather low impact to customers satisfaction of JM Motor Service station.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a group of disorders characterized by increased blood glucose levels or hyperglycemia. In 2023, diabetes mellitus cases rank 10th in the city of Surakarta. The series of activities included filling out pretest and posttest, counseling on the management of diabetes mellitus and a workshop on making Invia Tea. The results of the pretest and posttest showed that there was a significant difference in the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.005 so that there was a difference in knowledge before and after counseling. The results of filling out the partner satisfaction questionnaire obtained a very good score and good reaching 93% so that it can be concluded that the activity satisfied the activity participants.

Abstract

Business sustainability in MSMEs requires efforts to increase competitiveness through ecopreneurship and technopreneurship approaches. The ecopreneurship approach prioritizes environmental management to provide economic and non-economic benefits to MSMEs. The technopreneurship approach prioritizes the use of digital devices to increase business efficiency. Community service in Sepanjang Village, Taman Subdistrict, provides insights, knowledge, and skills through assistance to MSMEs in the food, beverage, and fashion sectors. The socialization activities offer insight into waste management and the use of environmentally friendly containers. The technopreneurship approach uses the marketplace application to increase turnover and business efficiency. The activities conclude that the community service of the Faculty of Economics and Business provides direct benefits to MSME-level entrepreneurs and achieves the set targets by opening up insights and skills in the food, beverage, and fashion sectors in Sepanjang Village, Taman District.

Abstract

In March-July 2022, the research was conducted using the case study method on board the Mekar Baru Putra 3 Motor Ship based at the Nusantara Fishing Port in Pekalongan, Central Java. The aim is to determine the effect of the speed of purse seine net circumference on fish catches at KM Mekar Baru Putra 3 which is based on Pekalongan VAT. Data collection was carried out by survey method following fishing activities conducted by KM Mekar Baru Putra 3. The data collected are primary data in the form of: a) net circumference time, b) number of catches. Data was collected using stopwatches and stationery, then analyzed by regression analysis. In this study, the normality test results showed a significant value of 0.200. The value is greater than 0.05 which means the data is normally distributed. The results of the analysis were then carried out to see the linearity of pulling the wrinkle rope against the catch. From the test results, it is known that the value of Sig. deviation from linearity is 0.022 < 0.05, it is said that there is no linear relationship between the circular time speed and the catch.

Abstract

Determining the best students in the school environment is an important part of providing recognition and motivation to students. This selection process must be conducted objectively, fairly, and transparently so that the results can be accepted by all parties. This research aims to implement the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method to decision system making in selecting the best students at SMK Bhakti Bangsa. The criteria used include report card grades, attendance, attitudes, extracurricular activity participation, and non-academic achievements in competitions at the national, district, or sub-district levels. The results of the implementation indicate that the SMART method can assist in the evaluation process systematically and lead to more accurate decisions.
