Abstract

Moderation is an important strategy in facing the challenges of social diversity in various modern communities. This study aims to analyze religious moderation as a counter-narrative to intolerance within society. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that religious moderation is not merely understood as a normative concept but is manifested in everyday social practices through tolerance, mutual respect, and the refusal to impose religious beliefs on others. Differences both interfaith and intra-faith, such as those between NU and PERSIS communities, are managed peacefully through dialogue and respect for individual convictions. Intolerance is largely perceived as stemming from religious ego and exclusive truth claims rather than from religious teachings themselves. Religious moderation thus functions as a social mechanism to prevent conflict and maintain social harmony. The study also highlights the crucial role of religious leaders, community figures, and digital literacy in countering intolerant narratives in the era of social media. Therefore, religious moderation serves as a relevant social strategy for strengthening unity and cohesion in a pluralistic society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of mathematics learning on the concepts of the Greatest Common Divisor (GCD) and the Least Common Multiple (LCM) on students' abilities at SDN Pasir Banteng, West Bandung Regency. The population consisted of all students at SDN Pasir Banteng, with a sample of 40 fifth-grade students. The research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach and a causal-correlational study design. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling, and the instruments included questionnaires and tests that had been validated and tested for reliability. Validity and reliability tests were conducted by comparing Cronbach’s Alpha with Cronbach’s Alpha if Item Deleted, using SPSS version 26. The normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method indicated that the data were not normally distributed, with significance values of 0.000 and 0.003 (p < 0.05). This was also supported by the analysis of the Normal Q-Q Plot, where the data points were not clustered around the diagonal line. Consequently, a non-parametric statistical analysis using Spearman’s correlation was conducted. The results showed a significance value of 0.002 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant impact of GCD learning on students' abilities to understand LCM. The Correlation Coefficient value of 0.470 demonstrated a moderate relationship between the two variables. Therefore, it can be concluded that GCD learning has a significant correlation with students' understanding of LCM, emphasizing the need for teachers to integrate these two concepts effectively in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on the four studies mentioned above as the main material to be studied so as to produce novelty and new hypotheses that are slightly different from previous studies. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from Hokben employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The conclusion in this article show that all hypotheses used in this study, both the first and second, can be accepted and proven. The first hypothesis in this study is that the Brand Ambassador variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Brand Image. This hypothesis can be accepted because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.007. These results indicate that the better the Brand Ambassador used by a company in marketing its products, the better the company's Brand Image will be. The second hypothesis used in this study is that the Online Customer Review variable can moderate the influence of the Brand Ambassador variable on the Brand Image variable. From the results of the third table above, it can be shown that the hypothesis can be accepted because the P-Values are positive and are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than direct testing of 0.007. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted and proven

Abstract

Writing is a crucial competency that involves higher-order thinking processes. However, Indonesian students still face significant challenges, such as difficulty generating ideas, irregular sentence structures, and the influence of informal social media language. This study aims to explain the role of deep learning as an innovative, constructivist-based strategy in improving students' critical, creative, and reflective writing skills. This study employed a literature review method by analyzing various academic literature, research reports, and scientific articles published between 2017 and 2026. Data were obtained from Google Scholar and Taylor & Francis Online databases through systematic analysis. The results show that deep learning effectively overcomes these barriers by prioritizing conceptual understanding, interconnections between materials, and the application of knowledge in real-world situations. This approach transforms the learning process into a meaningful, mindful, and joyful experience, directly impacting students' higher-order thinking skills. Furthermore, the integration of digital technology into deep learning supports collaborative writing and independent learning. In conclusion, deep learning is an important pedagogical innovation that not only improves the quality and technical structure of writing, but also shapes critical character and adaptive literacy skills in facing the challenges of the 21st century

Abstract

Abstract

Mastery of the Greatest Common Factor (GCF) is a fundamental component of number learning in elementary mathematics, as it supports students’ understanding of arithmetic operations and later mathematical reasoning. However, differences in students’ mathematical achievement may be associated with individual and institutional factors, including gender and school type. This study aims to examine the effects of school type and gender on elementary school students’ mastery of the Greatest Common Factor and to determine whether an interaction exists between these variables. The study employed a quantitative approach using an ex post facto comparative factorial design. The sample consisted of 28 sixth-grade students from three Islamic elementary schools in West Bandung Regency, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Two-Way ANOVA after meeting the assumptions of normality and homogeneity. The results indicate that school type significantly affects students’ GCF mastery. Gender also shows significant differences in learning outcomes between male and female students. However, no significant interaction effect was found between school type and gender. These findings suggest that variations in GCF mastery are influenced more by institutional context and gender differences independently rather than by their combined effect. This study contributes empirical evidence on how student characteristics and school context relate to numeracy achievement in elementary mathematics learning.
