Abstract

Purposes: This study intends to explore the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and financial technology innovation on the financial performance of the banking sector in Indonesia. The existence of the board of directors and board of commissioners measures GCG. The extent to which the digital services provided by banks to customers will measure financial technology innovation. Methods: This study intends to explore the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and financial technology innovation on the financial performance of the banking sector in Indonesia. The existence of the board of directors and board of commissioners measures GCG. The extent to which the digital services provided by banks to customers will measure financial technology innovation. Findings: The findings demonstrate that the composition of the independent board of commissioners can play a significant role in the financial performance of Indonesian banks, particularly in terms of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Financial technology innovation can determine ROE significantly, even in a negative direction. In addition, the size of the bank can determine ROA and ROE significantly and positively. The implications of the study show that the role of GCG mechanisms still has not had a significant impact on the financial performance of banks in Indonesia. Therefore, the role and function of GCG will be optimized for implementation. Likewise, financial technology innovation still cannot play a significant role in the short term. Novelty: The novel aspect of this study is the inclusion of financial technology innovation as a variable, which is crucial for banks to sustain performance during the pandemic and navigate the rapid advancements in financial technology. Banks must deliver quick and accurate services to their customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga , motivasi berwirausaha, dan ekspektasi pendapatan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh variabel bebas berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat, namun tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga diri dan hubungan sosial terhadap adaptabilitas karir terhadap fresh graduate yang bekerja di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey untuk pengambilan data. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah fresh graduate yang bekerja di DKI Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS ver.24. Perhitungan uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi X1 sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 6,776 > 1,980 ttabel dan nilai signifikansi X2 sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 4,863 > 1,980 ttabel. Perhitungan uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung sebesar 87,769 > 3,07. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa harga diri dan hubungan sosial secara bersimultan berpengaruh terhadap adaptabilitas karir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak sistem kerja shift rotasi terhadap work life balance karyawan di Perusahaan X yang bergerak di bidang jasa fotografi. Sistem kerja shift rotasi yang diterapkan terdiri dari shift pagi, siang, dan middle, dengan jadwal yang berubah-ubah setiap hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap empat karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem shift rotasi berdampak signifikan terhadap kehidupan sosial dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Ketidakstabilan jadwal kerja menyebabkan gangguan pola tidur, kelelahan fisik dan mental, kesulitan dalam menjaga relasi sosial, serta menurunnya kualitas waktu bersama keluarga. Para karyawan mengalami stres, kejenuha dan penurunan semangat kerja. Sebagai solusi, karyawan berusaha mengatur ulang pola istirahat, menjaga komunikasi dengan keluarga, serta mengelola stres melalui aktivitas relaksasi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan meninjau ulang sistem rotasi shift, memberikan jeda waktu yang cukup antar pergantian shift, serta menyediakan dukungan psikososial bagi karyawan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan kebijakan kerja yang lebih berpihak pada keseimbangan hidup karyawan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a crucial element in the economy that drives innovation, creates job opportunities, and enhances societal well-being. In the context of women's organizations, particularly in Indonesia, developing entrepreneurial intentions and motivations is strategically important. Fatayat Nahdlatul Ulama (Fatayat NU), as one of the largest women's organizations in Indonesia, plays a significant role in encouraging its members to engage in entrepreneurship. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and financial literacy on entrepreneurial intentions among female organization members, with entrepreneurial motivation as an intervening variable. The research methodology employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the AMOS software. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 332 Fatayat NU members in DKI Jakarta. The results indicate that organizational culture significantly and positively influences entrepreneurial motivation, and financial literacy also has a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial motivation. Organizational culture significantly and positively affects entrepreneurial intentions, while financial literacy also significantly and positively influences entrepreneurial intentions. Moreover, entrepreneurial motivation proves to be a significant intervening variable in the relationship between organizational culture and financial literacy with entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative type of research using a population of 137 people with a sample of 102 employees at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SMARPLS 4.0 application. The results of the research show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work discipline can mediate or mediating the influence of work motivation on employee performance, work discipline can mediate or mediate the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

Pandemi global yang disebabkan oleh penyakit Corona (COVID-19)telah melanda seluruh negeri dan serangan virus menyebar berdampak besar dan serius bagi kehidupan manusia. Kebanyakan aspek penting, seperti di bidang kesehatan, pendidikan, ekonomi, Politik dan keamanan telah mengalami banyak perubahan. Individu terisolasi di daerah atau di mana dia tinggal, jadi ini memungkinkan umat manusia masuk dalam kesedihan dan kekhawatiran yang besar. Manusia tidak ada lagi bebas berinteraksi dengan orang lain karena semuanya serba dibatasi. Publik jarak atau biasa dikenal dengan istilah social distancing atau pembatasan jarak fisik telah dirancang dengan mengurangi interaksi tatap muka antara masyarakat luas, karena orang Individu cenderung menjadi pembawa atau bahkan menularkan virus menjadi pasien yang terinfeksi tanpa gejala (Wilder-Smith & Freedman, 2020). Agar roda perekonomian tetap berputar, salah satu upaya pemerintah Indonesia dalam mencegah meluasnya penyebaran Covid-19 adalah melakukan perubahan pada sistem kerja, khususnya pekerjaan Juga dikenal sebagai bekerja dari rumah (WFH). adalah salah satu istilah teleworking, dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan kerja umum dilakukan di kantor kemudian diubah menjadi di rumah atau di luar perusahaan, sehingga karyawan tidak harus pergi ke kantor untuk bertemu tatap muka dengan pekerja lain (Ashal, 2020). Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan perusahaan PT. Bank Sahabat Sampoerna dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS dan Smart PLS versi 3. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work environment and career development on employee job satisfaction at PT X. The study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 65 employees with staff positions. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis processed using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while career development has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The Generasi Bertalenta Internship Program (MAGENTA) represents a strategic initiative of Perum BULOG aimed at developing and attracting competent human resources. This study seeks to evaluate the implementation of the MAGENTA Program in terms of its effectiveness in attracting and retaining qualified candidates within the organization. A qualitative research approach with a case study design was employed. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis involving internship participants and program administrators at Perum BULOG. The data were analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion formulation. The findings reveal that the MAGENTA Program requires further evaluation, particularly regarding the alignment between participants’ competencies and the organizational needs. Moreover, a key challenge identified is the limited opportunity for internship participants to be involved in the company’s strategic projects, which restricts the optimal utilization of their potential. The study concludes that although the MAGENTA Program contributes to attracting qualified candidates, its effectiveness in retaining such candidates remains limited. Therefore, improvements in competency mapping, placement planning, and the assignment of more strategic roles are essential to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on work motivation in employees at an edutech startup with a flexible work system. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire that included positive statements about the work environment and job satisfaction. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between the work environment, job satisfaction, and work motivation. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, meaning that the better the work environment, the higher the work motivation.
