Abstract

Asmat is one of the tribes and districts in Papua which has long been a tourism destination for domestic and foreign tourists. This research focuses on ethnic tourism and aims to explore the tourism destination evolutionary cycle and host perceptions of tourism development in the setting of the Asmat ethnic community in Papua. Apart from that, this research also aims to examine the factors that influence tourists' intentions to visit Asmat destinations. This research uses two approaches, qualitative and quantitative. Data was collected through observation, interviews and surveys. Meanwhile, the data is processed using content analysis for qualitative data, and multiple regression analysis for quantitative data.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the factors that influence purchasing decisions with sneakers products on Shopee Live Video Shopping. The factors studied in this research are product quality, service quality, trust, and consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted in the Jakarta area. The population used is Shopee users in the Jakarta area. The method used in this research is quantitative, using primary data with a Likert scale as a measuring tool. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with 200 respondents (final sample). The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) using IBM SPSS 26 and AMOS 23 software. The results of this research show that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. Furthermore, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. The results of this research also show that consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of brand image and service quality on repurchase intention and customer satisfaction, and investigate whether customer satisfaction mediates the influence of brand image and service quality on repurchase intention. The data collection method uses a survey instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The object of this study is consumers of local brand skincare products, namely MS Glow, with samples who have purchased these products. Data analysis uses Amos to process and analyze research data. The results of the analysis show that brand image and service quality have a partial effect on repurchase intention, and that they also have a partial effect on customer satisfaction. Additionally, repurchase intention is found to mediate the relationship between brand image and service quality variables and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the influence of destination image, visitor experience, and service quality on visitor satisfaction and revisit intention at Jakarta Aquarium Safari. All five variables were tested to derive research findings. This research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Primary data was collected through a questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The sample characteristics involve tourists aged 18-30 from the Jabodetabek area who have visited Jakarta Aquarium Safari at least once. Purposive sampling was chosen to obtain a sample resulting in no less than 211 respondents. The results of this study indicate that destination image and service quality significantly have a direct impact on visitor satisfaction, while visitor experience and visitor satisfaction significantly have a direct impact on revisit intention. However, visitor experience does not have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

In this context, it is important for companies operating in the field of social e-commerce to understand the factors affecting customer satisfaction and e-loyalty, among others sales promotion, perceived security, e-service quality and trust. Through this research, is expected to provide valuable insights for social e - commerce companies in developing effective customer marketing and management strategies to increase customer satisfaction and e - loyalty, especially in this study directed at the phenomenon of TikTok Shop which is a trend among the public especially during the COVID-19 pandemic a few years back. The results are expected to provide valuable input for TikTok and other social-commerce platforms in improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Keywords: sales promotion, perceived security, e-service quality, trust, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Activities of devotion to the public were all intended to help the level of a unit of education and in the teacher raising the standard of living incompetence is the need of evaluation hands-on learning uses the technique that analysis an easy one and pleasing. Universitas Negeri Jakarta, as educators who took on the task of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. One of which is the third Darma, devotion to the public. The Implemented of it, educators and Faculty of Economics’ family member UNJ have done education for the public through the development of competence to Vocational High School’s teacher. Workshop technique analyzes details of the problem within increase competence of vocational teacher in evaluation learning accordance 2013 curriculum in VHS Cileungsi, Bogor, be held on Saturday, May 13th, 2197 in multi-function room VHS Amal Mulia Kab. Bogor that attend by all of the teachers. The workshop helps teachers in the evaluation of a test that used. The training is expected that could add more teacher’s knowledge about technique analyze details of the problem either qualitative or quantitative and could design question accordance with the achievement of competence effectively. In future, be expected will be model of technique analyze details of the problem for teacher either manual or electronic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine several hypotheses regarding the relationships between accessibility, perceived price, facilities, visitor satisfaction, and revisit intention at Taman Safari Cisarua Bogor. This study involved 203 respondents residing in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi areas, with the requirement that respondents be at least 18 years old and have visited Taman Safari Cisarua Bogor at least once in the past three years. Data collection was conducted through surveys using questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using SPSS and Amos software. The results of the study indicate that perceived price and facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Additionally, accessibility and visitor satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. However, the study found that accessibility does not have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, and facilities do not have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention.

Abstract

Restaurants with a vintage concept become an option for urban people who want to enjoy dining out. To present this vintage atmosphere, restaurant management and owners decorated their stores with antiques and anything vintage, such as signboards, utensils, furniture, posters, and even the menu. The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of perceived value, restaurant atmosphere on satisfaction and revisit intention. This study attracted 200 respondents visiting a vintage-concept restaurant. The data were collected in Jakarta and analysed with exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. As a result, three hypotheses were accepted and two hypotheses were rejected: customer satisfaction was influenced by perceived value and restaurant atmosphere and revisit intention was significantly influenced by customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ethnocentrism, animosity, product country image, and brand image on the willingness to buy Chinese car products. Data were collected from Chinese car users and potential car buyers. The purposive sampling technique was chosen in this study, which resulted in 300 respondents for analysis. Data were analysed using exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. The results showed that ethnocentrism had a significant positive effect on animosity and had a significant negative effect on brand image, animosity had a significant negative effect on willingness to buy, the brand image had a positive and significant effect on willingness to buy, and product country image had a significant positive effect on brand image. Meanwhile, ethnocentrism and product country image do not affect willingness to buy. This study helps to improve our understanding of consumer behaviour regarding the purchase of foreign products.

Abstract

The aims of study were to examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics and culture on satisfaction and OCB in Jakarta Customs and Excise Office Employees. The research was conducted by the Jakarta Customs and Excise Office. The research population were 1,403 employees at the Jakarta Customs and Excise Office. The number of samples were 294 employees. The data analysis method used validity, reliability, normality tests, linearity tests, classical assumption tests and path analysis. The results showed that job characteristics did not significantly affect the OCB of the Jakarta Customs and Excise Office employees. Organizational culture had a positive effect on OCB of Jakarta Customs and Excise Office employees. Job characteristics have no significant effect on job satisfaction of Jakarta Customs and Excise Office employees. Organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction of Jakarta Customs and Excise Office employees. Employee job satisfaction had a positive effect on the formation of OCB behavior of the Jakarta Customs and Excise Office employees.
