Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara destination attraction terhadap tourist satisfaction, destination attraction terhadap tourist motivation, destination attraction terhadap tourist Loyalty, tourist satisfaction terhadap revisit intention, tourist motivation terhadap revisit intention, dan tourist loyalty terhadap revisit intention. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan baik secara langsung maupun online. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25 dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS versi 24 untuk mengelola data dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis-hipotesis yang diajukan mengenai pengaruh Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Satisfaction, Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Motivation, Destination Attraction terhadap Tourist Loyalty, Tourist Satisfaction terhadap Revisit Intention, Tourist Motivation terhadap Revisit Intention, Tourist Loyalty terhadap Revisit Intention diterima dan memiliki signifikansi.

Abstract

This research examines impact of work environment on employee engagement, and more that the role of job satisfaction as a mediator. We are empirically test relations between work environment and employee engagement mediate by job satisfaction in a national private bank in Indonesia. The data from questionnaires on job satisfaction, work environment and employee engagement collected from s survey that we received from 893 respondent via online. The structural model is based on four construct, which tested using structural equation modelling (SEM) using IBM SPSS v25 and IBM AMOS v24. An increase in work environment both positively relates to job satisfaction and employee engagement, and it shows also that job satisfaction mediate positively significant work environment to employee engagement. This research confirm that job satisfaction mediate work environment to employee engagement although it is never consluce yet from prom previous research. Work environment and job satisfactin both positively and significaly impact employee engagement and these constructs may strengthen employee engagement, as well as work environment impact to strengthen job satisfaction

Abstract

This study examines to analyze destination attribute effects on revisit intention at Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat. The study focuses on variables of destination attributes, destination reputation, tourist satisfaction, and memorable tourism experiences. Data collection was conducted through a survey using a questionnaire as the instrument. The study involved 250 respondents who were residents of DKI Jakarta or DI Yogyakarta and had visited Keraton Ngayogyakarta. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and SEM in AMOS to manage the data and analyze the research findings. The results of this study, based on its hypotheses, indicate that the hypothesis of destination attributes' influence on destination reputation is accepted and significant. Similarly, the hypothesis of destination attributes' impact on tourist satisfaction is accepted and significant, as well as the hypothesis of destination attributes' effect on memorable tourism experiences. Moreover, the hypothesis of destination reputation's influence on revisit intention is accepted and significant, along with the hypothesis of tourist satisfaction's impact on revisit intention and the hypothesis of memorable tourism experiences' effect on revisit intention

Abstract

The purpose of writing this research is to examine the effect of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on perceived value, destination image, and destination trust. Then the influence of perceived value, destination image, and destination trust on revisit intention for Taman Sari Yogyakarta tourists. The data collection method uses a survey, with instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed online. Respondents in this study were aged 17-45 years, domiciled in DKI Jakarta and Yogyakarta. As many as 227 respondents were involved, data were analyzed using SPSS version 25 and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS software version 24. The results of this study indicate that e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on perceived value, e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on destination image, e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on destination trust, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, destination image has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, and destination trust has no effect on revisit intention

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of viral marketing, price and product quality on perceptions. You can also test how purchase intentions influence purchasing decisions. This research was conducted using a survey method where questionnaires were distributed via Microsoft Forms in the Jakarta area. The population used in this research is consumers who have purchased Mixue products at least twice, live in Jakarta, and are aged 17 years and over. This research used a purposive sampling method with a total of 202 respondents. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this research show that purchase intentions are positively and significantly influenced by viral marketing and product quality. Purchasing decisions are greatly influenced by purchasing intentions. Purchase intention is not significantly influenced by the price perception variable

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study aims to analyze the factors that determine the repurchase intention of consumers of fashion products on TikTok live stream using variables service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer trust. The method of data collection using questionnaires distributed online to 251 respondents. The criteria for respondents in this study are TikTok application users who are domiciled in Greater Jakarta, are at least 17 years old, and have made purchases on TikTok live stream Erigo at least twice in the last six months. Data were processed using software analysis techniques SPSS and SEM AMOS. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer trust, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and customer trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Keyword: repurchase intention, customer satisfaction, customer trust, service quality, TikTok live stream. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menentukan repurchase intention konsumen produk fashion pada TikTok live stream dengan menggunakan variabel service quality, customer satisfaction, dan customer trust. Kriteria responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna aplikasi TikTok yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek, berusia minimal 17 tahun, dan sudah pernah melakukan pembelian di TikTok live stream Erigo minimal dua kali dalam kurun waktu enam bulan terakhir. Data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis software SPSS dan SEM AMOS. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 217 responden dengan karakteristik berdomisili atau bertempat tinggal di wilayah Jabodetabek, berusia minimal 17 tahun dan pernah menonton siaran TikTok midnight live dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan terakhir. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probality sampling dengan cara convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner diolah menggunakan software SPSS dan Amos. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel content quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived enjoyment dibuktikan dengan skor P value < 0.01, variabel content quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap trust dibuktikan dengan skor P value sebesar 0.029, variabel content quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived ease of use dibuktikan dengan skor P value < 0.01, variabel perceived enjoyment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention dibuktikan dengan skor P value sebesar 0.01, variabel trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention dibuktikan dengan skor P value < 0.01, variabel perceived ease of use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap trust dibuktikan dengan skor P value sebesar 0.039, dan variabel perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention dibuktikan dengan skor P value sebesar 0.575.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat beli pada produk fashion melalui TikTok midgnight live. Adapun enam variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya purchase intention, trust, background visual complecity, electronic word of mouth, dan interaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah Jakarta. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan skala likert sebagai pengukuran dengan populasi generasi Z yang memiliki akun TikTok dan pernah menonton TikTok midnight live. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah convenience sampling sebanyak 237 responden yang diperoleh. Teknik analisis penelitian dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa background visual complexity, trust dan interaction berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, e-wom dan interaction juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap trust.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of empowering leadership, motivation, self-efficacy, and work engagement on innovative behavior in the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia. This is a quantitative study employing an analysis method called SEM Analysis. The sample for this study consisted of 290 personnel from the Republic of Indonesia's Ministry of Youth and Sports. Only empowering leadership and self-efficacy have a substantial influence on innovative behavior, according to the findings of this study. Meanwhile, this study shows that motivation and work engagement have no effect on innovative behavior. Motivating, self-efficacy, and work engagement can all be influenced by empowered leadership

Abstract

Desa wisata berbasis masyarakat kini telah menjadi perhatian dunia karena dampaknya yang luar biasauntuk memperkuat pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal serta meningkatkan tanggung jawab sosial secaraberkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali makna kemandirian masyarakat desa wisatakarena merupakan salah satu indikator utama kemajuan desa wisata berbasis masyarakat. Penelitian inimengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) untukmenyelidiki makna pengalaman masyarakat, dari aktivitas inter-subyektif dalam proses hermeneutikganda antara peneliti dan orang yang mengalaminya. Wawancara semi terstruktur dilakukan dengandelapan (8) subjek penelitian dari masyarakat desa wisata. Kajian ini menunjukkan makna kemandirianmasyarakat dalam hal: (1) kemandirian masyarakat; (2) integritas; (3) komitmen masyarakat; (4)ketahanan masyarakat; (5) keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini terbatas pada penduduk desa wisata Pentingsaridi Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Desa ini bertumpu pada kesederhanaan dan alam, serta kemandirianmasyarakat, sehingga menjadi contoh desa wisata mandiri di Indonesia.
