Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of examining the influence of viral marketing, electronic word of mouth, and brand awareness on purchase intention. and the influence of viral marketing, electronic word of mouth, brand awareness, and purchase intention on purchase decisions. This study using survey or questionnaires by office forms for method to collect data with a sample of 205 respondents. This research uses a quantitative with SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) for data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that viral marketing, electronic word of mouth, and brand awareness each have a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. Brand awareness and purchase intention each also have an influence on purchase decisions. While viral marketing and electronic word of mouth were each found not to have a significant enough influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the factors that influence the willingness to pay to pizza restaurant customers. In this case, there are four variables used to measure, namely consumer knowledge, service quality, social media marketing and attitude. Data collection was carried out in Jakarta during the PSBB (Large-Scale Social Limitation) period from April to May 2020. Data were collected using a bold questionnaire and respondents were selected using convenience sampling techniques. Total respondents in this study amounted to 250 people consisting of 76 men and 174 women who had recommended a pizza restaurant. Data were processed using exploratory factor analysis and structural equation models. The results showed the variable consumer knowledge of positive and significant attitudes. Variables of consumer knowledge, service quality, social media marketing and attitudes affect the willingness to pay positively and significantly. So, it can be concluded that the variables of consumer knowledge, service quality, social media marketing and attitudes affect willingness to pay

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Repurchase Intention pelanggan kedai kopi lokal. Dalam hal ini, terdapat 5 (lima) variabel yang digunakan untuk mengukur, yaitu terdiri dari 4 variabel bebas (Customer Satisfaction, Product Information, Brand Popularity dan Service Quality) dan 1 variabel terikat (Repurchase Intention). Pengumpulan data dilakukan di Jakarta selama masa PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) pada bulan April – Mei 2020. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner daring dan responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 258 responden yang terdiri dari 94 responden pria dan 164 responden wanita yang pernah mengunjungi kedai kopi lokal. Data diolah dengan menggunakan exploratory factor analysis dan structural equation model. Hasilnya adalah variabel Product Information, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Popularity, dan Service Quality berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention. Data collection was carried out in Jakarta during the PSBB (Large-Scale Social Limitation) period from April to May 2020. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and respondents were selected using convenience sampling techniques. Total respondents in this study were 258 respondents consisting of 94 men and 164 women who had visited the local coffee shop. Data were processed using exploratory factor analysis and structural equation models. The result is that Product Information, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Popularity, and Service Quality variables have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence willingness to pay for high calcium milk. There are five variables used to measure, including willingness to pay, knowledge, empathy, responsiveness, and assurance. Data collection was carried out in Jakarta during the PSBB (Large-Scale Social Limitation) period in April-May 2020. Data was collected using an online questionnaire and respondents were selected using random sampling techniques. The total respondents in this study were 250 consisting of 104 men and 146 women. Data were processed using exploratory factor analysis and structural equation models. As a result, knowledge does not have a positive and significant effect on willingness to pay, empathy has a positive and significant effect on willingness to pay, responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on willingness to pay. While the assurance variable does not have a significant effect on willingness to pay. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi willingness to pay pada susu tinggi kalsium. Ada lima variabel yang digunakan untuk mengukur, termasuk willingness topay, knowledge,empathy, responsiveness, danassurance. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di Jakarta selama masa PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) di bulan April-Mei 2020. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner daring dan responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 250 yang terdiri dari 104 orang laki-laki dan 146 orang perempuan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan exploratory factor analysis dan structural equation model. Hasilnya, knowledge tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap willingness to pay, empathyberpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap willingness to pay, responsivenessberpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap willingness to pay. Sedangkan variabelassurance tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap willingness to pay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perusahaan akan menciptakan peningkatan revisiting intention melalui terciptanya kepuasan konsumen. Beberapa faktor penduga yang menyebabkan revisiting intention yang bisa dijadikan acuan peneliti dalam memperbaiki strategi kinerja perusahaan dan daya tarik yang mempengaruhi penyebab revisiting intention melalui kepuasan konsumen di restoran barbekyu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SEM dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan simple random sampling berjumlah 250. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang menggunakan 6 poin skala. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode exploratry factor analysis (EFA) dan confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, perceived attractiveness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, experiential marketing berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap revisiting intention, perceived attractiveness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisiting intention, customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisiting intention. Kata Kunci : revisiting intention, customer satisfaction, experiential marketing, perceived attractiveness

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the repurchase intention of Korean mobile consumers. In this study, there are four variables used to measure repurchase intention, namely perceived quality, perceived value, brand equity, and customer satisfaction. Data collection was taken out randomly from April to May 2020. Data was collected through a survey by distributing online questionnaires selected using purposive sampling techniques. The total respondents in this study were 250 people consisting of 44 men and 206 women who had and were using mobile phones made in Korea. Data were processed using exploratory factor analysis and structural equation models. The results of this study are the variable perceived quality, perceived value, brand equity, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Ada empat variabel yang digunakan untuk mengukur, termasuk product involvement, brand image, revisit intention, customer satisfaction, dan word-of-mouth. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di Jakarta selama masa PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) di bulan April-Mei 2020. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner daring dan responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 250 yang terdiri dari 150 orang laki-laki dan 100 orang perempuan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan exploratory factor analysis dan structural equation model. Hasilnya, variabel brand image dan revisit intention berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap word of mouth. Sedangkan variabel customer satisfaction dan product involvement tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap word-of-mouth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence willingness to pay for plastic bags when shopping. There are four variables used to measure, namely general environmental attitude, moral norm, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control. Data collection was carried out in Jakarta during the PSBB (Large-Scale Social Limitation) period from April to May 2020. Data were obtained using an online questionnaire and respondents were selected using convenience sampling techniques. Total respondents in this study were 260 people consisting of 118 men and 142 women. Data were processed using exploratory factor analysis and structural equation models. The results indicate that moral norm has a positive and significant effect on willingness to pay and subjective norm has a positive and significant effect on moral norm. Meanwhile, the general environmental attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have no positive and significant effect on willingness to pay. Keywords: Willingness to pay, general environmental attitude, moral norm, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, shopping without plastic bags. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner daring dan responden dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 260 orang yang terdiri dari 118 laki-laki dan 142 perempuan. Data diolah menggunakan exploratory factor analysis dan structural equation model. Hasilnya penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel moral norm berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap willingness to pay dan variabel subjective norm berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap moral norm. Sedangkan variabel general environmental attitude, subjective norm dan perceived behavioral control tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap willingness to pay. Kata kunci: Willingness to pay, general environmental attitude, moral norm, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, berbelanja tanpa kantong plastik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence word-of-mouth in the consumer market place. In this case, there are five variables used to measure, namely word-of-mouth, trust, satisfaction, purchase intention, and loyalty. Data collection was carried out in Jakarta during the PSBB (Large-Scale Social Limitation) period in April - May 2020. Data was collected using an online questionnaire and respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The total respondents in this study were 250 consisting of 91 men and 159 women. Data were processed using exploratory factor analysis and structural equation models. The result, trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on word-of-mouth, purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. While satisfaction variable does not have a significant effect on purchase intention, satisfaction does not have a significant effect on word of mouth, and loyalty does not have a significant effect on word-of-mouth.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Memorable Tourist experience terhadap electronic word of mouth, Travel Motivation, dan Perceived value. Serta untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara electronic word of mouth, Travel Motivation, dan Perceived value terhadap Revisit Intention di destinasi wisata Dusun Bambu Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 250 responden. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Memorable Tourist experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap electronic word of mouth, Travel Motivation, dan Perceived value. Kemudian penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa electronic word of mouth, Travel Motivation, dan Perceived value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention
