Abstract

The REACT learning strategy was introduced by the Center of Occupational Research and Development (CORD) in the United States, and it has garnered the attention of many researchers who generally study this learning strategy in the field of science subjects. Therefore, this learning strategy was designed to stimulate and attract the enthusiasm of the students in Islamic religious education, in order to facilitate their understanding and consequently improve their academic performance. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of the REACT learning strategy on students' academic achievement in Islamic religious studies at the Madrasah Aliyah. The method used was a classroom action research, "siklus" in research "cycle" atau "research cycle". this research was conducted in three different research cycles."The research sample was from the 10th grade students of Muhammadiyah 1 Private Madrasah Aliyah in Medan. Data were collected through pre-, post-siklus and monitoring attitude in academic achievement assessments in Islamic religious studies, as well as their application in daily life. Data were analyzed using a quantitative conclusion of the percentage of test scores. The results show that there is a significant difference in academic achievement between students who were taught using the REACT learning strategy. Before implementing the strategy, students had a percentage of 69%, whereas after implementing the REACT learning strategy, they achieved a high percentage of 85%. This indicates that the REACT learning strategy has a positive effect on students' academic achievement in Islamic religious studies at the Madrasah Aliyah.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan dan kendala penegakkan hukum melalui restoratif justice dalam penyelesaiaan tindak pidana penganiayaan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deduktif maupun induktif kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tahun 2021 sampai tahun 2022 pihak kepolisian di wilayah hukum Polres Mamasa mengupayakan pendekatan restoratif dikarenakan jumlah kasus yang berakhir dengan perdamaian mengalami peningkatan. Walaupun ada beberapa penyebab yang tidak dilakukan Restoratif Justice ialah salah satu penyebabnya pada tahun 2021 karena korban tidak menerima untuk berdamai dikarenakan tidak ada hubungan keluarga dan tetap tidak mau mencabut laporan (sudah dilimpahkan ke kejaksaan), namun pada tahun 2022 penyebab tindak pidana penganiayaan tidak dilakukan Restorative justice sama dengan tahun 2021 yaitu tidak mau mencabut laporan dan sudah dilimpahkan ke kejaksaan, sementara dalam penyelidikan, tidak cukup bukti. Hambatan dalam penerapan restoratif di wilayah hukum Polres Mamasa dalam hal sumber daya aparat yaitu masih ada aparat yang kurang pemahaman serta pengalaman dalam melakukan proses restoratif tersebut Selain itu, Kultur Hukum yang belum mendukung pelaksanaan Restoratif Justice, tidak adanya kesepakatan antara korban dengan Pelaku dan Masayarakat kab. Mamasa belum terlalu paham dengan Hukum kemudian kurangnya kelompok-kelompok pemerhari sosial. This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation and constraints of law enforcement through restorative justice in the settlement of persecution crime. This research uses Qualitative research. Data collection is done by interview and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative by using deductive and inductive methods and then presented descriptively.The results showed that from 2021 to 2022 the police in the Mamasa Police jurisdiction pursued a restorative approach because the number of cases that ended in peace had increased. Although there were several reasons that Restorative Justice was not carried out, one of the reasons in 2021 was because the victim did not accept to make peace because there was no family relationship and still did not want to withdraw the report (it had been submitted to the prosecutor's office), but in 2022 the cause of the persecution crime was not carried out Restorative justice the same as in 2021 because he did not want to withdraw the report and it had been submitted to the prosecutor's office, while in the investigation, there was insufficient evidence. one of the obstacles in the implementation of restorative in the Mamasa District Police jurisdiction in terms of apparatus resources because there are still officers who lack understanding and experience in carrying out the restorative process. In addition, the legal culture that has not supported the implementation of Restorative Justice, the absence of an agreement between the victim and the perpetrator and the Mamasa Regency community is not too familiar with the law and the lack of social awareness groups.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to describe the role of Islamic Religious Counselors in realizing a sakinah family in Gambiran District, Banyuwangi Regency. In this research, the type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of the research conducted through observation, interviews and documentation show that 1. Islamic Religious Counselor in Gambiran District has performed its role in carrying out guidance and counseling. As well as the task of the Islamic Religious Counselor, namely as a Da'i / da'wah mentor to convey messages of religious knowledge. Islamic Religious Counselors carry out debriefing efforts in the form of guidance and counseling to prospective brides who will carry out marriages and also to family members who are married with the guidance and counseling of the Gambiran District community for a better and harmonious family. 2. Islamic Religious Counselor at KUA Gambiran District, Banyuwangi Regency in conducting counseling using methods such as lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and the method of friendship. Keywords : Islamic religious instructor, sakinah family Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran Penyuluh Agama Islam dalam Mewujudkan keluarga sakinah di Kecamatan Gambiran Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan melalui obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi menunjukkan bahwa 1.Penyuluh Agama Islam Kecamatan Gambiran telah melakukan perannya dalam melaksanakan bimbingan dan penyuluhan. Sebagaimana juga tugas Penyuluh Agama Islam yaitu sebagai seorang Da’i/mentor dakwah untuk menyampaikan pesan ilmu Agama. Penyuluh Agama Islam melakukan upaya pembekalan berupa bimbingan dan penyuluhan kepada calon pengantin yang akan melaksanakan pernikahan dan juga kepada anggota keluarga yang sudah menikah dengan adanya bimbingan dan penyuluhan masyarakat Kecamatan Gambiran menjadi lebih baik dan harmonis keluarganya. 2.Penyuluh Agama Islam di KUA Kecamatan Gambiran Kabupaten Banyuwangi dalam melakukan penyuluhan dengan menggunakan metode seperti ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan metode silaturahmi.

Abstract

Kesadaran terhadap pentingnya sejarah lokal sebagai pembentuk karakter anak bangsa. Pemahaman remaja dan pemuda akan sejarah lokal tergeser oleh hiruk pikuk dunia digital dan modernisasi. Hal ini menyebabkan para remaja tidak begitu peduli akan pentingnya sejarah lokal yang merupakan identitas dari suatu daerah termasuk diantaranya para remaja yang ada di desa Mata Gual dan sekitar (Kecamatan Batin XXIV) . Kepedulian itupun juga tergerus oleh kebutuhan dan rutintas harian yang belum mempunyai nilai edukatif. Sehingga perlu terobosan dalam bentuk komunitas yang bisa bersama-sama dalam group non-formal atau komunitas memupuk kesadaran sejarah masyarakat dan pengunjung wisata di desa Mata Gual, Muara Jangga, Simp. Aur Gading, Aur Gading  dan Hajran (Kecamatan Batin XXIV).  Pentingnya kegiatan diseminasi revitalisasi wisata budaya di Kecamatan Batin XXIV ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengerakkan masyarakat dan pengunjung wisata mencintai sejarah lokal yang ada di Jambi dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan pada tokoh pemuda. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini bisa menanamkan rasa kebanggaan akan sejarah dan budaya lokal Jambi. Selain itu, komunitas sejarah dapat menawarkan model wisata edukasi dengan tentang sejarah Jambi selain dari alam yang     sudah tersedia.  Kecamatan Batin XXIV tidak hanya memiliki potensi wisata alam, namun juga memiliki potensi wisata sejarah dan budaya yang tidak bisa diabaikan yang dapat meningkatkan potensi  perekonomian masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the Al-Qur'an reading habituation program before teaching and learning activities (KBM) at MTSN 1 Padang Lawas. MTSN 1 Padang Lawas is one of the madrasas that carries out the habit of reading the Al-Qur'an for 15 minutes before learning begins, which is guided and led by the first tutor. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research was carried out by looking at ongoing events and processes. The data source was taken directly from the first data source, namely the Madrasah Head, Religion Teacher, Subject Teacher, and Students. The results of this research are the steps in implementing the Al-Qur’an reading habituation program at MTSN 1 Padang Lawas, starting from reading in turns between one student and another according to the teacher's instructions, then listening and listening directly by the teacher, after that it is understood together, evaluation and providing motivation from the teacher. Apart from that, supporting and inhibiting factors for this program were also found. Supporting factors for this program are the availability of the Al-Qur’an, student interest, conducive classes and motivation. The inhibiting factors are the lack of time allocation and the background of each student which causes their reading abilities to be unequal.

Abstract

The 1955 elections were the first elections held by the Indonesian government, but the vast territory of Indonesia did not make the 1955 elections a completely safe election because there were still many upheavals in the regions that occurred. One of the upheavals that occurred was the DI / TII movement that occurred in several places in Indonesia, one of which was the South Sulawesi region. The movement led by Qahar Mudzakkar disrupted the 1955 elections both during the implementation and in preparation for this election. Especially for areas on the Enrekang-Toraja border. Therefore, this article analyzes how DI/TII interference in the border area is an attempt to thwart the election. This research uses historical research methods which include heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography by analyzing the Enrekang Archives Inventory, Toraja, Sulawesi Province. The results showed that areas that were not controlled by DI/TII were still able to carry out elections, but DI/TII areas located on the border could not carry out elections which were marked by the absence of election equipment in the area. However, DI/TII areas close to the city conducted elections secretly so that several regions had time to carry out elections in different ways in anticipation of the conditions at that time.Pemilu 1955 merupakan pemilu pertama yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintahan Indonesia namun wilayah Indonesia yang begitu luas tidak menjadikan pemilu 1955 menjadi pemilu yang sepenuhnya aman karena masih banyaknya pergolakan di daerah-daerah yang terjadi. Salah satu pergolakan yang terjadi ialah adanya gerakan DI/TII yang terjadi dibeberapa tempat di Indonesia, salah satunya ialah wilayah Sulawesi Selatan. Gerakan yang dipimpin oleh Qahar Mudzakkar ini melakukan gangguan terhadap pemilu 1955 baik pada saat pelaksanaan maupun dalam rangka persiapan pemilu ini. Terutama untuk daerah-daerah yang berada di perbatasan Enrekang-Toraja. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini menganalisa bagaimana gangguan yang di lakukan DI/TII di daerah perbatasan sebagai upaya untuk menggagalkan pemilu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah yang meliputi Heuristik, Kritik, Intrepretasi dan historiografi dengan menganalisi Inventaris Arsip Enrekang, Toraja, Provinsi Sulawesi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daerah yang tidak dikuasai oleh DI/TII masih dapat melaksanakan pemilu namun daerah DI/TII yang berada di perbatasan tidak dapat melaksanakan pemilu yang ditandai dengan tidak terbentuknya perlengkapan pemilu di daerah tersebut. Akan tetapi daerah DI/TII yang dekat dengan kota melakukan pemilu secara sembunyi-sembunyi sehingga beberapa daerah sempat melaksanakan pemilu dengan cara yang berbeda dalam mensiasati kondisi saat itu.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan individu yang berintegritas dan bertanggung jawab dalam masyarakat, namun, sosialisasi pendidikan karakter tidak semata-mata menjadi tanggung jawab sekolah atau guru semata, melainkan juga memerlukan keterlibatan dan kerja sama aktif dari orang tua atau wali murid dan dalam konteks tersebut, kolaborasi antara guru dan wali murid menjadi kunci dalam membentuk lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pembentukan karakter yang kuat dan positif pada anak-anak, kerja sama antara guru dan wali murid memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam proses pembentukan karakter, guru sebagai agen pembelajaran di madrasah memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan nilai-nilai yang bersandarkan kepada agama dan nasionalisme kepada siswa, dan disisi lain peran orang tua atau wali murid di rumah juga tak kalah pentingnya, mereka memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dalam membentuk perilaku, sikap, dan tanggung jawab ketika siswa tersebut berada dilingkungan social masyarakat, Adapun tujuan dari sosialisasi pengimplemtasian pendidikan karakter melalui kerja sama antara guru dan orang tua adalah untuk membentuk sinegisitas antara guru dan orang tua sehingga pembentukan karakter pada anak dapat dilakukan dengan baik, dan dari hasil kerja sama tersebut memberikan dampak yang singnifikan dimana guru memahami kedudukannya sebagai agen pendidik dari segi pegetahuan, pembiasaan dan pembentuk perilaku sedangkan orang tua memahami kedudukannya sebagai contoh utama dan teladan bagi anak sehingga penanaman karakter tersebut dapat memberikan dampak kepada kehidupan siswa dimasa pertumbuhannya.

This article discusses how the social engineering of COVID-19 cluster officers and Salawu Health Center officers in Tasikmalaya Regency in receiving and implementing document sterilization cabinet technology to suppress the transmission of the COVID-19 virus through document exchange. The use of ozone and UVC as sterilization media is beneficial but can negatively impact humans in the long term. Therefore education is needed for partners to avoid these negative impacts. This service activity method is partner situation analysis, pre-test, partner education, post-test, and conclusion. The result of this service is that partners have received document sterilization cabinets and UVC as room sterilizers. The results of measuring partner knowledge before and after participating in webinar activities using pre-test and post-test instruments, showed an increase in knowledge, skills and awareness by partners regarding the use of UVC and Ozone on average 83% from the initial condition of not understanding to understanding and skill.    Keywords: covid-19; ozone; uvc; health community center  Abstrak: Kesiapan petugas dalam mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 melalui pertukaran dokumen menjadi masalah di masyarakat. Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana rekayasa sosial pada petugas Gugus COVID-19  dan petugas Puskesmas Salawu di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dalam penerima dan implementasi teknologi lemari sterilisasi dokumen guna menekan penularan virus COVID-19 melalui pertukaran dokumen. Penggunaan ozon dan UVC sebagai media sterilisasi sangat efektif, tetapi dapat menghasilkan dampak negatif dalam jangka Panjang, oleh karena itu diperlukan edukasi kepada mitra agar terhindar dari dampak negatif tersebut. Metode pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah analisis situasi mitra, Pre-test, edukasi mitra, post-test dan kesimpulan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah mitra telah menerima lemari sterilisasi dokumen dan UVC sebagai sterilisasi ruangan. Hasil pengukuran terhadap pengetahuan mitra sebelum dan setelah mengikuti kegiatan webinar menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test, menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kewaspadaan oleh mitra terkait penggunaan UVC dan Ozon rata-rata 83% dari kondisi awal tidak memahami menjadi paham dan terampil.Kata kunci: covid-19; ozone; uvc; puskesmas

Abstract

This research aims to determine the design and feasibility of the MOFIN learning media. This research model employs the 4D method (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination). Data collection techniques include interviews (initial stage), observations, and tests (experimental stage). The validity of the MOFIN learning media design obtained an average scale of 3.43 from the validators, with the "Valid" criteria indicating that it can be used with some revisions. The results of the experimental testing (practicality) of the MOFIN learning media revealed that the implementation of the learning process was "Very Good," with a percentage of 93%. The response from the students showed the highest percentage in the aspect of "Character Education," with a percentage of 91% or received a "Very Good" response. The effectiveness of the media was assessed through the students' activities, which showed an average percentage of 94%. After conducting the learning assessment test, the students obtained an average score of 86.25, with the lowest score being 77, indicating that they have reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) set by MA Al-Falah Tolutu
