Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the factors causing the ineffectiveness of legal aid information in society and ways to enhance the understanding and legal awareness of the community, particularly among the impoverished, to utilize legal assistance. Despite legal provisions and institutions to address this issue, significant challenges still need to be addressed to ensure that the less privileged members of society have adequate access to justice. This research utilizes qualitative methods, specifically field research, employing a descriptive-analytical approach. The study delves into how to deepen the public's understanding of legal concepts to access advocacy services, especially for low-income groups. The findings of this research highlight the legal aid institutions in the Ajatppareng area, namely the Justice Image Institution of Parepare City, the Bhakti Justice Legal Aid Institution of Parepare, the Sunan Legal Aid Institute of Parepare, the Patriot Justice Legal Aid Institute of Sidrap, and the Patriot Indonesia Foundation, South Sulawesi Branch in Pinrang. These legal institutions provide legal assistance to impoverished communities in their respective areas, particularly in general criminal, narcotics, and juvenile cases. However, legal aid for impoverished communities facing legal issues in the Ajatppareng area has yet to be fully optimized, as many people still need to learn of the existence of these legal aid institutions. This lack of awareness is attributed to the limited dissemination of information to the community, resulting in unfulfilled access to justice for the impoverished. It is hoped that there will be an outreach to all segments of society, especially those with low incomes, regarding the existence of legal aid centers.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor penyebab kurang efektifnya informasi bantuan hukum dalam masyarakat dan cara meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum masyarakat khususnya bagi masyarakat miskin untuk menggunakan bantuan hukum. Meskipun sudah ada ketentuan dan lembaga hukum untuk mengatasi masalah ini, masih terdapat tantangan besar dalam memastikan masyarakat kurang mampu mendapatkan akses efektif keadilan. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode deskriptif-analitis kritis. Kajian ini secara mendalam membahas tentang cara dan metode yang digunakan untuk memperdalam konsep pemahaman hukum publik untuk mengakses layanan advokasi khususnya bagi kelompok berpendapatan rendah. Hasil penelitian ini ialah Lembaga bantuan hukum yang ada di wilayah Ajatppareng yaitu Lembaga Citra Keadilan Kota Parepare, Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Bhakti Keadilan Parepare, YLBH Sunan Kota Parepare, LBH Bantuan Hukum Patriot Keadilan Sidrap, dan Yayasan Patriot Indonesia Sulsel Cabang Pinrang. Lembaga-lembaga hukum tersebut telah memberikan pendampingan hukum bagi masyarakat miskin yang ada di wilayah masing-masing dalam beberapa kasus seperti kasus pidana umum, narkotika dan kasus anak. Bantuan hukum bagi masyarakat miskin yang berhadapan dengan hukum yang ada di wilayah Ajatppareng belum berjalan maksimal, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang keberadaan lembaga bantuan hukum tersebut. Hal ini disebabkan minimnya informasi sampai kepada masyarakat sehingga akses untuk mendapatkan keadilan bagi masyarakat miskin tidak tercapai. diharapkan adanya penyuluhan kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat khususnya masyarakat berpendapatan rendah terkait adanya pusat bantuan hukum.

Abstract

Kajian ini menelaah hubungan antara integritas dan akuntabilitas hakim dengan kepercayaan publik serta stabilitas tata negara melalui pendekatan hukum tata negara. Dalam konteks kekuasaan kehakiman yang merdeka, integritas tidak hanya dimaknai sebagai moralitas individu, tetapi juga sebagai tanggung jawab institusional dalam menegakkan keadilan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai konstitusi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa lemahnya integritas hakim berdampak pada menurunnya legitimasi lembaga peradilan, menggerus kepercayaan publik, dan mengancam keseimbangan antar cabang kekuasaan negara. Sebaliknya, penerapan sistem pengawasan yang transparan, kode etik yang tegas, serta peningkatan kapasitas profesional hakim berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pemulihan citra lembaga peradilan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan mekanisme akuntabilitas, pembenahan sistem rekrutmen dan promosi hakim, serta internalisasi nilai-nilai etika yudisial untuk membangun budaya hukum yang berkeadilan dan berintegritas. Dengan demikian, integritas hakim bukan hanya menjadi aspek moral pribadi, melainkan prasyarat konstitusional bagi tegaknya supremasi hukum dan demokrasi di Indonesia. This paper examines the relationship between judicial integrity, accountability, public trust, and constitutional stability through the lens of constitutional law. Within the framework of judicial independence, integrity is viewed not only as an individual moral virtue but also as an institutional duty to uphold justice based on constitutional values. The findings reveal that a decline in judicial integrity leads to the erosion of public trust and threatens the balance among state powers. Conversely, transparent oversight mechanisms, strict ethical codes, and enhanced professional competence significantly contribute to restoring the judiciary’s legitimacy. The study recommends strengthening accountability systems, improving judicial recruitment and promotion processes, and internalising judicial ethics to foster a just and integrity-based legal culture. Thus, judicial integrity serves not merely as a personal moral stance but as a constitutional prerequisite for the rule of law and democratic governance in Indonesia

Abstract

The decline in students' motivation and effectiveness in memorizing the Qur'an raises concerns about the sustainability of traditional approaches in Islamic education. Although the tahfidz program is central in strengthening students' religiosity, existing practices are still partial, lack structured methods, and are not equipped with systematic evaluation. This indicates the urgency of developing innovative techniques that remain based on Islamic culture and can foster consistency, interest, and quality in students' memorization. This study aims to explore the implementation of the sambung ayat method in improving students' ability to memorize the Qur'an by examining the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation applied in the school context. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive phenomenological design, conducted at MAS Plus Al-Ulum Medan in the 2025/2026 academic year. The research subjects were selected purposively, including teachers, students, and the head of the madrasah, who were directly involved in the tahfidz program. Data were obtained through semi-structured in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis followed Moustakas' phenomenological steps, while data validity was maintained through methodological and source triangulation. The results showed that the sambung ayat method significantly improved students' memorization fluency, as indicated by a reduction in errors and hesitations compared to before its implementation. Students were more enthusiastic and active, while a structured mechanism for monitoring progress assisted teachers. Weekly evaluations strengthened memory and provided constructive feedback. The verse-linking method offers a practical and empirical approach to optimizing Quran memorization. This study contributes by providing a conceptual and empirical basis for contextual, structured, and interactive tahfidz innovation while guiding the development of pedagogy and teacher training policies.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of cattle breeders in Tambun Village in processing local green fodder through fermentation technology. The main problems cattle breeders face are the limited availability of quality feed during the dry season and the minimal use of feed processing technology. The implementation method includes socialisation, theoretical training, practice of fermenting green fodder based on elephant grass and gamal leaves, and evaluation of fermentation results. The activity results indicate increased livestock breeders' understanding of fermentation technology, success in producing fermented products suitable for livestock, and high enthusiasm among farmers to develop independently. This activity has had a positive impact in the form of increasing human resource capacity in the livestock sector, opening up opportunities for further development through direct application in livestock maintenance and strengthening the institutionalisation of livestock breeder groups in Tambun Village.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to observe and analyze the preparedness of Labschool Middle School students in Palu City for Disaster Risk Reduction. The population in this study consisted of all students at Palu City Labschool Middle School, using a total sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 100 students. Data was collected using structured questionnaires that were directly filled out by the students. The questionnaires were designed to cover all aspects of the research variables and provide a comprehensive assessment of the student's preparedness. Data processing in this study utilized a computerized system via MS Excel. Knowledge: 95% of respondents rated their knowledge on the subject as not good. This indicates that the majority of respondents have a poor understanding of the topic. Early Warning System: 57% of respondents rated the early warning system as not good. Resource Mobilization: 73% of respondents rated resource mobilization as not good. This indicates significant issues in resource mobilization, with the majority of respondents feeling that improvements are needed in this area. The findings indicate a significant gap in disaster preparedness among Labschool Middle School students. The majority lack basic knowledge about natural disasters and have minimal exposure to disaster-related training or education. Despite the availability of disaster warning tools in schools, awareness and understanding of their use remain limited. An effective early warning system is crucial for community safety, yet many students exhibit low awareness and preparedness levels

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: pertama, menganalisis peran guru PAI dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di SD Negeri 21 Usaha Jaya Raja Ampat; kedua, menganalisis pelaksanaan PAI dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di SD Negeri 21 Usaha Jaya Raja Ampat; dan ketiga, menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat PAI dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di SD Negeri 21 Usaha Jaya Raja Ampat.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles Huberman dan Saldana dengan beberpa tahapan seperti pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pembentukan karakter siswa di SD Negeri 21 Usaha Jaya Raja Ampat dilakukan secara strategis melalui peneladanan guru PAI dalam menunjukkan kejujuran, kesopanan, kesabaran, dan disiplin. Nilai-nilai karakter diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran dan praktik sehari-hari seperti shalat dan sopan santun, didukung oleh kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum melalui rencana pembelajaran dan pelatihan. Kolaborasi dengan orang tua membantu memastikan kesinambungan nilai-nilai antara sekolah dan rumah; 2) Penerapan nilai-nilai karakter oleh guru di SD Negeri 21 Usaha Jaya Raja Ampat bersifat holistik, menggunakan peneladanan dan pembiasaan positif. Guru PAI dan guru lainnya secara konsisten menunjukkan kejujuran, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan sopan santun baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Nilai-nilai karakter juga dipupuk melalui rutinitas sehari-hari seperti shalat berjamaah, salam pagi, antri, dan menjaga kebersihan; 3) Faktor pendukung peran guru PAI dalam pembentukan karakter siswa meliputi keteladanan, pembiasaan positif, kolaborasi dengan orang tua, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Sistem penghargaan juga memperkuat perilaku positif siswa. Namun, tantangannya meliputi kurangnya dukungan keluarga, pengaruh media sosial, dan inkonsistensi antar guru. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan karakter perlu diimplementasikan secara holistik dan melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the field of education, especially in the process of learning English. The use of digital learning media enables the delivery of materials to be more interactive, flexible, and engaging for students. This study aims to explore the perceptions of tenth-grade students at a secondary school in Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia, regarding the use of digital learning media in English language learning. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through classroom observations, semi structured interviews with 11 students, and questionnaires involving 30 participants. The findings, which were analyzed using thematic analysis for qualitative data and descriptive statistics for questionnaire results, indicate that the majority of students hold positive to very positive perceptions of digital media, particularly in terms of enhancing comprehension (average score 4.17) and making the learning process more engaging (average score 4.23). Classroom observations reinforced these results, showing that over 75% of students demonstrated active engagement when the teacher used interactive tools such as Quizizz, Wordwall, and YouTube-based instructional videos. Interviews revealed that digital media increases motivation and makes learning more enjoyable and interactive. Despite these benefits, the study also identified significant challenges, including limited device availability, unstable internet connectivity, and insufficient teacher guidance in using digital media. Approximately 20% of students showed passive behaviour or lacked confidence in technology based learning environments. Students also expressed the need for additional teacher training, the provision of stable Wi-Fi, and more structured and varied digital-based assignments. This study emphasizes that the successful integration of digital media in English learning relies heavily on adequate infrastructure, teacher readiness, and inclusive instructional strategies. These findings contribute valuable insights for educational policy and practice in the digital era, offering recommendations to improve digital literacy, professional development for educators, and equitable access to technological resources for all students

Abstract

Background: The role of a nurse represents a dynamic function within the healthcare system, encompassing responsibilities, obligations, and expected behaviors aligned with professional status. In public health settings, the role of nurses significantly contributes to the perceived quality of service and patient satisfaction. Objective: This study aims to examine the relationship between the perceived role of nurses and the level of patient satisfaction at the Health Quarantine Post in the Tanjungpandan Work Area. Methods: This research employed a quantitative, observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 30 respondents were selected using non-probability sampling, specifically accidental sampling. Data were collected through a structured patient satisfaction questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and chi-square tests to determine the association between the variables. Results: Of the 30 respondents, 66.7% were female and 33.3% were male. All participants (100%) rated the role of nurses as “good.” In terms of satisfaction, 97% of respondents reported being “very satisfied,” while 3% were “satisfied.” Statistical analysis using the chi-square test demonstrated a significant relationship between the role of nurses and patient satisfaction (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The findings indicate a strong positive correlation between the nurses’ professional role and patient satisfaction at the health quarantine facility. Services related to clinical examinations, transportation checks, and the issuance of fitness-to-fly documents were delivered effectively, contributing to high satisfaction levels among service users.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendidikan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis keterlibatan orangtua dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, variabel-variabel yang memengaruhi keterlibatan orang tua, dan tantangan yang dihadapi orang tua di TK Tinta Khalifah di Malaysia. Penelitian ini, digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dua orang tua, satu guru, dan kepala sekolah, menjadi informan penelitian.. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Melalui keabsahan data, kepercayaan penelitian kualitatif dapat tercapai, maka usaha yang dilakukan peneliti ialah dengan triangulasi. Tahapan analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan; metodologi yang digunakan adalah model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa partisipasi orangtua di TK Tinta Khalifah mengambil bentuk-bentuk berikut: parenting education, komunikasi, volunteer yang menyediakan makanan dan minuman serta perlengkapan untuk persiapan kegiatan. Setelah itu, dilanjutkan dengan learning at home, dan kerja sama bersama masyarakat. faktor yang mempengaruhi pelibatan orang tua di Tadika Tinta Khalifah ialah faktor dari variable individu orang tua yang sibuk dengan pekerjaan mulai pagi hingga sore, faktor anak mempengaruhi pelibatan orang tua dengan adanya semangat belajar dan menambah motivasi pada diri anak. Kendala orang tua dari tuntutan waktu pekerjaan orang tua yang dimulai dari pagi hingga sore pada hari Senin hingga hari weekend ataupun kendala orang tua yang mempunyai urusan lain atau urusan keluarga.

Abstract

Peneliti di TK Tahfiz Nur Furqan di Malaysia berupaya mempelajari bagaimana instruktur mereka, khususnya mereka yang bekerja sama, membantu pikiran siswa mereka yang berusia 4 tahun tumbuh dan berkembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan untuk penelitian ini adalah lima pendidik yang bekerja dengan siswa berusia 4 tahun. Untuk mengumpulkan informasi, kami berkonsultasi dengan wawancara, catatan, dan pengamatan. Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan adalah langkah-langkah model Milles dan Huberman yang digunakan dalam pendekatan analisis data penelitian ini. Guru-guru di TK Tahfiz Nur Furqan telah melakukan pekerjaan yang baik dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Kolaborasi Guru untuk membantu perkembangan kognitif siswa mereka yang berusia 4 tahun, menurut penelitian ini. Misalnya, anak-anak TK dapat belajar tentang ilmu pertanian kacang hijau, menggunakan pewarna kain untuk membuat batik, menghias kue, mencap bendera sesuai dengan warna bendera Malaysia, dan berlatih mengidentifikasi angka melalui permainan tujuh sepatu. Kegiatan di TK disesuaikan dengan usia dan tahap perkembangan setiap anak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi di kelas, dibantu dengan aktivitas ilmiah yang menarik, dapat meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif anak usia 4 tahun.
